Josephson junction plays a key role not only in studying the basic physics of unconventional iron-based superconductors but also in realizing practical application of thin-film based devices,therefore the preparation of high-quality iron pnictide Josephson junctions is of great importance.In this work,we have successfully fabricated Josephson junctions from Co-doped BaFe_(2)As_(2)thin films using a direct junction fabrication technique which utilizes high energy focused helium ion beam(FHIB).The electrical transport properties were investigated for junctions fabricated with various He^(+)irradiation doses.The junctions show sharp superconducting transition around 24 K with a narrow transition width of 2.5 K,and a dose correlated foot-structure resistance which corresponds to the effective tuning of junction properties by He^(+)irradiation.Significant J_c suppression by more than two orders of magnitude can be achieved by increasing the He^(+)irradiation dose,which is advantageous for the realization of low noise ion pnictide thin film devices.Clear Shapiro steps are observed under 10 GHz microwave irradiation.The above results demonstrate the successful fabrication of high quality and controllable Co-doped BaFe_(2)As_(2)Josephson junction with high reproducibility using the FHIB technique,laying the foundation for future investigating the mechanism of iron-based superconductors,and also the further implementation in various superconducting electronic devices. 展开更多

Cu掺杂及缺陷共存对ZnO光催化影响的理论研究

采用密度泛函理论研究了Cu掺杂及缺陷共存对ZnO光催化性能的影响.计算时考虑了富O和贫O两种掺杂条件.研究结果表明富O条件有利于Cu的掺杂,贫O条件则产生抑制作用.当Cu掺杂浓度较低时,不论在何种掺杂条件下,Cu的主要掺杂方式均为Cu_(Zn)... 采用密度泛函理论研究了Cu掺杂及缺陷共存对ZnO光催化性能的影响.计算时考虑了富O和贫O两种掺杂条件.研究结果表明富O条件有利于Cu的掺杂,贫O条件则产生抑制作用.当Cu掺杂浓度较低时,不论在何种掺杂条件下,Cu的主要掺杂方式均为Cu_(Zn)型.当Cu掺杂浓度较高时,富O条件下以Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)型掺杂方式为主,贫O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)和Cu_(Zn)-Cui这两种掺杂方式都有可能出现.富O条件下Cu掺杂会促进V_(Zn)和O_(i)缺陷的产生,且引入的V_(Zn)和O_(i)缺陷趋向于距离Cu原子最近.Cu掺杂可有效降低ZnO的带隙宽度,且随着掺杂浓度的增加,相应模型的带隙宽度会继续降低.V_(Zn)、O_(i)和V_(O)缺陷共存使相应模型的带隙宽度有所增加.Cu掺杂及V_(Zn)、O_(i)、V_(O)缺陷共存使模型对可见光发生响应,扩展了模型对太阳光的吸收范围.对于Cu掺杂模型,富O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)是有利的光催化模型.对于缺陷共存模型,富O条件下Cu_(Zn)-Cu_(Zn)-V_(Zn)是有利的光催化模型,其次是Cu_(Zn)-V_(Zn)和Cu_(Zn)-O_(i),贫O条件下Cu_(Zn)-V_(O)是有利的光催化模型. 展开更多

In the selective oxidation of biomass-based 1,2-propanediol(PDO)with oxygen as the terminal oxidant,it is challenging to improve the lactic acid(LA)selectivity for nonnoble metal nanoparticles(NPs)due to their limited oxygen reduction rate and easy C-C cleavage.Given the high economic feasibility of nonnoble metals,i.e.,Cu,in this work,copper and nitrogen codoped porous carbon nanosheets encapsulating ultrafine Cu nanoparticles(Cu@Cu-N-C)were developed to realize highly selective of PDO oxidation to LA.The carbon-encapsulated ultrasmall Cu^(0)NPs in Cu@Cu-N-C have high PDO dehydrogenation activity while N-coordinated Cu(Cu-N)sites are responsible for the high oxygen reduction efficacy.Therefore,the performance of catalytic PDO conversion to LA is optimized by a proposed pathway of PDO→hydroxylacetone→lactaldehyde→LA.Specifically,the enhanced LA selectivity is 88.5%,and the PDO conversion is up to 75.1%in an O_(2)-pressurized reaction system(1.0 MPa O_(2)),superior to other Cu-based catalysts,while in a milder nonpressurized system(O_(2)flow rate of 100 mL min-1),a remarkable LA selectivity(94.2%)is obtained with 39.8%PDO conversion,2.2 times higher than that of supported Au nanoparticles(1%Au/C).Moreover,carbon encapsulation offers Cu@Cu-N-C with strong leaching resistance for better recycling. 展开更多

