This is a report case of radicular hemisection of lower molar with decay and bone loss that compromise distal root. 目的利用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)研究不同年龄段的下颌第一磨牙独立远中舌根的根管,探讨其增龄性变化,以期为临床根管治疗有所指导。方法选取200例具有独立远中舌根的门诊患者,其中年龄≤40岁者(≤40岁组)100例,...目的利用锥形束CT(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)研究不同年龄段的下颌第一磨牙独立远中舌根的根管,探讨其增龄性变化,以期为临床根管治疗有所指导。方法选取200例具有独立远中舌根的门诊患者,其中年龄≤40岁者(≤40岁组)100例,年龄>40岁者(>40岁组)100例。2组均进行CBCT扫描,图像分析包括:1)远中舌根根管口与远中颊根根管口间距(DL-DB)的测量;2)近中舌根根管口与远中舌根根管口间距(ML-DL)的测量;3)远舌根管的近远中向及颊舌向弯曲度及弯曲部位的判定。结果 1)DL-DB间距:≤40岁组为( 3.20±0.85)mm,>40岁组为(3.05±0.76)mm,2组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。2)ML-DL间距:≤40岁组为(3.74±0.44)mm,>40岁组为(3.69±0.52)mm,2组比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05)。3)远舌根管颊舌向弯曲度:≤40岁组为(35.5±6.7)°,>40岁组为(37.6±7.2)°,2组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05);远舌根管近远中向弯曲度:≤40岁组为(9.1±8.2)°,>40岁组为(9.7±6.1)°,2组比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05);≤40岁组和>40岁组弯曲部位均绝大多数位于根中1/3。结论下颌第一磨牙随着年龄的增长,DL和DB根管口间距离会缩小,远舌根管弯曲度会增大。展开更多
目的探讨引导骨再生术(guided bone regeneration,GBR)联合根面平整术治疗下颌阻生智齿拔除后第二磨牙远中骨缺损的临床研究。方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月本院口腔颌面外科日常诊疗中要求拔除下颌阻生智齿且第二磨牙远中骨缺损达根长2/...目的探讨引导骨再生术(guided bone regeneration,GBR)联合根面平整术治疗下颌阻生智齿拔除后第二磨牙远中骨缺损的临床研究。方法选择2020年1月-2021年1月本院口腔颌面外科日常诊疗中要求拔除下颌阻生智齿且第二磨牙远中骨缺损达根长2/3以上的患者100例,按就诊顺序分为对照组、观察组,各50例。对照组行常规阻生智齿微创拔牙手术,观察组在微创拔牙后给予GBR联合根面平整术,比较两组治疗前后效果。结果治疗后6个月,观察组颊侧远中牙周袋深度、远中骨高度指标均较对照组有明显的恢复(P<0.05),且第二磨牙松动、敏感发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05);术后6个月,颊轴角、舌轴角、牙槽嵴顶BC值均较对照组低(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组RANKL/OPG、IL-1β、IL-23指标水平均较对照组低(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组生活质量评分各维度评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论GBR联合根面平整术不仅能够修复下颌第二磨牙拔牙后远中骨缺损,降低炎症反应,还能改善术后牙齿敏感、牙齿松动的症状,提高患者术后生活质量,值得推广。展开更多
Generation of the root greatly benefits higher plants living on land.Continuous root growth and development are achieved by the root apical meristem,which acts as a reservoir of stem cells.The stem cells,on the one ha...Generation of the root greatly benefits higher plants living on land.Continuous root growth and development are achieved by the root apical meristem,which acts as a reservoir of stem cells.The stem cells,on the one hand,constantly renew themselves through cell division.On the other hand,they differentiate into functional cells to form diverse tissues of the root.The balance between the maintenance and consumption of the root apical meristem is governed by cell-to-cell communications.Receptor-like protein kinases(RLKs),a group of signaling molecules localized on the cell surface,have been implicated in sensing multiple endogenous and environmental signals for plant development and stress adaptation.Over the past two decades,various RLKs and their ligands have been revealed to participate in regulating root meristem homeostasis.In this review,we focus on the recent studies about RLK-mediated signaling in regulating the maintenance and consumption of the root apical meristem.展开更多
