In this study, chemical composition of 13 kinds of specific edible vegetable oilswere investigated. The comparative advantages of chemical compositions of these edible oils were obtained asfollows: (1) camellia, tiger nut and almond oil were rich in oleic acid, the contents of which accounted for79.43%, 69.16% and 66.26%, respectively;(2) safflower oil contained the highest content of linoleic acid(76.69%), followed by grape seed (66.85%) and walnut oil (57.30%);(3) perilla seed, siritch, peony seed andherbaceous peony seed oil were rich in α-linolenic acid (59.61%, 43.74%, 40.83% and 30.84%, respectively);(4)the total phytosterol contents of these oils ranged from 91.46 mg/100 g (camellia oil) to 506.46 mg/100 g (siritchoil);and (5) The best source of tocopherols was sacha inchi oil (122.74 mg/100 g), followed by perilla seed oil(55.89 mg/100 g), peony seed oil (53.73 mg/100 g) and herbaceous peony seed oil (47.17 mg/100 g). In this area, the rock mass is mainly composed of three lithofacies: biotite granite porphyry, ...Objective The Late Cretaceous Xiuwacu ore-bearing porphyry is located in the Geza area of southern Yidun arc, SW China. In this area, the rock mass is mainly composed of three lithofacies: biotite granite porphyry, monzonitic granite and light alkali feldspar granite. As a part of the Yidun arc, the Geza arc has common structure and temporal- spatial evolution with the ~idun arc, which has experienced three stages of oceanic crust subduction, collision orogeny and intracontinent convergence stages. The molybdenite ores in the area are mainly hosted in monzonitic granite-porphyry and structural fracture zone, and the ore bodies are strictly controlled by faults. In recent years, great geological prospecting results have been achieved in Xiuwacu, and the deposit has reached a medium scale. However, there are few researches on the metallogenic porphyry. Based on the previous research, we determined the rock-forming and ore-forming age of the porphyry, and found that there were two stages of magmatism intrusion in Xiuwacu: Indosinian and Yanshanian. We also discussed the geochemical characteristics and source area of the rocks in the area.展开更多
We report geochemical data, SHRIMP zircon ages and Hf-in-zircon isotopic compositions for Cenozoic granitoids from major fault systems in the Tethyan belt in western Yunnan Province, southwestern China.Four magmatic p...We report geochemical data, SHRIMP zircon ages and Hf-in-zircon isotopic compositions for Cenozoic granitoids from major fault systems in the Tethyan belt in western Yunnan Province, southwestern China.Four magmatic pulses occurred in the Paleogene, namely at ca.57 Ma, ca.50 Ma, 45–40 Ma, and 38–34 Ma.Early magmatism of this episode(57–50 Ma) produced S-type granites whose zircons yielded εHf(t) values of-5.0 to-0.3.In contrast, late magmatism of this episode reflects heterogeneous sources.Zircons from a granite porphyry along the Ailaoshan-Red River fault system have slightly positive εHf(t) values suggesting derivation from relatively young crust and/or a juvenile source.However, zircons from a granite along the Gaoligong fault system have strongly negative εHf(t) values and suggest derivation from a Paleoproterozoic crustal source.The composition of the granitoids varies with age(from ca.57 Ma to ca.34 Ma) from peraluminous to metaluminous and also suggests a change from syn-collisional to late-orogenic tectonic setting.A new tectonic model, impacting lithospheric wedge(ILW) is shown for the origin of Paleogene granitoids in this paper.展开更多
Banded Iron Formations(BIFs) are chemical sediments, ubiquitously distributed in the Precambrian supracrustal belts; thus their trace element compositions are helpful for deciphering geochemical evolution on the Ear...Banded Iron Formations(BIFs) are chemical sediments, ubiquitously distributed in the Precambrian supracrustal belts; thus their trace element compositions are helpful for deciphering geochemical evolution on the Earth through time. However, it is necessary to elucidate factors controlling the whole-rock compositions in order to decode the ancient seawater compositions because their compositions are highly variable. We analyzed major and trace element contents of the BIFs in the 3.8-3.7 Ga Isua supracrustal belt(ISB), southern West Greenland. The BIFs are petrographically classified into four types:Black-,Gray-, Green-and White-types, respectively. The Green-type BIFs contain more amphiboles, and are significantly enriched in Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, heavy rare earth element(HREE) and U contents. However,their bulk compositions are not suitable for estimate of seawater composition because the enrichment was caused by secondary mobility of metamorphic Mg, Ca and Si-rich fluid, involvement of carbonate minerals and silicate minerals of olivine and pyroxene and/or later silicification or contamination of volcanic and clastic materials. The White-type BIFs are predominant in quartz, and have lower transition element and REE contents. The Gray-type BIFs contain both quartz and magnetite. The Black-type BIFs are dominated by magnetite, and contain moderate to high transition element and REE contents. But,positive correlations of V, Ni, Zn and U contents with Zr contents suggest that involvement of detrital,volcanic and exhalative materials influences on their contents. The evidence for significant influence of the materials on the transition element contents such as Ni in the BIFs indicates the transition element contents in the Archean ocean were much lower than previously estimated. We reconstructed secular variations of V,Co, Zn and U contents of BIFs through time, which show Ni and Co contents decreased whereas V, Zn and U contents increased through time. Especially, the Ni and Co contents drastically decreased in the Mesoarchean rather than around the Great Oxidation Event. On the other hand, the V,Zn and U contents progressively increased from the Mesoarchean to the Proterozoic. Stratigraphical trends of the BIFs show increase in Y/Ho ratios and decrease in positive Eu anomaly upwards, respectively. The stratigraphic changes indicate that a ratio of hydrothermal fluid to seawater component gradually decrease through the deposition, and support the Eoarchean plate tectonics, analogous to the their stratigraphic variations of seafloor metalliferous sediments at present and in the Mesoarchean.展开更多
For the first time,we present the rare earth element (REE)and sulfur isotopic composition of hydrothermal precipitates recovered from the Tangyin hydrothermal field (THF),Okinawa Trough at a water depth of 1206 m.The ...For the first time,we present the rare earth element (REE)and sulfur isotopic composition of hydrothermal precipitates recovered from the Tangyin hydrothermal field (THF),Okinawa Trough at a water depth of 1206 m.The natural sulfur samples exhibit the lowest ∑REE concentrations (∑REE= 0.65×10^-6-4.580×10^-6)followed by metal sulfides (∑REE=1.71×10^-6-11.63×10^-6).By contrast,the natural sulfur-sediment samples have maximum ∑REE concentrations (∑REE=1 1.54×10^-6-33.06×10^-6), significantly lower than those of the volcanic and sediment samples.Nevertheless,the δEu,δCe,(La/Yb)N, La/Sm,(Gd/Yb)N and normalized patterns of the natural sulfur and metal sulfide show the most similarity to the sediment.Most hydrothermal precipitate samples are characterized by enrichments of LREE (LREE/HREE=10.09-24.53)arid slightly negative Eu anomalies or no anomaly (δEu=0.48-0.99),which are different from the hydrothermal fluid from sediment-free mid-oceanic ridges and back-are basins,but identical to the sulfides from the Jade hydrothermal field.The lower temperature and more oxidizing conditions produced by the mixing between seawater and hydrothermal fluids further attenuate the leaching ability of hydrothermal fluid,inducing lower REE concentrations for natural sulfur compared with metal sulfide;meanwhile,the negative Eu anomaly is also weakened or almost absent.The sulfur isotopic compositions of the natural sulfur (δ^34S=3.20‰-5.01‰,mean 4.23 ‰)and metal sulfide samples (δ34S=0.82‰-0.89‰,mean 0.85‰)reveal that the sulfur of the chimney is sourced from magmatic degassing.展开更多
The effects of magnesium/polytetrafluoroethylene(Mg/PTFE)pyrotechnic compositions on the coupled flow field and reignition mechanism are important aspects governing the perfommance and range of base bleed projectiles(...The effects of magnesium/polytetrafluoroethylene(Mg/PTFE)pyrotechnic compositions on the coupled flow field and reignition mechanism are important aspects governing the perfommance and range of base bleed projectiles(BBPs).Owing to a decrease in pressure and temperature when the BBP leaves the muzzle,rapid depressurization occurs,which extinguishes the base bleed propellant.The Mg/PTFE py-rotechnic composition pressed in the igniter of the base bleed unit(BBU)provides additional energy to the BBU via a chemical reaction.Thus,the extinguished base bleed propellant is reignited under the effect of high-temperature combustion gas jets from the igniter.In this study,a numerical analysis is conducted to evaluate the effects of PTFE and Mg granularity as well as Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic compo-sitions.Owing to the rapid depressurization,the temperature and pressure was found to decrease fordifferent Mg/PIFE pyrotechnic compositions.However,the depressurization time increased as the PTFE granularity increased,the Mg granularity decreased,and the Mg content increased.When the pressure in the combustion chamber of the BBU decreased to the atmospheric pressure,the combustion gas jets from the igniter expand upstream(rather than downstream).However,these combustion gas jets exhibit different axial and radial expansion characteristics depending on the pyrotechnic compositions used,The results show that the reignition delay time,ta,of the base bleed propellant was 377.608,94.27,387.243,523.966,and 221.094 ms for cases A-E,respectively.Therefore,it was concluded that the Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic composition of case B was the most beneficial for the reignition of the base bleed propellant,with the earliest addition of energy and mass to the BBP.展开更多

