A Self-Adapting and Efficient Dandelion Algorithm and Its Application to Feature Selection for Credit Card Fraud Detection

A dandelion algorithm(DA) is a recently developed intelligent optimization algorithm for function optimization problems. Many of its parameters need to be set by experience in DA,which might not be appropriate for all optimization problems. A self-adapting and efficient dandelion algorithm is proposed in this work to lower the number of DA's parameters and simplify DA's structure. Only the normal sowing operator is retained;while the other operators are discarded. An adaptive seeding radius strategy is designed for the core dandelion. The results show that the proposed algorithm achieves better performance on the standard test functions with less time consumption than its competitive peers. In addition, the proposed algorithm is applied to feature selection for credit card fraud detection(CCFD), and the results indicate that it can obtain higher classification and detection performance than the-state-of-the-art methods.

Efficacy and prognostic analysis of carbon nanotracers combined with the da Vinci robot in the treatment of esophageal cancer

BACKGROUND Traditional methods cannot clearly visualize esophageal cancer(EC)tumor contours and metastases,which limits the clinical application of da Vinci robotassisted surgery.AIM To investigate the efficacy of the da Vinci robot in combination with nanocarbon lymph node tracers in radical surgery of EC.METHODS In total,104 patients with early-stage EC who were admitted to Liuzhou worker's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were enrolled.The patients were assigned to an observation group(n=52),which underwent da Vinci robot-assisted minimally invasive esophagectomy(RAMIE)with the intraoperative use of nanocarbon tracers,and a control group(n=52),which underwent traditional surgery treatment.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage tube indwelling time,hospital stay,number of lymph nodes dissected,incidence of complications,and long-term curative effects were comparatively analyzed.The postoperative stress response C-reactive protein(CRP),cortisol,epinephrine(E)and inflammatory response interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,IL-10,and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)were evaluated.RESULTS Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly lower postoperative CRP,cortisol,and E levels(P<0.05)with a milder inflammatory response,as indicated by lower IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αlevels(P<0.05).Patients who underwent RAMIE had less intraoperative blood loss and shorter operation times and hospital stays than those who underwent traditional surgery.The average number of dissected lymph nodes,time of lymph node dissection,and mean smallest lymph node diameter were all significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative complications was 5.77%in the observation group,significantly lower than the 15.38%observed in the control group.Furthermore,the lymphatic metastasis rate,reoperation rate,and 12-and 24-month cumulative mortality in the observation group were 1.92%,0%,0%,and 0%,respectively,all of which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The treatment of EC using the da Vinci robot combined with nanocarbon lymph node tracers can achieve good surgical outcomes and demonstrates promising clinical applications.

基于DA多重插补法和电力物联网的电能数据缺失修复方法

针对电力物联网中电能数据量过多,缺失电能数据修复难度较大的问题,研究基于DA多重插补法和电力物联网的电能数据缺失修复方法。电力物联网利用感知层的电能数据采集终端采集电能数据,所采集电能数据利用通信层传送至应用层,应用层的电能数据缺失修复模块,利用EM插补算法计算电能数据缺失值的初始插补值;将所获取的电能数据插补值作为DA多重插补法的初始值,DA多重插补法利用局部加权回归模型,通过调整电能数据缺失值的预测误差,获取最终电能数据缺失修复结果。实验结果表明,该方法修复电力物联网电能数据的观测误差方差低于0.2,对于短期电能数据与长期电能数据,均具有良好的修复结果。

胎圈钢丝用钢盘条C82DA的CCT曲线测定及应用

为了研究分析高性能胎圈钢丝用钢盘条C82DA在不同冷却速度下组织转变,达到产品工艺精细化控制的目的,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机和光学显微镜对不同冷却速率的试样进行显微组织分析,绘制连续冷却转变曲线。分析结果显示:开始产生马氏体组织的临界冷速为20℃/s,冷却速度在0.5~10℃/s时组织为珠光体和索氏体,但组织中有明显网状渗碳体;冷却速度在12~20℃/s时组织为珠光体和索氏体;通过对比发现,冷却速率为10~15℃/s时,胎圈钢丝用钢盘条C82DA的综合性能达到最佳。

