At present, the industrialization and the urbanization, agricultural modernization in our country obviously lags behind, which hindered the synchronous development of them. Therefore, with the internal relations between the empirical researches, we explore influence of industrialization and urbanization of agricultural modernization and path, to promote three synchronous developments which have important practical significance. Recently, some new quadrilateral finite elements were successfully developed by the Quadrilateral Area Coordinate (QAC) method. Compared with those traditional models using isoparametric coordinates, these new models are less sensitive to mesh distortion. In this paper, a new displacement-based, 4-node 20-DOF (5-DOF per node) quadrilateral bending element based on the first-order shear deformation theory for analysis of arbitrary laminated composite plates is presented. Its bending part is based on the element AC-MQ4, a recent-developed high-performance Mindlin-Reissner plate element formulated by QAC method and the generalized conforming condition method; and its in-plane displacement fields are interpolated by bilinear shape functions in isoparametric coordinates. Furthermore, the hybrid post-rocessing procedure, which was firstly proposed by the authors, is employed again to improve the stress solutions, especially for the transverse shear stresses. The resulting element, denoted as AC-MQ4-LC, exhibits excellent performance in all linear static and dynamic numerical examples. It demonstrates again that the QAC method, the generalized conforming condition method, and the hybrid post-processing procedure are efficient tools for developing simple, effective and reliable finite element models. 展开更多

The multi-agent system is the optimal solution to complex intelligent problems. In accordance with the game theory, the concept of loyalty is introduced to analyze the relationship between agents' individual income and global benefits and build the logical architecture of the multi-agent system. Besides, to verify the feasibility of the method, the cyclic neural network is optimized, the bi-directional coordination network is built as the training network for deep learning, and specific training scenes are simulated as the training background. After a certain number of training iterations, the model can learn simple strategies autonomously. Also,as the training time increases, the complexity of learning strategies rises gradually. Strategies such as obstacle avoidance, firepower distribution and collaborative cover are adopted to demonstrate the achievability of the model. The model is verified to be realizable by the examples of obstacle avoidance, fire distribution and cooperative cover. Under the same resource background, the model exhibits better convergence than other deep learning training networks, and it is not easy to fall into the local endless loop.Furthermore, the ability of the learning strategy is stronger than that of the training model based on rules, which is of great practical values. 展开更多

Under the background of“Internet plus”rapid development,the agricultural logistics industry should apply information technology to every link of the agricultural product logistics industry chain.By making full use of the decision making module of the agricultural logistics information system,we can realize the full sharing of information and data resources,which makes the decision-making scheme of the agricultural logistics information system more optimized.In real economic society,the uncertainty and mismatch between the customer’s logistics service demand and the logistics service capability that the logistics service function provider can provide,that is,when the two information are asymmetric,how to use the third-party contract to coordinate the income and profit distribution of the two,to make the information system decision making more reasonable?This paper mainly studies the coordination scheme of agricultural logistics information system decision making under uncertain output and demand information by introducing the spot market.A joint coordination strategy based on revenue sharing and penalty feedback contracts proposes decentralized decision making based on game theory.Experiments show that the flexible ordering strategy proposed in this paper can reduce the logistics service supply chain’s uncertainty and significantly improve the logistics service supply chain’s overall income level through coordination contracts. 展开更多

This paper studies an interference coordination method by means of spectrum allocation in Long-Term Evolution (LTE) multi-cell scenario that comprises of macrocells and femtocells. The purpose is to maximize the total throughput of femtocells while ensuring the Signal-to-Interference plus Noise Ratio (SINR) of the edge macro mobile stations (mMSs) and the edge femtocell Mobile Stations (fMSs). A new spectrum allocation algorithm based on graph theory is proposed to reduce the interference. Firstly, the ratio of Resource Blocks (RBs) that mMSs occupy is obtained by genetic algorithm. Then, after considering the impact of the macro Base Stations (mBSs) and small scale fading to the fMS on different RBs, multi-interference graphs are established and the spectrum is allocated dynamically. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can meet the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of the mMSs. It can strike a balance between the edge fMSs' throughput and the whole fMSs' throughput. 展开更多

Coordinated scheduling model for intermodal transit hubs based on GI/M^K/1 queuing system

