Intelligent personal assistants play a pivotal role in in-vehicle systems,significantly enhancing life efficiency,driving safety,and decision-making support.In this study,the multi-modal design elements of intelligent personal assistants within the context of visual,auditory,and somatosensory interactions with drivers were discussed.Their impact on the driver’s psychological state through various modes such as visual imagery,voice interaction,and gesture interaction were explored.The study also introduced innovative designs for in-vehicle intelligent personal assistants,incorporating design principles such as driver-centricity,prioritizing passenger safety,and utilizing timely feedback as a criterion.Additionally,the study employed design methods like driver behavior research and driving situation analysis to enhance the emotional connection between drivers and their vehicles,ultimately improving driver satisfaction and trust. 展开更多

Experimental results indicated that its positioning accuracy was less than 5.6 μm and its repetitive positioning accuracy was less than 1.8 μm; the vibration amplitude of ultrasonic grinding system was uniform and stable, and the EDM system worked well and stably.A smooth surface of K9 optical glass component was achieved by the grinding method. 展开更多

Computer-aided design(CAD)software continues to be a crucial tool in digital twin application and manufacturing,facilitating the design of various products.We present a novel CAD generation method,an agent that constructs the CAD sequences containing the sketch-and-extrude modelling operations efficiently and with high quality.Starting from the sketch and extrusion operation sequences,we utilise the transformer encoder to encode them into different disentangled codebooks to represent their distribution properties while considering their correlations.Then,a combination of auto-regressive and non-autoregressive samplers is trained to sample the code for CAD sequence con-struction.Extensive experiments demonstrate that our model generates diverse and high-quality CAD models.We also show some cases of real digital twin applications and indicate that our generated model can be used as the data source for the digital twin platform,exhibiting designers'potential. 展开更多

Some key issues in supporting collaborative design in product data management(PDM ) system and 3D computer aided design(CAD) system integrated environment are analyzed. The general architecture of the integrated environment is divided into five tiers and employs the transparently integrated mode, with the mode, function calling and information exchanging among independent PDM and CAD processes are carried out via message translation /parse approach. Product layout feature(PLF ) model definition is presented, PLF model is used to represent design intention at the preliminary design phase. The collaborative design methodology employing the PLF model in PDM/3D CAD integrated environment is analyzed. In this paper, we propose a novel AIenabled space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). This new integrated networks architecture consists of LEO satellites and civil aircrafts carrying aerial base stations, called "civil aircraft assisted SAGIN(CAA-SAGIN)". The assistance of civil aircrafts can reduce the stress of satellite networks, improve the performance of SAGIN, decrease the construction cost and save space resources. Taking the Chinese mainland as an example, this paper has analyzed the distribution of civil aircrafts, and obtained the coverage characteristics of civil aircraft assisted networks(CAAN). Taking Starlink as the benchmark, this paper has calculated the service gap of CAAN, and designed the joint coverage constellation. The simulation results prove that the number of satellites in CAASAGIN can be greatly reduced with the assistance of civil aircrafts at the same data rate. 展开更多

The definition and function of welding positioner are discussed in this paper. The new definition of welding positioner extends the research scope of welding positioner to welding fixture and welding positioning motion mechanism. The design process of welding fixture and positioning motion system is described, and the cased based and knowledge based design strategy of welding positioner scheme design intelligent CAD is then put forward, which lays foundation for developing proto type system of welding positioner scheme design. 展开更多

This paper addresses some key issues in supporting product family design in a 3 D CAD/ PDM integrated system and introduces the techniques developed or adopted in building the integrated system. The general architecture of a 3D CAD/PDM integrated system is organized as five tiers. Multi-agent technology is applied with a collaborative design environment. The rule-based product family architecture ( PFA ) and tabular layouts of article characteristics (TLAC) technique are applied to represent the knowledge for product families. They make the knowledge understandable, simplified and can be exchanged among heterogeneous information systems. A transparently concentric integrated mode is put forward to enable the heterogeneous processes to interact and communicate regardless of the language used to construct each process. With the mode, function calling and information exchanging among different processes are carried out via message translation/parse approach. AUTOCAD drawing soRware because of its versatility and easy entry, in engineering has broad user base, but also because of the basis of general drawing software, often cannot directly use of the existing order efficiently complete professional drawing. We modify the current pattern and introduce our proposed pattern for advancement. The experiment proves the effectiveness of the pattern.
