Low temperature causes rice yield losses of up to 30%–40%,therefore increasing its cold tolerance is a breeding target.Few genes in rice are reported to confer cold tolerance at both the vegetative and reproductive stages.This study revealed a rice-specific 24-nt miRNA,miR1868,whose accumulation was suppressed by cold stress.Knockdown of MIR1868 increased seedling survival,pollen fertility,seed setting,and grain yield under cold stress,whereas its overexpression conferred the opposite phenotype.Knockdown of MIR1868 increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging and soluble sugar content under cold stress by increasing the expression of peroxidase genes and sugar metabolism genes,and its overexpression produced the opposite effect.Thus,MIR1868 negatively regulated rice cold tolerance via ROS scavenging and sugar accumulation. 展开更多

Populus tomentosa seedlings used for cold acclimation at -3℃ were pretreated with or without 10?mmol·L -1 CaCl 2, 3?mmol·L -1 of Ca 2+ chelator EGTA, 0 1?mmol·L -1 of Ca 2+ channel inhibitor LaCl 3,and 0 05?mmol·L -1 of CaM antagonist CPZ. The changes in the contents of total soluble protein and CaM, and freezing resistance in all pretreated seedlings in various periods ( viz: following cold acclimation, chilling stress and recovery) were investigated. Results showed that cold acclimation increased the contents of total soluble protein and CaM, and freezing resistance of seedlings, which could be strongly reduced by the pretreatments of EGTA CPZ and LaCl 3 Cold acclimation combined with CaCl 2 pretreatment enhanced the effect of cold acclimation on freezing resistance, and obviously increased the contents of total soluble protein and CaM, reduced the declining degree of the contents of total soluble protein and CaM caused by chilling stress as compared with cold acclimation, augmented the increase in the level of total soluble protein and CaM during the recovery periods. Further analysis found that an increase in total soluble protein content during cold acclimation with or without CaCl 2 pretreatment mainly resulted from the increase in content of heat stable protein in total soluble protein. It is suggested that Ca 2+ calmodulin may be involved in the synthesis of total soluble protein, and the induction of freezing resistance of seedlings. 展开更多

The changes in the contents of total soluble protein and RNA, the activity of RNase in leaves and branches of Populus tomentosa cuttings at various periods (viz: cold acclimation, deacclimation, chilling stress and the recovery after chilling stress), and the survival rate and the freezing resistance of cuttings during cold acclimation at -3℃ were investigated. Results showed that cold acclimation not only increased the contents of total soluble protein and RNA, the survival rates and the freezing resistance of cuttings, decreased the activity of RNase, but also reduced the declining degree of total soluble protein and RNA contents, and the increasing level of RNase caused by chilling stress as compared with the controls. In addition, cold acclimation augmented the increase in the level of total soluble protein and RNA, and facilitated the decrease of RNase during the recovery periods. Further analysis found that the DNA content of all treatments kept relative stability at various periods. The changes in total soluble protein, RNA and RNase were closely related to the freezing resistance of cuttings. It appears that the increase of RNA content caused by cold acclimation induced decrease of RNase activity may be involved in the accumulation of total soluble protein and the induction of freezing resistance of cuttings. 展开更多

