Multidisciplinary design optimization of a dual-spin guided vehicle

In this research,a Multidisciplinary Design Optimization approach is proposed for the dual-spin guided flying projectile design considering external and internal parts of the body as design variables.In this way,a parametric formulation is developed.All related disciplines,including structure,aerodynamics,guidance,and control are considered.Minimum total mass,maximum aerodynamic control effectiveness,minimum miss distance,maximum yield stress in all subsystems,controllability and gyroscopic stability constraints are some of objectives/constraints taken into account.The problem is formulated in All-At-Ones Multidisciplinary Design Optimization approach structure and solved by Simulated Annealing and minimax algorithms.The optimal configurations are evaluated in various aspects.The resulted optimal configurations have met all design objectives and constraints.

Advancements in machine learning for material design and process optimization in the field of additive manufacturing

Additive manufacturing technology is highly regarded due to its advantages,such as high precision and the ability to address complex geometric challenges.However,the development of additive manufacturing process is constrained by issues like unclear fundamental principles,complex experimental cycles,and high costs.Machine learning,as a novel artificial intelligence technology,has the potential to deeply engage in the development of additive manufacturing process,assisting engineers in learning and developing new techniques.This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the research and applications of machine learning in the field of additive manufacturing,particularly in model design and process development.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of machine learning-assisted design in additive manufacturing process.It then further delves into the application of machine learning in additive manufacturing,focusing on model design and process guidance.Finally,it concludes by summarizing and forecasting the development trends of machine learning technology in the field of additive manufacturing.

Dialogue on standards:directions and difficulties of standardization discipline construction

To probe into the directions and difficulties of standardization discipline construction in China,China Standardization Press organized a pertinent dialogue on July 10.During the event,Yu Xinli,President of China Association for Standardization,was invited as the moderator.Several standardization experts including Song Mingshun,Mai Lyubo,Qiang Yi,Cao Lili,and Huang Manxue from the China Standardization Expert Committee and renowned universities and research institutes in the country were invited as guests to give their insightful views.

Value and Measures of Integrating Local Red Culture into the Ideological and Political Course of Environmental Disciplines under the OBE Concept

Based on output-oriented education,the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)concept integrates local red culture into the ideological and political course of environmental disciplines,and is an important part of training applied talents of environmental disciplines in the new era.This educational model makes an innovation on the traditional educational and teaching concepts and centers on students.This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red culture into the ideological and political course under the OBE concept,and puts forward an effective implementation path.

Does Financial Globalization Discipline Macroeconomic Policies

Using the unbalanced panel data of 160 countries from 1970 to 2007,we employ inflation and the budget deficit as proxies for monetary policy and fiscal policy,respectively,and study whether financial globalization has discipline effects on these macroeconomic policies.The empirical results in our study suggest a significant discipline effect of financial globalization on monetary policy during the entire sample period,which is robust both to de jure and to de facto measures of financial openness.Our sub-sample investigations demonstrate that financial globalization reduces inflation only in higher-middle-income and high-income countries,and when financial globalization is scaled by the proportion of a country’s foreign assets and liabilities to its GDP,the discipline is evident only after 1988.Nevertheless,we do not demonstrate any evidence of financial globalization’s discipline effect on fiscal policy.The empirical results indicate that financial globalization even increases the budget deficit in certain countries and periods.

Taking the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of the Central Academy of Drama as an example,this article explores the construction and development of the National Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center for the practical teaching of drama and film and television disciplines.The article first introduces the background and importance of the demonstration center and then analyzes in depth the construction content and achievements of the demonstration center from four aspects:practical teaching philosophy,practical teaching system,practical teaching resources,and practical teaching effects.Finally,the article summarizes the experience and shortcomings of the demonstration center and proposes future development directions and suggestions.

OSBCM与TBL相结合的教学模式在《医学免疫学》教学中的探索与实践

传统的医学教育沿用“以学科为中心”（Discipline-based curriculum model,DBCM）与“以授课为基础的学习”（Lecture-based learing,LBL）相结合的教学模式,易于教学与管理工作的实施,教师是教学的主体,主导整个教学过程,不利于学生的学习主动性和创新能力培养。

强基层:深圳南山区域医疗联合体的策略和效果

目的分析区域医疗联合体(以下简称“医联体”)政策指引下深圳南山区域医联体发展的探索,为其他地区医药卫生体制改革提供参考。方法通过知情人访谈、现场调研、二次资料分析、头脑风暴等方法剖析深圳南山区域医联体强基层的策略背景、实施内容和实施效果。结果统一管理所有基层医疗卫生机构,实行标准化建设,有助于更好地发展基层医疗卫生机构;实施区域学科联盟,以契约方式加强医院和基层医疗卫生机构的人员联系,具有可行性。结论强基层是医药卫生体制改革的重点,深圳南山区域医联体强基层的策略具有参考借鉴价值。

