With good mobility and flexibility,mobile manipulators have shown broad applications in construction scenarios.Base position(BP)planning,which refers to the robot autonomously determining its working station in the en...With good mobility and flexibility,mobile manipulators have shown broad applications in construction scenarios.Base position(BP)planning,which refers to the robot autonomously determining its working station in the environment,is an important technique for mobile manipulators when performing the construction assembly task,especially in a large-scale construction environment.However,the BP planning process is tedious and time-consuming for a human worker to carry out.Thus,to improve the efficiency of construction assembly tasks,a novel BP planning method is proposed in this paper,which can lead to appropriate BPs and minimize the number of BPs at the same time.Firstly,the feasible BP regions are generated based on the grid division and the variable workspace of the mobile manipulator.Then,the positioning uncertainties of the mobile manipulator are considered in calculating the preferred BP areas using clustering.Lastly,a set coverage optimization model is established to obtain the minimum number of BPs using an optimization algorithm according to the greedy principle.The simulated experiment based on a 9-degree of free(DoF)mobile manipulator has been performed.The results illustrated that the time for BP planning was significantly reduced and the number of BPs was reduced by 63.41%compared to existing manual planning,which demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

In order to tackle with the weak links, highlight the important points and focus on the difficult points to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, we actively explored new ideas and ways to resolve the dilemma in meeting the two standards of model city construction, and we managed to put forward the countermeasures to resolve the dilemma through innovating system and mechanism. "Place master system" should be carded out quickly to meet the "urban air environment quality standards", while "river master system" should be implemented as soon as possible to reach the "water qualification rate of urban water environment function area". An assessment index system including environment, socio-culture, economy and technology was established for evaluating environmental construction level of community (objective construction), and questionnaire was de...An assessment index system including environment, socio-culture, economy and technology was established for evaluating environmental construction level of community (objective construction), and questionnaire was designed according to paper review for evaluating residential satisfaction (subjective satisfaction). The index system was divided into four layers: system (A), subsystems (B), categories (C), and indicators (D), and in total of 38 indicators was established. The Xihe community, affiliated to Nanfen district, Benxi City, Liaoning Province, China was selected as a case study. Results indicated that the community sustainability index related to objective environmental construction was 0.4355 and was classified as class Ⅲ (moderate); the community sustainability index related to the residential satisfaction was 0.4255, belonging to class Ⅲ. In conclusion, the sustainability of Xihe community was moderate and needed to be improved. Residential satisfaction was lower than objective environmental construction. The assessment index system established in this study is able to reflect the comprehensive sustainability of community and can be used to evaluate other similar communities' sustainability.展开更多

This demonstrates the complexity of the existing relationships between the built environment and the social context that is specific to the city. Different urban forces fight for city spaces, construct and modify its territory so that their needs are fulfilled. Their strength, their experiences and efforts, and their ideas of a city are inscribed in urban landscapes; in similar ways, these are revealed by the city paths we follow here.

文摘Ecological environment in China refers to the state of people’s living environment,which is mainly represented in soil erosion,garbage pollution,air pollution,noise pollution and so on.The basic situation of ecological environment in China is that the governance capacity is far behind the speed of destruction,and the ecological deficit is gradually expanding.Excessive deforestation,indiscriminate reclamation,exceeding hunting,and random wild plants picking have been failed to be prohibited.Forest fires and pests and diseases are still very serious threats to forestry.In this paper,based on the generality of sustainable development,a systematic discussion was made to the framework theory of sustainable forestry development and sustainable forest management,followed by further exploration of forest resources and sustainable development.Moreover,based on the investigation on related concepts of forest resources,review of historic process of forest resources,and analysis on the grim situation of forest resources,some countermeasures were proposed to carry out the sustainable utilization of forest resources in China.
文摘This paper summarizes the evolution of China’s accessibility standard system and its driving forces since the reform and opening-up was introduced in 1978,divides it into several stages based on social and economic development,and further analyzes its development trend in the context of standardization reforms.Then,it critically reviews the characteristics of China’s current accessibility standard system and problems encountered during the implementation process.Finally,it proposes suggestions for the development of China’s accessibility standard system in the new era by drawing on domestic and international experience.
