With the application of resins in various fields, numerous waste resins that are difficult to treat have been produced. The industrial wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ) has severely polluted soil and groundwater environments, thereby endangering human health. Therefore, in this paper, a novel functionalized mesoporous adsorbent PPR-Z was synthesized from waste amidoxime resin for adsorbing Cr(Ⅵ). The waste amidoxime resin was first modified with H3PO4 and ZnCl_(2), and subsequently, it was carbonized through slow thermal decomposition. The static adsorption of PPR-Z conforms to the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm, indicating that the Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption by PPR-Z is mostly chemical adsorption and exhibits single-layer adsorption. The saturated adsorption capacity of the adsorbent for Cr(Ⅵ) could reach 255.86 mg/g. The adsorbent could effectively reduce Cr(Ⅵ) to Cr(Ⅲ) and decrease the toxicity of Cr(Ⅵ) during adsorption. PPR-Z exhibited Cr(Ⅵ) selectivity in electroplating wastewater. The main mechanisms involved in the Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption are the chemical reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) into Cr(Ⅲ) and electrostatic and coordination interactions. Preparation of PPR-Z not only solves the problem of waste resin treatment but also effectively controls Cr(Ⅵ) pollution and realizes the concept of “treating waste with waste”. 展开更多

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental data.Hence, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using XPS.The results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane. 展开更多

A novel tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA) functionalized magnetic mesoporous silica adsorbent(FNMs/TEPA) was prepared for the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ)-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(EDTA)from wastewater. The characterization of the prepared adsorbent certified that TEPA was modified onto the magnetic mesoporous silicon(FNMs), while FNMs/TEPA maintained the ordered mesoporous and pristine magnetic properties. The batch adsorption experiments demonstrated that TEPA significantly enhanced the removal capacity of the adsorbent for Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA. FNMs/TEPA exhibited an excellent adsorption property(13.84 mg·g-1) at p H 4.0. Even in the presence of high concentrations of coexisting ions and organic acids, the adsorption performance of FNMs/TEPA was stable. Experimental characterization and DFT demonstrated that the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA was ascribed to the electrostatic interaction, hydrogen bonding, and complexation between Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA and amino groups on the adsorbent surface. The analysis of the independent gradient model(IGM) shows that electrostatic interaction is the main mode of action in the adsorption process. Moreover, FNMs/TEPA demonstrated remarkable reusability in three regeneration cycles. These findings indicated that FNMs/TEPA possessed excellent application prospects in the disposal of wastewater containing Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA. 展开更多

Herein,iron oxide/hydroxides deposits(gossans)were utilized,for the first time,in the fabrication of magnetite nanoparticles(MNPs)to load modified coal(MC).The as-synthesized MNPs@MC composite was characterized via different techniques and utilized for the Cr(Ⅵ)remediation.Experimental studies supported by theoretical treatment were applied to offer a new overview of the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption geometry and mechanism at 25-45℃.Experimental results suggested that the Cr(Ⅵ)uptake was mainly governed by adsorption-reduction coupled mechanism.The Langmuir model fitted well the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption data with maximum adsorption capacities extended from 115.24 to 129.63 mg·g^(-1).Theoretical calculations indicated that Cr(Ⅵ)ions were adsorbed on the MNPs@MC following the theory of the advanced monolayer statistical model.The number of ions removed per site ranged from 1.88 to1.23 suggesting the involvement of vertical geometry and multi-ionic mechanism at all temperatures.The increment of the active sites density and the adsorption capacity at saturation with improving temperature reflected an endothermic process.Energetically,the Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption was controlled by physical forces as the adsorption energies were less than 40 kJ·mol^(-1).The calculated free enthalpy,entropy.and internal energy explained the spontaneous nature and the viability of Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption on the MNPs@MC adsorbent.These results offer a new approach in utilizing the iron-rich deposits as gossans in the preparation of magnetic and low-cost adsorbents for wastewater remediation. 展开更多