Ricon154DA对变压器设备密封用HNBR胶料的性能影响

研究了Ricon154DA对过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)硫化的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料的性能影响。研究发现,当DCP用量为3份、Ricon154DA用量为1.5份时,可以获得性能优异的HNBR胶料,其硫化胶具有优良的物理机械性能、耐高温老化性能、抗压缩永久变形性能、耐变压器油性能、耐臭氧老化性能和耐低温性能,满足变压器设备密封的使用要求。

GLP-1/GIP双靶点受体激动剂DA5-CH对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠脑组织的作用及其机制研究

目的研究胰高血糖素样肽-1/抑胃肽(GLP-1/GIP)双靶点受体激动剂DA5-CH对脑缺血再灌注损伤(I/R)大鼠脑组织的作用及其可能机制。方法将30只脑I/R大鼠随机分为模型组、DA5-CH组、DA5-CH+SB431542组,每组10只。另取10只大鼠仅做假手术(假手术组)。DA5-CH组腹腔注射10 nmol/kg DA5-CH;DA5-CH+SB431542组腹腔注射10 nmol/kg DA5-CH和5 mg/kg SB431542,假手术组、模型组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水。检测各组大鼠脑组织含水量;免疫组织化学染色检测海马CA1区神经核抗原(NeuN)阳性细胞数;Western blotting检测脑组织转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、Smad3、p-Smad3蛋白的表达。结果与假手术组比较,模型组脑组织含水量增加,海马CA1区每个视野NeuN阳性细胞数减少,脑组织TGF-β1、p-Smad3/Smad3蛋白表达升高(P<0.05);与模型组比较,DA5-CH组脑组织含水量降低,海马CA1区NeuN阳性细胞数增加,脑组织TGF-β1、p-Smad3/Smad3蛋白表达降低(P<0.05);与DA5-CH组比较,DA5-CH+SB431542组脑组织含水量增加,海马CA1区NeuN阳性细胞数减少,脑组织TGF-β1、p-Smad3/Smad3蛋白表达升高(P<0.05)。结论GLP-1/GIP双靶点受体激动剂DA5-CH可保护脑I/R大鼠神经功能,减少脑组织含水量及神经元坏死,减轻海马区病理改变,其作用机制可能与激活TGF-β1/Smads通路有关。

The da Vinci Surgical System versus the Radius Surgical System

Objective: Kanazawa University introduced the da Vinci surgical system and the Radius surgical system. In this study, we compared the advantages and disadvantages of each system. Methods: The da Vinci system is a master-slave tele-manipulation system, which provides hi-resolution 3D images. The Radius system is pair of hand-guided surgical manipulators. In this study we focus on the operability of both instruments rather than their 3D optical systems. Results: The Radius was originally developed specifically focused on ligation and suturing with suture sizes bigger than 4-0, it is more effective, less expensive compared with the da Vinci. Although the da Vinci system is bulky, it allows surgeons to perform endoscopic surgeries only if ports are properly placed to prevent each arm from colliding with the other arms. A crucial difference between the Radius and the da Vinci is not limited to anastomose small vessels but is extended to multidirectional dissection. Currently, the cost including initial investment is the biggest issue;however, the da Vinci is absolutely necessary to implement delicate cardiac surgeries endoscopically and less-invasively. Early approval of robotic surgery by the government is urgently required in Japan. Conclusions: Although both the da Vinci and the Radius have endoscopic instruments with a multi-degree of freedom, applications need to be differentiated depending on the procedures and indications. Therefore, it can be clearly said that these unique innovative systems will never compete against each other.

