Effects of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule on residual renal function, renal hemodynamics, immune indexes and nutritional status in patients with chronic renal failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and the influence of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule on residual renal function,renal hemodynamics,immune indexes and nutritional status.Methods 86 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)hospitalized in Wuhan integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of science and technology from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and case group with 43 cases in each group.Two groups were given peritoneal dialysis treatment,the control group was given bailing capsule,the case group was given alprostadil injection on the basis of the control group.To observe the clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of residual renal function,renal hemodynamics,immune index and nutritional status.Results The total effective rate of the case group was 97.68%,higher than 83.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bun,SCR,GFR,24h urinary protein quantity,resistance index,CRP,IL-6,TNF,CD8+and SGA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the levels of renal blood flow,RRF,CD3+,CD4+,ALB,PA,TRF and Hb were higher than those before treatment;moreover,the improvement of serum inflammatory cytokines,residual renal function and renal hemodynamic indexes,immune indexes and nutritional status in the case group were significant The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.28%,higher than 6.98%in the case group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Bailing capsule can significantly improve the residual renal function,hemodynamics,immune index,reduce the degree of inflammatory response in patients with chronic renal failure.

Effect of Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods: A total of 108 patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital between November 2014 and April 2017 were reviewed and divided into routine group (n=67) who received routine therapy and Bailing capsule group (n=41) who received Bailing capsule combined with routine therapy. Routine group received ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy, and Bailing capsule group were treated with Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy. The differences in the levels of lipid metabolism, insulin resistance indexes as well as inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: There was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of lipid metabolism, insulin resistance-related indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, serum HDL-C content of Bailing capsule group was higher than that of routine group whereas LDL-C and TC contents were lower than those of routine group;serum insulin resistance-related indexes FINS and HOMA-IR levels were lower than those of routine group;serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, APN and LEP contents were lower than those of routine group.Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy can effectively improve the lipid metabolism level and inhibit the insulin resistance in patients with PCOS.

Effects of Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan on oxidative stress, inflammatory response and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy

Objective: To explore the effects of Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan on oxidative stress, inflammatory response and immune function in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 142 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 71 cases in the control group and 71 cases in the observation group were randomly assigned. The renal function, oxidative stress, inflammation and immune indexes of two groups of patients with diabetic nephropathy were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ of DN patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly compared with those before the treatment;and the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions: Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function, oxidize inflammatory reaction and enhance the immune function of patients, which has clinical significance.

Effect of Bailing capsule combined with Edaravone on immune function, antioxidant function and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective:To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with edaravone on immune function, antioxidant function and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:160 patients with COPD who received treatment in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received edaravone treatment, while patients in the observation group received bailing capsule combined with edaravone treatment. The levels of T lymphocyte, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) were measured and compared before and after treatment.Result: After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+, SOD and NO of patients in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of CD8+ and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment. The change trend of the levels of T lymphocyte and antioxidant enzyme of patients in the observation group were significantly more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1, TNF-α and MMP-9 of patients in the control group and the observation group decreased significantly, and the change trend of the above factors of patients in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly enhance the immune function and antioxidant function of patients and alleviate inflammation of the body. It has good clinical curative effect.

The Developmental Difficulties and Prospects of Chinese-style Animation:Taking Yao-Chinese Folktales as an Example

As one of the important means to spread Chinese traditional culture,Chinese-style animation has been on the rise in recent years.Many excellent works have emerged,among which the Chinese animated short film series Yao-Chinese Folktales is one of the good representatives.It aroused a strong reaction from the audience as soon as it was released on the Internet,and gave the audience a shock to their mind and vision,which has brought some thoughts to the development of Chinese-style animation.Following a linear logic chain of past-present-future Chinese-style animation’s development,this paper takes Yao-Chinese Folktales as an example and analyzes the developmental difficulties and prospects of Chinese-style animation.At the end of the paper,some suggestions about the development path of Chinese-style animation’s future are given from the aspects of creation and dissemination,for the aim of promoting the Chinese-style animation’s development and spreading the Chinese traditional culture.

