The neutron capture cross section of ^(232)Th was measured at the neutron time-of-flight facility Back-n of China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)for the first time.The measurement was performed with 4 hydrogen-free deuterated benzene C6D6 liquid scintillation detectors,in the ES#2 experiment station on the beam line,at a distance of about 76 m from the neutron-production assembly.The total energy detection principle in combination with the pulse height weighting technique(PHWT)was applied to analyze the measured data.Results of the ^(232)Th(n,γ)reaction cross section in the unresolved resonance region from 4 keV to 100 keV were obtained,which shows a good agreement with the existing experimental data from EXFOR,as well as with the evaluated data from the ENDF/B-VIII.0 and CENDL-3.1.In addition,the excitation function of ^(232)Th(n,γ)^(233)Th reaction in the unresolved resonance region was theoretically calculated by using the code TALYS-1.95.By fitting the experimental cross section and theoretical data,the average parameters in the unresolved resonance region were extracted. 展开更多

Cross-regional emergency scheduling planning for petroleum based on the supernetwork model 被引量:6

Cross-regional emergen... Petroleum, the most important energy source in the world, plays an essential role in securing economic development. If a petroleum shortage happens, it will severely disrupt production and life. Cross-regional emergency scheduling can effectively alleviate a petroleum shortage and further enhance the efficiency of the emergency response. Considering the general lack of focus on cross-regional petroleum dispatching management, we propose a three-layer emergency scheduling network for petroleum based on a supernetwork model that can increase the regional emergency correlation by adding a transfer management process. Then, we compare the total demand for petroleum and the emergency costs considered in the petroleum emergency scheduling supernetwork model(the single-region and the cross-region scenarios).The result shows that the cross-regional emergency scheduling pattern can effectively enhance the efficiency of the emergency preparations and reduce the emergency costs in most cases. However, when the vulnerabilities in the crossregional link grow or the regional linkage decreases, the effect of single-regional scheduling is better. In addition, the advantages of the cross-regional emergency scheduling network will be strengthened with an increase in its maximum emergency capability. Nonetheless, this advantage will disappear when the petroleum demand in the crisis layer reaches the maximum emergency response capacity. Finally, according to the comparative analysis simulation among scenarios,certain strategic policy recommendations are suggested to improve the petroleum emergency scheduling ability in regions.These recommendations include strengthening the cross-regional coordination mechanism, increasing the modes of petroleum transportation and enhancing the carrying capacity of regional emergency routes. 展开更多

We have measured the cross-section ratios of helium induced by Cq+ and Oq+ (q = 1-4) in an energy range from 20 keV/amu to 500 keV/amu, and obtained the two-dimensional spectra by employing the coincidence method combined with the MPA-3 data acquisition system. Hence, we obtain the ratios of total single-ionization cross-sections (SI, SC, SLSI, and DLSI), total double-ionization cross-sections (DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI) and cross-sections of every process (SI, SC, SLSI, DLSI, DI, DC, TI, SLDI, and DLDI), which induce the single-ionization and double-ionization, to the total cross sections respectively. The competitive relations between the reaction-channels and the experimental data law of each reaction-channel are revealed explicitly, and the qualitative explanations involved in those results are also presented accordingly. 展开更多

Utilization of cross-regional interconnector and pumped hydro energy storage for further introduction of solar PV in Japan 被引量:1

The amount of solar PV installed capacity has steadily increased to 44.5 GW at the end of FY2017,since the introduction of the Feed in Tariff(FiT)to Japan in 2012.On the other hand,since the first curtailment of solar PV was conducted on October 13th,2018 in the Kyushu area,the curtailment has been frequently executed including wind power after that.In this study,cross-regional interconnector and pumped hydro energy storage(PHES)are focused on mitigating curtailment.In Japan,there are 9 electric power areas which connected each other by cross-regional interconnectors.According to the historical operation,cross-regional interconnectors were secured as emergency flexible measures,but after the implicit auction was started from October 2018,it is used on merit order.Regarding a PHES in Japan,they have been built with nuclear power plants for several decades.Because the output of nuclear power generation is constant,so the PHES is used to absorb the surplus at nighttime when the demand declines.All nuclear power plants in Japan have been shut down after the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant following the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred on March 11th,2011.There are several nuclear power plants that have been restarted(9 reactors,as of August 2019).In this study,the amount of curtailment for solar PV in the Kyushu area is sent to the Chugoku area using the cross-regional interconnector(Kanmon line).Then,the PHES in the Chugoku area is pumping with low price.Because the spot price in the market is low when the curtailment is executed.After that,the PHES is generating at night with high price when the solar PV is not generating.It makes a profit by the deference for the cost of pumping and the revenue of generating by the PHES.As a calculation result,for one week from May 2nd to 8th,2019,a profit becomes 152.2 million JPY(about 1.22 million EUR).For this purpose,it is necessary to raise the operation capacity of the cross-regional interconnector up to the rated capacity with the frequency control function of solar PV instead of the capacity to keep frequency in the event of an accident.This will allow the further introduction of solar PV in Japan. 展开更多