Mott Gap Filling by Doping Electrons through Depositing One Sub-Monolayer Thin Film of Rb on Ca_(2)CuO_(2)Cl_(2)

Understanding the doping evolution from a Mott insulator to a superconductor probably holds the key to resolve the mystery of unconventional superconductivity in copper oxides. To elucidate the evolution of the electronic state starting from the Mott insulator, we dose the surface of the parent phase Ca_(2)CuO_(2)Cl_(2) by depositing Rb atoms, which are supposed to donate electrons to the CuO_(2) planes underneath. We successfully achieved the Rb sub-monolayer thin films in forming the square lattice. The scanning tunneling microscopy or spectroscopy measurements on the surface show that the Fermi energy is pinned within the Mott gap but close to the edge of the charge transfer band. In addition, an in-gap state appears at the bottom of the upper Hubbard band(UHB), and the Mott gap will be significantly diminished. Combined with the Cl defect and the Rb adatom/cluster results, the electron doping is likely to increase the spectra weight of the UHB for the double occupancy. Our results provide information to understand the electron doping to the parent compound of cuprates. 展开更多

Utilizing single atom sites doping into metal oxides to modulate their intrinsic active sites,achieving precise selectivity control in complex organic reactions,is a highly desirable yet challenging endeavor.Meanwhile,identifying the active site also represents a significant obstacle,primarily due to the intricate electronic environment of single atom site doped metal oxide.Herein,a single atom Cu doped TiO_(2)catalyst(Cu_(1)-TiO_(2)) is prepared via a simple“colloid-acid treatment”strategy,which switches aniline oxidation selectivity of TiO_(2) from azoxybenzene to nitrosobenzene,without using additives or changing solvent,while other metal or nonmetal doped TiO_(2) did not possess.Comprehensive mechanistic investigations and DFT calculations unveil that Ti-O active site is responsible for triggering the aniline to form a new PhNOH intermediate,two PhNOH condense to azoxybenzene over TiO_(2) catalyst.As for Cu_(1)-TiO_(2),the charge-specific distribution between the isolated Cu and TiO_(2) generates unique Cu_(1)-O-Ti hybridization structure with nine catalytic active sites,eight of them make PhNOH take place spontaneous dissociation to produce nitrosobenzene.This work not only unveils a new mechanistic pathway featuring the PhNOH intermediate in aniline oxidation for the first time but also presents a novel approach for constructing single-atom doped metal oxides and exploring their intricate active sites. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic water splitting is crucial for H2generation via hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)but subject to the sluggish dynamics of oxygen evolution reaction(OER).In this work,single Fe atomdoped MoS_(2)nanosheets(SFe-DMNs)were prepared based on the high-throughput density functional theory(DFT)calculation screening.Due to the synergistic effect between Fe atom and MoS_(2)and optimized intermediate binding energy,the SFe-DMNs could deliver outstanding activity for both HER and OER.When assembled into a two-electrode electrolytic cell,the SFe-DMNs could achieve the current density of 50 mA cm^(-2)at a low cell voltage of 1.55 V under neutral condition.These results not only confirmed the effectiveness of high-throughput screening,but also revealed the excellent activity and thus the potential applications in fuel cells of SFe-DMNs. 展开更多

