Chelation of 188Re to compounds such as MAG3 will further reduce the radiation dose to the patient in case of balloon rupture through the rapid excretion from the body. In order to prepare highly concentrated, carrier free 188Re-MAG3, Sbenzoyl mercaptoacetyltriglycine (S-Bz-MAG3) was synthesized, labeled with carrier free 188Re. The overall yield of S-Bz-MAG3 is higher than those published in theliterature. Dependence of the labeling yield of 1ssRe-MAG3 upon concentrations of reducing agent, pH, reaction time, etc. was examined and optimum conditions were confirmed. The concentration procedure was succeeded with Sep-Pak C18 cartridge to obtain highly concentrated 1s8Re-MAG3. In the case of optimun conditions, the labeling yield of 188Re-MAG3 was more than 98%. Radiochemical purity of 188ReMAG3 was more than 92% after 24 hour storage at room temperature. 展开更多

The aluminum composition of 20Mn23AlV ranges from 1.6% to 2.45% ,which is significantly higher than other types of steel. According to the real condition of 40 t ladle in steel-making plant of Baosteel Special Steel Company, previous works show that the key factors affecting the ladle free-opening rate of high aluminum steel in continuous casting are:sand material, accessories baking, ladle nozzle cleaning, the process and amount of adding sand, and the rate of argon stirring during refining. Therefore, improving the ladle filler sand quality, baking all of the raw materials, controlling the addition of ladle filler sand, cleaning the ladle nozzle, and optimizing argon stirring during the refining process can resolve the problem of a low ladle free-opening rate of high aluminum steel caused by the long ladle time of liquid steel. 展开更多

In this paper, we demonstrate a new optical method for tiny strain measurements based on the principle of carrier fringes of moire interferometry. A cross-line grating with frequency of 1200 lp/mm is replicated on the specimen surface, and the strain can be deduced from the changes in carrier fringes before and after the deformation of an object. Four coherent laser beams are used to obtain the carrier fringe patterns of field U and V. Both theoretical analysis and numerical simulation indicate that the ideal accuracy of strain can be controlled within a range of ±1με. Case study of a plane extension experiment shows that the measurement accuracy of strain can be controlled within the range of ±10με. The average strain values of every row of field U and every column of field V can be obtained by using this method, and approximated strain of every pixel in the whole-field can be further acquired, and thus it is possible to measure tiny strains occurred in a micro-field. The technology in this paper can provide comprehensive information for analyzing related mechanical content in the field of MEMS. 展开更多

Measurement accuracy analysis of the free carrier absorption determination of the electronic transport properties of silicon wafers

By, introducing the random and systematic errors in simulated data computed from conventional frequency-scan and laterally resolved modulated free carrier absorption theory models, we investigate the relative determination sensitivities of three electronic transport properties, namely, carrier lifetime carrier diffusivity and front surface recombination velocity of silicon wafers determined by frequency-scan and laterally resolved techniques. The phase and amplitude data with random errors as functions of the modulation frequency at zero pump-probe-beam separation or of the two-beam separation at four different modulation frequencies are simultaneously fitted to an appreciated carrier diffusion model to extract three transport parameters. The statistical results and fitted accuracies of the transport parameter determined by both techniques are theoretically analysed. Corresponding experimental results are carried out to compare to the simulated results. The simulated and experimental results show that the determination of the transport properties of silicon wafers by the laterally resolved technique are more accurate, as compared with that by the frequency-scan technique. 展开更多

