Rural Tourism Development Theory and Practice of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Rural Minority Areas of Sichuan Province,China——A Case Study of Kasidawen in Heishui County,Aba Prefecture of Sichuan

Researches on tourism development of intangible cultural heritage were introduced,and market gaps in the tourism development of intangible cultural heritage in ruralminority areas of China were proposed.On the basis of investigation and interview about Kasidawen in Heishui County the author participated in,a National-level Intangible Cultural Heritage,interview and questionnaire survey were adopted in this study,and the following problems were concluded:tourists having only limited knowledge about tourism development of Kasidawen;multilayered demands of tourist market;intangible cultural heritage of Sichuan Province as a whole is not widely-known because of insufficient publicity;tourists preferring tourism products that they participated in.Characteristics of intangible cultural heritage in Heishui County were summarized as strong national characteristics and unique cultural heritage,on the basis of which the "Kasidawen-based" Tourism Development Mode was proposed to change its present condition of "having only natural landscapes but no cultural connotation",and improve the cultural taste and level of tourism development in Heishui County,by arranging cultural functions and industries from the perspectives of both hardware and software facilities,and taking other types of resources as the supplement,useful theoretical references were given for rural tourism development of intangible cultural heritage inminority areas of China.

Identification of Characteristics of Natural and Cultural Heritage under the Perspective of Cultural Landscape:Exemplified by Chinese Scenic Areas

The development of scenic areas in China from the origin of the idea to various historical periods all reflects the interaction between man and nature in the context of Chinese civilization,with typical attribute of cultural landscape.Identifying the characteristics of scenic areas under the perspective of cultural landscape is conducive to current protection and management practice of China's scenic areas.Guided by the academic idea of the cultural landscape,combined with the history of the evolution of the Chinese civilization,the development history of scenic areas was analyzed,and the typical types of man-land relationships,as well as the complexity and diversity of these types,the typicality and integrity of the spatial pattern and the dynamics of the development were summarized in this paper,with a view to provide inspiration for conservation and management work of China's scenic areas.

Reconstruction Strategies for Historical and Cultural Areas from the Perspective of Urban Renewal:Taking Xigu of Tianjin as an Example

With the development and changes of the times,many cities have to face the problem of renewal.However,in the context of globalization,urban renewal also makes urban cultural characteristics and regional characteristics inevitably missing.Therefore,we should pay attention to the protection and planning of regional historical and cultural heritages in the process of urban renewal,which plays an important role in the construction of urban characteristics and the shaping of city card.Xigu area of Tianjin also faces the problems of cultural loss and need for reconstruction,its function,layout,industrial structure and land use are adjusted and optimized in this article,with a view to showing the value of historical and cultural heritage and context of regional history.

Qualitative Comparison of Cultural Resources in Famous Scenic Areas: A Case Study of the West Lake and the Yunhu Lake

Theories and basic methods of evaluating cultural resources in famous scenic areas were explored, on the basis of which quantitative evaluation model and evaluation indexes were established, such as abundance, density, historical value, cultural value and social value of cultural resources, influence, peculiarity, integrity, development and utilization capacity. The West Lake in Hangzhou City and the Yunlong Lake Scenic Area were taken for example.

Architectural Colors of Key Cultural Elite Areas in Beijing

Unique natural geographical environment and long-lasting culture and history in Beijing has contributed to its characteristic architectural color styles and cultural connotations,particularly architectural color styles in cultural elite areas are more representative.By combining natural geography,humanities and history of the city,this paper investigated current architectural color styles in key cultural elite areas,explored the architectural color styles systematically using GIS technology,and proposed suggestions for the protection,so as to better protect and inherit traditional architectural color styles and patterns in local cultural elite areas.

Cultural Landscape Analysis of the Huashan Rock Art Area

Huashan Rock Art(HRA) has increasingly drawn nationwide and even worldwide attention as scholars have completed and published multidisciplinary studies of the art, thus promoting a positive impact on the local tourism and economy.Through on-the-spot observations and in-depth interviews with local officials, farmers, and visiting tourists, this paper presents the cultural landscape of the HRA area from the perspectives of "place" and "space," which have been little explored in previous studies of the HRA area.Presently, both the natural and cultural landscape of Huashan have been restructured by the local government and inscribed on the World Heritage List, and the problems of sustainable preservation of the rock art, balancing dynamic development with expanded tourism, and conserving the cultural heritage of the HRA are being addressed.