Research on the Application of Chinese-Style Songs in the Field of Chinese Second Language Teaching

In recent years,traditional Chinese culture has been continuously revived,integrated into the times and entered people’s daily lives.Chinese-style songs,as a combination of traditional cultural connotations and emerging song forms,have gradually emerged on the music stage in China and even around the world.In the field of teaching Chinese as a second language,the research on teaching Chinese songs has received increasing attention.This article combines the theory of the association between music and language to summarize the research results of Chinese-style songs and their application in the field of teaching Chinese as a second language in the past 30 years.The current research problems are discussed,and suggestions are proposed in order to provide some reference value for teaching Chinese as a second language.

百令胶囊联合甲巯咪唑治疗老年甲状腺功能亢进症的安全性及对甲状腺功能的影响

目的:探究百令胶囊联合甲巯咪唑治疗老年甲状腺功能亢进症(甲亢)的效果。方法:选择2020年12月—2022年12月在泰安市妇幼保健院治疗的老年甲亢患者94例,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(甲巯咪唑)及观察组(联合百令胶囊)各47例。两组均治疗28 d。对比两组治疗总有效率、甲状腺功能[游离甲状腺三碘原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺素(TSH)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)]、血清细胞因子[白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]、氧化应激水平[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)]、不良反应发生率。结果:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH、PTH水平对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FT_(3)、FT_(4)、PTH水平均降低,TSH均升高,对照组FT_(3)、FT_(4)、PTH水平均高于观察组,TSH低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-4、IL-17、TGF-β、IFN-γ水平对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-4、IL-17、IFN-γ水平均降低,TGF-β水平均升高,观察组IL-4、IL-17、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组,TGF-β水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SOD、MDA、GPX水平对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MDA均降低,SOD、GPX均升高,对照组MDA高于观察组,SOD、GPX均低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率与观察组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年甲亢患者采用百令胶囊联合甲巯咪唑治疗,可改善甲状腺功能,降低炎症反应,提高抗氧化应激能力,安全性较高。

百令胶囊联合常规西药治疗免疫球蛋白A肾病患者的临床疗效及对其炎性因子的影响

目的 探讨百令胶囊联合常规西药治疗免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)肾病患者的临床疗效及对其炎性因子的影响。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年6月期间自贡市第一人民医院收治的IgA肾病患者94例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各47例。对照组采用他克莫司和甲泼尼龙片等常规治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上加用百令胶囊治疗。均治疗3个月。观察比较两组患者肾功能指标[血浆白蛋白(Albumin,ALB)、血肌酐(Serum creatinine,SCr)、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、24 h尿蛋白(24 hours urine protein,TUP)]和血脂指标[甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(High-density lipoprotein,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(Low-density lipoprotein,LDL-C)、总胆固醇(Cholesterol total,TC)]水平,炎性因子[干扰素-γ(Interferon γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素17(Interleukin 17,IL17)、转化生长因子β1(Transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β1)]水平、外周血细胞免疫水平(T细胞亚群CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果 治疗后观察组总有效率93.62%(44/47)明显高于对照组74.47%(35/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者SCr、BUN、24 h TUP和LDL-C、TG、TC水平均较治疗前降低,ALB、GFR和HDL-C水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组BUN、SCr、24 h TUP和LDL-C、TG、TC水平均明显低于对照组,ALB、GFR、HDL-C均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者炎症因子TGF-β1、IL-17、IFN-γ水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组炎症因子TGF-β1、IL-17、IFN-γ水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者免疫指标CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前升高,CD8^(+)水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组免疫指标CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均明显高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.617,P=0.432)。结论 在他克莫司和甲泼尼龙片基础上联合百令胶囊治疗IgA肾病有助于改善肾功能、血脂指标,提高临床有效率,降低炎性因子水平,且安全性良好。

低效井合理捞油周期确定方法研究

低产低效井常规有杆采油方式成本较高,使用提捞采油方式对低产井进行开采具有一定的经济效益。文中基于油井流入动态,结合井筒压力计算方程,建立一套捞油周期数学模型。在研究井筒流入累积液量、生产压差、动液面恢复与生产时间关系的基础上,根据不同动液面上升速率对提捞井进行分类,制定合理提捞周期。并在14口捞油井上进行了生产试验,平均单次作业捞油量增加2.4 t,显著提高了捞油井的生产效率和经济效益。

