文摘The liver is in charge of distributing and regulating the movement of qi throughout the whole body, coordinating the transportation and transformation of the internal organs in the middle part of the body, promoting the biochemical circulation of qi,blood, and body fluids, and regulating emotions.Liver dysfunction can disrupt the transportation and transformation of qi,blood, and body fluids, causing phlegm turbidity, blood stasis, and other unwanted symptoms.Poor regulation of emotion further aggravates the accumulation of pathological substances, resulting in the obstruction of heart vessels, and ultimately coronary heart disease(CHD).Through regulating lipid metabolism, inflammatory reaction, vasoactive substances, platelet function, neuroendocrine, and other factors, liver controlling dispersing qi plays a comprehensive role in the prognosis of atherosclerosis, the primary cause of CHD.Therefore,it is recommended to treat CHD from the perspective of liver-controlling dispersion.

文摘Based on the contents of six heavy metal elements in surface sediments from coastal areas of Fujian Province, the distribution characteristics and controlling factors of six heavy metals in a bay-island-estuary system(BIES)were studied. This paper focuses on the influence of the hydrodynamic environment, and systematically discusses how grain size compositions, chemical environment, tidal current, ocean circulation and human activities influence the distribution and transportation of the heavy metals. The results indicated that the distribution and migration of Cu,Pb,Zn and Cr elements were mainly controlled by natural factors such as regional geological background, grain size compositions, and tidal residual currents. In contrast,As and Hg was mainly affected by human factors such as agriculture and industrial manufacturing. In the BIES,where the chemical environment exerted limited influence, the accumulation and migration of heavy metals are mainly influenced by human activities and enhanced by estuary processes as well as the complex sedimentary dynamic environment caused by many bays and islands.
文摘In this era of post-COVID-19,humans are psychologically restricted to interact less with other humans.According to the world health organization(WHO),there are many scenarios where human interactions cause severe multiplication of viruses from human to human and spread worldwide. Most healthcare systems shifted to isolation during the pandemic and a very restricted work environment.Investigations were done to overcome the remedy, and the researcher developed different techniques and recommended solutions.Telepresence robot was the solution achieved by all industries to continue their operations but with almost zero physical interaction with other humans. It played a vital role in this perspective to help humans to perform daily routine tasks.Healthcare workers can use telepresence robots to interact with patients who visit the healthcare center for initial diagnosis for better healthcare system performance without direct interaction. The presented paper aims to compare different telepresence robots and their different controlling techniques to perform the needful in the respective scenario of healthcare environments. This paper comprehensively analyzes and reviews the applications of presented techniques to control different telepresence robots. However, our feature-wise analysis also points to specific technical, appropriate, and ethical challenges that remain to be solved. The proposed investigation summarizes the need for further multifaceted research on the design and impact of a telepresence robot for healthcare centers, building on new perceptions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
文摘Based on the combination of core observation, experimental analysis and testingand geological analysis, the main controlling factors of shale oil enrichment in the Lower Permian Fengcheng Formation in the Mahu Sag of the Junggar Basin are clarified, and a shale oil enrichment model is established. The results show that the enrichment of shale oil in the Fengcheng Formation in the Mahu Sag is controlled by the organic abundance, organic type, reservoir capacity and the amount of migration hydrocarbon in shale. The abundance of organic matter provides the material basis for shale oil enrichment, and the shales containing typesⅠandⅡorganic matters have good oil content. The reservoir capacity controls shale oil enrichment.Macropores are the main space for shale oil enrichment in the Fengcheng Formation, and pore size and fracture scale directly control the degree of shale oil enrichment. The migration of hydrocarbons in shale affects shale oil enrichment. The shale that has expelled hydrocarbons has poor oil content, while the shale that has received hydrocarbons migrated from other strata has good oil content.Lithofacies reflect the hydrocarbon generation and storage capacity comprehensively. The laminated felsic shale, laminated lime-dolomitic shale and thick-layered felsic shale have good oil content, and they are favorable lithofacies for shale oil enrichment.Under the control of these factors, relative migration of hydrocarbons occurred within the Fengcheng shale, which leads to the the difference in the enrichment process of shale oil.Accordingly, the enrichment mode of shale oil in Fengcheng Formation is established as"in-situ enrichment"and"migration enrichment".By superimposing favorable lithofacies and main controlling factors of enrichment, the sweet spot of shale oil in the Fengcheng Formation can be selected which has great significance for the exploration and development of shale oil.

