Coupling Coordination Analysis of Cropland Intensification and Agroecosystem Services:Evidence from Loess Plateau in Shaanxi Province,China

One of the greatest challenges in the agroecosystem is to improve cropland intensification while preserving agroecosystem services.While many studies have investigated the effect of cropland intensification on agroecosystem service,the interactive coupling and coordination among these factors remain largely unexplored.In view of this,this study performed a case study of the Loess Plateau in Shaanxi Province,China and constructed comprehensive evaluation models to quantify the cropland intensification and agroecosystem service in this area.Balance analysis and the coupling coordination degree model were used to evaluate the interactive relationship between cropland intensification and agroecosystem service,and statistical analysis and spatial autocorrelation were used to analyze the spatial characteristics and potential mechanism of the coupling coordination.Results show that both the cropland intensification and agroecosystem service in the study area were relatively low yet gradually increased from 2000 to 2020.Agroecosystem service lag was identified as the dominant unbalanced development type.Improving the supply capacity of agroecosystem services plays a key role in the balanced development of cropland in the Loess Plateau.The coupling coordination degree between cropland intensification and agroecosystem service ranges from basic coordination to serious incoordination.Therefore,cropland intensification practices in the area should be optimized to enhance this coordination degree.An upward trend was also observed in the coupling coordination degree from2000 to 2020.The withdrawal of marginal cropland in the Grain for Green program is one of the most important reasons for this trend,especially for the northern region.Around 83.6%of the high-high clusters are concentrated in the southern region of the Loess Plateau,whereas 70.5%of the low-low clusters are distributed in the northern region.These clustering characteristics are mainly attributed to the environmental suitability of these areas for agriculture and their degree of economic development.

Coupling coordinated development among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment:A case study in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,China

Coordinative development across various systems,particularly the economic,social,cultural,and human resources subsystems,is a key aspect of urban sustainability and has a direct impact on the quality of urbanization.The Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle,comprising Hangzhou City,Huzhou City,Jiaxing City,and Shaoxing City,was the first metropolitan circle approved by the National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)as a demonstration of economic transformation in China.To evaluate the coupling coordination degree of the four cities and analyze the coordinative development in three systems(including digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment),we collected panel data during 2015–2022 from these four cities.The development level of the three systems was evaluated by the standard deviation method and comprehensive development index.The results are as follows:(1)the level of coupling coordinated development of the three systems in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle was relatively low;(2)the coupling coordination degree of the four cities in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle showed significant regional differences,among which Hangzhou City was in the leading position,and Huzhou,Jiaxing,and Shaoxing cities made steady but slow progress in the coupling development of the three systems;and(3)the development of digital economy and talent employment needs to be strengthened.This study contributes to the coordinative development of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle by innovatively focusing on the coupling coordination relationship among digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment,which also meets the industrial layout of Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle.In this way,the optimal allocation and sustainable development of digital economy,regional innovation,and talent employment in the Hangzhou Metropolitan Circle can be achieved.

Coupling coordination analysis of Mazu culture,socio-economy and ecological environment of Meizhou Island

Taking the pilgrimage,tourism and cultural island of Meizhou Island as an example,the evaluation index system of the coupling and coordinated development of“Mazu culture,socio-economy,eco-environment”(MSE)compound system was constructed.The index weights were determined by AHP-entropy method,and the coupling degree,coordinated degree,comprehensive evaluation index and grey correlation degree of MSE system of Mazu Island from 2012 to 2022 were measure.The results showed that:(1)the comprehensive evaluation indexes of the three subsystems was on the rise in general,but the evaluation index of the ecological subsystems increased relatively slowly.(2)The coupling degree was only in the running-in stage in 2012,and the other years were in the coordinated coupling stage.(3)The coupling coordination degree increased from 0.35 in 2012 to 0.82 in 2022,the coupling coordination level was changed from mild imbalance to good coordination.(4)Through the comparison of grey correlation degree,the 24 indexes in the evaluation index system had great influence on the coupling coordination degree of MSE system.The coupling coordination degree was closely related to the development of socio-economy and the spread of Mazu culture.With the rapid development of tourism brought about by the spread of Mazu culture,the pressure on the ecological environment will be increasing.Compared with the rapid growth of tourism and economy,it is equally important to strengthen environmental protection and pay attention to the quality of ecological environment development.

