Comprehensive evaluation and spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of urban resilience in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

To clarify the connotations and extensions of urban resilience,this study focuses on the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle with 16 cities as research subjects.A comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed to measure the resilience of each city from 2003 to 2020.The spatial-temporal evolution characteristics were analyzed using Kernel density estimation,standard deviation ellipse,and spatial Markov chain analysis,and the spatial Tobit model was introduced to discover the influencing factors.The results indicate the following:①Urban resilience in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle displays an upward trend,with the center of gravity moving to the southwest,and the polarization phenomenon intensifying.②The urban resilience level in a region has certain spatial and geographical dependence,while the probability of urban resilience transfer differs in adjacent cities with different resilience levels.③Urban centrality,economic scale,openness level,and financial development promote urban resilience,whereas government scale significantly inhibits it.Finally,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to improve the urban resilience of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.

The Impact of Digital Finance on High-Quality Development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

This paper developed a comprehensive evaluation system that was able to quantify the levels of high-quality development across the cities within the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and investigate the impact that digital finance had on the cities’high-quality development and the underlying mechanisms through which it achieved this.This comprehensive evaluation system was constructed using statistical data from these cities for the period 2014 to 2020 while also taking China’s high-quality development philosophy into account.The key findings revealed that:(a)Digital finance was able to significantly promote high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle;(b)Digital finance had a significant positive effect in promoting innovative,coordinated,green,open,and shared development;(c)Digital finance was able to stimulate the high-quality development in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle by boosting entrepreneurial dynamism;(d)Digital finance had a significant impact on the high-quality development of the axis areas,while its impact was less discernible in non-axis areas.The insights from this research offer a deeper understanding of the factors that drive high-quality development,the role digital finance plays,and the mechanisms through which digital finance is able to propel high-quality development at the city cluster scale.

Coupling coordinated development among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment:A case study in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,China

Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.The Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in China.To evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four cities.The development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development index.The results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be strengthened.This study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle.In this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved.

Enhancing Women’s Well-being and Self-Confidence through Fragrance Cosmetics:Perceptions within Close and Broader Social Circlesand Circles

Mental and physical stress can affect people's self-confidence and happiness.The primary objective of this study is to develop an active fragrance that has been proved to have a positive effect on happiness and self-confidence based on the latest research results of aroma components and fragrance innovation.The active fragrance is applied to the cream formula to study the emotions it brings to the user and extend the research scope of the active emotion to the close and extensive social circle of users to see whether it can perceive it.This study provides a reference cosmetic solution for emotional regulating active fragrance.

Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Coverage Rate of Commercial Facilities in 15-minute Radius Livelihood Service Circles of Chunshu Street

Building a 15-minute radius livelihood service circle from the needs of residents is a topdown process of optimizing urban layout and promoting high-quality development implemented by the government.In September 2022,Xicheng District of Beijing served as a national pilot of the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle.Based on the data of POI,urban walking network and building outline,this paper studies the coverage of commercial service facilities in the 15-minute radius livelihood service circle of Chunshu Street by using kernel density analysis and urban network analysis tools.The research shows that the commercial facilities are concentrated in Zhuangsheng Square and Dazhalan commercial district.There are large gaps in housekeeping and couriers logistics facilities,which need to be further improved.

Research on the Application of Evidence-Based Quality Control Circle to Improve the Implementation Rate of Airway Management Measures in Adult Critically Ill Patients

Objective: To explore the effect of evidence-based quality control circle (QCC) in improving the implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients. Methods: Based on the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) evidence-based health care model, the best evidence of airway management in adult critically ill patients was obtained and applied to the clinic. Results: The total implementation rate of airway management measures in adult critically ill patients increased from 23.62% before the implementation of quality control circle to 88.82%, and the pulmonary infection rate in critically ill patients decreased from 42.31% to 21.74%, with statistical significance between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based quality control circle activities can standardize the practice standards of airway management in critically ill patients, reduce the occurrence of patients’ airway related complications, and improve clinical outcomes.