文摘The behavior and controlling factors of natural gas adsorption in the Jurassic continental shale in the northeastern Sichuan Basin are studied based on the organic geochemical features, mineral compositions and pore structure parameters through a series of experiments on samples from the shale. Results show that the total gas content of the shale measured on-site is 0.1-5.3 cm^(3)/g,with an average of 0.7 cm^(3)/g.The methane isothermal adsorption curves show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing, indicating an obvious excessive adsorption. The shale has a maximum adsorption capacity(V^(L))of 0.44-3.59 cm^(3)/g,with an average of 1.64 cm^(3)/g,lower than that of marine shale in the same basin. The organic matter content and pore structure characteristics are identified as the two main factors controlling the adsorption capacity of the shale.Micropores in the shale are the main storage space for gas to be adsorbed.Due to well developed shell laminae and interlayers in the shale, calcite plays a more important role than clay minerals in affecting the adsorption of gas to the rock. The formation temperature and water content also significantly inhibit the gas adsorption to the shale.Compared with marine shale in the basin, the Jurassic continental shale is more heterogeneous and lower in TOC values.Furthermore, with a more widely developed clayey shale lithofacies and shell limy shale lithofacies as well as relatively less developed organic pores and micropores, the continental shale is inferior to marine shale in terms of gas adsorption capacity.

文摘Conventional Al-air battery has many disadvantages for miniwatt applications, such as the complex water management, bulky electrolyte storage and potential leakage hazard. Moreover, the self-corrosion of Al anode continues even when the electrolyte flow is stopped, leading to great Al waste. To tackle these issues,an innovative cotton-based aluminum-air battery is developed in this study.Instead of flowing alkaline solution, cotton substrate pre-deposited with solid alkaline is used, together with a small water reservoir to continuously wet the cotton and dissolve the alkaline in-situ.In this manner, the battery can be mechanically recharged by replacing the cotton substrate and refilling the water reservoir, while the thick aluminum anode can be reused for tens of times until complete consumption. The cotton substrate shows excellent ability for the storage and transportation of alkaline electrolyte, leading to a high peak power density of 73 mW cm^(-2) and a high specific energy of 930 mW h g^(-1).Moreover,the battery discharge capacity is found to be linear to the loading of pre-deposited alkaline,so that it can be precisely controlled according to the mission profile to avoid Al waste. Finally,a two-cell battery pack with common water reservoir is developed, which can provide a voltage of 2.7 V and a power output of 223.8 mW.With further scaling-up and stacking, this cotton-based Al-air battery system with low cost and high energy density is very promising for recharging miniwatt electronics in the outdoor environment.

文摘With ongoing economic, scientific, and technological developments, the electronic devices used in daily lives are developing toward precision and miniaturization, and so the demand for high-precision manufacturing machinery is expanding. The most important piece of equipment in modern high-precision manufacturing is the macro-micro motion platform(M3P),which offers high speed, precision, and efficiency and has macro-micro motion coupling characteristics due to its mechanical design and composition of its driving components. Therefore, the design of the control system is crucial for the overall precision of the platform;conventional proportional–integral–derivative control cannot meet the system requirements, and so M3Ps are the subject of a growing range of modern control strategies. This paper begins by describing the development history of M3Ps,followed by their platform structure and motion control system components, and then in-depth assessments of the macro, micro, and macro-micro control systems. In addition to examining the advantages and disadvantages of current macro-micro motion control, recent technological breakthroughs are noted. Finally, based on existing problems, future directions for M3P control systems are given, and the present conclusions offer guidelines for future work on M3Ps.

文摘The late Paleozoic Fengcheng Formation shale(LPF shale)in the Junggar Basin,NW China,is the oldest alkaline source rock discovered in the world, providing a unique perspective with which to explore organic matter(OM)enrichment in alkaline lake environments.Combined with the organic carbon isotope profile and paleoenvironmental proxies, this study reveals that the LPF shale was deposited in an arid climate with high salinity and a strong reducing environment, accompanied by frequent volcanic activity.High TOC values are concentrated in two intervals with frequent fluctuations in OM types.A negative excursion due to changes in sedimentary OM source is found in the δ^(13)C_(org) profile. The excursion corresponds to the OM enrichment interval and is accompanied by abnormally high values of Sr/Ba and Sr/Cu.This implies that the extreme arid climate has led to high salinity, resulting in strong reducibility and changes in paleontological assemblages, which in turn controlled the differential enrichment of OM.The Fengcheng Fm.high-quality source rocks are the result of the combined action of climatic events,volcanism,high-salinity water environment and superior hydrocarbon-generating organisms. The results provide new insights into the formation conditions of terrestrial alkaline high-quality source rocks and the factors controlling alkaline OM enrichment.

