为了全面分析我国狂犬病病毒遗传进化情况,本试验使用反转录PCR(RT-PCR)方法将狂犬病病毒GSQY-Dog-China-2013分为10个片段进行扩增,回收目的片段并与pMD20-T simple载体连接,转化JM109感受态细胞,挑取阳性克隆进行测序;使用DNASTAR软... 为了全面分析我国狂犬病病毒遗传进化情况,本试验使用反转录PCR(RT-PCR)方法将狂犬病病毒GSQY-Dog-China-2013分为10个片段进行扩增,回收目的片段并与pMD20-T simple载体连接,转化JM109感受态细胞,挑取阳性克隆进行测序;使用DNASTAR软件中的Edit Seq通过拼接相邻片段之间的重叠序列获得GSQY-Dog-China-2013全基因组序列,构建系统进化树进行遗传进化分析。结果显示,GSQY-Dog-China-2013全长11924核苷酸(nt),包含5个开放阅读框,分别编码核蛋白(N)、磷蛋白(P)、基质蛋白(M)、糖蛋白(G)和转录大蛋白(L);基于全基因组序列的进化树分析显示,GSQY-Dog-China-2013株和国内分离株形成一个分支,在国内分离株中与SXYL15株和SXBJ15株形成一个分支,亲缘关系最接近,提示GSQY-Dog-China-2013可能源自我国陕西省。本试验系甘肃省首次报道狂犬病病毒全基因组序列,进一步丰富了我国狂犬病病毒遗传进化数据,为狂犬病全面防治以及疫苗研发提供了数据支持。 展开更多

基于China-PAR模型正常高值血压与心血管病风险相关性研究

目的 基于China-PAR(Prediction for ASCVD Risk in China)模型,探讨正常高值血压水平与未来10年动脉粥样硬化性心血管病(Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, ASCVD)风险的相关性。方法 收集2020年9月至2022年12月在广州市某三甲... 目的 基于China-PAR(Prediction for ASCVD Risk in China)模型,探讨正常高值血压水平与未来10年动脉粥样硬化性心血管病(Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, ASCVD)风险的相关性。方法 收集2020年9月至2022年12月在广州市某三甲医院全科和广州市某社区医院就诊的694例患者的临床资料,对所有患者进行一般资料调查、体格检查和血液生化检查,使用China-PAR模型评估所有患者未来10年ASCVD发病风险。结果 正常血压、正常高值血压和高血压的检出人数分别为73例(10.52%)、197例(28.39%)和424例(61.09%);正常高值血压患者检出率基本呈现随年龄增高逐渐下降趋势;与正常血压组比较,正常高值血压和高血压组患者年龄、腰围、血压值、FBG、糖尿病患病率和心血管病家族史比例更高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析显示年龄、腰围是正常高值血压发生的影响因素。未来10年ASCVD风险评估显示,高危人群比例随血压分级和年龄的增高而增高,男性高危人群比例比女性高。有序logistic回归分析显示,与正常血压患者相比,正常高值血压与未来10年ASCVD发病风险升高明显相关[95%CI=-1.441(-2.177~-0.704),P<0.001]。结论 基于China-PAR模型,正常高值血压与未来10年ASCVD发病风险升高明显相关。 展开更多

农药地下水暴露模型China-PEARL已开始在我国农药地下水风险评估中应用。本文利用China-PEARL潍坊市场景数据,为PRZM-GW构建了潍坊市场景。在潍坊市场景下,利用2个模型计算了56种农药在5种作物上共计145种施用方式下的预测环境浓度(PEC)... 农药地下水暴露模型China-PEARL已开始在我国农药地下水风险评估中应用。本文利用China-PEARL潍坊市场景数据,为PRZM-GW构建了潍坊市场景。在潍坊市场景下,利用2个模型计算了56种农药在5种作物上共计145种施用方式下的预测环境浓度(PEC)值,利用商值法(RQ)进行风险评估。结果显示有8种农药共13种施用方式在潍坊市场景下存在不可接受的地下水风险。其中,2个模型均显示有不可接受风险的农药是多菌灵和氟磺胺草醚。2个模型PEC值比较结果显示,PRZM-GW的农药风险评估趋势与China-PEARL一致性高,从而验证了China-PEARL的可信性。模型PEC值影响因素分析显示,土壤有机碳分配系数(Koc)对2个模型输出影响最大,可将Koc>400L·kg-1作为判断某种农药预测浓度<0.1μg·L-1经验性指标。2个模型的PEC值和土壤好氧半衰期的对数呈线性关系,当土壤好氧半衰期>10d时,模型的PEC值随土壤好氧半衰期的增大而迅速增高。水解半衰期为PRZM-GW模型输入项,决定了PRZM-GW模型模拟的农药浓度随年变化趋势。水中溶解度是China-PEARL的输入项,但对模型PEC值影响很小。 展开更多

