光催化技术是一种在能源和环境领域有着重要应用前景的绿色技术。为提高光催化效率,利用简单的“自下而上”法合成了尺寸可控,具有中空内核且核与壳之间有一定间隙层的中空蛋黄壳结构型CdS/石墨烯复合光催化剂Hollow CdS@void@GR。采用... 光催化技术是一种在能源和环境领域有着重要应用前景的绿色技术。为提高光催化效率,利用简单的“自下而上”法合成了尺寸可控,具有中空内核且核与壳之间有一定间隙层的中空蛋黄壳结构型CdS/石墨烯复合光催化剂Hollow CdS@void@GR。采用多晶粉末X-射线衍射仪(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM),傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和比表面积测定(BET)表征样品的晶体结构、微观形貌、元素组成和孔结构。采用光催化降解罗丹明B(RhB),采用紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(DRS)和电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP)测定Cd^(2+)浓度,分析该材料的光催化性能及抗光腐蚀性能。结果表明:Hollow CdS@void@GR的结构大小可通过PS模板大小、S/Cd比例、超声反应时间及TEOS量进行调控。在强光照射下,由于多级中空结构,中空CdS内核与中空GR外壳之间的协同效应,Hollow CdS@void@GR纳米复合材料表现出较强的光催化活性、优异的光催化稳定性和良好的抗光腐蚀作用。 展开更多

为揭示建筑物密集区浅埋分岔隧道施工力学效应,依托与白帝城长江大桥隧道锚近接的宝塔坪分岔隧道工程,开展优化CD法施工过程三维有限元数值模拟研究。不同循环进尺、先后行洞施工顺序和二次衬砌施作时机等工况下浅埋分岔隧道施工力学数... 为揭示建筑物密集区浅埋分岔隧道施工力学效应,依托与白帝城长江大桥隧道锚近接的宝塔坪分岔隧道工程,开展优化CD法施工过程三维有限元数值模拟研究。不同循环进尺、先后行洞施工顺序和二次衬砌施作时机等工况下浅埋分岔隧道施工力学数值模拟结果表明:1)隧道开挖进尺与围岩变形和建筑物沉降成正相关关系,对围岩应力影响不明显,隧道选择1.0 m~2.0 m的循环进尺较为合理;2)分岔隧道左、右洞的开挖顺序以及两隧道掌子面距离对围岩变形影响较大,但对建筑物沉降和围岩应力影响很小,施工时应至少将先行洞开挖40 m后再进行后行隧道的开挖;3)隧道二次衬砌施作时机对围岩变形及建筑物沉降有一定影响,对隧道围岩应力几乎没有影响,隧道开挖进尺60 m后施作二次衬砌可行。 展开更多

凹凸棒石对Cd污染稻田实验钝化效果的研究

通过在低镉(Cd)污染的试验田中添加两种不同比例的凹凸棒石(1%和2.5%),进行了土壤钝化修复效果的研究。研究结果显示:不论添加1%或2.5%的凹凸棒石,都有效降低了土壤中的有效Cd含量和稻谷中的Cd含量;随着添加比例的增加,土壤中有效Cd的... 通过在低镉(Cd)污染的试验田中添加两种不同比例的凹凸棒石(1%和2.5%),进行了土壤钝化修复效果的研究。研究结果显示:不论添加1%或2.5%的凹凸棒石,都有效降低了土壤中的有效Cd含量和稻谷中的Cd含量;随着添加比例的增加,土壤中有效Cd的钝化效果逐渐增强,其中2.5%凹凸棒石的效果更为显著;与未添加凹凸棒石的对照组相比,早稻的Cd含量降低了55.78%,晚稻的Cd含量降低了82.04%。然而,需要注意的是,尽管土壤中的有效Cd含量减少了,但土壤中的有效Se含量却增加了,同时早稻的硒(Se)含量也显著增加,分别增加了25.49%和31.37%。这表明在降低Cd含量的同时,成功地富集了Se元素,对早稻实现了富Se降Cd的效果。综合比较了不同比例对不同季节水稻的钝化效果后,研究结果表明2.5%的凹凸棒石更适合用于农田土壤修复。这为改善土壤质量和提高农产品质量提供了有益参考。 展开更多

