Chaoshan cuisine has a wide range of ingredients,exquisite materials, emphasis on knife cutting, and a focus on freshness. It emphasizes the original taste anda clear and mellow taste, which is extremely characterized by Lingnan culture. In this paper, research dataare collected from social media and online comments, supplemented by targeted interviews, questionnaires,and other methods. It uses grounded theory for data analysis. Through the induction and summary ofopen coding, axial coding, and selective coding based on grounded theory, it summarizes the physical space,cultural space, spiritual cultural space, and communication space of Chaoshan cuisine culture.展开更多
Pashi house(climbing-lion-type house) is an important residence type in Chaoshan rural area evolved from its traditional rural dwellings,and study on such houses provides effective support for the energy-saving design...Pashi house(climbing-lion-type house) is an important residence type in Chaoshan rural area evolved from its traditional rural dwellings,and study on such houses provides effective support for the energy-saving designs of rural buildings.Three typical Pashi houses in Jinpu Town,Shantou City were selected,specifically,onestorey Pashi house,multi-storey Pashi house with Tianjing(small courtyard enclosed by rooms) and multi-storey Pashi house without Tianjing.Ecotect was applied to simulate indoor light environment,and indoor light and thermal environments of 3 typical Pashi houses were compared.The results showed that(a) Grey spaces such as open hall should be maintained;(b) Cooler outdoor air should be introduced into indoor spaces at night to reduce the indoor air temperature;(c) The tradition that Pashi House never has a window facing north should be broken to improve the indoor lighting,and heat insulation structure can be applied for the roof;(d) Top of the Tianjing in a multi-storey Pashi house influences the indoor thermal environment,and plays a less effective role than onestorey Pashi house does in adjusting micro climate of the house.展开更多

The Chaoshan depression,a Mesozoic basin in the Dongsha sea area,northern South China Sea,is characterized by well-preserved Mesozoic strata,being good conditions for oil-gas preservation,promising good prospects for ...The Chaoshan depression,a Mesozoic basin in the Dongsha sea area,northern South China Sea,is characterized by well-preserved Mesozoic strata,being good conditions for oil-gas preservation,promising good prospects for oil-gas exploration.However,breakthrough in oil-gas exploration in the Mesozoic strata has not been achieved due to less seismic surveys.New long-off set seismic data were processed that acquired with dense grid with single source and single cable.In addition,the data were processed with 3D imaging method and fi ner processing was performed to highlight the target strata.Combining the new imaging result and other geological information,we conducted integrated interpretation and proposed an exploratory well A-1-1 for potential hydrocarbon.The result provides a reliable basis for achieving breakthroughs in oil and gas exploration in the Mesozoic strata in the northern South China Sea.展开更多
Two sets of active faults,northwest-and northeast-trending faults,are developed in the Chao-shan Plain of East Guangdong.After detailed interpretation of aerophotos,we have found outthat there is the clear phenomenon ...Two sets of active faults,northwest-and northeast-trending faults,are developed in the Chao-shan Plain of East Guangdong.After detailed interpretation of aerophotos,we have found outthat there is the clear phenomenon of sinistral dislocation of drainage system on the Huang-gang-shui fault and part of Fengshun-Shantou fault.Field investigation confirmed that the geo-morphic bodies along the two faults have undergone displacement.Large-scale topographicmapping was made at three displaced sites and samples for age dating were collected from thegeomorphic booies.Calculation indicates that the average rate of sinistral strike-slip movementin the Holocene time amounts to 1.11±0.09~2.69±0.24mm/a along the Huanggangshuifault and 3.26±0.26mm/a along the Fengshun-Shantou fault.These two more active NW-trending faults extend into sea area,where they intersect the NE-trending strongly active Nius-han Island-Xiongdi Isle-Nanpeng Isles fault at a depth of 40~50m in water.The intersection isa location favorable展开更多

目的:建立微量酸消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测潮汕凉茶中15种元素(Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr、Cd、Ba和Pb)的方法。方法:凉茶样品(200μL)经真空冷冻干燥,80℃水浴下使用65%硝酸(200μL)及30%过氧化氢(100μL...目的:建立微量酸消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测潮汕凉茶中15种元素(Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Sr、Cd、Ba和Pb)的方法。方法:凉茶样品(200μL)经真空冷冻干燥,80℃水浴下使用65%硝酸(200μL)及30%过氧化氢(100μL)分别消解1 h及10 min,消解后用3%硝酸稀释至5 m L,再利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定Al、V、Cr等15种元素的含量。结果:15种元素的线性关系良好(r>0.999),检测限为0.009~14.788μg/L,精密度为0.7%~2.4%,加标回收率为84.0%~125.2%。9种凉茶中Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、As、Sr、Ba等9种元素含量存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:建立了微量酸消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测潮汕凉茶中元素的方法,该方法简便、快速、准确。展开更多
