Darboux transformation,infinite conservation laws,and exact solutions for the nonlocal Hirota equation with variable coefficients

This article presents the construction of a nonlocal Hirota equation with variable coefficients and its Darboux transformation.Using zero-seed solutions,1-soliton and 2-soliton solutions of the equation are constructed through the Darboux transformation,along with the expression for N-soliton solutions.Influence of coefficients that are taken as a function of time instead of a constant,i.e.,coefficient functionδ(t),on the solutions is investigated by choosing the coefficient functionδ(t),and the dynamics of the solutions are analyzed.This article utilizes the Lax pair to construct infinite conservation laws and extends it to nonlocal equations.The study of infinite conservation laws for nonlocal equations holds significant implications for the integrability of nonlocal equations.

N-Fold Darboux Transformation for the Nonlocal Nonlinear Schrodinger(NNLS)Equation with the Self-Induced PT-Symmetric Potential

The Darboux transformation (DT) method is studied in a lot of local equations, but there are few of work to solve nonlocal equations by DT. In this letter, we solve the nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger equation (NNLSE) with the self-induced PT-symmetric potential by DT. Then the N-fold DT of NNLSE is derived with the help of the gauge transformation between the Lax pairs. Then we derive some novel exact solutions including the bright soliton, breather wave soliton. In particularly, the dynamic features of one-soliton, two-soliton, three-soliton solutions and the elastic interactions between the two solitons are displayed.

N-Fold Darboux Transformation for a Nonlinear Evolution Equation

In this paper, we present a N-fold Darboux transformation (DT) for a nonlinear evolution equation. Comparing with other types of DTs, we give the relationship between new solutions and the trivial solution. The DT presented in this paper is more direct and universal to obtain explicit solutions.

Darboux transformation and soliton solutions of a nonlocal Hirota equation

Starting from local coupled Hirota equations,we provide a reverse space-time nonlocal Hirota equation by the symmetry reduction method known as the Ablowitz–Kaup–Newell–Segur scattering problem.The Lax integrability of the nonlocal Hirota equation is also guaranteed by existence of the Lax pair.By Lax pair,an n-fold Darboux transformation is constructed for the nonlocal Hirota equation by which some types of exact solutions are found.The solutions with specific properties are distinct from those of the local Hirota equation.In order to further describe the properties and the dynamic features of the solutions explicitly,several kinds of graphs are depicted.

Darboux Transformation and Exact Solutions for High Order Nonlocal Coupled AKNS System

In this paper, we investigate an integrable high order nonlocal coupled Ablowitz-Kaup-Newell-Segur (AKNS) system for the first time. With the aid of Lax pair of this nonlocal system, Darboux transformation (DT) and new soliton-like solutions are obtained. Different from local equations, Darboux transformation of nonlocal systems needs to meet certain conditions. In this article, under the condition of symmetry reduction, the components of Darboux transformation need to satisfy <img src="Edit_6aa5df34-2f85-4c91-a185-17195a7f82ee.bmp" alt="" />. In order to study the dynamic information of the solutions, the images of the solutions are given.

Generalized Darboux Transformation and Rational Solutions for the Nonlocal Nonlinear Schrodinger Equation with the Self-Induced Parity-Time Symmetric Potential

In this paper, I construct a generalized Darboux transformation for the nonlocal nonlinear Schrodinger equation with the self-induced parity-time symmetric potential. The N-order rational solution is derived by the iterative rule and it can be expressed by the determinant form. In particular, I calculate first-order and second-order rational solutions and obtain their figures according to different parameters.

Binary Darboux transformation and multi-dark solitons for a higher-order nonlinear Schrodinger equation in the inhomogeneous optical fiber

Dark solitons in the inhomogeneous optical fiber are studied in this manuscript via a higher-order nonlinear Schr?dinger equation,since dark solitons can be applied in waveguide optics as dynamic switches and junctions or optical logic devices.Based on the Lax pair,the binary Darboux transformation is constructed under certain constraints,thus the multi-dark soliton solutions are presented.Soliton propagation and collision are graphically discussed with the group-velocity dispersion,third-and fourth-order dispersions,which can affect the solitons’velocities but have no effect on the shapes.Elastic collisions between the two dark solitons and among the three dark solitons are displayed,while the elasticity cannot be influenced by the above three coefficients.

A New Negative Discrete Hierarchy and Its N-Fold Darboux Transformation

Starting from a matrix discrete spectral problem, we derive a negative discrete hierarchy. It is shown that the hierarchy is integrable in the Liouville sense and possesses a bi-Hamiltonian structure. Furthermore, its N-fold Darboux transformation is established with the help of gauge transformation of Lax pair. As an application of the Darboux transformation, some new exact solutions for a discrete equation in the negative hierarchy are obtained.

Generalizations of the finite nonperiodic Toda lattice and its Darboux transformation

In this paper,we construct Hamiltonian systems for 2 N particles whose force depends on the distances between the particles.We obtain the generalized finite nonperiodic Toda equations via a symmetric group transformation.The solutions of the generalized Toda equations are derived using the tau functions.The relationship between the generalized nonperiodic Toda lattices and Lie algebras is then be discussed and the generalized Kac-van Moerbeke hierarchy is split into generalized Toda lattices,whose integrability and Darboux transformation are studied.

Ghost Symmetries and Multi-fold Darboux Transformations of Extended Toda Hierarchy

In this paper,the author constructs ghost symmetries of the extended Toda hierarchy with their spectral representations.After this,two kinds of Darboux transforma-tions in different directions and their mixed Darboux transformations of this hierarchy are constructed.These symmetries and Darboux transformations might be useful in Gromov-Witten theory of CP1.