利用大田试验方法,对无机-有机复配材料对Cd污染土壤的修复效应进行分析和研究。其中无机材料主要以海泡石、蒙脱土以及骨粉为主,而有机材料主要包括菌渣、鸡粪。经过研究发现,无机-有机复配材料能够有效提高Cd污染土壤的pH值,pH值最多... 利用大田试验方法,对无机-有机复配材料对Cd污染土壤的修复效应进行分析和研究。其中无机材料主要以海泡石、蒙脱土以及骨粉为主,而有机材料主要包括菌渣、鸡粪。经过研究发现,无机-有机复配材料能够有效提高Cd污染土壤的pH值,pH值最多增加0.96个单位。并且对不同的受污染土壤进行检测,土壤中的TCLP提取态Cd含量都降低。其中骨粉+有机材料对修复土壤的过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性效果最佳。因此,利用无机-有机复配材料对修复Cd土壤可以获得预期效果,可以在当前的Cd污染土壤修复过程中进行推广应用。 展开更多

龙葵与3种外来入侵植物对Cd的富集和生理响应差异比较

为研究本土Cd超富集植物龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)和3种外来入侵植物鬼针草(Bidenspilosa L.)、紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora Spreng)和紫茉莉(Mirabilisjalapa L.)对Cd污染土壤修复效果和生理响应的差异,采用室内盆栽试验,通过设置0、... 为研究本土Cd超富集植物龙葵(Solanum nigrum L.)和3种外来入侵植物鬼针草(Bidenspilosa L.)、紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora Spreng)和紫茉莉(Mirabilisjalapa L.)对Cd污染土壤修复效果和生理响应的差异,采用室内盆栽试验,通过设置0、2、10、30 mg·kg^(-1)不同Cd含量,探究本地种龙葵与3种入侵植物在不同Cd含量处理下对Cd富集、Cd提取效率、叶片光合色素含量、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量的变化。结果表明:在Cd处理下,鬼针草的地上部生物量均显著高于龙葵和其余2种入侵植物。所有Cd含量处理,鬼针草Cd提取效率均最高(0.61%~1.87%),紫茉莉最低(0.02%~0.03%),龙葵(0.30%~0.79%)和紫茎泽兰(0.24%~1.06%)居中。3种Cd含量处理下,鬼针草叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素含量在4种植物中最高,鬼针草叶片的抗氧化酶活性均显著高于龙葵,龙葵丙二醛含量显著高于入侵植物。逐步回归分析结果表明,龙葵Cd提取效率与叶片丙二醛含量呈显著负相关、与CAT活性呈显著正相关,鬼针草和紫茎泽兰Cd提取效率均与叶片丙二醛含量呈显著负相关。综上,对于含Cd 2~30 mg·kg^(-1)的土壤进行植物修复时,入侵植物鬼针草比本地植物龙葵更具优势。 展开更多

A field experiment was carried out in Cd-contaminated rice fields in a county of Hengyang to explore the effects of different types of remediation agents on the contents of soil available Cd and rice Cd,and rice yield by using one rice variety Longliangyouhuazhan,and 4 kinds of remediation agents:DG foliar control agent,SMA microbial inoculant,XFJ organic fertilizer and LXM calcium-and silicon-based passivator as test materials.The results showed that compared with CK,after applying DG foliar control agent,soil available Cd content increased rather than decreased,whereas rice Cd content decreased,not reaching a significant level.When applied with SMA microbial inoculant,soil pH value,soil available Cd and rice Cd contents showed a downward then upward trend with the increase of its application rates.Between 3 levels of SMA treatments,the content of soil available Cd in SMA2 was the lowest,decreased by 8.59%in comparison with CK,contrarily,two other SMA treatments were increasing instead of decreasing in the content of soil available Cd.The application of XFJ organic fertilizer and LXM calcium-and silicon-based passivator increased soil pH value,and reduced soil available Cd and rice Cd contents;the contents of soil available Cd and rice Cd decreased with their application rates increasing.Compared with CK,XFJ3 reduced soil available Cd content by 9.40%,and significantly reduced rice Cd content by 57.28%.In LXM3 treatment,soil available Cd content reduced by 14.57%,rice Cd content was 71.57%lower than CK,reaching the lowest level.In general,LXM calcium-and silicon-based passivator had the best Cd reduction effect,with the optimal application amount of 6000 kg/hm^(2). 展开更多

