Iron deficiency led to serious chlorosis in Chinese cabbage leaves, and resulted in significant decrease in plant growth, photosynthetic pigments, net photosynthetic rate, Fv/Fm, Ф ps Ⅱ and activities of antioxidant enzymes, and increase in lipid peroxidation. While treatment with SNP, a NO donor, it could revert the iron deficiency symptoms, increased photosynthetic rate as well as activities of antioxidant enzymes, and protected membrane from lipid peroxidation, as a result, the growth inhibition of Chinese cabbage by Fe deficiency was alleviated.展开更多
There is a long history of studying and making use of ductile cast iron in China.Over the years,the foundrymen in China have carried out a lot of valuable research and development work for measuring parameters and con...There is a long history of studying and making use of ductile cast iron in China.Over the years,the foundrymen in China have carried out a lot of valuable research and development work for measuring parameters and controlling the quality in ductile cast iron production.Many methods,such as rapid metallographic phase,thermal analysis,eutectic expansion ratio,surface tension measurement,melt electrical resistivity,oxygen and sulfur activity measurement,ultrasonic measurement and sound frequency measurement,have been used and have played important roles in Chinese casting production in the past.These methods can be generally classified as liquid testing and solid testing according to the sample state.Based on the analysis of the present situation of these methods applied in the Chinese metal casting industry,the authors consider that there are two difficult technical problems to be currently solved in monitoring ductile iron quality.One is to seek an effective method for quickly evaluating the nodularizing result through on-the-spot sample analysis before the liquid iron is poured into the mould.The other is to find a nondestructive method for accurately identifying casting quality before castings are delivered.展开更多

The commonly used cut-off values for identifying iron deficiency are extrapolated from older children and may not be suitable for infants. Therefore, our study aimed to establish appropriate cut-off values for the evaluation of iron status in Chinese infants. Pregnant women who delivered at 〉37 gestational weeks with normal iron status were recruited. Later, infants with normal birth weight and who were breastfed in the first 4 months were selected. Blood samples were collected to assess hemoglobin, serum ferritin, soluble transferrin receptor, mean corpuscular volume and free erythrocyte protoporphyrin. Objective This study is to obtain precise data on iron physiological requirements in Chinese children using single stable isotope tracertechnique.Methods Thirty boys(10.6±0.2 years)and 27 girls(10.4±0.2 year...Objective This study is to obtain precise data on iron physiological requirements in Chinese children using single stable isotope tracertechnique.Methods Thirty boys(10.6±0.2 years)and 27 girls(10.4±0.2 years)were received oral 6 mg ^(57)Fe each day for 5 consecutive days.Venous blood samples were subsequently drawn to examine the change of total iron concentration and ^(57)Fe abundance at day 0,14,28,60,90,180,360,450,540,630,720.The iron physiological requirement was calculated by iron loss combined with iron circulation rate once ^(57)Fe abundance stabilized in human body.Results The iron physiological requirement was significantly lower in boys than those values in girls(16.88±7.12 vs.18.40±8.81μg/kg per day,P<0.05).Correspondingly,the values were calculated as 722.46±8.43μg/day for boys and 708.40±7.55μg/day for girls,respectively.Considering nearly 10%iron absorption rate,the estimated average iron physiological requirement was 6.0 mg/day in boys and 6.2 mg/day in girls.Conclusion This study indicate that iron physiological requirement could require more daily iron intake in girls as compare with the values in boys having the same body weight.These findings would be facilitate to the new revised dietary reference intakes.展开更多

Hemoglobin, serum ferritin, fr...A total of 65 children with mild iron deficiency anemia (IDA) were divided into 5 groups, and received 0, 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg/day of vitamin C (VC) respectively every day for 8 weeks. Hemoglobin, serum ferritin, free erythrocyte and hematocrit were determined every week. At a daily average intake of about 30 mg of VC and 7.5 mg of Fe, the results of the study indicate that: (1) VC supplement alone could effectively control children's IDA, and a dose-dependant relationship was observed. (2) 50 mg/day of VC is the most efficient dosage and 6 weeks is the shortest time for an effective therapy. (3) With a diet predominately comprised of plant foods, it is suggested that appropriate dose of VC should be supplemented for the children during winter and spring in northeastern areas of China.展开更多