Zn0.99Cu0.01O films were studied experimentally and theoretically. The films were prepared by pulsed-laser deposition on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si substrates under various oxygen pressures to investigate the growth-dependence of the ferromagnetic properties. The structural, magnetic, and optical properties were studied, and it was found that all the samples possess a typical wurtzite structure, and that the films exhibit room-temperature ferromagnetism. The sample deposited at 600 ℃ and an oxygen pressure of 10 Pa showed a large saturation magnetization of 0.83 μB/Cu. The enhanced ferromagnetism in the (Cu, Li)-codoped ZnO is attributable to the existence of Zn vacancies (Vzn), as shown by first-principles calcu- lations. The photoluminescence analysis demonstrated the existence of Vzn in both Zn0.99Cu0.01 O and (Cu, Li)-codoped ZnO thin films, and this plays an important role in the increase of ferromagnetism, according to the results of first-principles calculations. 展开更多

To demonstrate flexible and tandem device applications,a low-temperature Cu_(2)ZnSnSe_(4)(CZTSe)deposition process,combined with efficient alkali doping,was developed.First,high-quality CZTSe films were grown at 480℃by a single co-evaporation,which is applicable to polyimide(PI)substrate.Because of the alkali-free substrate,Na and K alkali doping were systematically studied and optimized to precisely control the alkali distribution in CZTSe.The bulk defect density was significantly reduced by suppression of deep acceptor states after the(NaF+KF)PDTs.Through the low-temperature deposition with(NaF+KF)PDTs,the CZTSe device on glass yields the best efficiency of 8.1%with an improved Voc deficit of 646 mV.The developed deposition technologies have been applied to PI.For the first time,we report the highest efficiency of 6.92%for flexible CZTSe solar cells on PI.Additionally,CZTSe devices were utilized as bottom cells to fabricate four-terminal CZTSe/perovskite tandem cells because of a low bandgap of CZTSe(~1.0 eV)so that the tandem cell yielded an efficiency of 20%.The obtained results show that CZTSe solar cells prepared by a low-temperature process with in-situ alkali doping can be utilized for flexible thin-film solar cells as well as tandem device applications. 展开更多

Neuronal activity,synaptic transmission,and molecular changes in the basolateral amygdala play critical roles in fear memory.Cylindromatosis(CYLD)is a deubiquitinase that negatively regulates the nuclear factor kappa-B pathway.CYLD is well studied in non-neuronal cells,yet underinvestigated in the brain,where it is highly expressed.Emerging studies have shown involvement of CYLD in the remodeling of glutamatergic synapses,neuroinflammation,fear memory,and anxiety-and autism-like behaviors.However,the precise role of CYLD in glutamatergic neurons is largely unknown.Here,we first proposed involvement of CYLD in cued fear expression.We next constructed transgenic model mice with specific deletion of Cyld from glutamatergic neurons.Our results show that glutamatergic CYLD deficiency exaggerated the expression of cued fear in only male mice.Further,loss of CYLD in glutamatergic neurons resulted in enhanced neuronal activation,impaired excitatory synaptic transmission,and altered levels of glutamate receptors accompanied by over-activation of microglia in the basolateral amygdala of male mice.Altogether,our study suggests a critical role of glutamatergic CYLD in maintaining normal neuronal,synaptic,and microglial activation.This may contribute,at least in part,to cued fear expression. 展开更多

Characterization and Doping Effect of Cu-Doped ZnO Films

As a typical hole-doped cuprate superconductor,Bi_(2)Sr_(2)CaCu_(2)O_(8+δ)(Bi2212)carrier doping is mostly determined by its oxygen content.Traditional doping methods can regulate its doping level within the range of hole doping.Here we report the first application of CaH_(2)annealing method in regulating the doping level of Bi2212.By continuously controlling the anneal time,a series of differently doped samples can be obtained.The combined experimental results of x-ray diffraction,scanning transmission electron microscopy,resistance and Hall measurements demonstrate that the CaH_(2)induced topochemical reaction can effectively change the oxygen content of Bi2212 within a very wide range,even switching from hole doping to electron doping.We also found evidence of a low-T_c superconducting phase in the electron doping side. 展开更多