【目的】观察养血散寒通脉方(由当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤加减而成)治疗血虚寒凝型子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的临床疗效。【方法】将120例血虚寒凝型EMS患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组给予养血散寒通脉方治疗,对照组给予少腹... 【目的】观察养血散寒通脉方(由当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤加减而成)治疗血虚寒凝型子宫内膜异位症(EMS)的临床疗效。【方法】将120例血虚寒凝型EMS患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组给予养血散寒通脉方治疗,对照组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗,疗程为3个月,并于疗程结束后随访1年。观察2组患者治疗前后各种疼痛评分[包括经期腹痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和痛经、非经期盆腔痛、性交痛、盆腔压痛、骶韧带结节触痛分级评分]、卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿大小及血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子1(SICAM-1)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制因子2(TIMP-2)水平的变化情况,并观察2组患者的临床疗效、安全性、复发情况及妊娠情况。【结果】(1)研究过程中,研究组脱落3例,对照组脱落5例,最终共112例患者纳入统计分析,其中研究组57例,对照组55例。(2)治疗3个月后,研究组的总有效率为92.98%(53/57),对照组为85.45%(47/55),组间比较,研究组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的各种疼痛评分(包括经期腹痛VAS评分和痛经、非经期盆腔痛、性交痛、盆腔压痛、骶韧带结节触痛分级评分)均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且研究组的下降幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者的卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿均略有缩小,但组内治疗前后及治疗后组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(5)治疗后,2组患者血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),血清TIMP-2水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且研究组对血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9水平的下降幅度及对血清TIMP-2水平的升高幅度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(6)随访1年,研究组的复发率为30.19%(16/53),明显低于对照组的68.09%(32/47),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组21例有生育要求,其中14例妊娠,妊娠率为66.67%(14/21);对照组20例有生育要求,其中4例妊娠,妊娠率为20.00%(4/20);组间比较,研究组的妊娠率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(7)治疗期间,2组患者均无明显不良反应发生,且患者的血、尿、大便常规及心电图、肝肾功能等安全性指标均无异常变化。【结论】养血散寒通脉方治疗血虚寒凝型EMS患者疗效确切,能够显著缓解患者各种疼痛症状,改善妊娠结局,有效调节血清CA125、VEGF、SICAM-1、MMP-9、TIMP-2水平。 展开更多

蓄冷箱包装在模拟冷链运输中对甜玉米品质的影响

甜玉米采后生理代谢旺盛,极易老化,严重影响食用品质。为了明确采后蓄冷包装模拟冷链运输对甜玉米品质的影响,以‘金冠218’甜玉米为实验材料,以冷库贮藏(4℃)模拟冷藏车运输为对照,研究了蓄冷箱包装甜玉米在模拟冷链运输3 d及随后常温... 甜玉米采后生理代谢旺盛,极易老化,严重影响食用品质。为了明确采后蓄冷包装模拟冷链运输对甜玉米品质的影响,以‘金冠218’甜玉米为实验材料,以冷库贮藏(4℃)模拟冷藏车运输为对照,研究了蓄冷箱包装甜玉米在模拟冷链运输3 d及随后常温货架(20℃)贮藏1 d过程中的品质变化。结果表明:蓄冷箱包装的甜玉米中心最高温度3 d内不超过7℃,蓄冷保温效果良好。与对照相比,蓄冷箱包装模拟冷链运输可以很好地维持甜玉米冷链运输和货架期间的品质,延缓甜玉米苞叶颜色的变化,其中模拟冷链运输3 d后甜玉米的质量损失率降低了72.66%,可溶性固形物含量提高了4.97%,可溶性糖含量提高了10.13%;甜玉米的抗氧化酶除超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性下降外,过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(ascorbate peroxidase,APX)活性比对照组有显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,利用蓄冷箱包装可以保持甜玉米冷链运输过程和货架期的品质,研究结果为甜玉米采后物流运输过程的蓄冷包装保鲜提供了技术依据。 展开更多

Fur ther analysis found that the concentrations of total soluble sugar in branches i ncreased greater than that in leaves during both cold acclimation with or withou t the pretreatment of saccharose. Moreover, an increase of the concentrations of total soluble sugar in branches and leaves was closely related to the freezing tolerance of seedlings. 该文以结晶紫中性红胆盐培养基(violet red bile agar,VRBA)组分为体系基础,通过筛选凝胶,正交试验优化凝胶、乳糖与胆盐添加量,以及添加乳糖发酵诱导剂,进行了大肠菌群测试片的研制。研究表明,使用卡拉胶代替琼脂作为载体,将卡拉胶、... 该文以结晶紫中性红胆盐培养基(violet red bile agar,VRBA)组分为体系基础,通过筛选凝胶,正交试验优化凝胶、乳糖与胆盐添加量,以及添加乳糖发酵诱导剂,进行了大肠菌群测试片的研制。研究表明,使用卡拉胶代替琼脂作为载体,将卡拉胶、乳糖与胆盐的添加量分别优化为15、10、1.2 g/L,同时添加250 mg/L乳酰基-N脂酰基鞘氨醇作为乳糖发酵诱导剂,大肠菌群测试片的理化与微生物性能达到最优。测试片性能符合国标方法对VRBA培养基的控制要求;与国标大肠菌群平板计数方法相比,测试片方法在实际样本的检测结果无明显差异的同时,将检测周期缩短了24 h,结果观察更为直观,提升了对弱产气型目标菌的检测能力。该文所研制的大肠菌群测试片便捷快速准确,可适用于食品检测,并可为商业化测试片的研制提供借鉴意义。 展开更多

