During the operation of a DC microgrid,the nonlinearity and low damping characteristics of the DC bus make it prone to oscillatory instability.In this paper,we first establish a discrete nonlinear system dynamic model of a DC microgrid,study the effects of the converter sag coefficient,input voltage,and load resistance on the microgrid stability,and reveal the oscillation mechanism of a DC microgrid caused by a single source.Then,a DC microgrid stability analysis method based on the combination of bifurcation and strobe is used to analyze how the aforementioned parameters influence the oscillation characteristics of the system.Finally,the stability region of the system is obtained by the Jacobi matrix eigenvalue method.Grid simulation verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

It starts with complex frequency-domain transmission line equations, obtains the complex expressions of voltage and current at zero initial states, and find the DC steady-state solutions of voltage and current by using the fina value theorem of Laplace transform thory. The solutions are discussed with special internal resistances of DC voltage source and loads. A case study demonstrated that the proposed method is applicable to acquiring the DC steady-state voltage waveform and current waveform without first obtaining the analytic solutions. 展开更多

In order to estimate the operating performances of the brushless DC motor for the high-power shipping during the design stage, the steady-state analysis is as important as the dynamic analysis generally. A mathematical model of the brushless DC propulsion motor is established according to the state-space method for the dynamic and steady-state performance analysis. The state-space mathematical model is a set of linear differential equations, so the steady-state currents of the armature windings can be gained directly by the symmetrical boundary conditions and the eigenvalues of the system matrix. The steady-state simulation results are compared with the dynamic ones to validate the correctness of this eigenvector method. 展开更多

The DC distribution network system equipped with a large number of power electronic equipment exhibits weak damping characteristics and is prone to low-frequency and high-frequency unstable oscillations.The current interpretation of the oscillation mechanism has not been unified.Firstly,this paper established the complete statespace model of the distribution system consisting of a large number of electric vehicles,characteristic equation of the distribution network system is derived by establishing a state-space model,and simplified reduced-order equations describing the low-frequency oscillation and the high-frequency oscillation are obtained.Secondly,based on eigenvalue analysis,the oscillation modes and the influence of the key system parameters on the oscillation mode are studied.Besides,impacts of key factors,such as distribution network connection topology and number of dynamic loads,have been discussed to suppress oscillatory instability caused by inappropriate design or dynamic interactions.Finally,using the DC distribution example system,through model calculation and time-domain simulation analysis,the correctness of the aforementioned analysis is verified. 展开更多

An analysis technique of steady state and stability for closed-loop PWM DC/DC switching converters is presented. Using this method, the closed-loop switching converter is transformed into an open-loop system. By means of the fact that in steady state, the two boundary values are equal in one switching period. The exponential matrix is evaluated by precise time-domain-integration method, and then the related curve between feedback duty cycle and the input one is obtained. Not only can the steady-state duty cycle be found from the curve, but also the stability and stable domain of the system. Compared with other methods, it features with simplicity and less calculation, and fit for numerical simulation and analysis for closed-loop switching converters. The simulation results of examples indicate the correctness of the presented method. 展开更多

为了提高永磁同步电机的发电效率,设计一种永磁同步电机双向DC/DC变换器混合储能方案,并开展性能仿真分析。利用双向DC/DC变换器连接储能部件与负载母线,该变换器的控制性能对系统整体动/静态性能存在明显影响。研究结果表明:在Buck模... 为了提高永磁同步电机的发电效率,设计一种永磁同步电机双向DC/DC变换器混合储能方案,并开展性能仿真分析。利用双向DC/DC变换器连接储能部件与负载母线,该变换器的控制性能对系统整体动/静态性能存在明显影响。研究结果表明:在Buck模式下仿真测试得到,双向DC/DC变换器高压侧电流逐渐升高,产生了持续上升的最高输出功率。双向DC/DC变换器与Buck电路达到了合理的参数,能够达到混合储能系统要求达到的稳定性与快速性控制标准。本设计的双向DC/DC变换器主电路与Boost电路各项参数处于较优的状态,能够实现对混合储能系统进行稳定高效控制的目标。电感与电容值满足系统运行要求,可以实现双向DC/DC变换器的快速响应,能够快速控制电流值,并获得稳定的电压参数,能够满足优异的动态调控性能。 展开更多

The connecting rod is one of the most important moving components in an internal combustion engine. The present work determined the possibility of using aluminium alloy 7075 material to design and manufacture a connecting rod for weight optimisation without losing the strength of the connecting rod. It considered modal and thermal analyses to investigate the suitability of the material for connecting rod design. The parameters that were considered under the modal analysis were: total deformation, and natural frequency, while the thermal analysis looked at the temperature distribution, total heat flux and directional heat flux of the four connecting rods made with titanium alloy, grey cast iron, structural steel and aluminium 7075 alloy respectively. The connecting rod was modelled using Autodesk inventor2017 software using the calculated parameters. The steady-state thermal analysis was used to determine the induced heat flux and directional heat flux. The study found that Aluminium 7075 alloy deformed more than the remaining three other materials but has superior qualities in terms of vibrational natural frequency, total heat flux and lightweight compared to structural steel, grey cast iron and titanium alloy. 展开更多

In order to guarantee quality during mass serial production of motors, a convenient approach on how to detect and diagnose the faults of a permanent-magnetic DC motor based on armature current analysis and BP neural networks was presented in this paper. The fault feature vector was directly established by analyzing the armature current. Fault features were extracted from the current using various signal processing methods including Fourier analysis, wavelet analysis and statistical methods. Then an advanced BP neural network was used to finish decision-making and separate fault patterns. Finally, the accuracy of the method in this paper was verified by analyzing the mechanism of faults theoretically. The consistency between the experimental results and the theoretical analysis shows that four kinds of representative faults of low power permanent-magnetic DC motors can be diagnosed conveniently by this method. These four faults are brush fray, open circuit of components, open weld of components and short circuit between armature coils. This method needs fewer hardware instruments than the conventional method and whole procedures can be accomplished by several software packages developed in this paper. 展开更多