Current Issues and Development Strategies of Building the Discipline of Pharmacy Administration at Pharmacy Schools in China

The history and current status of Pharmacy Administration discipline atpharmacy schools in China are illustrated. Several current issues are explored including: (1)insufficient teaching organizations and curriculum, (2) faculty deficiency both in quantity andquality, and (3) much improvement needed in the scope, methodology, and sophistication of research.Several development strategies are formulated such as (1) integrating native education resources inorder to better foster quality professionals, (2) accelerating inter-university cooperation both inteaching and research, and (3) studying the regularites of discipline development and enhancinginternational exchange.

上海市公共卫生重点学科建设与人才培养的实践与思考:以2020—2022年上海市疾病预防控制中心承担项目为例

目的以上海市疾病预防控制中心承担项目为例,对上海市公共卫生重点学科建设与人才培养的实践进行客观评估,总结项目实施经验,完善项目评估机制,强化学科发展与人才培养对上海市健全公共卫生应急管理体系的支撑作用。方法基于学科建设验收评估申请书,通过定量、定性方法对学科建设期间的项目基本情况、学科建设成效、跨机构科研协作、参与公共卫生实践以及人才培养与建设等进行描述和分析。结果各学科团队承担的科研项目级别较高,较好促进了学科创新发展;各学科团队注重公共卫生实践与应用能力建设,实现了科研成果的转化落地;上海市疾病预防控制中心和复旦大学在论文发表合作网络中占据了主要地位,在多部门科研协作中发挥了重要作用;专业机构和高等院校的合作促进了公共卫生复合型人才培养。结论上海市公共卫生重点学科建设与人才培养取得了良好成效。

我是纯粹研究西学的,在这里大谈＂国学热＂,从某种角度讲,也是印证了所谓的＂国学热＂。不单单是我个人,在国内学界研究西学的学者中间,有一批人对＂国学＂传统非常有兴趣,这也增添了国学研究中的内部张力。一、学科建设印证了＂国学热＂1984年,汤一介先生在深圳大学建立了改革开放后国内第一所国学研究所。

从缮性至心智训练——Mental discipline在中国的引入

Mental discipline是民国时期由严复从西方教育哲学中引入的概念,它蕴含着西方经典的教育价值取向。迄今为止,国内学者采取的译名有缮性、心智训练、智力训练以及心灵陶冶。缮性等译名既有其产生的学术史土壤,亦包含了译者对于教育的价值期待,然其合宜性有待商榷。相较而言,心智形塑一词,规避了训练的严苛和机械之涵义,其在教育方向、方式和教育对象的涵义方面更贴合原词。

上海区级疾病预防控制机构现代化建设思考与展望

本文根据国家关于推动疾病预防控制事业高质量发展指导意见的要求,结合上海市疾病预防控制体系现代化建设进展与经验,总结了近年来上海区级疾控机构的建设成效,并结合当前超大城市疾病预防控制各项任务需求与下阶段疾控事业发展目标要求,梳理作为直辖市和超大城市基层疾控机构建设发展所面临的紧迫问题。在监测预警、检验检测、应急处置、信息化建设、学科人才发展和区域协同联动等方面对加强区级疾控机构建设,推进区域疾控体系同质化、一体化发展提出若干思考和建议,为下阶段做好推动落实疾病预防控制高质量发展各项任务,以及各地相关政策规划的制定提供参考。

研究生教育是国家高层次人才自主培养的主渠道,是拔尖创新人才培养的主阵地,也是教育、科技、人才三位一体发展的关键点。学科专业目录是学科专业的制度性呈现,研究生教育学科专业目录为学科专业建设、人才培养、培养质量评价、学位授予和学位授权审核提供基本依据。文章围绕研究生学科专业目录规范管理和研究生招生学科专业代码编制规则,以基础医学、公共卫生与预防医学两个一级学科为例,分析一流医学院校研究生学科专业目录设置,探讨创新促进交叉融合招生和学位授予机制以及“双轮驱动”医学人才培养体系的创新实践。

基于新版学科专业目录 创新医学人才培养机制

2024年研究生招生、培养工作将按《研究生教育学科专业目录(2022年)》进行。本研究回顾1983年以来我国人才培养学科专业目录历史演变过程,分析新版学科专业目录管理办法内涵,提出创新医学拔尖人才培养机制:一是打破学科专业壁垒,深化学科交叉融合;二是创新学科组织形式,改革人才培养模式;三是加强一流学科建设,提升人才培养质量。