As an effective environment governance tool,environment governance performance evaluation is an important content and method to promote the modernization of environment governance system and governance ability.The environmental pollution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has typical cross-administrative characteristics.Based on the analysis of the major environmental pollution problems in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,according to the international environment governance PSR model,a performance evaluation system that applies to the environment governance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is established.Meanwhile,the principal component analysis method is applied to conduct an empirical analysis of the environmental governance panel data for the 13 major cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2014 to 2016.The results show that most of the cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region attach great importance to reduction of emission and pollutants,continuously alleviating the stress of environmental governance.However,the overall improvement of the environment governance performance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has presented a polarization imbalance.There is a clear tendency for subjective biases in the implementation of environment governance and a lack of comprehensive and systematic governance.According to the environment governance performance evaluation result of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the cross-administrative regional environment governance should improve the environment governance performance evaluation system as soon as possible,strengthen the consistency of the environment governance objectives,and implement comprehensive and systematic governance for the regional environment. 展开更多

浮体间跨接电缆因设计不合理,在运行期间出现过度弯曲、拉伸、与浮体碰撞等现象,影响系统可靠运行.针对跨浮体电缆容易出现疲劳失效的问题,本文提出一种海上漂浮式光伏多浮体间电缆跨接方法.首先,对浮体结构进行分析,确定典型六边形浮... 浮体间跨接电缆因设计不合理,在运行期间出现过度弯曲、拉伸、与浮体碰撞等现象,影响系统可靠运行.针对跨浮体电缆容易出现疲劳失效的问题,本文提出一种海上漂浮式光伏多浮体间电缆跨接方法.首先,对浮体结构进行分析,确定典型六边形浮体间的电缆跨接方案.其次,通过分析浮体结构对跨接方案的影响,确定电缆跨浮体设计步骤中的关键参数与限制条件;通过与现阶段跨接电缆保护手段对比,提出一种通过合理规划跨接参数满足运行要求的方法,建立电缆跨接方案两阶段求解框架;采用信赖域粒子群算法在第一阶段求解出跨接方案变量的可行解区域,第二阶段在可行解区域中求解出疲劳寿命最大值作为跨接方案最优解.最后,在Orcaflex软件搭建电缆跨接模型对最终方案进行校验,通过算例分析验证本文所提方法的有效性.研究表明,通过对合理规划跨接电缆路径,可以在一定程度上缓解电缆的弯曲状态,降低疲劳损伤,可以在运行年限期间可靠运行. 展开更多

Spatial interpolation methods are frequently used to estimate values of meteorological data in locations where they are not measured. However, very little research has been investigated the relative performance of different interpolation methods in meteorological data of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (Xinjiang). Actually, it has importantly practical significance to as far as possibly improve the accuracy of interpolation results for meteorological data, especially in mountainous Xinjiang. There- fore, this paper focuses on the performance of different spatial interpolation methods for monthly temperature data in Xinjiang. The daily observed data of temperature are collected from 38 meteorological stations for the period 1960- 2004. Inverse distance weighting (IDW), ordinary kriging (OK), temperature lapse rate method (TLR) and multiple linear regressions (MLR) are selected as interpolated methods. Two rasterized methods, multiple regression plus space residual error and directly interpolated observed temperature (DIOT) data, are used to analyze and compare the performance of these interpolation methods respectively. Moreover, cross-validation is used to evaluate the performance of different spatial interpolation methods. The results are as follows: 1) The method of DIOT is unsuitable for the study area in this paper. 2) It is important to process the observed data by local regression model before the spatial interpolation. 3) The MLR-IDW is the optimum spatial interpolation method for the monthly mean temperature based on cross-validation. For the authors, the reliability of results and the influence of measurement accuracy, density, distribution and spatial variability on the accuracy of the interpolation methods will be tested and analyzed in the future. 展开更多

The^(74)Se is one of 35 p-nuclei,and^(82)Se is a r-process only nucleus,and their(n,γ)cross sections are vital input parameters for nuclear astrophysics reaction network calculations.The neutron capture cross section in the resonance range of isotopes and even natural selenium samples has not been measured.Promptγ-rays originating from neutron-induced capture events were detected by four C_(6)D_(6) liquid scintillator detectors at the Back-n facility of China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS).The pulse height weighting technique(PHWT)was used to analyze the data in the 1 e V to 100 ke V region.The deduced neutron capture cross section was compared with ENDF/B-VIII.0,JEFF-3.2,and JENDL-4.0,and some differences were found.Resonance parameters were extracted by the R-matrix code SAMMY in the 1 e V-1 ke V region.All the cross sections ofnatSe and resonance parameters are given in the datasets.The datasets are openly available at http://www.doi.org/10.11922/sciencedb.j00113.00019. 展开更多