为研究核安全级分布式控制系统(DCS)设备中的电接触摩擦学特性,对核安全级DCS设备的危险频率进行了评估。建立了一套球面电接触摩擦学试验装置,在危险频率下进行了一系列载流摩擦学试验,探索不同电流作用下界面摩擦磨损特性。研究结果表... 为研究核安全级分布式控制系统(DCS)设备中的电接触摩擦学特性,对核安全级DCS设备的危险频率进行了评估。建立了一套球面电接触摩擦学试验装置,在危险频率下进行了一系列载流摩擦学试验,探索不同电流作用下界面摩擦磨损特性。研究结果表明,核安全级DCS设备的危险频率为12 Hz;在该频率下,随着输入电流从1 A增大至3 A,摩擦因数呈现先减小后增大的趋势;在大电流作用下,电接触达到失效的时长显著增长;电接触界面表现出划痕、颗粒、微裂纹、磨屑堆积和磨屑飞溅等5种特征;虽然接触区域存在一定的氧化产物,但是只要有足够多的接触区域实现导电通路,界面依然能够保持良好的电接触状态。 展开更多

柔性直流输电系统中,直流故障的分析与判别是柔直系统中亟待解决的重要问题。为了更好地分析故障特征,推导出一种多端柔性直流输电网(modular multilevel converter-high voltage direct current,MMC-MTDC)的母线侧简化电路故障计算方法... 柔性直流输电系统中,直流故障的分析与判别是柔直系统中亟待解决的重要问题。为了更好地分析故障特征,推导出一种多端柔性直流输电网(modular multilevel converter-high voltage direct current,MMC-MTDC)的母线侧简化电路故障计算方法,并分析了母线侧单极接地故障和极间短路故障的故障特征,在此基础上设计了一种适用于多端柔性直流输电网的故障判别方案和保护措施。该判别方案通过故障启动判据、故障区域判别和故障类型判别3个模块进行故障判定,采用了故障电压瞬时跌落值与系统电压之差及故障线路电流值作故障特征量,整套判别方案不受其他元件参数、故障位置等因素的影响,将Spearman相关性分析与传统电气故障区域判别相结合,准确判定系统区内外故障的同时,解决了故障区域判别中受线路各参数干扰导致误判的问题,仿真测试验证了本保护方案的可行性。 展开更多

A design of the main AC/DC converter system for ITER is described and the configuration of the main AC/DC converters is presented. To reduce the reactive power absorbed from the converter units, the main AC/DC converters are designed to be series-connected and work in a sequential mode. The structure of the regulator of the converter system is described. A simulation model was built up for the PSCAD/EMTDC code, and the design was validated accordingly. Harmonic analysis and reactive power calculation of the converters units are presented. The results reveal the advantage of sequential control in reducing reactive power and harmonics. 展开更多

At each solar intensity, the maximum power point of current/voltage (I/V) characteristic of the PV generator is achieved by perturbation and observation algorithm. The nonlinear behavior of (I/V) characteristics of the PV generator at various solar intensities and the magnetization curve of the ferromagnetic material of the DC shunt motor are described by high order polynomial mathematical expression. [Objectives]To evaluate the quality of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)Koidz.in Chengde region.[Methods]35 samples of A.chinensis from different growth years were collected,and a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the dual components of atractylodin and atractylone,and the quality evaluation was conducted on the cultivated A.chinensis from Chengde region in terms of moisture,ash and volatile oil content.[Results]The moisture content of all samples met the regulations,and the content of volatile oil was relatively high.Among them,seven samples with atractylodin content lower than 0.3%were unqualified products(accounting for 20%),and one sample had excessive ash content(accounting for 3%).[Conclusions]The established method for the determination of the dual components of Atractylodis Rhizoma is stable,simple,fast,precise and reusable.Besides,according to the Pearson correlation analysis among the indicators,it is concluded that the atractylodin and atractylone content are significantly related to the growth period and the volatile oil content.In addition,the quality evaluation indicators of A.chinensis in Chengde region show that there are differences in the quality of Atractylodis Rhizoma,but the overall pass rate is relatively high.It is necessary to further study the reasons for the differences. 展开更多

随着氢能轨道车辆的不断发展,燃料电池系统功率等级也逐渐提高,文章基于氢能轨道车辆功率需求,定制化开发大功率DC/DC变流器。介绍了燃料电池用升压DC/DC变流器设计过程与各关键部件选型计算分析,通过Simulink搭建变流器仿真模型进行仿... 随着氢能轨道车辆的不断发展,燃料电池系统功率等级也逐渐提高,文章基于氢能轨道车辆功率需求,定制化开发大功率DC/DC变流器。介绍了燃料电池用升压DC/DC变流器设计过程与各关键部件选型计算分析,通过Simulink搭建变流器仿真模型进行仿真分析,最终对DC/DC变流器进行产品测试。测试结果表明:300 kW DC/DC变流器输入电压显示精度≤±2 V,输出电压精度≤±3 V,输入输出电流纹波<±1%,在额定工况效率≥95%时,峰值效率>98%。由于采用了优越高频特性的碳化硅器件和多路交错并联控制,有效地减小了输入输出纹波电流,同时轻量、小型化设计也降低了系统体积、质量。双向DC/DC变换器能够用来控制燃料电池输出功率,为后续氢能燃料电池系统装车或试验室调试验证提供硬件基础。 展开更多
