The microstructure changes of under-cooled austenite in the tested steels at different cool- ing rates were studied by the metallographic method cou- pling with the microhardness method. Nonlinear calculation of Hardgrove grindability index for mixed coal used in pulverized coal injectionJian Duan, Long-zhe Jin, Sheng-nan Ou, Zhao-zhong Ding, and Fei GuoAbstract： Both experiments and theory analysis proved that the Hardgrove grindability index （HGI） of mixed coal was nonlinear with its mixture ratio, which was explained by the theory of micro-grinding-ball effect. The low-temperature selective catalytic reduction （SCR） denitrification of a flue gas was carried out with Ce-MnOx/ACFN. The denitrification efficiencies were studied by modifying the activated carbon fibers （ACF） and changing the Ce-MnOx loading capacity, Ce/Mn molar ratio and operating conditions respectively. Ce-MnOx/ACFN as a SCR denitrification catalyst has good activity at 70-110℃. The denitrification efficiency increases with rising temperature, and it improves obviously after the ACF is modified by nitric acid. With the increasing of Ce-MnOx loading capacity and Ce/Mn molar ratio, the denitrification efficiency increases firstly and then decreases; but with the increasing of NH3/NO molar ratio in the inlet flue gas, it increases firstly and then tends to be stable. When the volume fraction of vapor in the inlet flue gas is above 8% the denitrification efficiency decreases with the vapor volume fraction increasing.

Optimization algorithm based on Lab VIEW parallel operation and its application in Ni-Ti alloy wire dieless drawing Hong-gang Zhang, Yan-bin Jiang, Zhi-hao Zhang, and Jian-xin Xie Abstract： An optimization method based on LabVIEW parallel operation was proposed to improve the com- puting speed of the traditional genetic algorithm. When applied in a multi-core computer, the optimiza- tion method can achieve multithreading concurrent operations, thereby improving the efficiency of com- putation obviously. The initial speed-path of Ni-Ti al- loy wire dieless drawing was optimized in an eight-core computer by using the optimization method. Com- pared with a method based on MATLAB program, the operation time of the optimization method is only about 1/8 as long as that of the former. Experimental results show that after adopting the optimized speed-path, the length of diameter fluctuation is about 24 mm, which is far less than that of other speed-paths such as the S-line style or linear path.

Moreover, the qualities of manuscripts and editing are improving, and its influence and international status reaches a high level. Under ＂the International Influence of Chinese Science and Technology Journals Promotion Plan＂, the development and internationalization of JCPS will be further promoted.

西方女性主义科技史发展脉络与特征分析--基于三份国际科技史期刊论文的分析(1970—2019)

西方女性主义科技史是当代科技史研究的重要前沿领域之一。选取三份国际科技史权威期刊,系统梳理自1970年至2019年间在其上发表的女性主义科技史研究论文,采用数据统计、文本阐释等方法,对相关领域的发展脉络、焦点议题等进行分析。期刊论文发表的统计数据表明,女性主义科技史研究在20世纪70年代开始起步,自20世纪90年代以来,相关研究长期保持活跃状态。对期刊论文的研究主题进行分类,性别视角下的科技史研究可进一步划分为女性主义科学史与女性主义技术史。两个方向的代表性研究议题分别是医学和日常家用技术,人物研究则各自侧重精英个体和普通群体、科学的探索者和技术的使用者。性别分析工具融入科技史学科,反映出当代科技史学科的多元、开放与包容。

指南针在近代科学发展中的作用及其对科普展览设计的启示

本文对指南针在近代科学发展中的作用进行了思考,认为只有把中国古代科学技术放在世界科学技术发展的框架下考察,才会得到公正合理的评价。建议在展览中把中国古代科学技术成果转化的展品和现代科学技术成果转化的展品一起展出,才能够正确地认识科学发展的历史和现状。