以大分子络合物没食子酸(GA)-Cr(Ⅲ)与小分子络合物柠檬酸(CA)-Cr(Ⅲ)为对象,考察了二硫代氨基甲酸盐(DTC)类重金属捕集剂和季铵盐(QAS)类重金属捕集剂对Cr(Ⅲ)的去除效果,比较了混凝沉淀、超声等辅助处理技术对GA-Cr(Ⅲ)溶液中Cr(Ⅲ)... 以大分子络合物没食子酸(GA)-Cr(Ⅲ)与小分子络合物柠檬酸(CA)-Cr(Ⅲ)为对象,考察了二硫代氨基甲酸盐(DTC)类重金属捕集剂和季铵盐(QAS)类重金属捕集剂对Cr(Ⅲ)的去除效果,比较了混凝沉淀、超声等辅助处理技术对GA-Cr(Ⅲ)溶液中Cr(Ⅲ)去除效果的影响,筛选出适宜的除铬工艺为“混凝沉淀—重金属捕集”,并考察了该工艺对实际制革废水的处理效果。结果表明:在GA-Cr(Ⅲ)溶液中,Cr(Ⅲ)与GA络合形成了大分子聚合物,使Cr(Ⅲ)被包裹在分子内部,导致重金属捕集剂难以发挥作用,去除效果较差;经超声处理后,GA-Cr(Ⅲ)的络合结构遭到破坏,促使包裹在有机物间的Cr(Ⅲ)裸露出来,从而有利于重金属捕集剂捕集;混凝沉淀与DTC类重金属捕集剂联用时,对Cr(Ⅲ)的去除效果最好,GA-Cr(Ⅲ)溶液经该工艺处理后,Cr(Ⅲ)去除率可达79.6%;采用混凝沉淀与DTC/QAS类重金属捕集剂联用的方法对实际制革废水处理后,出水ρ(Cr)均低于1.5 mg/L,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)中总铬的排放限值要求。 展开更多

多参数MRI联合螺旋CT预测ⅢCr期宫颈癌同步放化疗后复发的临床价值

目的研究多参数MRI联合SCT预测ⅢCr期宫颈癌同步放疗(CCRT)后复发的临床价值。方法回顾性分析医院2018.01~2020.01间70例行同步放化疗后出现复发的ⅢCr期宫颈癌患者(复发组)以及66例无复发者的多参数MRI以及SCT检查资料,以临床诊断作为... 目的研究多参数MRI联合SCT预测ⅢCr期宫颈癌同步放疗(CCRT)后复发的临床价值。方法回顾性分析医院2018.01~2020.01间70例行同步放化疗后出现复发的ⅢCr期宫颈癌患者(复发组)以及66例无复发者的多参数MRI以及SCT检查资料,以临床诊断作为“金标准”,采用McNemar检验,分别计算多参数MRI以及SCT在诊断宫颈癌复发中的灵敏度、特异度及准确度,并绘制ROC曲线,分析多参数MRI联合SCT诊断宫颈癌复发的价值。结果经局部穿刺以及随访发现,共70例患者被证实为宫颈癌复发,66例患者为非复发,其中复发组患者MRI检查参数ADC_(min)、ADC_(max)、ADC_(mean)、K^(trans)、K_(ep)以及V_(e)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);以临床诊断作为“金标准”,检验发现,多参数MRI在诊断宫颈癌复发中的灵敏度及特异度分别为85.71%、89.39%。SCT在诊断宫颈癌复发中的灵敏度及特异度分别为55.71%、81.82%。绘制ROC曲线证实多参数MRI联合SCT在预测ⅢCr期宫颈癌同步放化疗后复发中的的AUC=0.941,95%CI(0.895~0.987),灵敏度及特异度分别为94.30%与93.90%。结论多参数MRI在诊断ⅢCr期宫颈癌CCRT后复发中的价值高于SCT,但两者联合使用能有效提高宫颈癌复发的临床诊断效果。 展开更多