Successful treatment of esophageal metastasis from hepatocellular carcinoma using the da Vinci robotic surgical system

A 59-year-old man with metastatic an esophageal tumor from hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) presented with progressive dysphagia.He had undergone liver transplantation for HCC three and a half years prevously.At presentation,his radiological and endoscopic examinations suggested a submucosal tumor in the lower esophagus,causing a luminal stricture.We performed complete resection of the esophageal metastases and esophagogastrostomy reconstruction using the da Vinci robotic system.Recovery was uneventful and he was been doing well 2 mo after surgery.α-fetoprotein level decreased from 510 ng/mL to 30 ng/mL postoperatively.During the follow-up period,he developed a recurrent esophageal stricture at the anastomosis site and this was successfully treated by endoscopic esophageal dilatation.

Robotic rectal cancer surgery:Results from a European multicentre case series of 240 resections and comparative analysis between cases performed with the da Vinci Si and Xi systems

Introduction:Robotic systems are designed to address the limitations of laparoscopic surgery,leading to a growing interest in robotic rectal surgery.However,certain technical limitations associated with the previous systems(da Vinci S&Si)have arguably slowed down its wholesale adoption.The latest robotic platform,the da Vinci Xi,addresses these limitations.This study aims to examine the short-term surgical outcomes of 240 single-docking fully-robotic rectal cancer resections and compare the outcomes of cases performed with the da Vinci Xi vs Si systems.Materials and methods:All consecutive patients receiving robotic rectal cancer resections from three centres between 2013 and 2018 were identified from prospectively collated databases.The baseline characteristics and short-term surgical outcomes are presented and the da Vinci Xi vs Si system outcomes are analysed.Results:A total of 240 patients were identified(124 Si,116 Xi).Median operation-time and length-of-stay were 260 minutes and 6 days respectively.Conversion and 30-day mortality rates were 0.The da Vinci Si vs Xi system analysis shows that operation-time was lower in the Si group(230 vs 300 min,p=0.000)but length-of-stay,lymph node yield and circumferential resection margin favoured the Xi group(7 vs 5 days,p=0.010;17 vs 21,p=0.000;92.7%vs 99.1%,p=0.020).Conclusion:Single-docking fully-robotic rectal cancer surgery is safe,feasible and can lead to good shortterm outcomes,making it a good alternative to laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery.The new systems technological advances may result in better short-term outcomes but further larger scale observational studies are required if we are to reach such a conclusion.

Da Vinci机器人手术系统在子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除术中的应用价值

目的:探讨Da Vinci机器人手术系统在子宫内膜癌淋巴结切除术中的安全性、可行性及术中清扫淋巴结情况。方法:回顾分析2018年1月至2022年3月济宁医学院附属医院妇科收治的83例子宫内膜癌患者的临床资料,分为RAS组(41例)和CLS组(42例)。比较两组患者的一般情况、手术时间、术中出血量、有无术中损伤、术后排气时间、应用抗生素时间、盆腔引流管留置时间、留置导尿时间、术后是否应用止痛药物、术后是否腹胀、术中清扫淋巴结数及阳性数、LNR等。结果:两组患者的手术时间、术中清扫淋巴结数、术中清扫淋巴结阳性数、LNR、手术方式、肿瘤肌层浸润及脉管浸润情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元回归分析结果显示,两组患者的术中清扫淋巴结阳性数、LNR比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统腹腔镜手术,Da Vinci机器人手术系统术中清扫淋巴结数、淋巴结转移数较多。

高强度胎圈钢丝用C82DA冶炼工艺改进

胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条存在拉拔断丝率高、平均弯曲值低等问题。顶吹转炉通过“双渣+低温出钢+高拉碳”工艺,特别是采取特殊的熔池全过程强制冷却制度,达到转炉终点钢水w(C)≥0.60%的条件下,w(P)≤0.008%出钢,满足C82DA成分控制要求。转炉使用含铝低的Mn-Si合金,精炼炉使用低铝Fe-Si,将钢中全铝控制在10×10^(-6)以下,有效改善C82DA非金属夹杂物大小和形态。连铸凝固末端电磁搅拌、低过热度浇铸以及二冷强冷等技术应用,确保盘条金相组织中索氏体化率达到85%以上。对连铸过程控氧控氮,将钢中w(O)、w(N)控制在20×10^(-6)以内,降低AlN及TiN夹杂物,C82DA钢的洁净度提高对改善质量效果明显。确保了在现有工艺装备条件下生产的C82DA盘条满足用户要求。