文摘Determining the main controlling factors of earthquake-triggered geohazards is a prerequisite for studying earthquake geohazards and post-disaster emergency response.By studying these factors, the geomorphic and geological factors controlling the nature, condition, and distribution of earthquake-induced geohazards can be analyzed.Such insights facilitate earthquake disaster prediction and emergency response planning. The authors combined field investigations and spatial data analysis to examine geohazards induced by seismic events, examining ten earthquakes including the Wenchuan,Yushu,Lushan events,to elucidate the main control factors of seismic geohazard. The authors observed that seismic geohazard occurrence is usually affected by many factors, among which active nature of the seismogenic fault, seismic peak ground acceleration(PGA),topographic slope and geomorphic height differences, and distance from the fault zone and river system are the most important.Compared with strike-slip earthquakes, thrust earthquakes induce more high-altitude and high-speed remote landslides, which can cause great harm.Slopes of 0°–40°are prone to secondary seismic geohazards, which are mainly concentrated 0–6 km from the river system.Secondary geohazards are not only related to seismogenic fault but also influenced by the associated faults in the earthquake area. The maximum seismic PGA and secondary seismic geohazard number are positively correlated, and the horizontal and vertical ground motions play leading and promoting roles in secondary geohazard formation, respectively.Through the research, the spatial distribution of seismic geohazards is predicted, providing a basis for the formulation of emergency response plans following disasters.

文摘The study of the chlorite coatings always attracts scholars in China and other countries because the chlorite coatings play an important role in the preservation of residual primary pores in sandstone reservoirs. At present, the study of the origin and the controlling factors is relatively few.The occurrence, time of formation, genesis, controlling factors, and the mechanism of chlorite coatings inhibiting quartz overgrowths were studied in detail with thin section and SEM analysis.Samples were from the sandstone reservoirs of the T3x Group in the Baojie area, the transitional zone from the middle to the south of Sichuan Basin. The results indicate that the chlorite coatings on the walls of the pore spaces are oriented perpendicular to grain surfaces in the form of isopachous(even-thickness) grain-coating,while the chlorite coatings at the contacts between adjacent detrital grains are arranged with a preferred orientation tangential to the surface of detrital grains. The chlorite coatings were formed in the eogenetic stage. They were formed by recrystallization of Fe-rich clay films during the syndepositional period, and chlorite cements would be recrystallized after the coatings' formation. The formation of chlorite coatings was mainly controlled by the depositional environment, provenance conditions, and diagenetic environment. The presence of chlorite coatings could result in the preservation of primary pores in deeply buried sandstone reservoirs by effectively inhibiting quartz overgrowths and the development of compaction and pressure solution.

文摘The main geological factors controlling the accumulation and yield of marine-facies shale gas reservoirs are the focus of the current shale gas exploration and development research. In this study, the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation in the Dingshan area of southeast Sichuan was investigated.Shale cores underwent laboratory testing, which included the evaluation of total organic carbon(TOC),vitrinite reflectance(Ro),whole-rock X-ray diffraction(XRD),pore permeability, and imaging through field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).Based on the results of natural gamma ray spectrum logging, conventional logging, imaging logging, and seismic coherence properties, the exploration and development potential of shale gas in the Dingshan area have been discussed comprehensively. The results showed that(1)layer No.4(WF2-LM4)of the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formation has a Th/U ratio<2 and a Th/K ratio of 3.5–12.Graptolites and pyrite are relatively abundant in the shale core, indicating sub-high-energy and low-energy marine-facies anoxic reducing environments.(2)The organic matter is mainly I-type kerogen with a small amount of II1-type kerogen. There is a good correlation among TOC,Ro,gas content, and brittle minerals;the fracturing property(brittleness)is 57.3%.Organic and inorganic pores are moderately developed.A higher pressure coefficient is correlated with the increase in porosity and the decrease in permeability.(3)The DY1 well of the shale gas reservoir was affected by natural defects and important latestage double destructive effects, and it is poorly preserved. The DY2 well is located far from the Qiyueshan Fault.Large faults are absent, and upward fractures in the Longmaxi Formation are poorly developed. The well is affected by low tectonic deformation intensity, and it is well preserved.(4)The Dingshan area is located at the junction of the two sedimentary centers of Jiaoshiba and Changning. The thickness of the high-quality shale interval(WF2-LM4)is relatively small, which may be an important reason for the unstable production of shale gas thus far.Based on the systematic analysis of the geological factors controlling high-yield shale gas enrichment in the Dingshan area, and the comparative analysis with the surrounding typical exploration areas, the geological understanding of marine shale gas enrichment in southern China has been improved. Therefore, this study can provide a useful reference for shale gas exploration and further development.