血清eCIRP、suPAR预测脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者预后的价值分析

目的探讨血清细胞外冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(eCIRP)、可溶性尿激酶纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)预测脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者预后的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2023年6月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院急诊科收治的脓毒症致A... 目的探讨血清细胞外冷诱导RNA结合蛋白(eCIRP)、可溶性尿激酶纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)预测脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者预后的价值。方法选取2019年1月—2023年6月上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院急诊科收治的脓毒症致ARDS患者84例(ARDS组),按照1∶1比例选取单纯脓毒症患者84例(非ARDS组),根据预后将脓毒症致ARDS患者分为死亡亚组(37例)和存活亚组(47例)。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清eCIRP、suPAR水平。通过多因素Logistic回归和受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析脓毒症致ARDS患者死亡的因素及血清eCIRP、suPAR水平预测价值。结果与非ARDS组比较,ARDS组血清eCIRP、suPAR水平升高(t/P=14.330/<0.001、10.632/<0.001);84例脓毒症致ARDS患者90 d死亡率为44.05%(37/84);死亡亚组患者血清eCIRP、suPAR、脓毒性休克比例、机械通气时间≥3 d比例、序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分、降钙素原、血乳酸均高于存活亚组(χ^(2)/t/P=13.805/<0.001、5.229/<0.001、10.932/0.001、4.334/0.037、4.850/<0.001、7.592/<0.001、5.926/<0.001);SOFA评分高、血乳酸高及血清eCIRP、suPAR高为脓毒症致ARDS患者死亡的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.523(1.123~2.067)、2.558(1.123~5.824)、1.094(1.017~1.178)、1.365(1.117~1.670)]。血清eCIRP、suPAR及二者联合预测脓毒症致ARDS患者死亡的AUC分别为0.787、0.779、0.871,二者联合的AUC大于血清eCIRP、suPAR水平的单独预测(Z/P=2.005/0.045、2.205/0.028)。结论血清eCIRP、suPAR水平升高与脓毒症致ARDS患者预后不良有关,且二者联合预测的价值较高。 展开更多

自然降温过程中北京地区3种绣球的耐寒性研究

新型水溶性没食子酸衍生物的合成及其对冷藏南美白对虾的抗氧化保鲜性能

为解决没食子酸(gallic acid,GA)因水溶性差而导致其对水产品抗氧化保鲜效果差的难题,本研究合成一种新型水溶性GA衍生物GA-CONH-SO_(3)H,通过高分辨质谱、核磁和光谱表征证实衍生物成功合成。非共价相互作用理论计算表明,GA-CONH-SO_(... 为解决没食子酸(gallic acid,GA)因水溶性差而导致其对水产品抗氧化保鲜效果差的难题,本研究合成一种新型水溶性GA衍生物GA-CONH-SO_(3)H,通过高分辨质谱、核磁和光谱表征证实衍生物成功合成。非共价相互作用理论计算表明,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H与水分子间存在丰富的氢键作用,并与水分子的结合能强于GA。经测量,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H常温水中饱和溶解度为290.02 mg/mL,是GA的26倍。并且,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基、羟自由基和O_(2)^(-)·的清除率分别高达92.80%(58.78μmol/L GA仅为89.77%)、98.09%(1.76 mmol/L GA仅为49.56%)、99.74%(23.51 mmol/L GA仅为29.89%)。最后,在南美白对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)4℃冷藏保鲜实验中,冷藏8 d后GA-CONH-SO_(3)H浸泡处理组虾肉pH值为7.44(GA组7.71),冷藏6 d后总挥发性盐基氮含量为27.07 mg/100 g(GA组35.47 mg/100 g)、硫代巴比妥酸反应物值为0.87 mg/kg(GA组0.94 mg/kg)、菌落总数为(5.09±0.02)(lg(CFU/g))(GA组(5.66±0.03)(lg(CFU/g))),GA-CONH-SO_(3)H保鲜效果显著,可延长其货架期2 d。此外,与商品化鲜虾保鲜剂4-己基间苯二酚(4-hexylresorcinol,4-HR)的对比实验结果表明,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H在抑制TVB-N、TBARS和TVC值增长方面效果均显著优于4-HR。同时,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H具有较低的细胞毒性。因此,GA-CONH-SO_(3)H是一种极具开发潜力的水产品抗氧化保鲜剂。 展开更多