Impact of coupling coordination development of port and city environments on urban economic competitiveness:Evidence from the coastal port cities in eastern China

Promoting the coupling coordination development of port and its hinterland city environments is an important way to improve urban economic competitiveness.Based on relevant data of 13 coastal port cities in eastern China from 2000 to 2018,this study explores the coupling coordination development of port and city environments and its impact on urban economic competitiveness by constructing the coupling coordination degree model and the panel threshold model.The research results show that:(1)In terms of the coupling coordination development of port and city environments,most coastal ports and their hinterland cities are in a state of moderate or serious disorder.Overall,the degree of coupling coordination of port and city environments needs to be further improved;(2)The coupling coordination degree of port and city environments has a significant impact on urban economic competitiveness,and this effect gradually increases with the development of the ports and the urban economy.Among the variables that impact the urban economic competitiveness,fixed assets investment and foreign trade are significant factors that can enhance urban economic competitiveness.(3)At present,there is a“U-shaped”relationship between the coupling coordination degree of port-city environments and the urban economic competitiveness.This relationship lies on the right side of the inflection point of the“U-shaped”curve.Therefore,following the concept of assigning priority to ecological development,expanding fixed assets investment and actively developing foreign trade can further enhance the urban economic competitiveness.

Coupling Relationship between Transport Superiority Degree and Urbanization in Sichuan,China

Relationship between transport superiority degree and urbanization is not quantified enough in recent researches.Combined with coupling model and coupling coordination model,the spatial analysis technique was applied to quantitatively analyzing the relationship between transport superiority degree and comprehensive urbanization in eighteen prefecture-level cities in Sichuan from 2000 to 2011. An evaluation index system was constructed,and index weights were obtained using the variation coefficient method. The traffic volume was found to be the main factor contributing to transport superiority degree, and space urbanization was the primary factor influencing comprehensive urbanization. The coupling degree between transport superiority degree and urbanization( CU) was generally higher than the coupling coordination degree( DU) in 2000-2011. DUvaried more significantly than CU. In 2011, Sichuan was divided into five regional types. Based on the above observations, targeted recommendations were developed.

Degree of coupling and coordination of eco-economic system and the influencing factors： a case study in Yanchi County, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, China

Based on the statistical data, we analyzed and evaluated the degree of coupling and coordination of the eco-economic system in Yanchi County for the period spanning from 1983 to 2014. The eco-economic system can be divided into socioeconomic and ecological sub-systems and their relationship can reveal the interaction state between the two sub-systems and help the local government to establish a coordinated development mode. An index system was constructed to assess the development of the two sub-systems before the evaluation of the degree of coupling and coordination. The principal component regression analysis was adopted to quantitatively assess the influences of natural, economic and social factors on the degree of coupling and coordination of the eco-economic system. Results showed that, from 1983 to 2014, the development trends of both sub-systems were increasing with the ecological sub-system having more fluctuations. The degree of coupling and coordination of the eco-economic system in the study area increased gradually from 1983 to 2014, but experienced five different development stages from the verge of disorder to favorable coordination. The development of the local social and economic conditions was the most important factor influencing the degree of coupling and coordination. The second most important factor was the financial support from the local government. In addition, the environment protection policies also played undeniable roles. Due to the diversity of the influence factors, the government should take comprehensive measures to promote the sustainable development of the eco-economic system.

Analysis of the Coupling and Coordination Degree between the Development of Marine Industry and the Gathering of Marine Talents

The development status of China's marine industry in recent years was qualitatively analyzed,and it is found that the scale of China's marine economy continued to expand,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized.Then,the coupling and coordination degree between the development of marine industry and the gathering of marine talents were analyzed quantitatively,and it is found that the development of marine industry generally promoted the gathering of marine talents,but the promotion of each industry was weak.The influence of the development of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents should be strengthened.It is proposed that the development of marine industry should be promoted from the aspects of strengthening the planning level of industrial development,improving the efficiency of resource allocation,promoting the innovation and development of marine industry,and strengthening the management of marine talents,so as to enhance the influence of marine industry on the gathering of marine talents and form a benign interaction between talents and industry.