文摘Soil bulk density is a basic but important physic soil property related to soil porosity, soil moisture and hydraulic conductivity, which is crucial to soil quality assessment and land use management. In this study,we evaluated the spatial variability of soil bulk density in the 0–20,20–40,40–60 and 60–100 cm layers as well as its affecting factors in Southwest China’s agricultural intensive area. Results indicated the mean value of surface soil bulk density(0–20 cm)was 1.26 g cm^(–3),significantly lower than that of subsoil(20–100 cm).No statistical difference existed among the subsoil with a mean soil bulk density of 1.54 g cm^(–3).Spatially,soil bulk density played a similar spatial pattern in soil profile, whereas obvious differences were found in details. The nugget effects for soil bulk density in the 0–20 and 20–40 cm layers were 27.22 and27.02%while 12.06 and 3.46%in the 40–60 and 60–100 cm layers, respectively, gradually decreasing in the soil profile, indicating that the spatial variability of soil bulk density above 40 cm was affected by structural and random factors while dominated by structural factors under 40 cm.Soil organic matter was the controlling factor on the spatial variability of soil bulk density in each layer.Land use and elevation were another two dominated factor controlling the spatial variability of soil bulk density in the 0–20 and 40–60 cm layers, respectively.Soil genus was one of the dominated factors controlling the spatial variability of soil bulk below 40 cm.

文摘The Upper Ordovician Wufeng-Lower Silurian Longmaxi and the Lower Cambrian Qiongzhusi shales are the major targets for shale gas exploration and development in China.Although the two organic-rich shales share similar distribution ranges and thicknesses, they exhibit substantially different exploration and development results. This work analyzed the nanopore structures of the shale reservoirs in this region.Pore development of 51 shale samples collected from various formations and locations was compared using the petromineralogical, geochemical, structural geological and reservoir geological methods. The results indicate that the reservoir space in these shales is dominated by organic pores and the total pore volume of micropores, mesopores, macropores in different tectonic areas and formations show different trends with the increase of TOC.It is suggested that organic pores of shale can be well preserved in areas with simple structure and suitable preservation conditions, and the shale with smaller maximum ancient burial depth and later hydrocarbongeneration-end-time is also more conducive to pore preservation.Organic pore evolution models are established, and they are as follows:①Organic matter pore development stage,②Early stage of organic matter pore destruction,and③late stage of organic matter pore destruction. The areas conducive to pore development are favorable for shale gas development.Research results can effectively guide the optimization and evaluation of favorable areas of shale gas.
文摘Although anastomosing fluvial rivers are given much attention recently by some research workers because the result channel sandstone of which is one typical primary reservoirs of petroleum and natural gas, of which the flood plains and the interchannel wetlands are pay zones where coals had formed, the comprehension of anastomosing river is some extent limited at present. Some researchers regard that the anastomosing river river and the anabranched river are the same kind of rivers. In this paper, the sedimentary, geomorphic and hydraulic characteristics and the main controlling factors of anastomosing fluvial system are summarized systematically. Some of the characteristics are compared with others fluvial rivers. Humid climate is suitable to form anastomosing channel systems, in arid semiarid regions anastomosing river maybe develop if many befitting factors combine together. The authors of the paper think that anastomosing river is one typical channel pattern and is dissimilar to anabranched channel pattern.

文摘Flower type is an important and extremely complicated trait of chrysanthemum. The corolla tube merged degree(CTMD)and the relative number of ray florets(RNRF)are the two key factors affecting chrysanthemum flower type. However, few reports have clarified the inheritance of these two complex traits, which limits directed breeding for flower-type improvement. In this study,305 F1 hybrids were obtained from two parents with obvious differences in CTMD and RNRF performance.Using specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing(SLAF-seq)technology,we constructed a high-density genetic linkage map with an average map distance of 0.76 cM.Three major QTLs controlling CTMD and four major QTLs underlying RNRF were repeatedly detected in the 2 years. Moreover, the synteny between the genetic map and other Compositae species was investigated, and weak collinearity was observed. In QTL regions with a high degree of genomic collinearity, eight annotated genes were probed in the Helianthus annuus L.and Lactuca sativa L.var.ramosa Hort.genomes.Furthermore,20 and 11 unigenes were identified via BLAST searches between the SNP markers of the QTL regions and the C.vestitum and C.lavandulifolium transcriptomes, respectively. These results lay a foundation for molecular marker-assisted breeding and candidate gene exploration in chrysanthemum without a reference assembly.