Analysis on Typical Spatio-temporal Characteristics of Open-cast Mining and Its Countermeasures

In order to deal with the special spatio-temporal environmental changes encountered in the process of open-cast mining,taking Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast Mine as the research object,this paper studied its typical problems in river reconstruction and cultural relics protection.The study focused on eight key core aspects,including the design optimization of the spatial layout of the mining area,the accurate estimation of the mineral resources reserves,the scientific theoretical demonstration of the mining scale,the fine analysis and calculation of the stripping ratio,the comprehensive consideration of the transport distance and efficiency,the accurate judgment of the best time for the implementation of the transformation,the analysis and evaluation of the slope stability,and the overall planning of the production system.The results show that the extracted problem-solving strategies and scheme system for special mining conditions can not only provide specific and practical guidance for Huolinhe No.1 Open-cast Mine,but also serve as a valuable reference and practical reference for other open-cast mine enterprises facing similar challenges.

City Design for Urban Gateway Area Based on Regional Culture: A Case Study of the Guangyuan Railway Station Area

The importance of urban portal has been improved, but the phenomenon of image convergence has become increasingly prominent. The urban design of urban portal area should analyze and refine the regional culture of landscape culture, life culture, architectural culture, historical culture and so on, and combine with the design contents such as functional orientation, spatial pattern, public space, architectural style and landscape environment.

Analyses and Prediction of the Suitable Culture Period of Laver along the Coastal Areas of Jiangsu Province

[ Objective] The study aimed to analyze and predict the suitable period of laver along the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province. [ Method ] TO enhance the ability of meteorology to service laver culture, using the modern weather forecast technology, agricultural weather prediction was de- veloped according to the demands for meteorological conditions during laver production. [ Result] From south to north, there were certain differ- ences in the suitable periods of laver culture, breeding and harvesting, with slight variations. The forecast of the first and last days of certain water temperature could provide scientific references for the meteorological service of laver culture, and the service effect became better after it was modi- fied with the aid of the medium-term and long-term weather prediction. [ Conclusion] The research can offer theoretical bases for the culture of laver along the coastal areas of Jiangsu Province.

Architectural Color of Streets in Cultural Quintessence Area of Dongjiaomin Lane in Beijing City

Based on the research on architectural color context in cultural quintessence area of Dongjiaomin Lane in Beijing City,the historical causes and changes of architectural color characteristics are explored.Through the investigation on the architectural color status of streets,GIS technology is used to construct architectural color information database for systematic study,and the typical characteristics,main laws and major problems of architectural color of streets are excavated.Combining social investigation and psychological evaluation,the public’s psychological judgment and demands on architectural color are mastered in a multi-dimensional way.Based on various conclusions,this paper explores scientific and effective methods for architectural color planning and coordination of streets,and puts forward specific suggestions for color protection planning,with a view to creating a architectural color pattern of streets in cultural quintessence area of Dongjiaomin Lane with overall harmony,perfect order,ancient and modern integration,and distinctive characteristics.

Research on Practice Subjects Construction of Public Cultural Service in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

The construction of the public culture in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area requires the establishment of effective mechanism on multiple practice subjects.Policy networks theory,with its characteristics of governance attribute,multiple subjects coordination and optimization efficiency,provides a beneficial analytical framework for the construction of multiple practice subjects in the public culture area.This paper analyzes the application of the policy networks in the development of the public culture.

Study on security and protection of original ecotourism resources in the mountain areas of western Guangxi

Original ecotourism resources mainly refer to natural and human original ecotourism resources, and it＇s of fragility, rarity and irreversibility. As a valuable historic heritage and hnportant tourism resources, it plays a significant role in developing tourism and economy in such areas as the underdeveloped areas, the mountain areas and mimority areas. The tourism resources in the western mountain areas of Guangxi owe ,superiorities and characteristics ＇o their original ecology, Yet, western Guangxi is an ethnic region with fragile karst eco-environment, so it is specialto exploit the tourism resources. The paper defines original eeotourism and analyses the specialties and advantages of the original ecotourism resources as well as thefrailty of the ecotourism resources of the region. The ways of thinking are put forward for safe preservation and sustainable development of the original ecotourism resources, i.e. carrying out measures for the multi-grade protection of heritage resources, setting up a ethnic eco-museum/ ethnic culture eco-park and a gene pool of ethnic cultures, etc.

