针对现场气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)振动检测结果易受外界背景噪声干扰的不足,文中提出基于生成对抗网络和卷积神经网络的现场GIS接触缺陷抗干扰检测框架。首先,开展GIS通流试验,获取在触指缺失、螺栓松动、存在... 针对现场气体绝缘开关设备(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)振动检测结果易受外界背景噪声干扰的不足,文中提出基于生成对抗网络和卷积神经网络的现场GIS接触缺陷抗干扰检测框架。首先,开展GIS通流试验,获取在触指缺失、螺栓松动、存在分解物和导体对接深度不足4种典型缺陷下的振动波形,并收集包含背景噪声干扰的现场GIS振动波形作为参考,通过对振动数据进行图谱转化,构建用于背景噪声干扰去除和缺陷分类的数据集;其次,将现场振动图谱作为输入,采用周期一致生成对抗网络(cycle-consistent generative adversarial network,CycleGAN)对GIS进行现场背景噪声干扰去除;然后,采用AlexNet和ResNet18卷积网络结构对振动图谱特征进行提取;最后,采用全连接层对图谱特征进行分类,并对比不同振动信号图谱算法对分类结果的影响。结果表明,对于现场数据,所提模型的最大均值差异(maximum mean discrepancy,MMD)可达0.9560,弗雷谢特起始距离(Fréchet inception distance,FID)可达62.09;Mel-ResNet18模型对GIS接触缺陷分类的准确率达99.43%。文中所提方法对于提高现场GIS振动检测和接触缺陷诊断结果的有效性具有重要应用价值。 展开更多

The responses of ecosystem nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) to drought are an important component of globalchange studies. However, previous studies were more often based on site-specific experiments, introducing a significantuncertainty to synthesis and site comparisons. We investigated the responses of vegetation and soil nutrientsto drought using a network experiment of temperate grasslands in Northern China. Drought treatment (66%reduction in growing season precipitation) was imposed by erecting rainout shelters, respectively, at the driest,intermediate, and wettest sites. We found that vegetation nutrient concentrations increased but soil nutrient concentrationsdecreased along the aridity gradient. Differential responses were observed under experimentaldrought among the three grassland sites. Specifically, the experimental drought did not change vegetation andsoil nutrient status at the driest site, while strongly reduced vegetation but increased soil nutrient concentrationsat the site with intermediate precipitation. On the contrary, experimental drought increased vegetation N concentrationsbut did not change vegetation P and soil nutrient concentrations at the wettest site. In general, the differentialeffects of drought on ecosystem nutrients were observed between manipulative and observationalexperiments as well as between sites. Our research findings suggest that conducting large-scale, consistent, andcontrolled network experiments is essential to accurately evaluate the effects of global climate change on terrestrialecosystem bio-geochemistry. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Dementia is a severe neurological and psychological disease that occurs in older adults worldwide.The knowledge and attitude of medical-vocational college students play an important role in supporting primary healthcare systems.AIM To investigate the level of knowledge,contact experience,and attitudes toward dementia among medical-vocational college students in China.METHODS A cross-sectional survey was conducted,and 3-year medical and medical-related students from eight vocational colleges in Anhui province were recruited.The contact experience,attitudes,and knowledge level of students toward dementia were assessed using a questionnaire designed according to the Chinese version of the Alzheimer’s Disease Knowledge Scale(ADKS).RESULTS A total of 2444 medical and medical-related students completed the survey,of whom 86.7% of respondents had interests and concerns regarding Alzheimer’s disease(AD),and 29.2% of respondents had experiences of contact with dementia patients.Overall attitudes toward dementia were negative.Only 35.4% of students were interested in participating in the caregiving of dementia patients.The mean score of students’ knowledge about AD as assessed by the ADKS was 21.16(standard deviation,3.43) out of 30.CONCLUSION Dementia-related knowledge of medical-vocational college students was at a medium level,and their overall attitudes toward dementia were negative. 展开更多

The main challenges in development of traditional liquid lithium-sulfur batteries are the shuttle effect at the cathode caused by the polysulfide and the safety concern at the Li metal anode arose from the dendrite formation.All-solid-state lithium-sulfur batteries have been proposed to solve the shuttle effect and prevent short circuits.However,solid-solid contacts between the electrodes and the electrolyte increase the interface resistance and stress/strain,which could result in the limited electrochemical performances.In this work,the cathode of all-solid-state lithium-sulfur batteries is prepared by depositing sulfur on the surface of the carbon nanotubes(CNTs@S)and further mixing with Li10GeP2S12 electrolyte and acetylene black agents.At 60℃,CNTs@S electrode exhibits superior electrochemical performance,delivering the reversible discharge capacities of 1193.3,959.5,813.1,569.6 and 395.5 mAhg^-1 at the rate of 0.1,0.5,1,2 and 5 C,respectively.Moreover,the CNTs@S is able to demonstrate superior high-rate capability of 660.3 mAhg^-1 and cycling stability of 400 cycles at a high rate of 1.0 C.Such uniform distribution of the CNTs,S and Li10GeP2S12 electrolyte increase the electronic and ionic conductivity between the cathode and the electrolyte hence improves the rate performance and capacity retention. 展开更多