Value Assessment of Wetland Ecosystem Services in the Da Hinggan Mountains, China

This study examined regional differences in ecosystem services for the Da Hinggan Mountains(DHM),China.A correction index was constructed based on ten-year average net primary productivity(NPP)data.A new equivalent factor table that was suitable for the assessment of wetlands in the DHM was formed by using the expert weight determination method(EWDM).An evaluation model was established for evaluating the ecosystem service value(ESV)of wetlands in the DHM.The results show that in 2020,the total ESV of wetlands reached 93361×10^(6) USD,with the forest swamp and marsh ecosystems contributing the most.From the perspective of value composition,regulating services and supporting services are the main service functions of wetlands in the DHM.From 2010 to2020,ESV provided by wetlands increased by 4337×10^(6) USD/yr in the DHM.The value of forest swamp and peatland ecosystems increased by 18.6%and 12.7%,respectively,whereas the value of swamp,shrub swamp,and marsh decreased.The research results are of significance for contributing to local government performance evaluation and determining financial compensation for the provision of wetland ecosystem services.

Model calculation of air-sea heat fluxes over ocean area near China with GEOS DAS system

The sensible and latent heat fluxes over the ocean area near China were calculated and analyzed by usingthe Goddard Earth Observing System (GEOS) - four-dimensional Data Assimilation System (DAS). The calculated results showed that the sensible heat flux had its large value in winter and autumn , small value in spring and summer overthe ocean area near China. In winter, the sensible heat flux increased distinctly with latitude, and its isolines were verycrowded. Over the ocean area east of Taiwan Province and south of Japan, the direction of isoline was from southwestto northeast. In the South China Sea the sensible heat flux was lower than that of surrounding ocean areas,and its isoline was distributed into a type of an inverted trough. In autumn and winter, the maximum center of latent heat flux appeared over the ocean area northeast of Taiwan Province and south and southeast of Japan, meanwhile, the isoline wasin the direction of southwest to northeast. In spring and summer, the latent heat flux had minimum value in the Huanghai Sea. At the same time, the maximum value center of latent heat flux appeared over the ocean area south of Japan inspring.

基于FDA MAUDE数据库的手术机器人不良事件数据的智能化分析

检索了美国食品药品监督管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)制造商和用户设施设备体验(Manufa-cturer and User Facility Device Experience,MAUDE)数据库中2000—2021年的达芬奇机器人手术系统不良事件数据,利用Python对所有不良事件进行了智能化处理与分析,重点阐述了达芬奇机器人手术系统的不良事件变化趋势、应用科室分布和各类不良事件占比、主要设备故障类型、2013—2019年的手术量及分布科室,为达芬奇机器人手术系统安全性评价提供了临床证据。

OPC UA及DA通讯协议在粉磨站智能优化控制系统中的应用实践

介绍在济宁中联粉磨站智能优化控制系统中OPC UA及OPC DA通讯协议的具体应用,实现优化系统与DCS系统及智能化验室系统的自动数据传输,给出OPC通讯协议在实际运用中的关键配置步骤,方便地实现异构系统的互联互通,有效解决企业中广泛存在的信息孤岛问题,有利于智能化系统的推广应用。随着工业互联网发展过程中OPC UA的广泛应用,其会逐步取代OPC DA成为异构互联的主流通讯协议。

胎圈钢丝用合金盘条C82DA的轧制开发

重点介绍酒钢炼轧厂二高线高性能胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条的生产工艺流程及主要技术指标。结果表明,通过合理的生产工艺,胎圈钢丝用C82DA盘条的各项指标良好,金相组织索氏体化率达95%,抗拉强度最低为1115 MPa,最高为1164 MPa,平均断面收缩率为41.3%,性能指标满足技术协议要求。