Coordinated Development of Tourism Economy and Ecological Environment Coupling in Mountainous Provinces:A Case Study of Guizhou

The degree of coupling coordination can reflect the intensity of interaction between multiple-indicator system,and can characterize the harmonious and consistent degree of benign correlation between them.It is an effective measurement method for analyzing the level of coordinated development of tourism economy and ecological environment coupling.Guizhou,a mountainous province,is taken as the research object in this paper.Using entropy method and coupling coordination model,the coordinated development level of tourism economy and ecological environment coupling during 2011-2020 is measured and analyzed,and the coordinated development strategies for the tourism economy and ecological environment coupling in Guizhou,a mountainous province,are proposed.

Relationship between Industrial Coupling Coordination and Carbon Intensity in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle

Coordinated development of new high-tech industries and traditional industries is crucially important for economic growth and environmental sustainability,and it has become a focus of academic and governmental bodies.This study establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of high-tech industries and traditional industries,and uses the method of principal component analysis,coupling and coupling coordination degree model to determine the level of industry coordinated development.Then,Pearson correlation test is used to further analyze the correlation between regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity of the seven provinces in the Bohai Rim Economic Circle(BREC).The results are as follows.(1)There is a negative correlation between industrial coupling coordination and carbon intensity.(2)The degree of industrial coordination of Beijing,Tianjin,and Shandong is significantly higher than other provinces in the BREC,as both the high-tech industries and traditional industries of these three provinces have reached a high level of development and achieved high coupling.The high-tech industries of the three provinces show positive changes,whereas the traditional industries show negative changes,which indicates that the new high-tech industries are driving the upgrading of the traditional industries by the application of high technologies.(3)From 2011 to 2016,the number of provinces with a low degree of high-tech and traditional industrial coordination fell from three to one.The traditional industries in Hebei and Inner Mongolia have been upgraded by strengthening their technological innovation with the introduction of rapid high-tech industrial development.These findings are a useful reference for regional industrial coupling coordination and carbon emission reduction.

A Study on the Coupling Relationship between Low Carbon Economy and Environmental Resources in Jilin Province

In Jilin Province,China,economic development,high output and rational use of resources have become a pair of unrelieved contradictions.The coupling of eco-environmental and socioeconomic systems is not a simple linear addition of these two systems to form an advanced composite system.Therefore,the analysis of the coupling degree between ecological environment and socioeconomic system from the perspective of dissociative structure can be expressed through the establishment of a system coupling model to express the relationship between the two systems.On this basis,a series of analytical indicators are constructed to quantitatively evaluate and qualitatively analyse the coupling between ecological environment and socioeconomy.

Dynamic Analysis of Supply and Demand Coupling of Ecosystem Services in Loess Hilly Region:A Case Study of Lanzhou,China

The relationship between the supply and demand for ecosystem services(ESs)is a key issue for the rational allocation of natural resources and optimisation of sustainable development capacity.This paper investigateed the dynamic evolution features of supply and demand of four ESs in Lanzhou of China,namely,water supply,food supply,carbon fixation and soil retention services.The crosssectional data of 2005 and 2017 were used for calculating ESs value and its supply and demand through ArcGIS software,InVEST model,elastic coefficient model and coupling coordination model.Results showed that:1)from 2005 to 2017,the supply of water supply services increased,the demand of soil retention services decreased,and the supply and demand of food supply and carbon fixation services increased.The high-value areas of service supply were mainly distributed in the rocky mountain areas in the southeast and northwest with high vegetation coverage,while the high-value areas of demand were mainly distributed in the urban areas and surrounding areas with high population density.2)There were five different types of coupling relations.Water supply service was dominated by a negative coupling type D,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Negative coupling type C was the main type of food supply and carbon fixation services,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.All three services were supplemented by a positive coupling type A,which means that the increase in demand for ESs has had a positive response on the supply of ESs.Soil retention service generally exhibits a positive coupling type B,which means that the decrease in demand for ESs has had a negative response on the supply of ESs.3)Over the past 12 yr,the coordination degree of supply and demand of water supply,food supply and soil retention services decreased,and the coordination degree of carbon fixation service increased.Various types of ES had a low degree of coupling and coordination,showing different characteristics of temporal and spatial evolution.The areas with imbalanced ESs supply and demand were mainly distributed in urban areas dominated by construction land.The research results are valuable to the optimisation of urban and rural ecological environments and the sustainable development of territory space under the framework of ecological civilisation,including similar ecologically vulnerable areas in other developing countries.