Practice of Poverty Alleviation in Ethnic Minority Areas and Its Enlightenment to Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Qiandongnan Prefecture

The revitalization of ethnic minority areas is an important part of China’s implementation of rural revitalization strategy. According to the experience accumulated in the preliminary poverty alleviation work of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,this article summaries the main contents of Qiandongnan Prefecture’s poverty alleviation work from the aspects of key point( rural industries),assisting forces( ethnic culture and folklore industry) and important guarantee( human resources),and proposes that the rural revitalization strategy can be implemented in ethnic minority areas through consolidating the fundamental role of industrial revitalization in rural revitalization,promoting the prosperity of rural culture to realize simultaneous revitalization of rural industries and rural culture,promoting the revitalization of rural talents,and stimulating the vitality of rural areas.

Practice-based Research on Popularity of Tea Culture in Northern Mountainous Area and Improvement of Students' Humanism Spirit

In this paper,questionnaires about college tea culture and humanism spirit have been investigated in the undergraduates of Hebei Agricultural University in mountainous area of Northern China.After analyzing the survey results and the causes,the author made references and gave recommendations to the university students about the tea culture and humanism spirit cultivation.

环塔里木非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值研究基于ASEB栅格分析

对非物质文化遗产的含义及旅游价值进行分析,选取环塔里木地区非物质文化遗产作为研究对象,通过建立非物质文化遗产的旅游价值评价指标体系,对其旅游价值进行量化分析和评价,利用ASEB栅格分析方法对该地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发价值进行研究,以弥补对环塔里地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发研究的不足,促进环塔里木地区非物质文化遗产旅游开发和旅游业的可持续发展。

Influence of Confucian and Taoist Cultures on Vernacular Dwellings in Jiaodong Area of China

By analyzing influence of Confucian and Taoist cultures on vernacular dwellings in Jiaodong area,especially the influence of "the doctrine of the mean" on architectural layouts of local dwellings,influence of benevolence and social institutions on the spatial sequence of local dwellings,it was pointed out that Confucian cultures enhanced the hierarchy of spaces,boundaries between internal and external spaces,symmetric layouts and orderly rhythm of courtyards;and meanwhile,the influence of Taoist cultures on the formation of villages in Jiaodong area was also analyzed,the natural philosophy implied in local dwellings was highlighted,such as "Dealing with the nature with natural laws","Going in a natural way","Governing by doing nothing that goes against the nature" and "Respecting natural properties".Based on field investigation of existing vernacular dwellings,common and plain cultural value,realistic significance and sustainability of these dwellings were explored to provide theoretical and practical foundation for the design of new folk houses.

Theory and Practice of Greenway Construction at Mountainous Area

Starting from the concept of greenway and greenway at mountainous area,the paper had discussed functions of greenway at mountainous area.It was considered that greenway could ameliorate natural environment and create safe and stable road environment;reconstruct ecological system and recover ecological community;enrich landscape level and form symbolic landscape appearance.By taking Road 1# of pumped storage power station in Xiangshuijian of Anhui Province for example,it had analyzed the general situation of the project and embodiment of mountainous greenway in this project design;illustrated that it had integrated the need of road function,display of greenway function and design concept of humanity connotation;further discussed design methods for each mode section including vertical side slope mode section with serious weathering,abrupt slope mode section with serious weathering and laddered abrupt slope mode section in detail.It had analyzed landscape design of note turning section and observation deck respectively,preferentially discussed the core designing concept that landscape connotation should be instilled into greenway construction at mountainous area based on the security and ecological recovery principle,so as to provide some significant references for current road greening construction.

Analysis of Rural Landscape Cultural Types in Mudanjiang City

In recent years, with the rapid increase of economy, improvement of national life standard and dramatic expansion of urbanization, the paper has pointed out that rural area has lost its feature gradually and rural landscape appears to be fuzzy. In view of this, survey and analysis have been conducted on rural landscape cultural types and features of Mudanjiang City, laying a foundation to the exploration and effective expression of rural landscape culture of Mudanjiang City during the planning and design of rural landscape. It hopes to protect original rural landscape connotation and regional feature, make it better adapt to the requirement of modern development, and provide a theoretical reference for the advancement of rural landscape planning in China.

RECENT ADVANCE OF CULTURAL GEOGRAPHY IN CHINA

This paper presents a review on the advance of cultural geography in China since the open policy and reforms were carried out. Following a brief review on the theoretical system and general works, this paper focuses on the development of the principal fields of Chinese cultural geography, including cultural landscape, cultural ecology, cultural diffusion, cultural integration and cultural area. As to the prospect of this subject, first of all, the authors point out that cultural geography in China is comparatively under developed. Yet much work can be done and should be done to improve the situation. Basically, cultural geography should be developed theoretically and methodologically. Besides, more applied research should be carried out to guide the planning of social, economic and regional development. It is believed that only by doing so, can we embrace the revitalization of cultural geography in China.