Coordinated scheduling of multimode plays a pivotal role in the rapid gathering and dissipating of passengers in transport hubs. Based on the survey data, the whole-day reaching time distribution at transfer points of passengers from the dominant mode to the connecting mode was achieved. A GI/M K/1 bulk service queuing system was constituted by putting the passengers' reaching time distribution as the input and the connecting mode as the service institution. Through queuing theory, the relationship between average queuing length under steady-state and headway of the connecting mode was achieved. By putting the minimum total cost of system as optimization objective, the headway as decision variable, a coordinated scheduling model of multimode in intermodal transit hubs was established. At last, a dynamic scheduling strategy was generated to cope with the unexpected changes of the dominant mode. The instance analysis indicates that this model can significantly reduce passengers' queuing time by approximately 17% with no apparently increase in departure frequency, which provides a useful solution for the coordinated scheduling of different transport modes in hubs. 展开更多

Though the photo-physical properties of free base porphyrin are attractive, there are still problems for the materials with weak and narrow range absorption of visible light. The unsymmetrical neo-confused porphyrin derivatives were introduced as novel materials for the improvement of photo-chemical and photo-physical properties. The density function theory(DFT)and time dependent density function theory(TDDFT) were applied to calculate the absorption spectrum of unsymmetrical neo-confused porphyrin(N-CP) and metal-coordinated N-CP in various solutions. The Ni and Zn coordinated neo-confused porphyrin dipole moment values are smaller than the values of prototype porphyrin(Pro P) and N–CP. According to the electrophilicity index ω, Ni coordinated N–CP(Ni–N–CP) is susceptible to the polarity of solvents, while the Zn coordinated derivative(Zn–N–CP) is more immune to the solvent environment. Unlike the Gouterman's four frontier orbital model of common porphyrin materials, the electron transitions of N–CPs and metalcoordinated N–CPs from H–2 or lower molecular orbitals also contribute to ultraviolet and visible absorption. Most of oscillator strength f values of Zn–N–CP are significantly higher than the values of Ni–N–CP, which reflects the higher absorption intensity of Q and Soret bands. The maximum wavelength at 702.2 nm in vacuum drew our attention to the novel material. The broad absorption range, intense red-shifted Q band and higher stability in solvents suggest that N–CPs, especially Zn–N–CP, can be one class of new candidate dye-sensitized materials. 展开更多

The standard shooting and fitting algorithm for non-linear two-point boundary value problems derives from conventional coordinate perturbation theory. We generalize the algorithm using the renormalized perturbation theory of strained coordinates. This allows for the introduction of an arbitrary function, which may be chosen to improve numerical convergence. An application to a problem in stellar structure exemplifies the algorithm and shows that, when used in conjunction with the standard procedure, it has superior convergence compared to the standard one alone. 展开更多

农民工是国家就业政策干预的重点群体,但政策协同不足使其难以抵御就业新风险,就业稳定性差、就业质量不高。为促进农民工高质量充分就业,广西农民工就业促进政策形成了“保障农民工获得平等就业权利-引导农民工返乡就业创业-保障农民... 农民工是国家就业政策干预的重点群体,但政策协同不足使其难以抵御就业新风险,就业稳定性差、就业质量不高。为促进农民工高质量充分就业,广西农民工就业促进政策形成了“保障农民工获得平等就业权利-引导农民工返乡就业创业-保障农民工留城发展权-促进农民工融入城市和返乡就业创业双向发展”的协同演进路径。政策协同路径表明:财税支持是其他政策措施实施的必要条件;增加就业机会、提升就业能力和完善就业保障,有利于促进农民工返乡就业创业和留城就业;就业政策措施的落实需政府部门协同组织实施和管理。但仍存在政策举措间协同不足导致农民工就业难以实现向上流动;实施与保障措施的协同程度仍待提高等问题。为此,应加强财税支持与其他政策措施协同,增加农民工的就业机会选择;完善就业保障和提升就业能力,双向促进农民工就业向上流动;增强政策实施与保障的协同,推动农民工就业促进政策落实,切实促进和保障农民工高质量充分就业。 展开更多