我国省域医疗卫生服务与经济的耦合协调分析

目的探索我国省域医疗卫生服务与经济协调发展状况,为促进医疗卫生服务与经济健康协调发展提供参考。方法以2012—2020年为研究区间,运用综合评价指数分析医疗卫生服务与经济综合发展水平,采用耦合协调度测算我国医疗卫生服务与经济的协调水平。结果(1)2012—2020年我国医疗卫生服务与经济综合评价指数年均增长率分别为21.03%和31.69%。其中,2019—2020年医疗卫生服务年均增长率高达36.72%,而经济年均增长率为-1.32%。从区域来看:东、中、西部医疗卫生服务综合评价指数年均增长率分别为-3.09%、-2.51%、-1.51%。经济综合评价指数年均增长率分别为-0.75%、-1.00%、-0.64%。(2)我国两子系统间耦合协调度由2012年的0.389增至2020年的0.920,年均增长率为11.36%,协调类型由2012年的轻度失调发展为2020年的优质协调。东、中、西部耦合协调度均数分别为0.64、0.52、0.47,协调类型分别为初级协调、勉强协调、濒临失调。东、中、西部耦合协调度均数年均增长率分别为-0.95%、-1.00%、-0.61%。(3)东部多数省(直辖市)除2016年为经济发展滞后型,其余年份均为医疗卫生服务滞后型;而中、西部大多数省(自治区、直辖市)除2014年为医疗卫生服务滞后型,其余年份皆为经济发展滞后型。结论从整体上看,我国医疗卫生服务与经济综合发展及其耦合协调水平均呈上升趋势。从区域来看:东、中、西部医疗卫生服务与经济综合发展水平均呈下降趋势;耦合协调水平呈东、中、西部依次递减空间格局。各区域应结合自身实际,制定医疗卫生与经济发展战略措施,提高两系统协调发展水平,以实现两系统优质协调发展。

Spatial-temporal characteristics of the coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China during 2002–2018

Clarifying the relationship between social security and economic development is helpful to realize the sustainable social security system and the stable function of sustainable economic development.In this paper,the entropy method,coupling coordination degree,standard deviation ellipse model,and spatial autocorrelation were used to study the spatial-temporal characteristics of coupling coordination of social security and economic development in China from 2002 to 2018.The results indicate that the relationship between social security and economic development in China has been gradually strengthened in the process of mutual adaptation and common development.The benign interaction between the two was unstable,though the coupling coordination degree gradually transitioned to the primary coupling coordination type.Besides,from a spatial perspective,first,the coupling coordination degree of social security and economic development in China contracted in the east-west and north-south directions,and the coupling coordination clustered in the central region in this period;second,the coupling coordination degree generally presented a positive spatial autocorrelation,and regions with similar coupling coordination degrees were in a state of agglomeration;finally,the hot spots clumped together to form a continuous area in the eastern coastal area while the cold spots expanded toward the northwest and northeast.Furthermore,the random distribution areas exhibited a trend of contraction.

Coupling and coordination of provincial new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development in China, 2004-2018

The construction of a new type of urbanization is a necessary path for the development of modern cities,and a powerful support for coordinating the balanced development of urban and rural areas and promoting high-quality agricultural development.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2004 to 2018,the article constructs a new urbanization and agricultural high-quality development evaluation system;then using the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial correlation analysis method,the paper empirically tests the coupling coordination of the two systems degree and its spatial relevance.The results of the study show that the average level of coupling and coordination between new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development in the period under study is at a barely coordinated level,with the highest level being moderately coordinated.There are significant inter-regional differences,with a higher level of coupling and coordination in the eastern regions and more room for improvement in the central and western regions.At this stage,the trend of"club convergence"is remarkable,with highhigh agglomeration and low-low agglomeration coexisting,and the polarization is serious.Therefore,comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,adhering to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and enhancing inter-regional collaborative governance are powerful measures to promote the joint progress of new urbanization and high-quality agricultural development.

