Agricultural insurance is an important system of rural financial support for agricultural development.Based on the analysis of agricultural insurance improving farmers'anti-risk ability and reducing the damage,the dynamic relationship is discussed with the adoption of error correction model and the data of Guangdong province between 1997 and 2010.The result shows that the promotion of agricultural insurance depth is beneficial to reducing agricultural damage degree and there exists long-term equilibrium relationship.More precisely,agricultural insurance depth is the Granger reason of agricultural damage degree while the reverse relationship has not been supported yet.Based on the empirical analysis,this paper discusses the characteristics and foundation of agricultural production as well as market characteristics of agricultural insurance to further explore the necessity of financial support. 展开更多

The effect of curing regime on degree ofAl3+ substituting for Si^4+ (Al/Si ratio) in C-S-H gels of hardened Portland cement pastes was investigated by 29Si magic angel spinning (MAS) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) with deconvolution technique. The curing regimes included the constant temperature (20, 40, 60 and 80 ℃) and variable temperature (simulated internal temperature of mass concrete with 60 ℃ peak). The results indicate that constant temperature of 20 ℃ is beneficial to substitution ofAl3+ for Si4+, and AI/Si ratio changes to be steady after 180 d. The increase of Al/Si ratio at 40 ℃is less than that at 20℃ for 28 d. The other three regimes of high temperature increase Al/Si ratio only before 3 d, on the contrary to that from 3 to 28 d. However, the 20 ℃ curing stage from 28 to 180 d at variable temperature regime, is beneficial to the increase of AI/Si ratio which is still lower than that at constant temperature regime of 20 ℃ for the same age. A nonlinear relation exists between the Al/Si ratio and temperature variation or mean chain length (MCL) of C-S-H gels, furthermore, the amount ofAl3+ which can occupy the bridging tetrahedra sites in C-S-H structure is insufficient in hardened Portland cement pastes. 展开更多

In this paper, I firstly constructed a geometric method to prove Fermat’s Last Theorem, and in this way we can easily get the conclusion below: If a and b are integer and?a = b, n ∈ Q and n > 1, the value of c satisfies the function an + bn = cn that can never be integer;if a, b and c are integer and a ≠ b, n is integer and n > 2, the function an + bn = cn cannot be established. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the observing results of vacuum degree in the the Jialichen bridge-head experimental site .The cause of vacuum degree developing below groundwater table is pointed out. The influence of vacuum degree above the ground water table on pore water pressure is discussed. The results show that vacuum degree decreases along the depth because resistance. The resistance in the PVDS is lowest, in the silt is highest. Vacuum degree below groundwater table is produced mainly by dewatering or by escaping of sealed air from the end of flexible pipe. Vacuum degree above the ground water table in the sand drains makes great effect on pore water pressure. In the silt the pore water pressure does not change with the variation of vacuum degree under membrane in a short time. 展开更多

Studies have found that the absence of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor may be the primary risk factor for Parkinson’s disease. However, there have not been any studies conducted on the potential relationship between glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor and cognitive performance in Parkinson’s disease. We first performed a retrospective case-control study at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University between September 2018 and January 2020 and found that a decreased serum level of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor was a risk factor for cognitive disorders in patients with Parkinson’s disease. We then established a mouse model of Parkinson’s disease induced by 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine and analyzed the potential relationships among glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor in the prefrontal cortex, dopamine transmission, and cognitive function. Our results showed that decreased glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor in the prefrontal cortex weakened dopamine release and transmission by upregulating the presynaptic membrane expression of the dopamine transporter, which led to the loss and primitivization of dendritic spines of pyramidal neurons and cognitive impairment. In addition, magnetic resonance imaging data showed that the long-term lack of glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor reduced the connectivity between the prefrontal cortex and other brain regions, and exogenous glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor significantly improved this connectivity. These findings suggested that decreased glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor in the prefrontal cortex leads to neuroplastic degeneration at the level of synaptic connections and circuits, which results in cognitive impairment in patients with Parkinson’s disease. 展开更多

目的:构建护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案,为推动我国护理专业学位研究生教育的发展提供参考。方法:通过文献分析法及半结构化访谈初步形成护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案条目池,制定专... 目的:构建护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案,为推动我国护理专业学位研究生教育的发展提供参考。方法:通过文献分析法及半结构化访谈初步形成护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案条目池,制定专家函询问卷,并采取德尔菲专家函询法对15名专家进行专家函询,最终形成护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案。结果:3轮函询专家积极性系数均为100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.838,0.880和0.880。经过咨询最终形成包括理论知识掌握能力、临床综合实践应用能力、组织管理能力、教学及科研能力、发展能力5个一级指标、17个二级指标、96个三级指标的护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案。结论:构建的护理专业学位研究生与肿瘤专科护士核心能力联合培养方案具有良好的可靠性与科学性,对肿瘤护理方向专科人才培养提供参考。 展开更多
