电荷转移褪色光度法测定头孢哌酮钠的含量

The charge transfer reaction of the phenylfluone and cefoperazone sodium has been studied and the most optimal reaction condition has been found.The proportion of the complex is 3∶1.The maximum absorption of the complex is at 517nm and the apparent molar absorption coefficient is 9.18×103L·mol-1·cm-1.The absorbance corresponds the Beer’s law as the concentration of cefoperazone sodium between7.5-20mg/L.

不同厂家头孢哌酮钠相对生物利用度的测定及药物经济学的评估

目的：测定不同厂家的先锋必素的生物利用度，用药物经济学理论指导合理用药。方法：ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定家兔血浓，根据临床用药情况，分析成本－效益比。结果：相对生物利用度Ａ为１００％，Ｂ为９０．０７％，Ｃ为６６．２８％，治愈时间，Ａ，Ｂ为３ｄ，Ｃ为７ｄ，直接药费Ａ为１３３８．００元，Ｂ为１１４６．２０元，Ｃ为８２６．００元。结论：生物利用度高者，治愈时间短，直接药费高，反之，直接药费低，但拖长治愈时间，病人需负担间接费用及隐性费用，因此，建议临床选用高效、高生物利用度、速效药物。