近代科学未发生于印度与中国之原因——关于李约瑟难题之一项思想史诠释

李约瑟于世界科学史之整体诠释,提出“难解之谜”,使之成为研究者探索之对象,其基本观点在于:人类文明之科学发展,虽系基于世界范围内种种交流与积累所构成,为一集体之成果,然以“科学史”之角度而言,如何诠释历史之进程中“科学”与“技术”推动之必要环节,并阐明其关键性,成为必须处理之核心问题;故就此项诠释而言,必然同时关联于“科学思想”所以能产生突破之“内因”与“外缘”。以是“科学史问题”之最终解答,必然须涉入世界范围内之“文明史”。李约瑟之分项叙述之“科学史”研究,最终导向不同“文明进程”之比较,且于最终提出一重要之疑问:何以自伽利略起始之“近代科学”之突飞猛进,与其后出现之“工业革命”,皆仅肇生于近代欧洲,而未出现于印度与中国?尤其中国于14、15世纪之前,科学技术长期领先于西方,却不能有此突破,为一可异之事。此一属于现实之结果,虽已为史家所接受,视为乃西方文明发展中特殊因素所造成,无足称奇,然对于“科学史”之研究者而言,则仍应予以重视,不宜轻看。李约瑟“科学史之问”是否持续值得关注,从而有所谓“李约瑟难题”?端视质问者对于此一既属“科学史”,亦牵涉“文明史”之问题之理解深度。其中可能存在之探索角度,重要之方面大致有五:一属哲学史,一属专业之科学史,一属社会史,一属经济史,另一则属思想史。本文撰述之角度,即属上述五方面中,与“思想史”相关之部分,其内容包括“间接因素”与“直接因素”。

中国古代天文科技档案名词“候簿”源流考

中国是世界历史上天文记录保存最完整、最系统的国家。中国古代辉煌的天文学成就与之息息相关。“候簿”为中国古代指代原始天文观测记录簿的专业名词,在中国古代天文史上具有重要地位,其天文观测记录的内容包括日照时数、行星位置、星月运动、太阳高度角、风向等。“候簿”一词的产生可追溯到唐代,自唐代以后一直延续使用到清代,并在清代的使用频率达到顶峰。其义项在历史沿革中未发生较大嬗变。民国时期,“候簿”一词随着近代天文学的产生而逐步消亡。

论中文高质量科技期刊出版开放获取的发展转型:现状、成因及建议——从青铜OA迈向金色OA

开放存取(Open Access, OA)是不同于传统学术传播的一种全新机制,其核心特征是在尊重作者权益的前提下,利用互联网为用户免费提供学术信息和学术研究成果全文服务,科研人员不需要通过付费就能访问学术资源及学术论文的全文。与科技期刊OA出版的国际发展大势相比,国内学术出版界的OA出版相对滞后,特别是中文科技期刊的OA出版模式亟需从青铜OA向金色OA转型,以加快与国际学术出版的接轨,进一步提升中国科技期刊的学术影响力。本文以入选《中文核心期刊要目总览(2023年版)》的部分高质量科技期刊为研究对象,通过对样本期刊官方网站和部分国内外开放获取学术平台的调研发现,在选取的148个中文高质量科技期刊研究样本中,青铜OA期刊占绝大多数,金色OA期刊占比很小,这与国际发展大趋势不相符合,不利于我国OA期刊的规范化和持续化发展。造成中文高质量科技期刊OA发展滞后的成因主要有期刊出版单位和作者OA主动意识薄弱、期刊OA规范性明显欠缺、国内OA学术平台建设相对落后等。在此基础上,提出了实现我国中文高质量科技期刊从青铜OA向金色OA出版转型的六大建议,即:(1)加强国家政策引导;(2)规范版权和知识共享协议;(3)制定合理的APC收费标准;(4)积极加入国外OA期刊数据库;(5)强化国内OA学术期刊平台建设;(6)普及开放获取和开放科学知识。

《中国计划生育学杂志》创刊15年学术论文引文分析

目的:了解《中国计划生育学杂志》引文引用规律,研究该刊情报吸收能力、情报源状况以及核心期刊分布,探讨我国计划生育科技工作者对文献的需求特征,为科技工作者查阅文献提出参考依据。方法:采用引文计量分析方法对1992～2006年该刊发表的学术性论文参考文献进行统计分析。结果:发表的2998篇文章中,有引文的论文2197篇,平均引文率73.28%,篇均引文数6.45条;主要引文语种为中文(61.02%),引文类型为期刊(74.03%),引文普赖斯指数为43.21%,自引率为7.44%。被引频次前10位的期刊文献引用量占引用期刊文献总量的54.85%,《中国计划生育学杂志》被引频次位居第一。结论:该刊作者文献利用能力偏低,获取信息的可及性不高,应加强提高计划生育科技工作者对国内外信息交流和利用能力,充分利用各种信息媒体和核心期刊使科技成果及时得到有效传播和推广。同时要加强编辑业务能力建设,不断提高期刊的学术水平、权威性和影响力。