Darboux transformation and exact multisolitons for a matrix coupled dispersionless system

We present a matrix coupled dispersionless(CD)system.A Lax pair for the matrix CD system is proposed and Darboux transformation is constructed on the solutions of the matrix CD system and the associated Lax pair.We express an N soliton formula for the solutions of the matrix CD system in terms of quasideterminants.By using properties of the quasideterminants,we obtain some exact solutions,including bright and dark-type solitons,rogue wave and breather solutions of the matrix CD system.Furthermore,it has been shown that the solutions of the matrix CD system are expressed in terms of solutions to the usual CD system,sine-Gordon equation and Maxwell-Bloch system.

Multiple Darboux–B?cklund transformations via truncated Painleve′ expansion and Lie point symmetry approach

For a given truncated Painleve′ expansion of an arbitrary nonlinear Painleve′ integrable system, the residue with respect to the singularity manifold is known as a nonlocal symmetry, called the residual symmetry, which is proved to be localized to Lie point symmetries for suitable prolonged systems. Taking the Korteweg–de Vries equation as an example, the n-th binary Darboux–Ba¨cklund transformation is re-obtained by the Lie point symmetry approach accompanied by the localization of the n-fold residual symmetries.

Positon and hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional complex modified Korteweg-de Vries equations

Solving nonlinear partial differential equations have attracted intensive attention in the past few decades. In this paper, the Darboux transformation method is used to derive several positon and hybrid solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional complex modified Korteweg–de Vries equations. Based on the zero seed solution, the positon solution and the hybrid solutions of positon and soliton are constructed. The composition of positons is studied, showing that multi-positons of(2+1)-dimensional equations are decomposed into multi-solitons as well as the(1+1)-dimensions. Moreover, the interactions between positon and soliton are analyzed. In addition, the hybrid solutions of b-positon and breather are obtained using the plane wave seed solution, and their evolutions with time are discussed.

Diverse soliton solutions and dynamical analysis of the discrete coupled mKdV equation with 4×4 Lax pair

Under consideration in this study is the discrete coupled modified Korteweg-de Vries(mKdV)equation with 4×4 Lax pair.Firstly,through using continuous limit technique,this discrete equation can be mapped to the coupled KdV and mKdV equations,which may depict the development of shallow water waves,the optical soliton propagation in cubic nonlinear media and the Alfven wave in a cold collision-free plasma.Secondly,the discrete generalized(r,N-r)-fold Darboux transformation is constructed and extended to solve this discrete coupled equation with the fourth-order linear spectral problem,from which diverse exact solutions including usual multi-soliton and semi-rational soliton solutions on the vanishing background,higher-order rational soliton and mixed hyperbolic-rational soliton solutions on the non-vanishing background are derived,and the limit states of some soliton and rational soliton solutions are analyzed by the asymptotic analysis technique.Finally,the numerical simulations are used to explore the dynamical behaviors of some exact soliton solutions.These results may be helpful for understanding some physical phenomena in fields of shallow water wave,optics,and plasma physics.

Breather and its interaction with rogue wave of the coupled modified nonlinear Schrodinger equation

We investigate the coupled modified nonlinear Schr?dinger equation.Breather solutions are constructed through the traditional Darboux transformation with nonzero plane-wave solutions.To obtain the higher-order localized wave solution,the N-fold generalized Darboux transformation is given.Under the condition that the characteristic equation admits a double-root,we present the expression of the first-order interactional solution.Then we graphically analyze the dynamics of the breather and rogue wave.Due to the simultaneous existence of nonlinear and self-steepening terms in the equation,different profiles in two components for the breathers are presented.

Rational solutions of Painlevé-Ⅱequation as Gram determinant

Under the Flaschka-Newell Lax pair,the Darboux transformation for the Painlevé-Ⅱequation is constructed by the limiting technique.With the aid of the Darboux transformation,the rational solutions are represented by the Gram determinant,and then we give the large y asymptotics of the determinant and the rational solutions.Finally,the solution of the corresponding Riemann-Hilbert problem is obtained from the Darboux matrices.

Soliton molecules and dynamics of the smooth positon for the Gerdjikov–Ivanov equation

Soliton molecules are firstly obtained by velocity resonance for the Gerdjikov–Ivanov equation, and n-order smooth positon solutions for the Gerdjikov–Ivanov equation are generated by means of the general determinant expression of n-soliton solution. The dynamics of the smooth positons of the Gerdjikov–Ivanov equation are discussed using the decomposition of the modulus square, the trajectories and time-dependent "phase shifts" of positons after the collision can be described approximately. Additionally, some novel hybrid solutions consisting solitons and positons are presented and their rather complicated dynamics are revealed.

Rational solutions and interaction solutions for(2+1)-dimensional nonlocal Schrodinger equation

A chain of novel higher order rational solutions with some parameters and interaction solutions of a(2+1)-dimensional reverse space–time nonlocal Schrodinger(NLS)equation was derived by a generalized Darboux transformation(DT)which is derived by Taylor expansion and determinants.We obtained a series of higher-order rational solutions by one spectral parameter and we could get the periodic wave solution and three kinds of interaction solutions,singular breather and periodic wave interaction solution,singular breather and traveling wave interaction solution,bimodal breather and periodic wave interaction solution by two spectral parameters.We found a general formula for these solutions in the form of determinants.We also analyzed the complex wave structures of the dynamic behaviors and the effects of special parameters and presented exact solutions for the(2+1)-dimensional reverse space–time nonlocal NLS equation.
