Feixi County has made significant progress in promoting waste classification,such as establishing a comprehensive classification system,and effectively reducing environmental pollution and waste volume.However,with the increase in waste generation,the county faces multiple challenges especially in the disposal of kitchen waste and improvement of residents environmental awareness.To address these issues,Feixi County has implemented various measures,such as strengthening the construction of infrastructure for waste classification,improving regulations and clearly defining responsibilities,enhancing residents environmental awareness to encourage their participation in waste classification through education and promotion,and increasing supervision to ensure effective implementation of the work.It emphasizes community governance,encourage all parties to participate in it,and strengthen publicity,education and training to enhance residents participation.Feixi County has achieved positive results,but efforts are needed to further improve facilities,raise awareness,enhance supervision,and ensure the continuous effectiveness of waste classification work to promote urban green sustainable development.

Analysis of the Current Situation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions in Shaanxi Province

To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.

Current Situation of Cultivated Land Quality in Tongnan District of Chongqing City and Suggestions on Countermeasures

In 2015, the area of first and second class land in Tongnan Distdct of Chongqing was 221.646 km2, accounting for 30% of the total cultivated area, and the area of the third, fourth and fifth class land was 517.861 km2, accounting for 70% of the total cultivated area. The quality of cultivated land was at a low level. Comparison with the Second Soil Census in 2015 showed that the soil pH value has been improved; the organic matter content in the tillage layer showed a slight upward trend; the contents of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the topsoil increased. Countermeasures were proposed as follows： vig- orously promote the construction of high-standard farmland; adjust the industrial structure of agriculture and implement farming reform; combine organic and inorgan- ic fertilization to reduce the amount of fertilizers; popularize soil testing and formu- lated fertilization to change farmers＇ traditional fertilization habits; improve pollution control to ensure the sustainable productivity of farmland; strictly promote the quality management of cultivated land and strengthen the construction of quality monitoring system; increase investment and improve the monitoring mechanism; vigorously publicize and enhance the awareness of all citizens in protecting cultivated land; im- prove the law of cultivated land protection and enhance the seriousness of the law on the protection of cultivated land.

Discussion on the Countermeasures of Rocky Desertification Control in Western China: Based on Current Situation of Rocky Desertification Control in Guangxi

First,current situation of rocky desertification control in Guangxi was surveyed via the methods of literature review,field investigation and informal discussion. The results displayed that new progress has been made in the study of control techniques and models for rocky desertification in Guangxi,and typical control models of " mountain-water-field-forest-road comprehensive control", " ecological agriculture planting-agricultural tourism", " three-in-one" appeared. Then,systematic analysis on the situation of rocky desertification control in Guangxi was conducted. Some problems are found: at present,the prevention and control mechanism of rocky desertification in Guangxi is not perfect,and there is no joint force among departments;there is low capital input and single source channel;the contradiction between survival and ecology is prominent,and the enthusiasm of the masses to participate is not high;there is imperfect supporting policy mechanism,and economic development and ecological protection are unbalanced. For these problems,relevant suggestions and safeguard measures are proposed from comprehensive management,governance planning,technical support and policy support. The research aims to provide theoretical foundation and scientific basis for future rocky desertification control in Guangxi.

From the establishment of first meteorological theme park-Xiamen Huwei Mountain Meteorological Theme Park in 2009 to the end of September,2019,11 meteorological theme parks have been built in China.There are 12 meteorological parks under construction and 10 shelved projects.China put forward the concept of meteorological theme park earlier in the world,and the construction of meteorological theme parks in China started from Xiamen Huwei Mountain Meteorological Park.The construction of meteorological theme parks in China has experienced the germination stage,initial stage,development stage and normative stage.Main construction experience contains:paying attention to top level design and overall planning,emphasizing leaders'attention and experts'participation,concerning multi-party linkage and coordination,and strengthening media momentum and extensive publicity.The main deficiencies are the lack of brand awareness,the diversity of names and weak folk identity.But seen from the perspective of development,the future prospect of meteorological theme park construction is very broad.In the future,the following countermeasures should be taken for the construction of meteorological theme parks in China:overall planning for approval,highlighting personality and characteristics,strengthening propaganda and grasping popularization of science,enhancing connotation and bringing benefits into play.It should combine meteorological science popularization with regional culture,use new media and other channels and ways to establish brand and expand influence,and build regional meteorological science popularization base.

Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment in Beijing City

In recent years,the construction of rural sewage treatment in Beijing City has developed rapidly,but there are still many problems in some rural domestic sewage treatment. In this paper,the current situation of rural domestic sewage in Beijing City is combed,and its characteristics are summarized. Meanwhile,the current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Zhejiang Province,Hunan Province and Shandong Province is summarized by consulting relevant data. By comparing with current situation of rural domestic sewage treatment in Beijing City,it is found that there are some problems in the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Beijing City,such as unsuitable treatment mode,unreasonable discharge requirements and inadequate treatment technology. Therefore,some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,such as strengthening the investigation,research and planning,and differential formulation of the sewage treatment discharge standards,and establishing modular treatment technology system. It is hoped that this paper will be helpful to the treatment of rural domestic sewage in Beijing City.