Cross border trade is a source of livelihood for many poor people, especially women. However, few studies examined challenges facing cross border traders and future business prospects.The aim of this paper is to examine the challenges that face Zimbabwean cross border traders in South Africa. The paper goes further to review existing literature as well as empirical studies in order to identify the major challenges that face Zimbabwean cross border traders. Among the challenges noted are crime, harassment due to xenophobia, traders are often stigmatized as "prostitutes" or "smugglers", accommodation problems, extortion and bribery by the South African Police and municipal police officials, delays at the border post during peak periods and banks that close early and also do not operate on Sundays. The Zimbabwean Cross Border Traders Association should build office in Musina and Johannesburg so that members can easily consult with the association in times of problems and also help with marketing information like distribution of brochures showcasing Zimbabwean products sold by cross border traders and also organize fairs where Zimbabwean traders can display their products. Furthermore cases of harassment by police officials should be investigated and dealt with. Banks that do have branches at the border posts are also urged to provide 24 hour service to cross border traders. 展开更多

Among the CS, low and high speed streak structures show typical burst phenomena. The analysis was based on a time series of three-dimensional and three-component (3D-3C) velocity fields of the flat plate turbulent boundary layer (TBL) measured by a Tomographic and Time-resolved PIV (Tomo TRPIV) system. Using multi-resolution wavelet transform and conditional sampling method, we extracted the intrinsic topologies and found that the streak structures appear in bar-like patterns. Furthermore, we seized locations and velocity information of transient CS, and then calculated the propagation velocity of CS based on spatial-temporal cross-correlation scanning. This laid a foundation for further studies on relevant dynamics properties. 展开更多

AIM:To evaluate the presence and cross-reactive anti-bodies against hypervariable region 1(HVR1) in hepatitis C virus(HCV) infected patients and its relationship with the progression of the disease.METHODS:Sixteen representative HVR1 proteins selected from a unique set of 1600 natural sequences were used to semiquantitate the cross-reactivity of HVR1 antibodies in the sera of HCV patients.Fifty-five chronic HCV patients including 23 with asymptomatic mild hepatitis,18 with chronic hepatitis and 16 with liver cirrhosis patients were studied.RESULTS:The degree of the cross-reactivity of anti-HVR1 antibodies in 23 patients with mild asymptomatic hepatitis was 3.09 ± 2.68,which was signif icantly lower than in those with chronic hepatitis(5.44 ± 3.93,P < 0.05) and liver cirrhosis(7.44 ± 3.90,P < 0.01).No correlation was observed between the broadness of the cross-reactivity anti-HVR1 antibodies and patient's age,infection time,serum alanine aminotransferase activity,or serum HCV-RNA concentration.It was the breath of cross-reactivity rather than the presence of anti-HVR1 antibody in HCV sera that was associated with the progression of liver disease.CONCLUSION:The broadly cross-reactive HVR1 antibodies generated in natural HCV patients can not neutralize the virus,which results in persistent infection in patients with chronic hepatitis. 展开更多

地方政府“为增长而竞争”的发展模式是造成市场分割的重要因素,那么经济增长目标下调能否缓解这一局面、促进要素资源自由流通?为了回答这一问题,本文以上市公司在异地设立子公司的行为衡量资本要素的流动性,系统考察经济增长目标下调... 地方政府“为增长而竞争”的发展模式是造成市场分割的重要因素,那么经济增长目标下调能否缓解这一局面、促进要素资源自由流通?为了回答这一问题,本文以上市公司在异地设立子公司的行为衡量资本要素的流动性,系统考察经济增长目标下调对企业跨地区投资的影响。研究发现,经济增长目标下调能够促进资本流动,表现为经济增长目标下调显著提升了辖区内上市公司设立异地子公司的比例;影响机制分析表明,经济增长目标下调提高了政府放权意愿,降低了市场分割程度,进而促进了企业跨地区投资;进一步的异质性分析揭示,在地区行政壁垒较低、行业竞争程度较高及民营企业样本中,经济增长目标下调对企业跨地区投资的促进作用更加明显。本文丰富了制度性政府行为影响资源配置的相关研究,为当前推进全国统一大市场建设提供了直接的政策思路。 展开更多

