补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死再灌注大鼠心肌损伤标志物的影响 被引量:2

目的:探讨补阳还五汤预处理对急性脑梗死再灌注大鼠心肌损伤标志物肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为补阳还五汤高剂量组、补阳还五汤低剂量组、模型组、假手术组各12只。模型... 目的:探讨补阳还五汤预处理对急性脑梗死再灌注大鼠心肌损伤标志物肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(cTnⅠ)的影响。方法:将48只SD大鼠随机分为补阳还五汤高剂量组、补阳还五汤低剂量组、模型组、假手术组各12只。模型组及假手术组灌胃无菌水,补阳还五汤高、低剂量组给予补阳还五汤颗粒剂溶液灌胃,给药剂量分别为29.69g/(kg·d)及14.84g/(kg·d),连续14天。采用大脑中动脉线栓法制作急性脑梗死再灌注模型,ELISA法检测血清心肌损伤标志物CK、CKMB、cTnⅠ水平。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清CK、CK-MB含量显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明模型成立。与模型组比较,补阳还五汤高、低剂量组大鼠血清CK、CK-MB含量显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:急性脑梗死再灌注可引起血清心肌酶CK、CK-MB升高,补阳还五汤预处理可降低其CK、CK-MB含量,提示补阳还五汤对急性脑梗死再灌注引起的继发性心肌损伤有保护作用。 展开更多

To the Editor:Lycium ruthenicum(L.ruthenicum)Murray contains abundant anthocyanins.The purpose of the present research was to investigate the protective effect of L.ruthenicum extract supplementation on the damage from exhaustive exercise in rats which were treated for seven days before the exhaustive exercise.Exhaustive exercise induced an increase of Serum nitrate(NO)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels,but supplementation of L.ruthenicum extract reduced them significantly(P<0.05).Interleukin(IL)-1 and IL-6 were also significantly reduced by L.ruthenicum as compared to the control(P<0.05).Supplementation with L.ruthenicum extract also decreased the creatine kinase isoenzyme MB(CK-MB)generation significantly and ameliorated the myocardial histopathology. 展开更多