Research on Sports Public Service Supply in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle under the Background of Regional Economic Development

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of sports public services in the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-city Economic Circle.The results show that there are some problems in Chengdu-Chongqing sports public services,such as big difference in the development level of supply between urban and rural areas,low supply level,low efficiency,supply mechanism defect,lack of social sports instructors,an outstanding contradiction between the quality of sports public service and residents’demand.To address the problems,government departments should accelerate the transformation of government functions,improve the relevant regulations and systems,increase the investment in sports public services,improve the quality of supply,cultivate the backbone team,integrate resources,and combine the national characteristics with regional characteristics,take into account the personalized needs of the residents,combine the sports public services with intelligence,and build the service system of“Internet+Fitness.”

引入Circle映射和正弦余弦因子的改进粒子群算法

针对粒子群算法在搜索寻优过程中存在收敛速度慢、精度低和易陷入局部最优等问题,提出了引入Circle映射和正弦余弦因子的改进粒子群算法。采用引入Circle映射的种群初始化操作,能获得更加均匀和多样的初始种群,有利于提高算法的收敛速度和精度。采用非线性递减的惯性权重并引入正弦余弦算法中的正弦余弦因子的策略,更好地平衡了算法全局探索能力和局部开发能力。受鲸鱼优化算法启发,提出并采用带有淘汰制的随机搜索策略,增强了算法跳出局部最优和全局探索的能力。在16个基准测试函数上对该算法进行了仿真实验,并与4种粒子群相关算法及其他4种群智能优化算法进行了比较和分析,验证了所提出的改进算法具有更强的收敛性能和稳定性。

Synchronization–desynchronization transitions in networks of circle maps with sinusoidal coupling

Coupled phase oscillators are adopted as powerful platforms in studying synchrony behaviors emerged in various systems with rhythmic dynamics. Much attention has been focused on coupled time-continuous oscillators described by differential equations. In this paper, we study the synchronization dynamics of networks of coupled circle maps as the discrete version of the Kuramoto model. Despite of its simplicity in mathematical form, it is found that discreteness may induce many interesting synchronization behaviors. Multiple synchronization and desynchronization transitions of both phases and frequencies are found with varying the coupling among circle-map oscillators. The mechanisms of these transitions are interpreted in terms of the mean-field approach, where collective bifurcation cascades are revealed for coupled circle-map oscillators.

Squaring the Circle Is Possible When Taking into Consideration the Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle

Squaring the circle is one of the oldest challenges in mathematical geometry. In 1882, it was proven that π was transcendental, and the task of squaring the circle was considered impossible. Demonstrating that squaring the circle was not possible took place before discovering quantum mechanics. The purpose of this paper is to show that it is actually possible to square the circle when taking into account the Heisenberg uncertainty principle. The conclusion is clear: it is possible to square the circle when taking into account the Heisenberg uncertainty principle.

嵌入Circle映射的混合策略多目标粒子群算法

多目标粒子群算法具有收敛速度快、原理简单和易于实现等优点,被广泛应用于解决多目标优化问题。然而,它存在容易过早收敛、陷入局部最优等缺点。针对上述问题,提出了一种嵌入Circle映射的混合策略多目标粒子群算法(CMEMOPSO)。当粒子当前位置与其个体历史最优位置互不支配时,在一定概率下,利用Circle映射调整粒子位置,使其找到更优的解。同时,若外部存档达到预定阈值,则使用结合个体密度和拐点距离的混合评价指标评估非劣解的综合性能,去除较差的非劣解以实现对外部存档的更新,提高算法的综合性能。最后,利用所提出的算法在12个典型测试函数上进行实验。实验结果表明CMEMOPSO具有良好的收敛性和更快的收敛速度,它在大多数测试函数上优于其他比较算法。

Classification of Beijing Line 10 Subway Living Circle Based on Multi-source Big Data

In the first-tier cities,subway has become an important carrier and life focus of people’s daily travel activities.By studying the distribution of POIs of public service facilities around Metro Line 10,using GIS to quantitatively analyze the surrounding formats of subway stations,discussing the functional attributes of subway stations,and discussing the distribution of urban functions from a new perspective,this paper provided guidance and advice for the construction of service facilities.