The generic fractions (...The viscosity of five bitumens was measured at different temperatures and the viscosity-temperature relationship was developed to evaluate the temperature susceptibility of different bitumens. The generic fractions (i e, saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltenes) of the bitumens were separated and tested by thin-layer chromatography with flame ionization detection (TLC-FID) and the effect of chemical compositions on temperature susceptibility of bitumens was analyzed using the linear regression method. The experimental results show that the four generic fractions play an inconsistent role in the temperature susceptibility of bitumens and the correlation degree of each fraction is somewhat different. The existence of aromatics and asphaltenes can lower the sensitivity to temperature changes whereas saturates and resins may have an adverse impact on the temperature susceptibility of bitumens. As for the correlation degrees, resins show the closest correlation with the temperature susceptibility of bitumens, then asphaltenes and aromatics, and the correlation between temperature susceptibility and saturates is relatively weak.展开更多
The equilibrium compositions and thermodynamic properties(density,enthalpy,etc at constant pressure)of plasma of pure gases and mixtures under local thermodynamic nonequilibrium have been calculated in this paper.The ...The equilibrium compositions and thermodynamic properties(density,enthalpy,etc at constant pressure)of plasma of pure gases and mixtures under local thermodynamic nonequilibrium have been calculated in this paper.The homotopy Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm was proposed to accurately solve nonlinear equations with singular Jacobian matrices,and is constructed by the Saha equation and Guldberg-Waage equation combined with mass conservation,the electric neutrality principle and Dalton’s partial pressure law,to solve the problem of dependence on the initial value in the process of iteration calculation.In this research,the equations at a higher temperature were solved and used as the auxiliary equations,and the homotopy control parameters’sequence of the homotopy equations was selected by equal ratios.For auxiliary equations,the iterative initial value was obtained by assuming that there were only the highestvalence atomic cations and electrons at this temperature,and the plasma equilibrium composition distribution with the required accuracy was ultimately solved under the current conditions employing the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.The control parameter sequence was arranged according to the geometric sequence and the homotopy step was gradually shortened to ensure continuity of the homotopy process.Finally,the equilibrium composition and thermodynamic properties of pure N_(2),Mg(30%)-CO_(2)(70%)and Mg(40%)-CO(50%)-N_(2)(10%)mixture plasma at atmospheric pressure were calculated and the calculation process of some specified temperatures was shown and analyzed.The calculation accuracy of equilibrium composition is higher than other findings in the literature.The results for the thermodynamic properties are in good agreement with data reported by the literature.展开更多