Research on the Coupling between Agricultural Heritage and Tourism Industry: A Case Study of Jasmine and Tea Culture in Fuzhou

The integration of agricultural heritage and tourism industry contributes significantly to regional heritage protection,rural revitalization,and cultural inheritance.Based on the coupling coordination degree model,a quantitative research was conducted to study the integration of agricultural heritage in terms of the jasmine and tea culture system in Fuzhou with the local tourism industry.The results showed that both the development of Fuzhou's jasmine and tourism industries have advanced significantly and are currently leading in the country.However,they are not developing at the same pace.The results also showed that the coordination degree between Fuzhou5s jasmine and tourism industries have increased in recent years,with deepened mutual effects and improved coordination.Moreover,the coupling coordination degree has been rising over the past 13 years,with the coupling coordination level transforming from''extreme disorder''to"quality coordination,demonstrating a slow integration progress of Fuzhou's jasmine with the tourism industry at the early stage,but a sound development momentum at the later stage.

Coupling and Coordination Characteristics and Influencing Factors of the Livable Environment System for the Elderly in China

The construction of a livable environment for the elderly is an important measure to address the challenges of aging and improve their livelihood and well-being.Based on China’s national conditions and combined with the actual development needs of the cities,it is of great significance to explore the coupling and coordination characteristics and influencing factors within the livable environment system for the elderly for the coordination and stable development.This article was based on the three subsystems of’living service environment,socioeconomic environment and ecological livable environment’,following the research framework of’process-pattern-trend-impact’,constructs an evaluation index system for the livable environment for the elderly.Entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation model,coupling coordination degree model,center of gravity and standard deviation ellipse model and the geographic detector model were used starting from the evolution of coupling coordination types to study the spatial and temporal pattern and dynamic trend characteristics and influencing factors of internal coupling coordination types in the livable environment system for the elderly from2010 to 2019.The results showed that:1)The coordinated development of life service environment system and ecological livable environment system(LE)and socioeconomic environment system and ecological livable environment system(SE)in the livable environment for the elderly decreased from the intermediate coordination level coordination areas to the low-level quality improvement and optimization areas:coordinated transition type.The overall development level of life service environment system and socioeconomic environment system(LS)was low,and it was always at a low level.2)The coupling degree of livable environment system for the elderly was high,the coupling coordination type shown a gradually decreasing layer structure with Zhejiang,Beijing and Guangdong high-level leading demonstration areas as the axis belt.3)The coupling coordination center of the elderly livable environment system was located in Henan,and the standard deviation ellipse was distributed in the northeast-southwest direction.The development center and the ellipse of the high-level leading demonstration areas and the intermediate coordination level areas were concentrated in the central and eastern regions,while the low-level coordination areas for improving quality and efficiency are mainly located in the western region.4)Urban development,green facilities,infrastructure,government macroscopic regulation and control,economic stimulus,and housing construction were all important factors affecting the coordinated development of the livable environment system for the elderly,exerting a varying degree of effect on the level of coordinated development of various types of systems.

Coupling coordination and evolution of finance,economy and ecological environment:The case of Silk Road provinces

Based on the comparative analysis of the coupling mechanism between finance,economy and ecological environment,this paper uses the coupling coordination degree and grey prediction model to measure the comprehensive evaluation value and coupling coordination degree of the financial,economic and ecological environment composite system of five provinces along the Silk Road in China from 2010 to 2019,and analyzes the evolution law of the coupling and coordinated development of finance,economy and ecological environment from the perspective of system coordinated development.The results show that:(1)The development of the financial and economic systems of the provinces along the Silk Road shows a relatively continuous and stable good trend,while the development of the ecosystem shows more obvious fluctuations.(2)In general,the overall level of the comprehensive evaluation of each system in the provinces along the route has shown a trend of improvement,but the level is not high.(3)During the investigation by provinces,it is found that the coordination level of the coupling coordination degree of finance,economy and ecological environment of each province is in three stages:moderate disorder,mild disorder,and imminent imbalance.However,Shaanxi Province has changed from imminent imbalance to barely coordination earlier,which indicates that there is regional heterogeneity in the three coupling coordination relationships among regions.(4)According to the calculation of the gray GM(1,1)model,the coupling coordination degree in Shaanxi Province will maintain a good upward trend and reach a intermediate coordination stage in 2023,while the other provinces will enter the barely coordination and primary coordination stages respectively with a slightly slower growth rate.Finally,based on the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some effective policy recommendations for the coordinated development of regional finance,economy and ecological environment,such as dredging the diffusion channels of regional financial resources,guiding market funds to participate in ecological project construction,and advocating the development of circular economy.