【目的】探究外源大麻二酚(CBD)对镉(Cd)胁迫下烟草的缓解效应。【方法】以烟草品种K326为研究对象,施用乙酸镉,并将CBD喷施于Cd胁迫烟株叶面,测定各处理烟株Cd含量,并基于GC-MS和LC-MS/MS的靶向和非靶向组学方法分析烟株代谢物的差异... 【目的】探究外源大麻二酚(CBD)对镉(Cd)胁迫下烟草的缓解效应。【方法】以烟草品种K326为研究对象,施用乙酸镉,并将CBD喷施于Cd胁迫烟株叶面,测定各处理烟株Cd含量,并基于GC-MS和LC-MS/MS的靶向和非靶向组学方法分析烟株代谢物的差异。【结果】(1)CBD能提高烟株的Cd耐受系数,显著降低烟株地上部分的Cd积累量。(2)不同处理烟株代谢物存在明显差异,其中有15种初生代谢物、8种生物碱、12种植物激素差异显著。(3)施用CBD后,Cd胁迫下烟株根部的有机酸(苏糖酸、棕榈酸、丁二酸、乙醇酸、葡萄糖酸)、肌醇半乳糖苷、丙氨酸等初生代谢物含量减少;生物碱与植物激素合成趋于正常水平。(4)烟株中葡萄糖酸、乙醇酸、乳酸、肌醇半乳糖苷、甘油含量与烟碱呈正相关,其可能是重金属胁迫下,调控生物碱合成的潜在物质。(5)CBD可以调节烟株色氨酸、酪氨酸代谢等响应胁迫的代谢通路恢复正常,并通过调节硫代谢,改善植株对养分的吸收利用,使TCA循环等能量代谢通路恢复,保证烟草中生物碱类等特异性次生代谢物的稳定合成。【结论】外源CBD可通过改变代谢途径缓解烟株Cd毒害,为降低烟草重金属污染提供新途径。 展开更多

L-1 LaCl3 is used to spray Glycine max seedlings once, the injury effect of combined Pb and Cd pollution is reduced. The experiment proves that the effect is related to La which can raise photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content and activity of nitrate reductase, and reduce cell membrane permeability, content of Pb and Cd, and keep TTC reduction ability of Glycine max seedling. 展开更多

光催化苯甲醇直接脱氢制苯甲醛是一种利用太阳能合成精细化学品的同时生成氢气的节能途径。负载型半导体CdS基催化剂是该反应的一类典型的光催化剂。文献报道CdS的形貌对光催化水分解的性能有明显的影响,但其在光催化苯甲醇无氧脱氢制... 光催化苯甲醇直接脱氢制苯甲醛是一种利用太阳能合成精细化学品的同时生成氢气的节能途径。负载型半导体CdS基催化剂是该反应的一类典型的光催化剂。文献报道CdS的形貌对光催化水分解的性能有明显的影响,但其在光催化苯甲醇无氧脱氢制苯甲醛反应中的形貌效应研究报道极少。本工作合成了纳米片状(NS)和纳米线状(NW)两种不同形貌的CdS,发现CdS-NS表现出比CdS-NW更高的转化苯甲醇的光催化活性,但这两种催化剂对苯甲醛的选择性非常低。通过在CdS-NS和CdS-NW上负载Au_(25)纳米团簇,光催化苯甲醇无氧脱氢制苯甲醛反应的活性和选择性明显提高,并显著减弱了CdS载体的形貌对催化反应性能的影响。以上结果为设计合成精细化学品的高效光催化剂提供了参考。 展开更多

Inhibition and Control Effects of Different Amendments on Cd Activation in Soil and Cd Absorption in Rice