A batch experiment was conducted to investigate the adsorption of trivalent chromium (Cr(Ⅲ)) from aqueous solutions by sugarcane pulp residue (SPR) and biochar. The results show that Cr(Ⅲ) adsorption by SPR and biochar is highly pH-dependent and Cr(Ⅲ) adsorption amount increases with the increase of pH. The adsorption kinetics of Cr(Ⅲ) fits well with the pseudo-second-order model. The maximum Cr(Ⅲ) adsorption capacities of 15.85 mg/g and 3.43 mg/g for biochar and SPR were calculated by Langmuir model. This indicates that biochar has a larger ability for Cr(Ⅲ) adsorption than SPR. The free energy change value (ΔG) reveals a spontaneous sorption process of Cr(Ⅲ) onto SPR and non-spontaneous sorption process onto biochar. The entropy change (ΔS) and enthalpy change (ΔH) are found to be 66.27 J/(mol·K) and 17.13 kJ/mol for SPR and 91.59 J/(mol·K) and 30.875 kJ/mol for biochar which further reflect an affinity of Cr(Ⅲ) onto SPR and biochar. It is suggested that biochar has potential to be an efficient adsorbent in the removal of Cr(Ⅲ) from industrial wastewater. 展开更多

Sugarcane pulp residue (SPR), a waste from sugar-refinery, which possesses a large surface area, can be used for removing chromium (Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ)) from wastewater. In this work, the kinetics, isotherms of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption and their removal by SPR were investigated. The results show that the removal percentages of Cr(Ⅵ) and Cr(Ⅲ) increase with increasing SPR dosage and temperature and decrease with increasing SPR particle size and the initial concentration of chromium ions. However, the influence of pH value on the Cr( Ⅵ) removal differs from that of the Cr( Ⅲ) removal. The Cr(Ⅵ) removal percentage decreases with increasing pH values, while the Cr(Ⅲ) removal percentage increases with increasing pH value. The adsorption kinetics of Cr(Ⅵ) and Cr(Ⅲ) well fits with pseudo-second-order model. Langmuir adsorption isotherm can well describe the adsorption phenomena of chromium ions with the maximum adsorption capacity of 0.567 mg/g for Cr( Ⅵ) and 3.446 mg/g for Cr( Ⅲ) . Moreover, SPR reveals higher adsorption capacity for Cr(Ⅲ) than that for Cr(Ⅵ), which implies that SPR has more potential application for Cr(III)-containing wastewater treatment than that for Cr(Ⅵ)-containing wastewater treatment. 展开更多

溶剂浸渍树脂(SIRs)分离法兼具溶剂萃取与离子交换两种分离方法的优点,且树脂制备简单,可根据实际情况灵活选用不同的载体和萃取剂,有望实现镓绿色、高效的分离回收。本文以苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯大孔吸附树脂(代号:HZ818)为载体、2-乙基己... 溶剂浸渍树脂(SIRs)分离法兼具溶剂萃取与离子交换两种分离方法的优点,且树脂制备简单,可根据实际情况灵活选用不同的载体和萃取剂,有望实现镓绿色、高效的分离回收。本文以苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯大孔吸附树脂(代号:HZ818)为载体、2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯(代号:P507)为萃取剂,制备P507 SIRs,研究了该SIRs在H 2SO 4体系中吸附Ga(Ⅲ)的性能。静态吸附实验表明:298 K时,P507 SIRs对Ga(Ⅲ)的最佳吸附pH值为3.3,对应吸附量为13.7 mg·g^(-1);吸附平衡时间为14 h,动力学吸附过程可用拟二级动力学方程描述;等温吸附均符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。动态吸附实验表明:低流速有利于P507 SIRs对Ga(Ⅲ)充分吸附;1.5 mol·L^(-1)的HCl可以将吸附于P507 SIRs上的Ga(Ⅲ)完全洗脱;P507 SIRs对Ga(Ⅲ)循环吸附稳定性能有待提高。在Ga(Ⅲ)-Zn(Ⅱ)、Ga(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ)二元混合体系中,P507 SIRs对Ga(Ⅲ)具有较好的吸附选择性,通过控制溶液pH值可以实现Ga(Ⅲ)的分离富集;在含Fe(Ⅲ)的Ga(Ⅲ)-Fe(Ⅲ)二元体系和Ga(Ⅲ)-Zn(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ)-Fe(Ⅲ)多元体系中,P507 SIRs对Fe(Ⅲ)表现出较好的吸附选择性,而对Ga(Ⅲ)吸附甚微,表明Fe(Ⅲ)的存在对P507 SIRs吸附Ga(Ⅲ)产生较大干扰。 展开更多