百令片联合司美格鲁肽治疗糖尿病肾病的效果

目的 探讨百令片联合司美格鲁肽治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法 本研究为前瞻性研究,研究对象选自新乡医学院第一附属医院2021年9月至2023年6月收治的DN患者,共150例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(75例)、研究组(75例)。两组均接受基础治疗,对照组在此基础上接受司美格鲁肽治疗,研究组在对照组基础上接受百令片治疗。治疗6个月,比较两组疗效、治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(NLRP3)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、半胱天冬氨酸酶(Caspase-1)、胱抑素C(Cys-C)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、血肌酐(Scr)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、IL-18、β_(2)微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、血尿素氮(BUN)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)及不良反应。结果 研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗6个月后,研究组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c、NLRP3、Caspase-1、IL-1β、IL-18、Scr、BUN、Cys-C、β_(2)-MG水平较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,研究组T-AOC、SOD水平较对照组高,MDA水平较对照组低(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 司美格鲁肽与百令片联合治疗DN患者的效果良好,可有效调控NLRP3炎症小体相关因子,减轻氧化应激,增强降糖效果,从而改善肾功能,且无明显不良反应。

高水平院校工科专业学困生致困解析与纾困探索--基于中部某“双一流”高校工科专业284名本科学业预警学生的混合研究

工科人才培养是实现科技强国的基石,高水平院校工科专业更承担着输出素质高、能力强、学业精的优秀工程技术人才重任,然而工科学困生作为一个特殊群体已经成为高校“双一流”建设过程中不容忽视的客观存在。文章借助于扎根理论,采用定量与质性混合研究方法,通过对中部某“双一流”高校284名工科专业本科学业预警学生的自我总结及问卷调查,同时从中抽取14名学困生进行深度验证性访谈,结果发现学生学业存在困境的原因主要包括思想认知出现偏差、缺乏必要的大学学业规划、学习模式没有及时调整等主观原因,以及工科专业学业挑战度较大、大学与中学教育的衔接存在断层等客观原因。并据此从加强思想引导、培养学生自我管理能力、构建全员协同育人机制、成立学业帮扶互助小组、夯实大学入学前后衔接教育等维度提出针对性的学困生纾困举措,为补齐高校工科人才培养整体质量短板建言献策。

百令胶囊联合肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效及对肾纤维化及微炎症状态的影响

目的:探讨百令胶囊联合肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床疗效及对患者肾纤维化及微炎症状态的影响。方法:选取2020年4月~2023年2月期间某院接诊的172例慢性肾功能衰竭患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组86例。对照组患者给予肾衰宁片,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用百令胶囊,两组均治疗2个月。比较两组患者肾纤维化指标[结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(Col-Ⅳ)]、肾功能指标(尿素氮、血肌酐)、炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]、临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者血清CTGF、TGF-β1、Col-Ⅳ、尿素氮、血肌酐水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.19%)高于对照组(79.07%,P<0.05)。两组患者生活质量评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率(5.81%)低于对照组(16.28%,P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合肾衰宁片治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者临床疗效较好,可有效抑制患者肾纤维化进程,减轻微炎症状态,提高生活质量,且不会增加不良反应的发生风险。

尿毒清联合百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全患者肾功能的影响

目的探究尿毒清颗粒联合百令胶囊对慢性肾功能不全(chronic renal insufficiency,CRF)患者的疗效。方法选取收治的80例CRF患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗外加尿毒清颗粒治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上联合百令胶囊。观察记录2组患者的疗效;肾功能指标[血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、肾小球滤过率、尿α1-微球蛋白(urinaryα1-microglobulin,α1-MG)及视黄醇结合蛋白(retinol-binding protein,RBP)];中医证候积分和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组总有效率及肾小球滤过率高于对照组,Scr、BUN、α1-MG、RBP指数和中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论采用尿毒清联合百令胶囊治疗能有效改善CRF患者的肾功能状态,提高疗效,减轻患者的临床症状。