Through pot tests of early rice and late rice in Cd polluted environment(soil Cd content,1.0 mg/kg),the inhibition and control effects of single application of organic fertilizers involving pig manure and biochar,and their combined application with alkaline amendments involving lime and oyster shell powder on soil Cd activation and rice Cd absorption were compared.And the correlation between soil available Cd and rice grain Cd was discussed.The results showed that compared with CK which did not involve amendments,the grain yields of early rice and late rice increased by 15.52%~36.01%and 12.02%~27.28%,respectively,the grain Cd content decreased by 24.76%~64.53%and 4.93%~58.32%,respectively,and the grain Cd accumulation decreased by 22.27%~51.76%and 33.84%~46.95%,respectively,except for single pig manure treatment.In particular,the Cd reduction effect of biochar was significantly better than that of pig manure,and the combined application with oyster shell powder was better than that with lime;after the harvest of early and late rice,the available Cd content in soil applied with amendments decreased by 35.00%~65.88%and 30.93%~68.57%,respectively,compared with CK.Further analysis showed that the soil available Cd content and rice grain Cd content could fit the linear equation well(R2>0.70,P<0.05),which demonstrated that the combined application of organic fertilizers and alkaline amendments can quickly reduce the Cd content of rice grain by passivating soil available Cd,and the combined application between biochar and oyster shell powder had a better effect. 展开更多

Using rapes as test materials, the fastness expression and alleviation effect of rapes were studied under Cd stress condition, as the rapeseeds were dipped in the single element(La, Ce, Nd, Pr)and mixed rare earth(RE). The results indicate that, under Cd stress, the dry and fresh weight are increased by both the single element and mixed rare earth treatment, and the fastness of rape is improved.The single element of rare earth decreases the Cd content in rape roots and transmits Cd to the edible parts above the ground in which the alleviation effect of Ce is most significant.La treatment takes the second place, so that the poisonous effect of heavy metal Cd is eased.The mixed rare earth doesn't alleviate the assimilation of Cd in rape roots, but accelerates the transfer of Cd to the parts above the ground. The research puts forward that the alleviation of rare earth on Cd stress has connection with the decrease of Ca content. 展开更多

不同改良剂对土壤-水稻体系中Cd迁移积累的影响

为探究添加不同改良剂对重金属镉(Cd)在土壤淹水条件下于土壤和水稻间的迁移、积累及形态变化情况,文章分析了水稻在同一重金属Cd超标土壤条件下的重金属吸收量。该实验通过盆栽模拟了水田长期渍水的状况,研究了5种改良剂:硫酸亚铁(FS)... 为探究添加不同改良剂对重金属镉(Cd)在土壤淹水条件下于土壤和水稻间的迁移、积累及形态变化情况,文章分析了水稻在同一重金属Cd超标土壤条件下的重金属吸收量。该实验通过盆栽模拟了水田长期渍水的状况,研究了5种改良剂:硫酸亚铁(FS)、稻壳生物炭(BC)、碳酸钙(LS)、纳米零价铁(n ZVI)、铁锰改性生物炭(FMBC)在不同添加量条件下(质量分数2‰、4‰、6‰)对水稻(梦两优丝苗)生长以及吸收Cd能力的影响。结果表明:(1)改良剂都能明显改变土壤理化性质,除FS外都显著提高了土壤的pH,增幅在0.26~0.98个单位之间,使土壤的有效态Cd含量下降了16.13%~60.09%;FS使pH降低了0.02~0.15个单位,使土壤的有效态Cd含量上升了0.70%~3.21%。(2)除FS外的4种改良剂都显著降低了水稻根、茎叶、糙米中Cd含量,糙米中Cd含量都低于《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762-2017)中Cd的限量值(0.2 mg/kg),土壤Cd的钝化效果依次为:LS>BC>FMBC>nZVI>FS。其中,FMBC在4‰添加量时对抑制糙米富集Cd的效果最好。(3)添加FS显著增加了土壤有效态Cd、水稻各器官中的Cd含量,土壤中可溶态Cd(水溶态Cd、弱酸提取态Cd)含量随添加量增大而增大,增幅为0.66%~0.93%和0.06%~4.26%,不适宜作为单独施加的改良剂。(4)FMBC组的水稻在根、茎叶含Cd量上并没有优于改性前,主要是由于Fe2+的消耗,使水稻处于低Fe环境,增加了Cd转运蛋白的表达。 展开更多