Nanometer Cu singly doped and Cu/Al co-doped nickel hydroxides were synthesized by ultrasonic-assisted precipitation method. Their crystal structure, particle size, morphology, tap density and electrochemical performance were investigated. The results show that the samples have a-phase structure with narrow particle size distribution. Cu singly doped nano-Ni(OH)2 contains irregular particles, while Cu/Al co-doped nano-Ni(OH)2 displays a quasi-spherical shape and has a relatively higher tap density. Composite electrodes were prepared by mixing 8% (mass fraction) nanometer samples with commercial micro-size spherical nickel. The charge/discharge test and cyclic voltammetry results indicate that the electrochemical performance of Cu/Al co-doped nano-Ni(OH)2 is better than that of Cu singly doped nano-Ni(OH)2, the former's discharge capacity reaches 330 mA.h/g at 0.2C, 12 mA.h/g and 91 mA.h/g larger than that of Cu singly doped sample and pure spherical nickel electrode, respectively. Moreover, the proton diffusion coefficient of Cu/Al co-doped sample is 52.3% larger than that of Cu singly doped sample. 展开更多

Cu-doped TiO2 nanoparticles with different doping contents from 0 to 2.0% (mole fraction) were synthesized through sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM) were used to characterize the crystalline structure, chemical valence states and morphology of TiO2 nanoparticles. UV-Vis absorption spectrum was used to measure the optical absorption property of the samples. The photocatalytic performance of the samples was characterized by degrading 20 mg/L methyl orange under UV-Vis irradiation. The results show that the Cu-doped TiO2 nanoparticles exhibit a significant increase in photocatalytic performance over the pure TiO2 nanoparticles, and the TiO2 nanoparticles doped with 1.0% Cu show the best photocatalytic performance. The improvement in photocatalytic performance is attributed to the enhanced light adsorption in UV-Vis range and the decrease of the recombination rate of photoinduced electron-hole oair of the Cu-doped TiO2 nanoparticles. 展开更多

本研究对酸洗赤泥催化剂进行Cu、Ce、Cu/Ce浸渍负载,并研究了金属改性赤泥对烟气中NOx的催化转化性能。研究结果表明,Cu负载催化剂中的Cu+与Cu^(2+),有效促进了赤泥对低温烟气(200–300℃)中的NO转化率,Cu的负载量达到6%时,赤泥的最高N... 本研究对酸洗赤泥催化剂进行Cu、Ce、Cu/Ce浸渍负载,并研究了金属改性赤泥对烟气中NOx的催化转化性能。研究结果表明,Cu负载催化剂中的Cu+与Cu^(2+),有效促进了赤泥对低温烟气(200–300℃)中的NO转化率,Cu的负载量达到6%时,赤泥的最高NO转化率达到了90.7%;而Ce负载催化剂中的Ce^(3+)与Ce^(4+),有效促进了赤泥对中温烟气(200–400℃)中的NO转化率,Ce的负载量达到8%时,赤泥的最高NO转化率达到了94.0%;Cu/Ce负载催化剂表现出比单金属负载催化剂更好的低温NO转化率,最佳的负载Cu:Ce比例为1∶1,双金属负载催化剂表现出比Cu负载催化剂更好的中温(300–400℃)中的NO转化率,最高达到了95.5%。其原因是,在Cu/Ce协同作用下,Cu+以及Cu^(2+)的还原过程分别从229、302℃降至201以及247℃,同时使发生Fe2O3→FeO的还原过程的温度降低,促使ACRM-Cu1Ce1具有更强的低温氧化还原能力,同时,双金属负载使催化剂具有更高的弱酸性峰,也使催化剂的强、弱酸性峰都向低温偏移,并使负载后的赤泥具有了较高的Fe离子平均氧化态以及较高的Cu+含量,促进了赤泥催化剂对低温NO的转化率。 展开更多