The article analyzed the main groups of thermal insulation(TIM)and slag-forming(SFM)mixtures produced by leading foreign companies:acidic ones based on the SiO2–Al2O3 system,basic ones based on the CaO–MgO–Al2O3 sy...The article analyzed the main groups of thermal insulation(TIM)and slag-forming(SFM)mixtures produced by leading foreign companies:acidic ones based on the SiO2–Al2O3 system,basic ones based on the CaO–MgO–Al2O3 system and medium basic ones based on the CaO(MgO)system–Al2O3–SiO2.It is shown that achieving the necessary properties of the SFM and TIM requires strict observance of the mass content of the components of mixtures produced on the basis of synthetic materials in granular form with a given dispersion.Compliance with a given composition and dispersion is associated with the need to provide a given melting temperature(for intermediate ladles 1250–1450℃,for molds 950–1150℃),neutrality to the cast metal,protection of the melt from secondary oxidation,minimization of heat loss from the melt mirror,absorption of non-metallic inclusions of various natures(Al2O3,CaO,SiO2,TiO2,less often MgO-containing)and sizes;as well as a number of specific requirements:compatibility with the working layer of the lining of the bucket,maintaining the work of the stoppers,minimizing harmful gaseous emissions,etc.It is known that Al2O3,TixOy,and CaO refractory inclusions in steel cause the majority of defects on the surface of a cold-rolled sheet,therefore,the aim of the work was to analyze the physicochemical regularities and melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions during the assimilation of nonmetallic inclusions by them.To analyze the melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions in the CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 system,a diagram of the primary crystallization field of anorthite and the adjacent boundary curves is shown,indicating the directions of temperature drop and designating invariant points.The presented scheme adequately reflects the topological regularities of the state diagram of the CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 system.To analyze the melting paths of the wollastonite-containing SFM compositions during the assimilation of TiOx impurities from steel melts,a diagram of the primary crystallization field of CaTiSiO5 sphene with adjacent boundary curves,the direction of temperature drop,and the designation of invariant points is presented.It is shown that steric and kinetic factors have a predominant effect on the formation of the three-layer layer in the SFM(molten,partially molten and unmelted layers).The more uniform the thickness of the entire SFM layer(when it is heated from the melt mirror),the smaller the influence,and the competing processes of solid-phase interaction will start,which provide a gradual accumulation of more refractory compounds and increase the melting temperature of the SFM.展开更多

