The stockpiling,delivery,and provision of emergency material were in the public gaze of millions of people when the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)broke out.Civil-military integra-tion emergency logistics silently ...The stockpiling,delivery,and provision of emergency material were in the public gaze of millions of people when the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)broke out.Civil-military integra-tion emergency logistics silently opened up the“second battlefield”of anti-epidemic,and estab-lished a lifeline under that emergency situation.Research on the construction of civil-military integ-rated logistics system plays an extremely important role and occupies a significant position in en-suring social stability and security as well as the stable development of social economy in China.The modern economy driven by the Internet,Internet of Things,and big data demonstrates a rap-id growing trend calling for efficient,fast,and convenient logistics.It is urgent to upgrade or build an intelligent logistics system with intelligent technology and unmanned technology as the core to meet the international and domestic market demand.As mentioned above,this paper analyzes and expounds the construction problem and practical significance of civil-military integration emer-gency logistics system based on unmanned technology,and puts forward the strategy of construct-ing civil-military integration emergency logistics system with unmanned technology under the new system.展开更多

In the coal mining process,a large amount of Coal Mine-Associated energy(CMAE),such as coal mine methane and underground wastewater,is produced.Research on the modeling and optimization dispatching of a Coal Mine-Inte...In the coal mining process,a large amount of Coal Mine-Associated energy(CMAE),such as coal mine methane and underground wastewater,is produced.Research on the modeling and optimization dispatching of a Coal Mine-Integrated Energy System(CMIES)with CMAE effectively saves energy and reduces carbon pollution.CMAE has great uncertainties owing to the affections of the hydrogeology conditions and mining schedules.In addition,thermal loads have high comfort requirements in mines,which brings great challenges to the optimization dispatching of CMIESs.Therefore,this paper studies the architecture and solution of CMIESs with a flexible thermal load and source-load uncertainty.First,to effectively improve the electric and thermal conversion efficiency,the architecture of CMIES,including a concentrating solar power station,is built.Second,for the scheduling model with bilateral uncertainty,the interval representation method with interval variables is proposed,and a multi-objective scheduling model based on the interval variables and flexible thermal load is constructed.Finally,we propose a solution method for the model with interval variables.A case study is conducted to demonstrate the performance of our model and method for lowering carbon emissions and cost.展开更多

Such an industrial park is a new urban functional area produced in the context of civil-military integration. Compared with industrial parks in the usual sense, it pays more attenteon to scientific research, innovation, cooperation and communication. In this paper, through in-depth analyses of relevant literature and domestic actual situation, the industrial park's basic advantages and external environmental policies were interpreted, and the application prospect and practical significance of the current civil-military integration policy were analyzed based on the platform strategy of the civil-military integration industrial park. With R & D industrial parks as the object of study, this paper clarified the management of enterprises in this type of parks and the support provided by the parks, sorted out the industrial park planning plan under the civil-military integration strategy in accordance with the current economic situation and policy orientation, and finally reached the conclusion that the construction of the construction of R & D industrial parks under the civil-military integration strategy is a new growth point that will drive the deepening reform of the national economy and the sustained development of the national economy.展开更多

To analyze the operation mechanism of the civil-military integrated innovation system of the military enterprises under the new situation, the system dynamics method is used to study the feedback relations among the factors and structure of the system and the Anylogic software is used to establish the simulation model . The simulation results indicate that: the degree of enthusiasm of private enterprises to participate in the defense industry, the degree of information sharing and the degree of cooperation between the mili- tary enterprises and universities and research institutions are extremely important in the civil-military integrated innovation system. The focus of scholars studying user innovation has been restricted to the interaction between companies and individual users,and how companies can unilaterally exploit values from the value chain between companies and...The focus of scholars studying user innovation has been restricted to the interaction between companies and individual users,and how companies can unilaterally exploit values from the value chain between companies and users.We argue that the value chain between the user and manufacturer should be a bilateral value chain in which both the user and manufacturer can conduct their own innovations and provide greater value to the whole value chain.In this paper,using examples from China's civil-military integration project,we took a step forward to apply the user innovation theory in the explanation of inter-sector technological value transfer.The main theoretical contribution of this paper is the expansion of the scope of application of the user innovation theory to inter-sector level research.Studying cases from China's civil-military integration project,we found that the concepts of user and innovator become blurred when we study the phenomenon across time.When we go beyond individual user and manufacturer and shift the focus of our discussion to the level of inter-sector technological value transfer,we will find that it is possible for organizational agents at large to be both users and innovators of technology.展开更多