This paper presents our compass-like pas- sive walking model with a new set of testing system. Two gyroscopes are used for measuring the angles of two legs, and ten FlexiForce sensors are used for measuring the con- tact forces on the feet. We got the experimental data on the passive walking process with the validated testing system. A great emphasis was put on the contact process between the feet and the slope. Then a roll forming experiment is performed, and simulation and experimental results have been compared and analyzed. The model is established under complex contact conditions, including self-contact condi- tion. The results shows that during the process of sheet bending, large Mises stresses appear at ben- ding corners. The smaller the bending radius is, the larger the Mises stress and strain are. Thick- ness of sheet metal changes exceeds a certain limit, the differently if the bending radius is different. When the bending radius change tendency of the sheet thickness turns from increase to decrease. 展开更多

Highway frost heave and thawing settlement caused by water migration towards the freezing front and ice lens development is widespread in the alpine meadow area of the southeast QinghaiTibet Plateau(QTP). A laboratory experiment on a highway reconstruction and expansion project in the QTP was carried out in this work to analyze the effects of fine particle content, initial water content, and the number of freeze-thaw cycles(FTCs) on frost depth, temperature gradient(Grad T), total water intake, and water intake flux. Based on the results of the laboratory experiment, a modified model of migration potential related to fine particle content, freeze-thaw history, and freezing time was established. The results show that, with the increase of fine particle content, the frost depth of soil decreases, the curve of total water intake over time is transformed from an Sshape to an arch, and the curve of water intake flux over time is transformed from a peak shape to descending shape. The variation trend of migration potential with freezing time and the freeze-thaw history is the same as that of water intake flux with freezing time and freeze-thaw history. The variation trend of soil intake flux can be used as a reference to determine the variation trend of soil migration potential. This study provides a reference for the design and construction of highway subgrade in the alpine meadow area of the QTP. 展开更多

The removal efficiencies for Total N (TN), NH4+-Nwith immobilized nitrogen cycle bacteria were 72.4% and 85.6%, respectively. It wasfound that the immobilized nitrogen cycle bacteria also have purificatory effect oneutrophic water of Taihu Lake at winter temperature (7°C), and that the removalmefficiencies for Total N (TN), NH4+-N were 55.6%, and 58.9%, respectively. Theremoval efficiencies for TN and NH4+-N depend on the time the water stays in theexperimental reactor. 展开更多

L16(45) orthogonal experiments were carried out with feed inlet temperature,permeate stream inlet temperature,flow rate,module packing density and length-diameter ratio as optimization parameters and with permeate flux,water productivity per unit volume of module and water production per unit exergy loss separately as optimization objectives. By using range analysis method,the dominance degree of the various influencing factors for the three objectives was analyzed and the optimum condition was obtained for the three objectives separately. Furthermore,the multi-objectives optimization was performed based on a weight grade method. The combined optimum conditions are feed inlet temperature 75℃,packing density 30% ,length-diameter ratio 10,permeate stream inlet temperature 30 ℃ and flow rate 25 L/h,which is in order of their dominance degree,and the validity of the optimization scheme was confirmed. 展开更多

Temporal Microbial Response to Wetting-Drying Cycles in Soils within and Outside the Influence of a Shrub in the Sahel

Piliostigma reticulatum is a native woody shrub found in cropped fields in the Sahel and has been shown to increase crop productivity and soil quality. Frequently occurring drying and rewetting cycles (DRW) may alter the soil quality beneath these shrubs. We investigated the effect of DRW cycles on microbial community in soil beneath and outside the P. reticulatum canopy and the roles of this shrub in the adaptation of the microbial community to abiotic stress. Soils were incubated in a climate controlled chamber for 45 days, after exposure to 10 consecutive days of DRW cycles at 75% of water holding capacity (WHC). Basal respiration, β-glucosidase activity, microbial biomass carbon (MBC), and available nitrogen (;) were measured at 2, 30, and 45 days after soil exposed to the DRW cycles. MBC increased significantly two days after the DRW cycles and was greater for soil beneath the shrub canopy compared with soil outside the shrub canopy. PCA analysis based on basal respiration, microbial biomass carbon, available nitrogen, and β-Glucosidase activity resulted in a tight clustering in the beneath shrub soil samples. Soils incubated for more than 30 days after DRW cycles had higher available nitrogen content than soils incubated for less than 30 days. Soil from beneath the shrub canopy significantly improved soil resilience based on β-glucosidase activity. Soil from beneath the shrub canopy also had higher nutrient levels and greater microbial activity even when subjected to DRW cycles, potentially improving the ability of crops to withstand in-season drought when they are adjacent to shrubs. The work should bring our scientific community into a more comprehensive assessment of potential effects of a crop-shrub intercropping that may allow for increased crop yields in semi-arid ecosystems under drought conditions. 展开更多

Automatic measurement of three-phase contact angles in pore throats based on digital images