A Procedure for the Squaring of a Circle (of Any Radius)

This paper presents a graphical procedure for the squaring of a circle of any radius. This procedure, which is based on a novel application of the involute profile, when applied to a circle of arbitrary radius (using only an unmarked ruler and a compass), produced a square equal in area to the given circle, which is 50 cm2. This result was a clear demonstration that not only is the construction valid for the squaring of a circle of any radius, but it is also capable of achieving absolute results (independent of the number pi (π), in a finite number of steps), when carried out with precision.

Application effect of quality control circle in postoperative functional exercise compliance of breast neoplasms patients:a meta-analysis

Background:Good adherence to post-operative exercise is crucial for long-term exercise intervention programs aimed at improving compliance,motivation for functional exercise,and quality of life among breast cancer patients.This study aims to evaluate the application effect of quality control circles on postoperative functional exercise compliance in breast neoplasm patients.Methods:A comprehensive search was conducted in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science and CINAHL databases from their establishment to May 06,2023.Manual search and backtracking of relevant literature were also conducted.The search terms included a combination of subject terms and free words.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software on eligible literature.Results:Initially,517 papers were retrieved,and after removing duplicates 238 papers using NoteExpress software,279 titles and abstracts were reviewed.Subsequently,225 non-compliant papers were excluded,leaving 54 full texts to be read.After excluding 38 non-compliant papers,16 eligible papers were included for Meta-analysis.These papers comprised a total of 1,342 patients(679 in the test group and 663 in the control group).The heterogeneity test using a fixed effects model showed P=0.22 and I2=21%.The Meta-analysis results demonstrated that the implementation of quality control circles alongside usual care significantly improved compliance with postoperative functional exercise in breast cancer patients(odds ratio=6.68,95%confidence interval(4.97,8.98),P<0.00001).Conclusion:Quality control circles activities can effectively enhance compliance with post-operative functional exercise among breast cancer patients,aiding in the recovery of affected limb function,improvement of self-care ability,and early reintegration into society and normal life,thereby enhancing quality of life.It is important to continually accumulate experience in applying relevant quality control circles activities in clinical work and promptly enhance the level of care accordingly,as the functional exercise of breast cancer patients after surgery involves a long-term and gradual improvement process.

On the Digital Transformation of the Automobile Manufacturing Industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle:Mechanism of Action and Feasible Paths

With a long industrial chain and a powerful ability to drive other industries,the automobile manufacturing industry has a prominent strategic position in the national economy.In recent years,many countries have put on their agenda the digitalization of the automobile manufacturing industry,leading to an connected,autonomous,shared,and electric(also known as CASE)①development trend in the industry.As one of the six major automobile industry clusters in China,the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has achieved initial results in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry.However,the region is still faced with some constraints,such as insufficient digital infrastructure,relatively slow development of new automobile products,insufficient innovation ability of the automobile industry,and complex digital transformation of small and medium-sized automobile enterprises(automobile SMEs).This paper intends to construct a framework for the mechanism of action of the digital transformation in the automobile manufacturing industry,analyze the effects of the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and propose feasible paths for the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry in the region by drawing on domestic and international experience in this regard.The specific paths include:(a)Smoothing the“dual-core”data chain to facilitate the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry;(b)Developing the new energy vehicle(NEV)industry to upgrade the quality of automobile products;(c)Achieving corner overtaking in the digital transformation of the automobile manufacturing industry with digital technology;(d)Jointly building the automobile industrial park to promote the digital transformation of the industry;(e)Addressing problems facing automobile SMEs in digital transformation via targeted policy tools.