Recent studies have shown that the R2R3-MYB transcription factor MdMYB73 is involved in salt stress response in apple. However, no research was done whether MdMYB73 mediated cold tolerance in apple or not. In this study, we found that the expression of MdMYB73 was obviously induced by cold stress. Functional analysis showed that MdMYB73 significantly increased cold tolerance in transgenic apple calli and Arabidopsis. Quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) assay indicated that the expression levels of cold-responsive genes including MdCBF2, MdCBF3, MdCBF4, and MdCBF5 were obviously enhanced in MdMYB73 transgenic calli, suggesting that MdMYB73 increased cold tolerance via C-repeat binding factor (CBF) cold response pathway. Finally, we found that soluble sugar, which provides an osmoticum for cells, was increased in MdMYB73 transgenic calli compared to that in the wild type control. These findings provide a new insights into how MdMYB73 is involved in cold stress response. 展开更多

The Relationship Between Developmental Accumulation of Leaf Soluble Proteins and Vernalization Response of Wheat(Triticum aestivum L.em. Thell) 被引量:5

The relationship between vernalization requirement and quantitative and qualitative changes in total leaf soluble proteins were determined in one spring (cv. Kohdasht) and two winter (cvs. Sardari and Norstar) cultivars of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) exposed to 4℃. Plants were sampled on days 2, 14, 21 and 35 of exposure to 4℃. The final leaf number (FLN) was determined throughout the vernalization periods (0, 7, 14, 24, and 35 d) at 4℃. The final leaf number decreased until days 24 and 35 in Sardari and Norstar eultivars, respectively, indicating the vernalization saturation at these times. No clear changes were detected in the final leaf number of Kohdash cultivar, verifying no vernalization requirement for this spring wheat cultivar. Comparing with control, clear cold-induced 2-fold increases in proteins quantity occurred after 48 h following the 4℃-treatment in the leaves of the both winter wheat cultivars but, such response was not detected in the spring cultivar. However, the electrophoretic protein patterns showed between-cultivar and between-temperature treatment differences. With increasing exposure time to 4℃, the winter cultivars tended to produce more HMW polypeptides than the spring cultivar. Similar proteins were induced in both Sardari and Norstar winter wheat cultivars, however, the long vernalization requirement in Norstar resulted in high level and longer duration of expression of cold-induced proteins compared to Sardari with a short vernalization requirement. These observations indicate that vernalization response regulates the expression of low temperature (LT) tolerance proteins and determines the duration of expression of LT- induced proteins. 展开更多

