Hubei Province is the main winter rapeseed producing area in China,and has the national advantage and characteristic industrial cluster of rape.The protection zone for the production of important agricultural products of rapeseed in Hubei Province also ranks first as that in Hunan Province.This paper studied the winter rape industry,the important agricultural product production protection zone of rapeseed,the provincial double-low high-quality rape protection zone and the industrial cluster of rape in Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,and analyzed the main problems existing in the development of rapeseed production protection zone and industrial cluster of rape.Finally,it came up with strategies including promoting national rape varieties,overcoming the problem of rape"agricultural chip",promoting the"rice+rape"rotation model,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights of brand marks. 展开更多

C-means-based ant colony algorithm for TSP

To solve the traveling salesman problem with the characteristics of clustering,a novel hybrid algorithm,the ant colony algorithm combined with the C-means algorithm,is presented.In order to improve the speed of convergence,the traveling salesman problem(TSP)data is specially clustered by the C-means algorithm,then,the result is processed by the ant colony algorithm to solve the problem.The proposed algorithm treats the C-means algorithm as a new search operator and adopts a kind of local searching strategy—2-opt,so as to improve the searching performance.Given the cluster number,the algorithm can obtain the preferable solving result.Compared with the three other algorithms—the ant colony algorithm,the genetic algorithm and the simulated annealing algorithm,the proposed algorithm can make the results converge to the global optimum faster and it has higher accuracy.The algorithm can also be extended to solve other correlative clustering combination optimization problems.Experimental results indicate the validity of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

The conclusion is that the competitive essence of navel orange characteristic industry cluster refers to the quality of the soil, the climate, the geographical position and the transportation condition which the cluster has. Compared with the navel orange characteristic industry clusters in western developed countries, especially in USA, the disparity of competitiveness of Gannan navel orange characteristic industrial cluster (GNOCIC for short) is obvious from a global perspective. To understand the pollution characteristics of atmospheric particles and heavy metals in winter in Chang-Zhu-Tan city clusters, China, total suspended particulate (TSP) and PMI0 samples were collected in cities of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan from December 2011 to January 2012, and heavy metals of Cd, Pb, Cr, and As were analyzed. It shows that the average TSP concentration in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan were (183 ± 73), (201± 84) and (190 ±66) μg/m3 respectively, and the average PM10 were (171 ± 82), (178 ± 65) and (179 ± 55) μg/m3 respectively. The lowest TSP and PM10 concentrations occurred at the background Shaping site of Changsha. The average ratio of p(PM10)/p(TSP) was 91.9%, ranging from 81.3% to 98.9%. Concerning heavy metals, in TSP samples, the concentration of Cr, As, Cd and Pb were 28.8-56.5, 18.1-76.3, 3.9-26.1 and 148.0-460.9 ng/m3, respectively, while in PMI0 samples, were 16.4--42.1, 15.5-67.9, 3.3-22.2 and 127.9-389.3 ng/m3, respectively. The enrichment factor of Cd was the highest, followed by Pb and As, while that of Cr was the lowest. 展开更多