为落实政府碳减排要求并保证企业经济的可持续发展,碳交易机制成了一种有效的经济手段。碳交易背景下,制造企业为实现低碳目标而增加减排投资成本,往往更容易关注利润分配的公平性。此时,如何基于公平关切偏好进行减排投资和利润分配成... 为落实政府碳减排要求并保证企业经济的可持续发展,碳交易机制成了一种有效的经济手段。碳交易背景下,制造企业为实现低碳目标而增加减排投资成本,往往更容易关注利润分配的公平性。此时,如何基于公平关切偏好进行减排投资和利润分配成为供应链协调决策的重点。以一家生产低碳产品的制造商和一家负责产品销售的零售商为对象,综合考虑碳交易机制、企业碳减排投资和公平关切偏好因素的影响,构建了一个可持续的低碳供应链,并利用博弈理论和收益分配绝对公平方法,探讨了制造商公平关切决策情形下供应链系统最优定价以及减排决策过程,进一步采用碳减排成本分担契约对供应链系统决策过程进行协调,并获得了最优的契约参数值。研究结果表明:制造商采取了提高产品批发价格和降低减排率的策略以减少因减排技术投资而产生的利润分配不公平对待,该策略损失了自身和合作者的利润。为了实现低碳供应链成员之间利益的有效协调,本文设计的成本分担契约在提高供应链系统减排率的同时还可以实现各成员利润的帕累托改进。另外,碳交易机制有利于促使企业进行碳减排投资以提高产品的减排水平。研究结果为进一步改善上下游企业之间的关系和促进供应链系统经济与环境的可持续发展提供参考。 展开更多

The generalized time-dependent generator coordinate method(TD-GCM)is extended to include pairing correlations.The correlated GCM nuclear wave function is expressed in terms of time-dependent generator states and weight functions.The particle–hole channel of the effective interaction is determined by a Hamiltonian derived from an energy density functional,while pairing is treated dynamically in the standard BCS approximation with time-dependent pairing tensor and single-particle occupation probabilities.With the inclusion of pairing correlations,various time-dependent phenomena in open-shell nuclei can be described more realistically.The model is applied to the description of saddle-to-scission dynamics of induced fission.The generalized TD-GCM charge yields and total kinetic energy distribution for the fission of 240Pu,are compared to those obtained using the standard time-dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT)approach,and with available data. 展开更多

大停电事故后,合理的负荷恢复策略对加快电力系统恢复、减少停电损失具有重要意义。针对标准交流潮流方程的非凸性导致负荷恢复模型求解效率低的问题,提出了基于凸包理论的含风电电力系统负荷恢复方案优化方法。首先,简要介绍了凸包理... 大停电事故后,合理的负荷恢复策略对加快电力系统恢复、减少停电损失具有重要意义。针对标准交流潮流方程的非凸性导致负荷恢复模型求解效率低的问题,提出了基于凸包理论的含风电电力系统负荷恢复方案优化方法。首先,简要介绍了凸包理论以及非线性函数的凸包构建方法。其次,针对风电出力的不确定性,采用条件风险价值理论处理风电波动带来的风险,进而建立了直角坐标系下基于凸包理论的电力系统负荷恢复二阶锥优化模型,其中,交流潮流方程中的非线性项采用凸包表达。针对无法精确确定凸包参数的问题,提出了基于迭代更新的参数优化方法,减少因凸包引入的松弛误差。所提出的模型为混合整数二阶锥规划模型,可采用商业求解器高效求解。最后,采用IEEE 39节点系统和改进的广东电力系统验证了所提出模型的有效性。 展开更多

A two-level supply chain model involving one supplier and one retailer with linear demand is developed, and supply chain coordination mechanisms under asymmetric information (the retailer' s cost structure is asymmetric information) are proposed by employing game theory in two scenarios: coordination mechanisms under asymmetric information in a regular scenario (without disruption); and coordination mechanisms under asymmetric information in an irregular scenario ( with retailer cost disruptions). It is optimal for the supply chain to maintain the original production plan and to guarantee a steadily running system if variations of retailer costs are sufficiently low and do not exceed an upper bound. This shows that the original production plan has certain robustness under disruptions. Decisions must be re-made if a retailer' s cost change is greater and exceeds an upper bound. Impacts of retailer cost disruptions on the order quantity, the retail price, the wholesale price and each party' s as well as the system' s expected profits are investigated through numerical analyses. 展开更多