Various environmental stresses including heat, strong wind, sunshine and cold prevent most plants from growing well in extensive green roof systems. For the establishment of urban rooftop gardening in Beijing, we evaluated 13 ornamental plant species [Berberis thunbergii ‘Atropurea Nana’, Euonymus fortune (Turcz.) Hand., Viburnum dilatatum Thunb., Cotinus coggygria Scop., Swida alba Opiz., Weigela florida (Bunge.) A. DC., Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl., Euonymus japonicus Thunb., Euonymus japonicus ‘Cuzhi’, Buddleja davidii Franch., Pyracantha fortuneana (Maxim.) Li., Ligustrum lucidum Ait. and Spiraea salicifolia L.] for greening of flat rooftops. We obtained three indices concerning cold resistance, i.e., electrical conductivity of leaves, amounts of soluble sugars and amounts of free proline, providing a theoretical basis for selection of plants fit for roof and balcony greening. The results show that the six species P. fortuneana (Maxim.) Li., B. thunbergii ‘Atropurea Nana’, J. nudiflorum Lindl., E. fortune (Turcz.) Hand., E. japonicus Thunb. and E. japonicus ‘Cuzhi’ are excellent plants for rooftop gardening, judging from their strong ability in cold resistance. Plants such as L. lucidum Ait., C. coggygria Scop. and W. florida (Bunge) A. DC. showed a medium ability in cold resistance. However, these species can be used in roof and balcony greening after intensive management or acclimatization of variety. The ability to resist cold of plants such as W. florida (Bunge) A. DC., S. salicifolia L., V. rhytidophyllum and S. alba Opiz. (Cornus alba L.) was found to be rather weak. Therefore, cold-proof measures are recommended when using these species. 展开更多

In order to reveal the cold resistant mechanism of tea plant,two varieties with different cold resistances were studied.The activities of catalase(CAT),peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and polyphenol oxidase(PPO) were investigated,and the contents of soluble protein,sugar and malondialdehyde(MDA) were determined in fresh tea leaves in the autumn.The results showed that the activities of POD and the content of soluble sugar were both much higher in the variety with strong cold resistance,and the content of soluble protein was associated with the cold resistance,while the cold resistance of the plant was not related with the activities of the CAT,SOD and PPO,and the content of MDA.It is considered that the activity of POD and contents of soluble sugar could be used as indicators to identify the cold resistance of tea varieties. 展开更多

The solubility of C.I. reactive blue 19 in aqueous alkali is poor, so it isn't used to dye cellulosic fiber in cold pad-batch dyeing. In order to improve the solubility of this dyestuff in alkali liquor, the right dispersants will be needed. A series of condensates are synthesized by changing the synthesis conditions such as the ratio of naphthalenesulfonic (N) to formaldehyde (F), acidity, and their compositions are confirmed by MS spectrum. It is found that in acidity scope of 20%-24% and the ratio of N to F 1∶0.33, the synthesized condensates can efficiently improve the solubility of C.I. reactive blue 19 in alkali liquor. In addition, the influences of the condensates on the exhaust dyeing and the cold pad-batch dyeing are tested. 展开更多

为研究抗寒锻炼过程中紫花苜蓿根、叶中非结构性碳水化合物转化转运与抗寒性的关系,以抗寒性强的苜蓿品种肇东和抗寒性弱的赛迪10为对象,刈割7 d后,分别进行降温处理(CH_(1))和低温处理(CH_(2)),并以再生7 d的植株(CK)和正常生长植株为... 为研究抗寒锻炼过程中紫花苜蓿根、叶中非结构性碳水化合物转化转运与抗寒性的关系,以抗寒性强的苜蓿品种肇东和抗寒性弱的赛迪10为对象,刈割7 d后,分别进行降温处理(CH_(1))和低温处理(CH_(2)),并以再生7 d的植株(CK)和正常生长植株为参照,分析抗寒锻炼过程中苜蓿根、叶中可溶性糖和淀粉含量变化及品种间差异。结果表明:抗寒锻炼后苜蓿根、叶的半致死低温(LT_(50))随可溶性糖、淀粉含量的增加而降低,根、叶LT_(50)与可溶性糖和淀粉含量呈显著负相关。在正常生长条件下再生14 d,2个品种根、叶可溶性糖和淀粉含量均降低。而CH_(1)处理下苜蓿根、叶可溶性糖含量增加、叶淀粉含量降低,根淀粉含量变化较小,赛迪10根、叶中可溶性糖含量显著高于肇东,叶淀粉含量显著低于肇东。CH_(2)处理后肇东根中可溶性糖含量增加,淀粉含量降低,赛迪10的变化相反,赛迪10根中可溶性糖含量低于肇东。抗寒锻炼改变了苜蓿可溶性糖在地上、地下的转运方向,正常生长植株根中淀粉转化成可溶性糖,转运到叶中,与叶中由淀粉转化形成的可溶性糖一起用于地上器官的再生。抗寒锻炼初期(CH_(1))2个品种叶中淀粉降解成可溶性糖,并向根部转运,根、叶中可溶性糖含量增加,在此阶段赛迪10比肇东消耗较多叶淀粉;抗寒锻炼后期(CH_(2)),不同抗寒性品种根中淀粉与可溶性糖的转化方向不同,肇东根中淀粉向可溶性糖转化,赛迪10根中可溶性糖向淀粉转化。以上结果表明,苜蓿在抗寒锻炼初期消耗较少的非结构性碳水化合物,后期根中淀粉向可溶性糖转化,有利于品种抗寒性增加,这为揭示苜蓿品种抗寒性差异提供了重要线索。 展开更多

