Microglial activation plays an important role in a panel of neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis(MS) and Parkinson's disease(PD),and is a key target for developing therapeutic strategies for these dis...Microglial activation plays an important role in a panel of neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis(MS) and Parkinson's disease(PD),and is a key target for developing therapeutic strategies for these diseases.Ketogenic diet (KD),which is able to inhibit microglial activation in substantia nigra pars compacta of mice,has been shown effective in a mouse model of PD,possibly through increasing D-β-hydroxybutyrate(D-β-HB),a major component of ketone bodies.To verify this,we developed an in vitro model of microglia activation with a microglia line,BV-2,and investigated how D-β-HB have an effect on the LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We found D-β-HB is able to recover the cell viability,and inhibit the production of inflammatory mediators and cytokines such as ROS,nitrite,IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6,which otherwise were increased in LPS-stimulated BV-2 cells.We conclude that the LPS induced BV-2 cells activation is a valid in vitro model of microglia activation.D-β-HB is able to suppress the activation of BV-2 cells, which might account for one of the possible reasons of KD therapy on the PD model.展开更多
目的研究急性肺栓塞患者血清中Apelin-13、合肽素(Copeptin)与D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)表达水平并分析其与疾病严重程度和预后的相关性。方法将2013年9月-2018年9月我院收治的183例急性肺栓塞患者定义为观察组,将同期于我院体检的183例健...目的研究急性肺栓塞患者血清中Apelin-13、合肽素(Copeptin)与D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)表达水平并分析其与疾病严重程度和预后的相关性。方法将2013年9月-2018年9月我院收治的183例急性肺栓塞患者定义为观察组,将同期于我院体检的183例健康成年人定为对照组,比较两组患者临床资料、血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D表达水平。将观察组患者按CTPA图像所示阻塞程度进行分级,比较不同分级患者血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平,并分析其相关性;统计患者生存及死亡情况,比较不同预后患者血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平,并分析其相关性。结果两组性别、年龄、身体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、胆固醇、甘油三酯、血红蛋白水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组中,1、2、3、4级患者例数分别为38、61、54、30例,随着分级的增加,血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平也逐渐增加(P<0.05),血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平与肺栓塞分级间呈正相关(r=0.349,P=0.021;r=0.422,P=0.036;r=0.534,P=0.009);观察组中21例患者死亡,死亡患者的血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D表达水平高于存活患者(P<0.05),血清Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平与死亡事件的发生呈正相关(r=0.425,P=0.014;r=0.458,P=0.005;r=0.608,P=0.010)。结论患者血清中Apelin-13、Copeptin与D-D水平可作为反映急性肺栓塞患者疾病严重程度和预后的生物学指标,指导临床治疗。展开更多
Adsorption resin AAS was used for the separation and purification of milupeinan (M-13) from its mother liquor. The good adsorption property of AAS adsorption resin was found for milupeinan (M-13) compared with the Diaion CHP 20p. When acetone and water (2:1 in volume) were used as desorption reagents, it was found that 3 times of bed volume of the desorption reagents would make the AAS resin which was saturately adsorpted M-13 desorption completely. Also a macroporous anion exchange resin (Poly-4-vinylpyridine type) D-280 was used for the decolourization from M-13 solution. Good results was given when the sv=1~2.展开更多
La(Ⅲ) , Y(Ⅲ) complexes with diglycol aldehyde bis-arginine (H2DAAR) and tetraglycol aldehyde bis-lysine (H2TALY) Schiff bases were synthesized. They were characterized and formulated as La( H2DAAR) (NO3)3 ?6H2Oand Y...La(Ⅲ) , Y(Ⅲ) complexes with diglycol aldehyde bis-arginine (H2DAAR) and tetraglycol aldehyde bis-lysine (H2TALY) Schiff bases were synthesized. They were characterized and formulated as La( H2DAAR) (NO3)3 ?6H2Oand Y (H2TALY)(NO3)3 ·5H2Oseparately by elemental analyses. The obtained complexes were investigated in detail by high resolution solid state (HRSS) 13C NMR using cross polarization, magic angle spinning (CPMAS) , and total suppression of sidebands (TOSS)techniques. The results are supported by the liquid state 2D-1 H-13 C COSY NMR spectra. Some new information about the splitting peaks of 13C for -CH=N- group and alkene carbon bands, etc. in HRSS 13C NMR spectra are given.展开更多