文摘Objective The Late Cretaceous Xiuwacu ore-bearing porphyry is located in the Geza area of southern Yidun arc, SW China. In this area, the rock mass is mainly composed of three lithofacies: biotite granite porphyry, monzonitic granite and light alkali feldspar granite. As a part of the Yidun arc, the Geza arc has common structure and temporal- spatial evolution with the ~idun arc, which has experienced three stages of oceanic crust subduction, collision orogeny and intracontinent convergence stages. The molybdenite ores in the area are mainly hosted in monzonitic granite-porphyry and structural fracture zone, and the ore bodies are strictly controlled by faults. In recent years, great geological prospecting results have been achieved in Xiuwacu, and the deposit has reached a medium scale. However, there are few researches on the metallogenic porphyry. Based on the previous research, we determined the rock-forming and ore-forming age of the porphyry, and found that there were two stages of magmatism intrusion in Xiuwacu: Indosinian and Yanshanian. We also discussed the geochemical characteristics and source area of the rocks in the area.

文摘We report geochemical data, SHRIMP zircon ages and Hf-in-zircon isotopic compositions for Cenozoic granitoids from major fault systems in the Tethyan belt in western Yunnan Province, southwestern China.Four magmatic pulses occurred in the Paleogene, namely at ca.57 Ma, ca.50 Ma, 45–40 Ma, and 38–34 Ma.Early magmatism of this episode(57–50 Ma) produced S-type granites whose zircons yielded εHf(t) values of-5.0 to-0.3.In contrast, late magmatism of this episode reflects heterogeneous sources.Zircons from a granite porphyry along the Ailaoshan-Red River fault system have slightly positive εHf(t) values suggesting derivation from relatively young crust and/or a juvenile source.However, zircons from a granite along the Gaoligong fault system have strongly negative εHf(t) values and suggest derivation from a Paleoproterozoic crustal source.The composition of the granitoids varies with age(from ca.57 Ma to ca.34 Ma) from peraluminous to metaluminous and also suggests a change from syn-collisional to late-orogenic tectonic setting.A new tectonic model, impacting lithospheric wedge(ILW) is shown for the origin of Paleogene granitoids in this paper.