为了降低压块活性炭的制备成本,以大同不黏煤为主料,桃山焦煤和重相沥青为黏结成分,以高温煤焦油和水为成型助剂制备压块活性炭。依靠调节配煤比例和改变活化条件来调控活性炭孔结构。利用碘吸附值、亚甲蓝吸附值、耐磨强度等表征活性... 为了降低压块活性炭的制备成本,以大同不黏煤为主料,桃山焦煤和重相沥青为黏结成分,以高温煤焦油和水为成型助剂制备压块活性炭。依靠调节配煤比例和改变活化条件来调控活性炭孔结构。利用碘吸附值、亚甲蓝吸附值、耐磨强度等表征活性炭常规性能;研究了样品吸附水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的能力,并考察了活性炭再生效率和质量损耗情况。结果表明:在大同不黏煤、桃山焦煤、重相沥青、高温煤焦油和水的配比为51∶24∶9∶7∶9的基础上,活化温度和时间分别为875℃和2.5 h的条件下制备出的压块活性炭性能最优,其耐磨强度为90%,碘吸附值为902 mg/g,亚甲基蓝吸附值为270 mg/g,比表面积为992.6 m^(2)/g;对水溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)最大吸附容量可达27.3 mg/g;质量分数为5%的硝酸溶液对饱和活性炭在50℃条件下再生8 h效果最佳,再生5次以后,其质量损耗率为21%,性能恢复率为70.06%。 展开更多

It is observed that the adsorption of chromium are greater on kaolinite minerals, red soil (R) and laterite (L) colloids than that on montmorillonite, indicotic black (IB) and yellow brown (YB) soil colloids. The adsorption process of Cr Ⅵ on these media can be further described by Langmuir or Freundlich equation quite well. The adsorption reaction of Cr Ⅵ is fast, and the adsorption equilibrium can be reached within the first two hours in moderate temperature. The adsorption quantity of Cr Ⅵ to kaolinite mineral increased with the increasing pH in the range of 2.0 to 7.0, then decreased at higher pH. But it showed some consistence among the four soil colloids. The lower the pH, the stronger the adsorption. The possible mechanisms are further discussed here. Meanwhile the influence of temperature on Cr Ⅵ adsorption on different soil colloid and clay minerals are also investigated. 展开更多

Magnetic multi-wall carbon nanotubes were prepared with wet chemical treatments and characterized by a transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). They were used as adsorbents for the removal of Cr(VI) in aqueous solutions. The effects of adsorbent dosage, the concentration of Cr(VI) in aqueous solution, temperature, and pH value on the removal efficiency were studied. Results showed that the adsorption capacity of the magnetic multi-wall carbon nanotubes increased with the initial Cr(VI) concentration, but decreased with the increase of adsorbent dosage. The adsorption amount increased with contact time. The adsorption kinetics were best represented by the pseudo second-order kinetic model, and the adsorption isotherms indicated that the Langmuir model better reflected the adsorption process. The ob- tained calculation results for the Gibbs free energy revealed that the adsorption was a spontaneous and endothermic process. The enthalpy deviation was 3.835 kJ.mol 1. The magnetic multi-wall carbon nanotubes showed significant potential for application in adsorption of heavy metal ions. 展开更多