With the help of digital image processing technology, an automatic measurement method for the three-phase contact angles in the pore throats of the microfluidic model was established using the microfluidic water flooding experiment videos as the data source. The results of the new method were verified through comparing with the manual measurement data.On this basis, the dynamic changes of the three-phase contact angles under flow conditions were clarified by the contact angles probability density curve and mean value change curve. The results show that, for water-wetting rocks, the mean value of the contact angles is acute angle during the early stage of the water flooding process, and it increases with the displacement time and becomes obtuse angle in the middle-late stage of displacement as the dominant force of oil phase gradually changes from viscous force to capillary force. The droplet flow in the remaining oil occurs in the central part of the pore throats, without three-phase contact angle. The contact angles for the porous flow and the columnar flow change slightly during the displacement and present as obtuse angles in view of mean values, which makes the remaining oil poorly movable and thus hard to be recovered. The mean value of the contact angle for the cluster flow tends to increase in the flooding process, which makes the remaining oil more difficult to be recovered. The contact angles for the membrane flow are mainly obtuse angles and reach the highest mean value in the late stage of displacement, which makes the remaining oil most difficult to be recovered. After displacement, the remaining oils under different flow regimes are just subjected to capillary force, with obtuse contact angles, and the wettability of the pore throat walls in the microfluidic model tends to be oil-wet under the action of crude oil. 展开更多

鉴于平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电堆对低面电阻、高稳定性阴极接触材料的需求,本研究阐明了LaNi_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)O_(3)(LNF)颗粒尺寸调控对导电和SOFC单电池性能演变的影响机制,优化了LNF预处理工艺,降低了接触组件面电阻,提升了SOF... 鉴于平板式固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)电堆对低面电阻、高稳定性阴极接触材料的需求,本研究阐明了LaNi_(0.6)Fe_(0.4)O_(3)(LNF)颗粒尺寸调控对导电和SOFC单电池性能演变的影响机制,优化了LNF预处理工艺,降低了接触组件面电阻,提升了SOFC单电池性能及热循环稳定性。结果表明:预压造粒的样品(LNF-2)与高温烧结预处理的样品(LNF-3)的面电阻更小,分别为0.074和0.076Ω·cm^(2);在750℃施加1 A/cm^(2)电流负载后,能够更快地进入稳态,并保持颗粒尺寸稳定。其中,LNF-2单电池在750℃下的峰值功率密度0.94 W/cm^(2)较未处理的LNF的0.66 W/cm^(2)高,但在热循环过程中性能衰减较大,下降了20%;而LNF-3单电池在20次热循环后峰值功率密度仅下降了4%。本研究对高可靠SOFC电堆装配及其长寿命稳定运行具有指导及参考价值。 展开更多

浮选颗粒条栅结构表面润湿行为特性研究

矿物颗粒间表面润湿性差异是浮选成功的关键,受表面化学性质与物理形貌结构的双重影响。为进一步明确表面物理形貌结构对液滴在矿物颗粒表面上润湿行为的影响,采用光刻显影技术制备了5种具有不同粗糙度系数和表面面积分数的条栅结构聚... 矿物颗粒间表面润湿性差异是浮选成功的关键,受表面化学性质与物理形貌结构的双重影响。为进一步明确表面物理形貌结构对液滴在矿物颗粒表面上润湿行为的影响,采用光刻显影技术制备了5种具有不同粗糙度系数和表面面积分数的条栅结构聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)表面,并利用自制的动/静态接触角测量系统及润湿三相接触线行为测试系统对液滴在PDMS表面上的润湿行为进行了测试。动/静态接触角测试结果表明:当表面粗糙度系数相同时,固体表面面积分数增加,条栅结构表面不同润湿方向上的接触角均呈减小趋势,而当表面面积分数相同时,条栅结构表面不同润湿方向上的接触角则与固体表面粗糙度系数呈正相关;此外,各样品表面垂直于条栅结构方向的动/静态接触角均大于平行方向(即θ_(⊥)>θ_(∥)),且不同润湿方向上接触角的差异随样品表面润湿性的增强而减小。动态接触角测试结果还表明:表面接触角滞后(Δθ=θ_(a)-θ_(r))与表面面积分数呈正相关,而与表面粗糙度系数呈负相关,且前进与后退接触角的预测值与试验值基本吻合,说明动态接触角能够真实地反映固体表面润湿性;此外,在液滴滚动时,其运动行为总是周期性地发生后端接触线先从固体表面分离,而后液滴重新与固体表面发生黏附形成新的前端接触线的过程,这种运动特性在不同条栅结构表面上完全相同。润湿三相接触线行为测试结果表明:液滴在条栅结构表面优先沿着条栅结构方向润湿或去润湿,而跨越条栅结构润湿时,受表面微结构的“钉扎”作用,润湿半径远小于平行润湿方向,且三相接触线在不同条栅结构表面的移动均呈现“解钉—钉扎—再解钉—再钉扎”的一种断续周期性过程。研究结果深化了矿物颗粒表面物理形貌结构对其润湿行为特性的影响,可为后续通过表面形貌调控颗粒表面润湿性起到一定的理论支撑作用。 展开更多