基于YOLO-CIRCLE算法的圆形钢卷检测

YOLOV3是计算机视觉领域一种优秀的模型,在目标检测领域有着极为广泛的应用,但在圆形目标检测上有较大的检测冗余。工业生产环境中圆形目标极为常见,为高效准确地确定圆形钢卷目标位置及轮廓,本文针对针对圆形目标检测提出YOLO-CIRCLE模型,使用圆形先验框机制进行回归,并针对圆形目标的IOU计算提出CIRCLE-IOU和更适合圆形目标的损失计算函数CIRCLE-LOSS。并采集2000张工业生产环境中的钢卷图片进行训练。实验结果表明:YOLO-CIRCLE模型能够有效检测出圆形钢卷目标,平均精度为99.92%,平均有效面积超过95%,虽然检测速度低于原YOLOV3模型,但平均有效面积提升了20%,平均有效精度提升了0.08%,降低了空间复杂度;相比霍夫圆检测算法,速度提升56%,并且减少了参数调整的过程。本论文提供的方法可以减少大量圆形目标的识别冗余,并具有较高的鲁棒性,有助于工业产品质量检测自动化系统的建立。

Analysis of the Higher Education Research in the Chengdu-Chongqing Region:A Comparative Perspective Based on Three Major Economic Circles in China

Drawing on literature regarding higher education research retrieved from the CNKI database from 1997 to 2021,this paper used CiteSpace to analyze the current status of higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.By comparing it with that in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the Yangtze River Delta,this paper concluded that the level of higher education research within a region is in line with the level of the region’s economic and social development.As higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle draws more and more attention,its research areas and topics are becoming increasingly diversified.However,by comparison,the research in this region features a late start and lower participation of researchers and research institutions,resulting in insufficient research in both quantity and quality.Therefore,it is essential to encourage more experts and scholars to participate in higher education research in the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.Efforts should also be made to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation between scholars in Chengdu and Chongqing and establish a long-term cooperation mechanism for higher education research between the two cities.Improved higher education research will definitely facilitate the construction of first-class universities,thus providing human capital and intellectual support for the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle.

A Study on the Impact of A spherical video-based virtual reality on Teaching English Writing Guided by Experiential Learning Circle Theory

English as an international language,English writing is a very important skill as an important form of language output,which is not only an important means of expressing emotions and awareness,but also reflects the ability to use language in an integrated way.In language teaching,the development of English writing skills is an important and challenging teaching task.English writing language is expressed not only at the basic level of vocabulary,grammar,and sentence structure,but also at the higher-order level of text organization,logical reasoning,and argumentation.However,in traditional English writing teaching,students usually do not have the opportunity to have an in-depth experience of the context of the topic,which leads to a lack of motivation and poor writing results.Therefore,this study developed an SVVR learning system based on spherical video-based virtual reality(SVVR)technology and conducted a quasi-experiment in a university English major classroom.The results of the study showed that the SVVR-supported approach to English writing could improve students'writing performance,enrich writing content,and increase learning motivation.

Construction of a New Model of Contactless Medical Services for Outpatients Based on the Project-Achieving Quality Control Circle

Objective: To carry out empirical research on the role of project-achieving quality control circle (QCC) in constructing a new model of contactless medical service for outpatients. Methods: A QCC, consisting of information office members from a grade A tertiary hospital in Wenzhou, was established to conduct a research project with the theme “Constructing a new model of contactless medical service based on outpatients’ experience.” According to the ten steps and PDCA cycle, an analysis was carried out before and after the QCC activities, focusing on improving pre-consultation services, providing steward-like services, and facilitating post-consultation management. Results: After the QCC activities, the mobile appointment rate, missed appointment rate, the proportion of smart check-ins, and the average check-in time were 55.68%, 4.02%, 39.75%, and 8.24 ± 3.66 min, respectively;in contrast, before the activities, they were 32.00%, 7.88%, 0.00%, and 14.96 ± 4.98 min, respectively;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2 = 3480.112, 4994.496;Fisher’s exact probability = 963788.570;t = 5.323, P < 0.001). Many experts have also visited the hospital to learn about this system, thus rendering social and economic benefits. Conclusion: Project-achieving QCC activities are suitable for complex situations, such as constructing a new model of contactless medical service, and can significantly improve outpatient service quality, enhance patients’ experience, and improve the abilities of circle members.