目的比较汇集队列风险方程(PCE)和China-PAR模型在体检人群ASCVD风险预测中的应用。方法选择2018年1月至2018年6月期间于宜宾市第一人民医院和宜宾市第二人民医行健康体检的40岁以上成年人848例,采用PCE和China-PAR评估ASCVD发病风险,探... 目的比较汇集队列风险方程(PCE)和China-PAR模型在体检人群ASCVD风险预测中的应用。方法选择2018年1月至2018年6月期间于宜宾市第一人民医院和宜宾市第二人民医行健康体检的40岁以上成年人848例,采用PCE和China-PAR评估ASCVD发病风险,探讨PCE和China-PAR在ASCVD发生风险预测中的关联性和一致性。结果PCE和China-PAR预测的10年ASCVD发病风险概率分别为(5.4±2.4)%和(4.5±2.0)%,PCE预测结果高于China-PAR(P<0.05),按年龄段、性别和居住地分层比较,PCE预测结果也高于China-PAR;不管是PCE还是China-PAR,男性ASCVD发病风险高于女性,年龄越大风险概率越高(P<0.05)。PCE预测10年ASCVD发生风险为高危者192例(22.6%),China-PAR预测10年ASCVD发生风险为低危者507例(59.8%),中危326例(38.4%),高危15例(1.8%)。Pearson相关分析显示PCE和China-PAR预测的ASCVD发生风险概率有相关性,其Pearson相关系数为0.716(P<0.05)。PCE和China-PAR预测风险等级有一定关联性,列联系数r为0.200,kappa=0.152。结论PCE可能会高估中国人ASCVD发病风险,China-PAR可能更适合中国人,但需要大样本人群队列进行进一步验证。 展开更多

Methods Data f... Objective To assess the 10-year Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease(ASCVD) risk score among adults in eastern China using the China-PAR equation which formulated primarily for the Chinese population. Methods Data from 72,129 individuals from 35-74 years old who received routine physical examinations in eastern China were analyzed in this study. The 10-year risk scores were calculated using the China-PAR equation. The chi-square test and logistic regression were then performed to evaluate the association between the selected risk factors and overall CVD risk. Results The mean 10-year ASCVD risk scores were 3.82% ± 3.76% in men and 1.30% ± 1.65% in women based on the China-PAR equation. Overall, 20% of men and 3.5% of women were intermediate-risk, and 7.3% of men and 0.3% of women were high-risk. Waist to hip ratio(WHR) [OR = 1.16(CI 95% = 1.06-1.26)], waist to height ratio(WHtR) [OR = 1.16(CI 95% = 1.05-1.28)], non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C) [OR = 1.23(CI 95% = 1.09-1.39)], and total cholesterol(TC)/HDL-C [OR = 1.68(CI 95% = 1.46-1.94)] were more strongly associated with CVD risk than body-mass index(BMI), waist circumference(WC), and TC alone. Conclusion Male-specific prevention and treatment strategies for ASCVD are needed in eastern China. In addition, WHR, WHtR, non-HDL-C, and TC/HDL-C which not included in the the China-PAR equation were also independently associated with 10-year ASCVD risk score categories. 展开更多

The permafrost along the China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline(CRCOP) is degrading since the pipeline operation in 2011. Heat dissipated from the pipeline, climate warming and anthropogenic activities leads to permafrost warming. The processes of permafrost warming along the CRCOP were studied based on the monitoring of air and soil temperatures, and electrical resistivity tomography(ERT) surveys. Results show that:(1) the mean annual air temperature(MAAT) in permafrost regions along the CRCOP increased with a rate of 0.21°C/10a–0.40°C/10 a during the past five decades;(2) the mean annual ground temperature(MAGT, at-15 m depth) of undisturbed permafrost increased by 0.2°C and the natural permafrost table remained unchanged due to the zero-curtain effect;(3) permafrost surrounding the uninsulated pipeline right-of-way warmed significantly compared with that in a natural site. During 2012–2017, the MAGT and the artificial permafrost table, 2 m away from the pipeline centerline, increased at rates of 0.063°C/a and 1.0 m/a. The thaw bulb developed around the pipe and exhibits a faster lateral expansion;(4) 80-mm-thick insulation could reduce the heat exchange between the pipeline and underlying permafrost and then keep the permafrost and pipe stable. The MAGT and the artificial permafrost table, 4.8 m away from the center line of the pipeline, increased by 0.3°C/a and 0.43 m/a, respectively. Due to the heat disturbance caused by warm oil, the degradation of wetland, controlled burn each autumn and climate warming, the permafrost extent reduced and warmed significantly along the CRCOP route. Field observations provide basic data to clarify the interactions between CRCOP and permafrost degradation and environmental effects in the context of climate change. 展开更多