背景:有研究发现成骨细胞铁死亡可作为重要的发病机制诱导激素性股骨头坏死的发生与发展。随着祖国医学的发展,有学者发现某些中药单体、中药复方及中成药等可通过多种通路机制调控成骨细胞铁死亡,最终起到治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用...背景:有研究发现成骨细胞铁死亡可作为重要的发病机制诱导激素性股骨头坏死的发生与发展。随着祖国医学的发展,有学者发现某些中药单体、中药复方及中成药等可通过多种通路机制调控成骨细胞铁死亡,最终起到治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用。目的:探讨成骨细胞铁死亡与激素性股骨头坏死的关系及中草药调控成骨细胞铁死亡治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用机制,为激素性股骨头坏死的诊治提供新的思路。方法:以“铁死亡,激素性股骨头坏死,成骨细胞,中草药,糖皮质激素,铁代谢,活性氧,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶”为中文检索词,以“ferroptosis,Hormonal necrosis of the femoral head,osteoblast,Chinese herbal medicine,glucocorticoid,iron metabolism,ROS,GPX4”为英文检索词,检索中国知网、Pub Med、万方及维普数据库,筛选各数据库建库至2023年成骨细胞铁死亡与激素性股骨头坏死及中草药干预调控研究相关的文章,最终纳入74篇文献进行综述分析。结果与结论:(1)成骨细胞铁死亡在激素性股骨头坏死发病中起重要作用。(2)成骨细胞铁死亡的发生受到多种机制通路调控,如细胞内铁超载引起铁死亡;细胞发生脂质过氧化损伤细胞膜引起铁死亡;细胞膜上胱氨酸/谷氨酸逆向转运蛋白通过影响谷胱甘肽水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4活性,从而诱导铁死亡;细胞内发生芬顿反应产生大量活性氧引起铁死亡等。(3)中药单体淫羊藿苷等、中药复方青娥丸等及中成药补肾活血颗粒等均可通过调控成骨细胞铁死亡的发生,有助于防治激素性股骨头坏死。(4)目前关于成骨细胞铁死亡相关机制尚不明确,继续深入探明两者的作用机制,有望为临床治疗激素性股骨头坏死提供新选择。展开更多

At a daily average intake of about 30 mg of VC and 7.5 mg of Fe, the results of the study indicate that: (1) VC supplement alone could effectively control children's IDA, and a dose-dependant relationship was observed. (2) 50 mg/day of VC is the most efficient dosage and 6 weeks is the shortest time for an effective therapy. (3) With a diet predominately comprised of plant foods, it is suggested that appropriate dose of VC should be supplemented for the children during winter and spring in northeastern areas of China.
文摘Iron-deficiency anemia(IDA)is one of the most common anemia diseases in China,and its patients are mostly children and women of childbearing age.Among the four major anemia,IDA belongs to benign anemia,which presents as a series of compensatory symptoms due to iron deficiency affecting hemoglobin synthesis.The insufficient oxygen supply of cells and tissues in the human body is closely related to iron and hemoglobin.However,there is a lack of systematic research on the treatment of IDA with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and its mechanism.This paper explores the mechanism of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for IDA in order to lay a theoretical foundation for the treatment of IDA with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.

文摘背景:有研究发现成骨细胞铁死亡可作为重要的发病机制诱导激素性股骨头坏死的发生与发展。随着祖国医学的发展,有学者发现某些中药单体、中药复方及中成药等可通过多种通路机制调控成骨细胞铁死亡,最终起到治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用。目的:探讨成骨细胞铁死亡与激素性股骨头坏死的关系及中草药调控成骨细胞铁死亡治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用机制,为激素性股骨头坏死的诊治提供新的思路。方法:以“铁死亡,激素性股骨头坏死,成骨细胞,中草药,糖皮质激素,铁代谢,活性氧,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶”为中文检索词,以“ferroptosis,Hormonal necrosis of the femoral head,osteoblast,Chinese herbal medicine,glucocorticoid,iron metabolism,ROS,GPX4”为英文检索词,检索中国知网、Pub Med、万方及维普数据库,筛选各数据库建库至2023年成骨细胞铁死亡与激素性股骨头坏死及中草药干预调控研究相关的文章,最终纳入74篇文献进行综述分析。结果与结论:(1)成骨细胞铁死亡在激素性股骨头坏死发病中起重要作用。(2)成骨细胞铁死亡的发生受到多种机制通路调控,如细胞内铁超载引起铁死亡;细胞发生脂质过氧化损伤细胞膜引起铁死亡;细胞膜上胱氨酸/谷氨酸逆向转运蛋白通过影响谷胱甘肽水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4活性,从而诱导铁死亡;细胞内发生芬顿反应产生大量活性氧引起铁死亡等。(3)中药单体淫羊藿苷等、中药复方青娥丸等及中成药补肾活血颗粒等均可通过调控成骨细胞铁死亡的发生,有助于防治激素性股骨头坏死。(4)目前关于成骨细胞铁死亡相关机制尚不明确,继续深入探明两者的作用机制,有望为临床治疗激素性股骨头坏死提供新选择。