文摘Banded Iron Formations(BIFs) are chemical sediments, ubiquitously distributed in the Precambrian supracrustal belts; thus their trace element compositions are helpful for deciphering geochemical evolution on the Earth through time. However, it is necessary to elucidate factors controlling the whole-rock compositions in order to decode the ancient seawater compositions because their compositions are highly variable. We analyzed major and trace element contents of the BIFs in the 3.8-3.7 Ga Isua supracrustal belt(ISB), southern West Greenland. The BIFs are petrographically classified into four types:Black-,Gray-, Green-and White-types, respectively. The Green-type BIFs contain more amphiboles, and are significantly enriched in Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Y, heavy rare earth element(HREE) and U contents. However,their bulk compositions are not suitable for estimate of seawater composition because the enrichment was caused by secondary mobility of metamorphic Mg, Ca and Si-rich fluid, involvement of carbonate minerals and silicate minerals of olivine and pyroxene and/or later silicification or contamination of volcanic and clastic materials. The White-type BIFs are predominant in quartz, and have lower transition element and REE contents. The Gray-type BIFs contain both quartz and magnetite. The Black-type BIFs are dominated by magnetite, and contain moderate to high transition element and REE contents. But,positive correlations of V, Ni, Zn and U contents with Zr contents suggest that involvement of detrital,volcanic and exhalative materials influences on their contents. The evidence for significant influence of the materials on the transition element contents such as Ni in the BIFs indicates the transition element contents in the Archean ocean were much lower than previously estimated. We reconstructed secular variations of V,Co, Zn and U contents of BIFs through time, which show Ni and Co contents decreased whereas V, Zn and U contents increased through time. Especially, the Ni and Co contents drastically decreased in the Mesoarchean rather than around the Great Oxidation Event. On the other hand, the V,Zn and U contents progressively increased from the Mesoarchean to the Proterozoic. Stratigraphical trends of the BIFs show increase in Y/Ho ratios and decrease in positive Eu anomaly upwards, respectively. The stratigraphic changes indicate that a ratio of hydrothermal fluid to seawater component gradually decrease through the deposition, and support the Eoarchean plate tectonics, analogous to the their stratigraphic variations of seafloor metalliferous sediments at present and in the Mesoarchean.

文摘For the first time,we present the rare earth element (REE)and sulfur isotopic composition of hydrothermal precipitates recovered from the Tangyin hydrothermal field (THF),Okinawa Trough at a water depth of 1206 m.The natural sulfur samples exhibit the lowest ∑REE concentrations (∑REE= 0.65×10^-6-4.580×10^-6)followed by metal sulfides (∑REE=1.71×10^-6-11.63×10^-6).By contrast,the natural sulfur-sediment samples have maximum ∑REE concentrations (∑REE=1 1.54×10^-6-33.06×10^-6), significantly lower than those of the volcanic and sediment samples.Nevertheless,the δEu,δCe,(La/Yb)N, La/Sm,(Gd/Yb)N and normalized patterns of the natural sulfur and metal sulfide show the most similarity to the sediment.Most hydrothermal precipitate samples are characterized by enrichments of LREE (LREE/HREE=10.09-24.53)arid slightly negative Eu anomalies or no anomaly (δEu=0.48-0.99),which are different from the hydrothermal fluid from sediment-free mid-oceanic ridges and back-are basins,but identical to the sulfides from the Jade hydrothermal field.The lower temperature and more oxidizing conditions produced by the mixing between seawater and hydrothermal fluids further attenuate the leaching ability of hydrothermal fluid,inducing lower REE concentrations for natural sulfur compared with metal sulfide;meanwhile,the negative Eu anomaly is also weakened or almost absent.The sulfur isotopic compositions of the natural sulfur (δ^34S=3.20‰-5.01‰,mean 4.23 ‰)and metal sulfide samples (δ34S=0.82‰-0.89‰,mean 0.85‰)reveal that the sulfur of the chimney is sourced from magmatic degassing.

