Electrocatalysis for the oxygen evolution reactions(OER)has attracted much attention due to its important role in water splitting and rechargeable metal-air batteries.Therefore,designing highly efficient and low-cost ...Electrocatalysis for the oxygen evolution reactions(OER)has attracted much attention due to its important role in water splitting and rechargeable metal-air batteries.Therefore,designing highly efficient and low-cost catalysts for OER process is essential as the conventional catalysts still rely on precious metals.Transition metal-based compounds have been widely investigated as active OER catalysts,and renewed interest in the high valence metals engineered compounds has been achieved for superior catalytic activity and stability.However,an in-depth understanding of the construction strategies and induced effects for the high valence metals engineered catalysts is still lacking and desired.In this review,we have summarized the construction strategies of high valence metals as dopants or formed heterostructures with the iron/cobalt/nickel(Fe/Co/Ni)-based catalysts.Then the induced effects on Fe/Co/Ni-based catalysts by incorporating high valence metals,e.g.,accelerating the surface reconstruction,forming amorphous structure,generating vacancies/defects,and acting as stabilizers,are highlighted.The impacts of high valence metals on OER performance are elucidated based on different elements,including molybdenum(Mo),tungsten(W),cerium(Ce),vanadium(V),chromium(Cr),manganese(Mn),niobium(Nb),zirconium(Zr).The correlations of construction strategies,induced effects,catalytic activity and OER reaction pathways are elaborated.Finally,the remaining challenges for further enhancements of OER performance induced by high valence metals are presented.展开更多

By integrating literature reviews, site observa- tion, field monitoring, theoretical analysis, summarization, etc., a construction strategy was proposed and verified for tunneling with big deformation in this paper. T...By integrating literature reviews, site observa- tion, field monitoring, theoretical analysis, summarization, etc., a construction strategy was proposed and verified for tunneling with big deformation in this paper. The tunnel was in phyllite, shotcrete cracks and steel arch distortion were observed, and a big deformation with a maximum of 2.0 m was monitored during the initial stage of the construction. Through carefully examining the site observation and laboratory test results, a construction principle was established for the tunneling on the basic concept of maintaining the rock strength/stiffness and keeping the rock dry, by providing confinement pressure to the rock, reducing the rock exposure time, keeping water out of the tunnel, etc. To achieve the construction principle, a set of specific construction measures with 11 items was further proposed and applied to the construction. To check the effectiveness of the construction measures, field monitoring was carried out, which showed that the rock deformation was well controlled and the tunnel became stable. An allowable deformation was then determined using the Fenner formulae and the monitored data in order to guide further construction, which received a good result. From this study, it can be concluded that providing quick strong initial support and reserving core soil at the working faceare extremely important to control the rock deformation and keep the tunnel stable.展开更多

The skeletal system,composed of bones,muscles,joints,ligaments,and tendons,serves as the foundation for maintaining human posture,mobility,and overall biomechanical functionality.However,with ageing,chronic overuse,an...The skeletal system,composed of bones,muscles,joints,ligaments,and tendons,serves as the foundation for maintaining human posture,mobility,and overall biomechanical functionality.However,with ageing,chronic overuse,and acute injuries,conditions such as osteoarthritis,intervertebral disc degeneration,muscle atrophy,and ligament or tendon tears have become increasingly prevalent and pose serious clinical challenges.These disorders not only result in pain,functional loss,and a marked reduction in patients’quality of life but also impose substantial social and economic burdens.Current treatment modalities,including surgical intervention,pharmacotherapy,and physical rehabilitation,often do not effectively restore the functionality of damaged tissues and are associated with high recurrence rates and long-term complications,highlighting significant limitations in their efficacy.Thus,there is a strong demand to develop novel and more effective therapeutic and reparative strategies.Organoid technology,as a three-dimensional micro-tissue model,can replicate the structural and functional properties of native tissues in vitro,providing a novel platform for in-depth studies of disease mechanisms,optimisation of drug screening,and promotion of tissue regeneration.In recent years,substantial advancements have been made in the research of bone,muscle,and joint organoids,demonstrating their broad application potential in personalised and regenerative medicine.Nonetheless,a comprehensive review of current research on skeletal organoids is still lacking.Therefore,this article aims to present an overview of the definition and technological foundation of organoids,systematically summarise the progress in the construction and application of skeletal organoids,and explore future opportunities and challenges in this field,offering valuable insights and references for researchers.展开更多

An allowable deformation was then determined using the Fenner formulae and the monitored data in order to guide further construction, which received a good result. From this study, it can be concluded that providing quick strong initial support and reserving core soil at the working faceare extremely important to control the rock deformation and keep the tunnel stable.

