Analysis of the Significance of Key Points of Patient Interventional Psychological Care and Pain Care

Interventional therapy has become increasingly popular in clinical practice due to advancements in medical technology.However,patients often experience psychological and physiological pressure due to its invasive nature.The management of patient discomfort and tension is crucial to ensure effective treatment.Psychological and pain management are essential components of interventional therapy,as they significantly impact patient recovery and prognosis.This article discussed the importance of interventional psychological and pain care for patients,starting with the development and spread of interventional therapy.The significance of providing high-quality nursing services to patients and improving their quality of life was also discussed.

老年股骨颈骨折保守治疗过程中的护理要点分析

目的：探讨对老年股骨颈骨折患者实施保守治疗过程中的相关护理要点，以有效提高患者的临床治疗效果。方法：选择我院2014年4月～2016年4月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者174例作为此次实验的研究对象。针对所有老年患者临床均选择保守治疗的方法，在此过程中配合对患者给予护理干预，最终对干预效果进行观察，以分析护理干预配合保守治疗的临床价值。结果：所有老年股骨颈骨折患者完成保守治疗以及护理干预后，最终全部成功出院，患者的平均住院时间为24．9±3．1天；在对患者实施治疗过程中，未表现出感染、深静脉血栓以及出现褥疮等系列的并发症。结论：针对老年股骨颈骨折患者在实施保守治疗过程中，采用有效的综合护理方法加以干预，在提高老年患者临床疗效方面可以发挥显著价值，可以将住院时间成功缩短，将出现并发症的概率成功降低。