Coupling analysis of the major impact on sustainable development of the typical arid region of Turpan in Northwest China

Analyzing the sustainable development of a given region can provide an important reference and guide for future orientation.The study selects Turpan(including Gaochang District,Shanshan County,and Toksun County)in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of Northwest China as the study area and first investigates the essence of regional sustainable development.Based on the relevant data of the population,economy,and environment of Turpan from 2002 to 2018,we constructed an evaluation index system for three dimensions,namely,the population,economy,and environment,and analyzed them systematically.Specifically,we quantitatively calculated the comprehensive evaluation index,coupling degree,and coupling coordination degree of the sustainable development system of the study area.The study finds that Turpan has become increasingly sustainable and orderly;the development level has continually improved from near imbalance to positive coordination.During the study period,the government has adopted appropriate models and paths to promote positive interactions among the population,economy,and environment based on engineering techniques and ecological means.The results show that the coupling coordination degree has increased from 0.3692 to 0.8894 during the period 2002–2018,which reflects the actual situation of Turpan and indicates that the proposed analysis method can effectively measure and evaluate the level of sustainable development in this region.Moreover,the study also puts forward main functional zoning of Turpan(i.e.,Gaochang District as an optimized development zone,Shanshan County as a major agricultural production zone,and Toksun County as a key ecological function zone)and regional planning principles based on the population,economic,and environmental coupling analysis for the three jurisdictions in Turpan.

Evaluation and Driving Force Analysis of Cultivated Land Quality in Black Soil Region of Northeast China

Cultivated land is an important natural resource to ensure food,ecological and economic security.The cultivated land quality evaluation(CQE)is greatly significant for protecting and managing cultivated land.In this study,320 counties in the black soil region of Northeast China(BSRNC)represent the research units used to construct the CQE system measuring the soil properties(SP),cultivated land productivity(CLP),ecological environment(EE)and social economy(SE).The total of 19 factors were selected to calculate the integrated fertility index(IFI)and divided into grades.Simultaneously,we used the coupling coordination degree model to comprehensively analyze the spatial pattern of the cultivated land quality(CLQ)in the BSRNC,and use the structural equation model(SEM)to analyze the driving mechanism.The results show the following:1)The CLQ of 262 counties in the BSRNC is in a state of coupling and coordination,and the coupling and coordination degree presents a spatial distribution pattern of‘high in the southwest and northeast,low in the northwest and southeast’.The coordinated development degree of 271 counties is between 0.4 and 0.6,which is in a transitional state between coordination and disorder.2)The CLQ in the BSRNC is generally good,with an average grade of 3.High-quality cultivated land accounts for 58.45%of all counties,middle-and upper-quality cultivated land accounts for 27.05%,and poor-quality cultivated land accounts for 14.49%.3)The SEM analysis shows that the SP,CLP,EE,and SE all influence the CLQ.Among them,the SP has the largest driving force on the CLQ,while the SE has the smallest driving force on it.The results confirm that the main factors affecting the evaluation results are crop productivity level,normalized difference vegetation index,ratio vegetation index,difference vegetation index,and organic carbon content.When implementing protection measures in counties with a low CLQ,considering a balanced coordination of multiple systems and reasonably controlling the quality degradation are important.This study provides the current situation and driving factors of the CLQ in the BSRNC and will play an important role in black soil governance and utilization.

北京市平原乡镇地区土地利用“三生”功能耦合协调特征

为了促进国土空间的健康协调发展,需要在乡镇层面对土地利用的生产、生活和生态(三生)功能进行识别,并进行协调关系的研究。以北京市平原乡镇地区为例,基于用地类型识别土地利用“三生”功能(production-living-ecology functions, PLEFs),并采用耦合协调度模型揭示“三生”功能整体和两两关系时空演变特征。结果表明:1)北京市平原乡镇地区“三生”功能具有明显时空差异,生产功能和生活功能整体上升,生态功能先下降后上升,空间格局上生产功能南高北低,生态功能北高南低,生活功能则以中心城区周边乡镇为高值核心向外圈层递减。2)除生产、生态功能耦合协调度先下降后升高外,其余3种功能组合的耦合协调度均上升,并且生产、生态功能耦合协调度始终高于其余3种组合。大部分乡镇“三生”功能协调,失调乡镇主要位于环中心城区周边的南北、东西十字带。3)耦合协调度水平不同,乡镇受各功能影响的程度也不同,未来应采取差异化的提升策略。