“四网融合”发展背景下,区域轨道交通网络化运营成为重要发展趋势,而跨线站则是实现不同轨道交通线路互联互通的关键节点,因此有必要对跨线站设计进行探究。从优化车站运输组织出发,对跨线站配线方案进行研究,为实际配线布设提供参考... “四网融合”发展背景下,区域轨道交通网络化运营成为重要发展趋势,而跨线站则是实现不同轨道交通线路互联互通的关键节点,因此有必要对跨线站设计进行探究。从优化车站运输组织出发,对跨线站配线方案进行研究,为实际配线布设提供参考。首先,以跨线运营模式为研究对象,根据跨线前后信号制式异同,将跨线分为同信号制式跨线和跨信号制式跨线,分析两种跨线模式列车作业种类及流程,并研究两种模式下行车组织、承载客流形式、应急管理等因素对于车站配线设置的相关需求。之后,结合配线需求,针对同信号制式和跨信号制式跨线站,分别提出了配线布置原则。最后,基于布置原则,在进一步分析两种跨线站列车作业特征基础上,研究并提出适用于不同车站构型、不同客流特征的典型配线设置方法,并进一步考虑运输组织适应性、建筑规模、工程量等因素提出适应不同实际运营场景的建议方案。通过研究,对于同信号制式跨线站,建议以在发车端设单渡线、交叉渡线等配线为主;对于跨信号制式跨线站,结合当前技术条件建议增设到发线,并根据实际需求设置折返线等其他配线。 展开更多

Identification of precise hypocenter location is useful in order to improve the faults plane orientation and seismic zone analysis. In the study area, relocated hypocenter of earthquakes in Koyna-Warna region (KWR) from the short period recorded data from 6th January 2010 to 28th May 2010 by using Cross-Correlation waveform results in Double Difference Hypocenter method [1]. The results show the significant improvement in hypocenter location and orientation in earthquake hypocenters, which is correlated with local faults plane orientation in study region. From the observations the earthquake hypocenters are lying in the depth between 3 to 8 km. The result which identified three faults plane orientation in NNW-SSE direction and also identified new fractures in NE-SW directions between the faults plane orientation with short duration data sets the first time in India. 展开更多

人类命运共同体是百年未有之大变局下,中国提出的解决人类未来发展前途命运的愿景设计。人类命运共同体是一个从局部到整体的渐进建设过程,周边命运共同体建设就是迈向人类命运共同体的关键步骤和重要环节。中国边疆地区与周边国家存在... 人类命运共同体是百年未有之大变局下,中国提出的解决人类未来发展前途命运的愿景设计。人类命运共同体是一个从局部到整体的渐进建设过程,周边命运共同体建设就是迈向人类命运共同体的关键步骤和重要环节。中国边疆地区与周边国家存在天然而紧密的地缘关系,经济社会文化领域的联系交往广泛而频繁,繁杂的跨界公共事务需要相邻国家间平等协商治理,才能取得高效共赢的治理效果。推动建设周边命运共同体是达成合作共赢的最佳选择。周边命运共同体建设具有双重功能,一是为中国的未来发展营造良好的周边环境,二是促进中国边疆与周边国家的融合发展,加快边疆治理现代化进程。未来的边疆治理须秉持共生主义理念,统筹边疆治理与跨境区域治理,统筹国内发展与周边发展,统筹国内安全与周边安全,推进边疆治理现代化与周边命运共同体建设的高度耦合和协同演进。 展开更多

随着移动互联网接入普及和共享经济的增长,空间众包平台得到广泛普及。存在一类众包应用尽量使得众包任务在空间局部范围内完成,即在执行空间任务时减少人员在空间区域间的流动。基于此需求,提出了空间隔离敏感的任务匹配问题,给定具有... 随着移动互联网接入普及和共享经济的增长,空间众包平台得到广泛普及。存在一类众包应用尽量使得众包任务在空间局部范围内完成,即在执行空间任务时减少人员在空间区域间的流动。基于此需求,提出了空间隔离敏感的任务匹配问题,给定具有所属空间区域位置的工人集和任务集,在所有任务均可完成的前提下,使得所有匹配任务的工人移动所产生的跨区域代价之和最小。在线平台中高效的空间隔离敏感的任务匹配算法是研究目标。提出了基于空间层次合并分组的匹配算法,将分布在空间区域中的任务与工人转换到区域邻接图节点,提出了δ-clique概念用于将区域节点分组,对分组的节点进行整体匹配,较大程度上提高了匹配算法的效率。在真实数据集上进行充分对比实验,结果表明,与现有的算法相比提出的空间层次合并分组的匹配算法在跨区域代价方面平均减少近16%,在匹配效率方面平均提升近5倍,验证了所提出算法的有效性。 展开更多