目的设计合成一种新型的自载体球形核苷酸纳米药物用于白血病联合治疗,并对其形貌、理化性质、药物缓释行为及体内外疗效进行研究。方法利用化学反应偶联1,3-二亚麻酸甘油酯(1,3-dilinolenin)和B细胞淋巴瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)反义硫代磷酸寡... 目的设计合成一种新型的自载体球形核苷酸纳米药物用于白血病联合治疗,并对其形貌、理化性质、药物缓释行为及体内外疗效进行研究。方法利用化学反应偶联1,3-二亚麻酸甘油酯(1,3-dilinolenin)和B细胞淋巴瘤-2基因(Bcl-2)反义硫代磷酸寡脱氧核苷酸(G3139),通过自组装的方式形成具有纳米囊结构的球形核苷酸,并包载化学治疗药物——柔红霉素(DNR),以此构建联合治疗球形核苷酸自载体纳米药物(DBD NP)。通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测分子间偶联情况;利用马尔文纳米粒度仪和透射电子显微镜测定其粒径、电位、形貌和稳定性;通过酶标仪检测DBD纳米药物的缓释行为;利用激光共聚焦扫描显微镜观察DBD NP的摄取情况;通过小动物活体成像仪和流式细胞仪研究DBD NP对白血病模型大鼠的治疗效果。结果DBD NP是粒径为140.5 nm球形纳米颗粒,电位为(-26.34±2.66)mV。在模拟血液环境中DBD NP在7 d内具有良好的稳定性,且能持续缓释药物DNR,到第5天累计释放药物量达到76.53%±2.01%。在LT12细胞的摄取实验中,DBD NP组DNR的荧光强度为71.03×10^(5),约是游离DNR组的8倍,表明该纳米颗粒能够显著提高白血病细胞的药物摄取量。动物实验进一步证实DBD NP可显著提高药物的治疗效果,相比游离DNR组,其杀伤白血病细胞的能力提高了2~4倍,将荷瘤大鼠生存期从23 d延长到29 d。结论球形核苷酸纳米颗粒DBD NP能够显著提高药物治疗白血病的效果,延缓大鼠白血病的发病进程,是一种具有一定潜力的新型纳米药物。 展开更多

BACKGROUND It is known that under conditions of tissue tolerance to insulin,observed during type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2),there is an increased production of reactive oxygen species.Moreover,the free radicals can initiate lipid peroxidation(LPO)in lipoprotein particles.The concentration of LPO products can influence the state of insulin receptors,repressing their hormone connection activity,which is expressed as a reduction of the glucose consumption by cells.It is possible that reduction in glucose concentration during administration of 10-(6-plastoquinonyl)decyltriphenylphosphonium(SkQ1)to rats with DM2 may be related to the antioxidant properties of this substance.AIM To establish the influence of SkQ1 on free-radical homeostasis in the heart and blood serum of rats with streptozotocin-induced hyperglycemia.METHODS To induce hyperglycemia,rats were fed a high-fat diet for 1 mo and then administered two intra-abdominal injections of streptozotocin with a 7-d interval at a 30 mg/kg of animal weight dose with citrate buffer equal to pH 4.4.SkQ1 solution was administered intraperitoneally at a 1250 nmol/kg dose per day.Tissue samples were taken from control animals,animals with experimental hyperglycemia,rats with streptozotocin-induced glycemia that were administered SkQ1 solution,animals housed under standard vivarium conditions that were administered SkQ1,rats that were administered intraperitoneally citrate buffer equal to pH 4.4 once a week during 2 wk after 1-mo high-fat diet,and animals that were administered intraperitoneally with appropriate amount of solution without SkQ1(98%ethanol diluted eight times with normal saline solution).To determine the intensity of free radical oxidation and total antioxidant activity,we used the biochemiluminescence method.Aconitate hydratase(AH),superoxide dismutase,and catalase activities were estimated using the Hitachi U-1900 spectrophotometer supplied with software.The amount of citrate was determined by means of the Natelson method.Real-time polymerase chain reaction was carried out using an amplifier ANK-32.RESULTS It was found that the mitochondrial-directed antioxidant elicits decrease of biochemiluminescence parameter values that increase by pathology as well as the levels of primary products of LPO,such as diene conjugates and carbonyl compounds,which indicate intensity of free radical oxidation.At the same time,the activity of AH,considered a crucial target of free radicals,which decreased during experimental hyperglycemia,increased.Apparently,increasing activity of AH influenced the speed of citrate utilization,whose concentration decreased after administering SkQ1 by pathology.Moreover,the previously applied antioxidant during hyperglycemia influenced the rate of antioxidant system mobilization.Thus,superoxide dismutase and catalase activity,as well as the level of gene transcript under influence of SkQ1 at pathology,were changing to the direction of control groups values.CONCLUSION According to the results of performed research,SkQ1 can be considered a promising addition to be included in antioxidant therapy of DM2. 展开更多

MBE生长的外延三元化合物材料InAs1 xSbx/AlSb/GaAs等是研制红外光通讯探测器的重要材料 ,准确检测这些半导体的禁带宽度Eg和组份x是个重要课题。该文简要地提出与本研究有关的二维 (2D)体系态密度D2D和自由载流子面密度等物理量的数学表达式并采用变温Vander Pauw Hall实验对上述半导体样品进行测试 ,分别用 2D和 3D体系的理论对实验数据进行分析处理 ,实验结果表明 :2D理论得出的Eg和x比 3D理论处理有明显改善 。 展开更多