目的对比分析China-LISS接骨板和LISS接骨板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效、不良反应及膝关节功能。方法选取本院2014年8月至2016年10月收治的106例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(53例),治疗组患者应用China_LISS接骨板治疗... 目的对比分析China-LISS接骨板和LISS接骨板治疗股骨远端骨折的疗效、不良反应及膝关节功能。方法选取本院2014年8月至2016年10月收治的106例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(53例),治疗组患者应用China_LISS接骨板治疗,对照组患者应用LISS接骨板治疗。比较两组的疗效、不良反应及膝关节功能。结果治疗组和对照组的总优良率、治疗1年后的各项Evanich膝关节评分相比差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组的手术时间、切口长度[分别为(100.4±20.9)min、(11.0±2.3)cm]均显著低于对照组[分别为(115.2±38.5)min、(14.4±5.0)cm],差异有显著性(P<0.05),但术中出血量两组比较差异无显著性[(151.4±79.6)ml vs(179.4±90.7)ml,P>0.05],另外,治疗组患者的下床活动时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、治疗费用[分别为(51.1±12.6)天、(10.7±2.2)周、(21.7±7.4)天、(1.22±0.09)万元]显著低于对照组[分别为(66.9±17.1)天、(12.1±3.3)周、(29.6±8.4)天、(2.61±0.06)万元],差异有显著性(P<0.05),术后不良反应发生率也显著低于对照组(13.16%vs 36.84%,P<0.05)。结论 China-LISS接骨板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效显著,不良反应少,可有效恢复膝关节功能,具有临床推广价值。 展开更多

The China-mock-up test is to evaluate the performance of the compacted Gaomiaozi (GMZ) bentonite under coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical (THM) conditions in deep geological disposal. A numerical study of the test is conducted in this paper. The principal THM characteristics of the bentonite are presented at first. A THM model is then presented to tackle the complex coupling behavior of the bentonite. The model of Alonso-Gens is incorporated to reproduce the mechanical behavior of the bentonite under unsaturated conditions. With the proposed model, numerical simulations of the China-mock-up test are carried out by using the code of LAGAMINE. The time variations associated with the temperature, degree of saturation, suction and swelling pressure of the compacted bentonite are studied. The results suggest that the proposed model is able to reproduce the mechanical behavior of the bentonite, and to predict moisture motion under coupled THM conditions. 展开更多

Based on an analysis of some official and nonofficial research reports published in the United States,this article holds that the China-U.S.trade imbalance is the symptom of a bigger issue stemming from the contradiction between the United States as the world's sole superpower and China as an emerging power.Economic globalisation came about due to the needs of western developed countries represented by the United States to boost economic development.Only by seizing the opportunities of economic globalisation, has China gained strong economic growth. Such a development is changing the world political,economic,military and cultural landscape that have been shaped since the post-cold-war era,and has to some extent raised doubt or suspicion on the part of the United States and its western allies.This is a manifestation of how unprepared some people in the United States and other western countries are in the face of China's rapid development and rising status.So,their immediate reaction has been to seek protection for themselves,and try their utmost to prevent China's rapid growth from impacting on the international framework and their vested interests. 展开更多

This paper calculates the China-U.S. trade balance from the national income perspective based on an input-output model that differentiates domestic and foreign-invested companies. The result shows that due to different degrees of dependence of both countries on foreign production factors such as foreign capital for the manufacturing of export goods,only 87.7% of the domestic value-added created by China's exports to the U.S. in 2012 was China's national income, whereas 96.2% of value-added in U.S. exports to China was U.S.national income. In the comparison of total export volume and export value-added, the home country's national income created by exports can more realistically reflect a country's gains from trade. In 2012, China's trade surplus with the U.S. stood at 102.8 billion US dollars in national income terms, which is 61% and 22% smaller than the results in gross and value-added terms, respectively. The implication is that the traditional trade balance accounting method seriously exaggerates the China-U.S. trade imbalance. 展开更多

The cold-region eco-environments along the China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline (CRCOP) in northern Northeast China are in disequilibrium due to the combined influences of pronounced climate warming and intensive anthropogenic activities.This is evidenced by the sharp areal reduction and northward shifting of the boreal forests,shrinking of wetlands,enhancing of soil erosion,accelerating degradation of permafrost and deteriorating of cold-region eco-environments.The degradation of permafrost plays an important role as an internal drive in the eco-environmental changes.Many components of the cold-region eco-environments,including frozen ground,forests,wetlands and peatlands,forest fires and 'heating island effect' of rapid urbanization,are interdependent,interactive,and integrated in the boreal ecosystems.The construction and long-term operation of the CRCOP system will inevitably disturb the cold-region environments along the pipeline.Therefore,a mandatory and carefully-elaborated environ-mental impact statement is indispensable for the proper mitigation of the ensued adverse impacts.Proper management,effective protection and practical rehabilitation of the damaged cold-region environments are a daunting,costly and long-term commitment.The recommended measures for protection and restoration of permafrost eco-environments along the pipeline route include adequate investigation,assessment and monitoring of permafrost and cold-region environments,compliance of pipeline construction and operation codes for environmental management,proper and timely re-vegetation,returning the cultivated lands to forests and grasslands,and effective mitigation of forest fire hazards. 展开更多

Critical discourse analysis(CDA) is an interdisciplinary approach to the study of discourse that views language as a form of social practice and focuses on the ways social and political domination are reproduced in text and talk.