We should figure out how to avoid the lack of teaching communication in college physical education, in order to make the relationship between teachers and students, students and students more harmonious, and promote the improvement of the efficiency of sports teaching. This article mainly focus on the teaching concept, we discuss and analyze the problems and reasons in the teaching of physical education in Colleges and Universities and put forward a new sports teaching communication construction strategy, the purpose is to provide some support and help to the university physical education teaching activities.
文摘With the rapid development of the transportation industry in China,the number and scale of tunnel construction are increasing.Tunneling through fault zones and other complex geological environments is becoming more and more common.In the construction of highway tunnels,due to the special geographical environment and complex geological conditions,mud and water inrush often occur in the tunnel.Water inrush disasters pose a major risk to the construction of highway tunnels and affect the normal construction of highway tunnels.This paper combines the engineering background of the tunnel mud and water inrush accidents,carries out evaluation on the accident treatment measures and the treatment efficiency,and summarizes the main concerns in the construction process and the technical guidelines for dealing with the tunnel mud and water inrush.
文摘Based on the perspective of ecological concept,this study first interpreted the background of ecological civilization construction,and combed the relationship between ecological concept and small town planning.Second,it expounded the ecological problems of natural resources,economic development,landscape system,social humanities and other aspects in the construction of contemporary small towns.According to the study,the construction of small towns based on the ecological concept should establish the concept of "ecology first",practice "multiple compliance",coordinate the relationship with other planning,make reasonable planning and design in the aspects of town scale,functional orientation,structural form,road traffic,landscape style and features,humanistic characteristics,and strengthen the implementation,supervision and management of planning.Finally,summary and outlook was made,hoping that the study will be of reference value and guidance to the planning and construction of small towns.

文摘Organoids,miniature and simplified in vitro model systems that mimic the structure and function of organs,have attracted considerable interest due to their promising applications in disease modeling,drug screening,personalized medicine,and tissue engineering.Despite the substantial success in cultivating physiologically relevant organoids,challenges remain concerning the complexities of their assembly and the difficulties associated with data analysis.The advent of AI-Enabled Organoids,which interfaces with artificial intelligence(AI),holds the potential to revolutionize the field by offering novel insights and methodologies that can expedite the development and clinical application of organoids.This review succinctly delineates the fundamental concepts and mechanisms underlying AI-Enabled Organoids,summarizing the prospective applications on rapid screening of construction strategies,cost-effective extraction of multiscale image features,streamlined analysis of multi-omics data,and precise preclinical evaluation and application.We also explore the challenges and limitations of interfacing organoids with AI,and discuss the future direction of the field.Taken together,the AI-Enabled Organoids hold significant promise for advancing our understanding of organ development and disease progression,ultimately laying the groundwork for clinical application.

文摘The impact of unstable supercooled water droplets suspended in the cloud on the solid will cause its surface to freeze,and the flight safety of the aircraft will be seriously affected when flying in this environment.Aircraft icing protection system is an important device to reduce icing accidents and improve aircraft safety performance,which is of great significance to ensure flight safety.Based on the energy source,this paper proposes a general strategy for constructing an aircraft icing protection system,including Active Anti-icing and De-icing(AAD)system,Passive Antiicing and De-icing(PAD)system and Composite Anti-icing and De-icing(CAD)system.The principle,scope of application,advantages and disadvantages of aircraft anti-icing and de-icing technologies such as electric pulse de-icing,low-frequency piezoelectric de-icing,and hydrophobic material anti-icing are explored in detail,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed.The future development of aircraft anti-icing and de-icing technology is prospected,and some new ideas are provided for the improvement of aircraft anti-icing and de-icing technology.

文摘To conduct the ecological restoration and reconstruction of disaster areas after the severe earthquake, such as Wenchuan Earthquake and Lushan Earthquake, this article uses region al ecological environment evaluation and ecological footprint to construct a quantitative analysis model on the basis of ecololgical environment indexes in Mianzhu City. Through this model, resource status of the regional environment in Mianzhu is analyzed, as well as the ecological capacity and the ecological security. Based on the evaluation and analysis, this paper provides multi-path development strategies of ecological restoration and sustainable development of human settlements after the earthquake.

文摘The skeletal system,composed of bones,muscles,joints,ligaments,and tendons,serves as the foundation for maintaining human posture,mobility,and overall biomechanical functionality.However,with ageing,chronic overuse,and acute injuries,conditions such as osteoarthritis,intervertebral disc degeneration,muscle atrophy,and ligament or tendon tears have become increasingly prevalent and pose serious clinical challenges.These disorders not only result in pain,functional loss,and a marked reduction in patients’quality of life but also impose substantial social and economic burdens.Current treatment modalities,including surgical intervention,pharmacotherapy,and physical rehabilitation,often do not effectively restore the functionality of damaged tissues and are associated with high recurrence rates and long-term complications,highlighting significant limitations in their efficacy.Thus,there is a strong demand to develop novel and more effective therapeutic and reparative strategies.Organoid technology,as a three-dimensional micro-tissue model,can replicate the structural and functional properties of native tissues in vitro,providing a novel platform for in-depth studies of disease mechanisms,optimisation of drug screening,and promotion of tissue regeneration.In recent years,substantial advancements have been made in the research of bone,muscle,and joint organoids,demonstrating their broad application potential in personalised and regenerative medicine.Nonetheless,a comprehensive review of current research on skeletal organoids is still lacking.Therefore,this article aims to present an overview of the definition and technological foundation of organoids,systematically summarise the progress in the construction and application of skeletal organoids,and explore future opportunities and challenges in this field,offering valuable insights and references for researchers.