文摘The effects of magnesium/polytetrafluoroethylene(Mg/PTFE)pyrotechnic compositions on the coupled flow field and reignition mechanism are important aspects governing the perfommance and range of base bleed projectiles(BBPs).Owing to a decrease in pressure and temperature when the BBP leaves the muzzle,rapid depressurization occurs,which extinguishes the base bleed propellant.The Mg/PTFE py-rotechnic composition pressed in the igniter of the base bleed unit(BBU)provides additional energy to the BBU via a chemical reaction.Thus,the extinguished base bleed propellant is reignited under the effect of high-temperature combustion gas jets from the igniter.In this study,a numerical analysis is conducted to evaluate the effects of PTFE and Mg granularity as well as Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic compo-sitions.Owing to the rapid depressurization,the temperature and pressure was found to decrease fordifferent Mg/PIFE pyrotechnic compositions.However,the depressurization time increased as the PTFE granularity increased,the Mg granularity decreased,and the Mg content increased.When the pressure in the combustion chamber of the BBU decreased to the atmospheric pressure,the combustion gas jets from the igniter expand upstream(rather than downstream).However,these combustion gas jets exhibit different axial and radial expansion characteristics depending on the pyrotechnic compositions used,The results show that the reignition delay time,ta,of the base bleed propellant was 377.608,94.27,387.243,523.966,and 221.094 ms for cases A-E,respectively.Therefore,it was concluded that the Mg/PTFE pyrotechnic composition of case B was the most beneficial for the reignition of the base bleed propellant,with the earliest addition of energy and mass to the BBP.

文摘The paper systematically deals with the background of regional isotopic compo-sitions in the lower and middle reaches of the Yangtze River and neighbouring areas. It isshown that the lead isotopic compositions of different geological formations and units are con-trolled by the primary mantle heterogeneity, dynamic process of crust-mantle interchange,abundances of uraninm, thorium and lead of various layers of the earth and timing. Studies onthe background of regional isotopic compositions may offer significant information forgeochemical regionalization, tracing of sources of ore-forming materials, and regionalprognosis of ore deposits.

文摘Objective The Altyn Tagh marks the northern margin of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and lies between the Tarim block to the north and the Qaidam block,Qilian Orogen,and Kunlun orogenic belt to the south.The Altyn Tagh region contains ophiolite,high-to ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks,and igneous rocks.Previous research has virified the occurrence of continental rifting,subduction,slab roll-back,and collision between the Tarim block and Proto-Tethys oceanic plate.Moreover,Kaladaban volcanic rocks are mainly distributed in the north Altyn region.Studies of the magmatic evolution of this region have proposed that Altyn oceanic plate was subducted during the Ordovician(Han et al.,2012;Wang et al.,2017).However,the specific timing and other aspects of the subduction are debated,and an investigation of granite porphyry in the Kaladaban area would improve our understanding of this subduction event.In this study,we present new U-Pb zircon dating result and Sr-Nd isotope composition data for granite porphyry from the North Altyn region.The objective is to constrain the timing of subduction of the North Altyn oceanic plate and establish the petrogenesis and magma source of the granite porphyry.

文摘The viscosity of five bitumens was measured at different temperatures and the viscosity-temperature relationship was developed to evaluate the temperature susceptibility of different bitumens. The generic fractions (i e, saturates, aromatics, resins and asphaltenes) of the bitumens were separated and tested by thin-layer chromatography with flame ionization detection (TLC-FID) and the effect of chemical compositions on temperature susceptibility of bitumens was analyzed using the linear regression method. The experimental results show that the four generic fractions play an inconsistent role in the temperature susceptibility of bitumens and the correlation degree of each fraction is somewhat different. The existence of aromatics and asphaltenes can lower the sensitivity to temperature changes whereas saturates and resins may have an adverse impact on the temperature susceptibility of bitumens. As for the correlation degrees, resins show the closest correlation with the temperature susceptibility of bitumens, then asphaltenes and aromatics, and the correlation between temperature susceptibility and saturates is relatively weak.