研究低碳贝氏体钢(15Cr12CuSiMoMn)时效处理过程中富Cu团簇的析出演变特点,并基于第一性原理计算,采用特殊准随机结构(Special quasirandom structures,SQS)、Solid-State Nudged Elastic Band(SSNEB)方法构建Fe-Cu二元体系的无序固溶... 研究低碳贝氏体钢(15Cr12CuSiMoMn)时效处理过程中富Cu团簇的析出演变特点,并基于第一性原理计算,采用特殊准随机结构(Special quasirandom structures,SQS)、Solid-State Nudged Elastic Band(SSNEB)方法构建Fe-Cu二元体系的无序固溶体结构模型,模拟计算相变能量路径,分析并表征析出相析出演变规律与模拟计算之间的相互联系。结果表明,实验钢在指定温度(500℃)进行时效热处理,时效处理各阶段实验钢中弥散析出约2.6~53 nm的富Cu团簇,以共格、非共格状态存在于基体中,经模拟计算,BCC-Cu向9R-Cu转变过程中需在开始阶段克服8.9 meV的能垒,之后从9R-Cu向孪晶FCC-Cu+9R-Cu结构转变过程中需要克服4.9 meV的能垒,非稳态BCC富Cu团簇与稳定态的FCC Cu之间具有0.14 eV/atom的形成能差,当Cu含量超过21.6%(原子分数)后,富Cu团簇从BCC结构不断向稳定的纯FCC-Cu结构演变。从能量角度分析了富Cu团簇析出倾向,解释了富Cu团簇的析出惯序,有利于优化贝氏体组织,为含Cu贝氏体沉淀钢的深入研究及相关领域的开发拓展提供理论参考依据。 展开更多

Cu(Ⅱ)催化NaOCl氧化碘帕醇的效果和过程解析

本文研究Cu(Ⅱ)催化NaOCl氧化非离子型碘代X射线造影剂—碘帕醇(IPM),对IPM降解过程中Cu的回收和形态进行解析,考察Cu(Ⅱ)、NaOCl浓度和卤素离子对IPM降解效果及碘代消毒副产物-碘仿的生成影响;采用XRD、XPS分析Cu(Ⅱ)反应后的产物晶型... 本文研究Cu(Ⅱ)催化NaOCl氧化非离子型碘代X射线造影剂—碘帕醇(IPM),对IPM降解过程中Cu的回收和形态进行解析,考察Cu(Ⅱ)、NaOCl浓度和卤素离子对IPM降解效果及碘代消毒副产物-碘仿的生成影响;采用XRD、XPS分析Cu(Ⅱ)反应后的产物晶型和形态变化,结合循环伏安曲线和计时电流表征Cu(Ⅲ)的生成,推测Cu(Ⅱ)催化NaOCl氧化IPM的机理.利用HPLC/MS/MS分析中间产物,推测IPM的降解路径.结果表明,与Co(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)、Mn(Ⅱ)相比,Cu(Ⅱ)显著提高了NaOCl的分解率和IPM的氧化效果,25℃、pH=6.71,500r/min,NaOCl和Cu(Ⅱ)浓度分别为0.5和0.05mmol/L,60min,8.0mg/L IPM的降解率达到77.51%;HO·、活性氯自由基和Cu(Ⅲ)都有助于Cu(Ⅱ)/NaOCl氧化IPM,且Cu(Ⅲ)的贡献随pH值升高而增大.NaOCl浓度在0.1~2.5mmol/L范围增加,IPM降解率增加;Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0.005~0.5mmol/L存在适宜值.HPLC/MS/MS共检测出13种产物,IPM的降解途径主要包括:侧链酰胺键水解和氧化,碘取代、羟基加成.Cl^(−)、Br^(−)和I^(−)(1~5mmol/L)在影响IPM氧化效果的同时,Br^(-)显著促进了CHI_(3)的生成,生成量达到48.28μg/L. 展开更多