20世纪80年代以来,主权债务危机频频发生,并且从墨西哥、俄罗斯、阿根廷等新兴市场国家逐渐转向德国、英国、法国、希腊等欧洲发达国家。影响范围也从最初的区域性演化为全球性的,越来越成为世界经济发展的羁绊。在此期间,不仅欧美发达... 20世纪80年代以来,主权债务危机频频发生,并且从墨西哥、俄罗斯、阿根廷等新兴市场国家逐渐转向德国、英国、法国、希腊等欧洲发达国家。影响范围也从最初的区域性演化为全球性的,越来越成为世界经济发展的羁绊。在此期间,不仅欧美发达国家债台高筑,新兴市场国家的主权债务规模也在迅速扩大,各国的债务负担愈发沉重。2020年初新冠肺炎疫情开始在全球蔓延,进一步加大了全球主权债务风险及欧洲主权国家债信用违约互换风险。与此同时,欧洲各国除了自身主权债务风险上升以外,国家间的风险溢出也会进一步推高其主权债务风险水平,信用违约互换风险亦是如此的。本文利用向量自回归模型并且结合广义误差方差分解(GEVD)和DY溢出效应指数分析研究不同时期的欧洲主权国家债CDS的风险溢出效应。本文的研究结果:希腊不管处于哪个时期,日度CDS的价格一直是这七个国家中最高的。相比金融危机前,欧元区危机之后各国的CDS价格的相关性普遍为正相关,且相关性明显普遍比金融危机前更高。在金融危机期间,各国主权债的CDS价格都普遍要比其它任何一个时期都要高度相关。 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Stereo-tactic radiation therapy (SRT) is widely used to treat intracranial diseases, but some patients suffered from radiation induced brain edema after SRT. Once radiation induced brain edema occurs, the treatment is quite difficult, and it always leads to a poor outcome. Dexamethasone has certain therapeutic effect on traumatic brain edema, but the biological mechanism is still unclear. OBJECTIVE : To observe the effect of dexamethasone on the neutrophil expression of CD18.DESIGN : A randomized control observation.SETTING: Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA. MATERIALS : The experiment was carried out in Changhai Hospital of the Second Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from January 1999 to December 1999. Twenty SD rats (male and female each in half) weighing (250±50) g were used. METHODS: Twenty SD rats were divided into four groups at random. ① Blank control group (n=5): The rats were not treated without dexamethasone or irradiation;② Irradiation group (n=5): The rats were given irradiation but no dexamethasone treatment; ③ Irradiation+1 mg/kg dexamethasone group (n=5); The rats were treated with irradiation and dexamethasone of 1 mg/kg; ④Irradiation+5 mg/kg dexamethasone group (n=5): The rats were treated with irradiation and dexamethasone of 5 mg/kg. The heads of the rats were irradiated with 10 MeV X-ray (30 Gy), and brain tissue was removed after 2 weeks to observe the pathological changes. Blood samples were taken from the carotid artery, gradient centrifugation was used, and neutrophile layer was obtained, the level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins in blood were detected with Northern blot and flow cytometry respectively. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① Blood cell count; ② Pathological results; ③ level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins. RESULTS : All the 20 SD rats were involved in the analysis of results without deletion. At 2 weeks after irradiation, obvious cell injury could be observed under light microscope. The level of neutrophile expression of CD18 mRNA and quantity of membrane proteins in blood were obviously increased, but the severity of cell injury was relieved in the irradiation+1 and 5 mg/kg dexamethasone groups, and the CD18 expression was markedly suppressed (P 〈 0.05), and the suppression was more obvious in the irradiation+5 mg/kg dexamethasone group than in the irradiation+1 mg/kg dexamethasone group (P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: Dexamethasone can reduce the radiation induced brain edema by inhibiting the expression of CD18. 展开更多

The scope of the study is the spectra of low-temperature (T = 2K) photoluminescence of a p-CdTe/n-CdS film heterostructure comprising a monolayer of CdTe microcrystals, where a single microcrystalline particle is typically one micron in size. Focus is made on the dominant band of “super-hot” emission appearing in the spectral region located in energy above the fundamental absorption edge of a CdTe bulk crystal. A theoretical model has been developed that assumes the existence of a space-charge layer inside a microcrystal, which leads to the formation of a triangular potential well for an electron near the surface. The anomalous emission band arises as a result of the optical transitions of electrons from near-surface levels of spatial quantization to valence band states. 展开更多