文摘The equilibrium compositions and thermodynamic properties(density,enthalpy,etc at constant pressure)of plasma of pure gases and mixtures under local thermodynamic nonequilibrium have been calculated in this paper.The homotopy Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm was proposed to accurately solve nonlinear equations with singular Jacobian matrices,and is constructed by the Saha equation and Guldberg-Waage equation combined with mass conservation,the electric neutrality principle and Dalton’s partial pressure law,to solve the problem of dependence on the initial value in the process of iteration calculation.In this research,the equations at a higher temperature were solved and used as the auxiliary equations,and the homotopy control parameters’sequence of the homotopy equations was selected by equal ratios.For auxiliary equations,the iterative initial value was obtained by assuming that there were only the highestvalence atomic cations and electrons at this temperature,and the plasma equilibrium composition distribution with the required accuracy was ultimately solved under the current conditions employing the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.The control parameter sequence was arranged according to the geometric sequence and the homotopy step was gradually shortened to ensure continuity of the homotopy process.Finally,the equilibrium composition and thermodynamic properties of pure N_(2),Mg(30%)-CO_(2)(70%)and Mg(40%)-CO(50%)-N_(2)(10%)mixture plasma at atmospheric pressure were calculated and the calculation process of some specified temperatures was shown and analyzed.The calculation accuracy of equilibrium composition is higher than other findings in the literature.The results for the thermodynamic properties are in good agreement with data reported by the literature.

文摘InAs1-xSbx with different compositions is grown by molecular beam epitaxy on (100)-oriented semi-insulating GaAs substrates. The increase of Sb content in the epilayer results in the deterioration of crystal quality and surface morphology. Hall measurements show that the carrier concentration increases with the composition of Sb. The electron mobility decreases initially, when Sb composition exceeds a certain value, and the mobility increases slightly. In this work, we emphasize the comparison of crystal quality, surface morphology and electrical properties of epilayers with different Sb compositions.

文摘The article analyzed the main groups of thermal insulation(TIM)and slag-forming(SFM)mixtures produced by leading foreign companies:acidic ones based on the SiO2–Al2O3 system,basic ones based on the CaO–MgO–Al2O3 system and medium basic ones based on the CaO(MgO)system–Al2O3–SiO2.It is shown that achieving the necessary properties of the SFM and TIM requires strict observance of the mass content of the components of mixtures produced on the basis of synthetic materials in granular form with a given dispersion.Compliance with a given composition and dispersion is associated with the need to provide a given melting temperature(for intermediate ladles 1250–1450℃,for molds 950–1150℃),neutrality to the cast metal,protection of the melt from secondary oxidation,minimization of heat loss from the melt mirror,absorption of non-metallic inclusions of various natures(Al2O3,CaO,SiO2,TiO2,less often MgO-containing)and sizes;as well as a number of specific requirements:compatibility with the working layer of the lining of the bucket,maintaining the work of the stoppers,minimizing harmful gaseous emissions,etc.It is known that Al2O3,TixOy,and CaO refractory inclusions in steel cause the majority of defects on the surface of a cold-rolled sheet,therefore,the aim of the work was to analyze the physicochemical regularities and melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions during the assimilation of nonmetallic inclusions by them.To analyze the melting paths of the wollastonite-containing compositions in the CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 system,a diagram of the primary crystallization field of anorthite and the adjacent boundary curves is shown,indicating the directions of temperature drop and designating invariant points.The presented scheme adequately reflects the topological regularities of the state diagram of the CaO–Al2O3–SiO2 system.To analyze the melting paths of the wollastonite-containing SFM compositions during the assimilation of TiOx impurities from steel melts,a diagram of the primary crystallization field of CaTiSiO5 sphene with adjacent boundary curves,the direction of temperature drop,and the designation of invariant points is presented.It is shown that steric and kinetic factors have a predominant effect on the formation of the three-layer layer in the SFM(molten,partially molten and unmelted layers).The more uniform the thickness of the entire SFM layer(when it is heated from the melt mirror),the smaller the influence,and the competing processes of solid-phase interaction will start,which provide a gradual accumulation of more refractory compounds and increase the melting temperature of the SFM.