以16份百合种质为试材,分析冷藏时间、鳞片类型及不同百合品种冷藏前后淀粉与可溶性糖含量的变化规律,为百合鳞茎采后贮藏、冷藏后食用口感的快速测定、货架期调控及鳞茎休眠打破时间的确定提供参考。结果表明:冷藏后Tiny double you鳞... 以16份百合种质为试材,分析冷藏时间、鳞片类型及不同百合品种冷藏前后淀粉与可溶性糖含量的变化规律,为百合鳞茎采后贮藏、冷藏后食用口感的快速测定、货架期调控及鳞茎休眠打破时间的确定提供参考。结果表明:冷藏后Tiny double you鳞茎的甜度值及可溶性固形物含量最高,兰州百合次之,卷丹最低;大花卷丹鳞茎的可溶性糖含量最高,兰州百合次之,卷丹最低;相关性分析表明,甜度值与可溶性固形物含量的相关系数为0.8284,可溶性糖含量与甜度值、可溶性固形物含量的相关系数分别为0.7673和0.5711,均存在一定相关性。随着冷藏时间的增加,龙牙百合鳞茎的可溶性糖含量上升,冷藏60 d时最高,而兰州百合和S8鳞茎的可溶性糖含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,冷藏45 d时最高;龙牙百合、兰州百合和S8的淀粉含量呈下降—上升—下降的变化趋势,冷藏60 d时最低;S8外层鳞片冷藏后的可溶性糖含量高于中层和内层鳞片,外层鳞片的淀粉含量下降最多,冷藏后淀粉含量最低。16份资源冷藏前后的可溶性糖含量均以大花卷丹最高、卷丹最低;冷藏前兰州百合的淀粉含量最高,红百合最低,冷藏后兰州百合的淀粉含量最高,Tiny double you最低。综上表明,冷藏条件对鳞茎中淀粉转化为可溶性糖效率的影响程度因品种而异。 展开更多

针对春秋户外运动卫衣对面料保暖性和单向导湿性能的需求,依据不对称润湿梯度和间隙梯度变小机理,从结构设计的角度开发具有单向导湿功能的纯羊毛针织面料。对羊毛进行防水和低温等离子体处理,得到亲水性差别化的羊毛;双面组织面料的面... 针对春秋户外运动卫衣对面料保暖性和单向导湿性能的需求,依据不对称润湿梯度和间隙梯度变小机理,从结构设计的角度开发具有单向导湿功能的纯羊毛针织面料。对羊毛进行防水和低温等离子体处理,得到亲水性差别化的羊毛;双面组织面料的面纱、连接纱和底纱使用不同亲水性的羊毛与水溶性维纶混纺的纱线,实现面料不对称润湿梯度;通过维纶的水解实现面料自内而外间隙梯度变小,提高面料的单向导湿性。结果表明:防水羊毛的水接触角达到了126°,等离子体处理丝光羊毛的水接触角降至34°,2种羊毛亲水性差异明显;所得单向导湿纯羊毛针织面料蒸发速率达到0.61 g/h,单向传递指数达到635.6%,制备的面料具有优异的速干性能和单向导湿性能。 展开更多
