In this paper, the characteristics of an atmospheric pressure helium plasma jet generated by a dual-power electrode (DPE) configuration are investigated by using a two-dimensional fluid model. The effect of a needle electrode on the discharge is studied by comparing the results of the DPE configuration with those of the single ring electrode configuration. It is found that the existence of the needle leads to the generation of a helium plasma jet with a higher propagation velocity, higher species density, and larger discharge width. Furthermore, the influences of the needle radius and needle-to-ring discharge gap on the generation of a plasma jet are also studied. The simulation results indicate that the needle electrode has an evident influence on the plasma jet characteristics. 展开更多

Electroslag casting with parallel fixed-movable dual electrodes is a new method for achieving better quality of castings in complex mold cavities.In this work,a mathematical model,y=kx^2+(k+1)x,was established to describe the ideal correlation between the current ratio(y)and the cross-sectional area ratio(x)of the dual electrodes,where k is the filling ratio.Investigation was conducted on the electroslag casting process with dual electrodes of various cross-sectional areas,but at a constant k value.The experimental results indicated that the ideal correlation was obtained at the stable casting stage,and the fitting results were consistent with the experimental results at certain k values.The experimental findings show that better castings can be obtained when the current ratio is greater than 1.536 and the cross-sectional area ratio is greater than 0.5. 展开更多

Based on the single biasing electrode experiments to optimize the confinement of plasma in the device of KT-5C tokamak, dual-biasing electrodes were inserted into the KT5C plasma for the first time to explore the enhancing effects of biasing and the mechanisms of the biasing. By means of applying different combinations of biasing voltages onto the dual electrodes, the changes of Er, which are the key factor for boosting up the Er × B flow shear, were observed. The time evolution showed that the inner electrode played a major role in dual-biasing, which drew larger current than the outer one. The outer electrode produced little influence. It turned out that the dual-biasing electrodes were as effective as a single one in improving the plasma confinement, for the mechanism of biasing was essentially an edge effect. 展开更多

The dual-electrode structure proposed by Jung splits the electrode region and increases the flexibility of fine tuning non-uniformity. Different RF voltages,frequencies, phase-shifts and electrode areas are simulated and the influences are discussed. RF voltage and electrode area have a non-monotonic effect on non-uniformity, while frequency has a monotonic effect. Phase-shift has a cyclical influence on non-uniformity. A special combination of 224 V voltage and 11% area ratio with 10 MHz lowers the non-uniformity of the original set(200 V voltage and 0% area ratio with 10 MHz) by 46.5%. The position of the plasma density peak at the probe line has been tracked and properly tuning the phase-shift can obtain the same trace as tuning frequency or voltage. 展开更多

The sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes(SEs)reactivity toward moisture and Li-metal are huge barriers that impede their large-scale manufactu ring and applications in all-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs).Herein,we proposed an Al and O dual-doped strategy for Li_(3)PS_(4)SE to regulate the chemical/electrochemical stability of anionic PS_(4)^(3-)tetrahedra to mitigate structural hydrolysis and parasitic reactions at the SE/Li interface.The optimized Li_(3.08)A_(10.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presents the highestσLi+of 3.27 mS cm^(-1),which is~6.8 times higher than the pristine Li_(3)PS_(4)and excellently inhibits the structural hydrolysis for~25 min@25%humidity at RT.DFT calculations confirmed that the enhanced chemical stability was revealed to the intrinsically stable entities,e.g.,POS33-units.Moreover,Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE cycled stably in Li//Li symmetric cell over 1000 h@0.1 mA cm^(-2)/0.1 mA h cm^(-2),could be revealed to Li-Al alloy and Li_(2)Oat SE/Li interface impeding the growth of Li-dendrites during cycling.Resultantly,LNO@LCO/Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)/Li-In cell delivered initial discharge capacities of 129.8 mA h g^(-1)and 83.74%capacity retention over 300 cycles@0.2 C at RT.Moreover,the Li_(3.08)Al_(0.04)P_(0.96)S_(3.92)O_(0.08)SE presented>90%capacity retention over 200 and 300 cycles when the cell was tested with LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)(NCA)cathode material vs.5 and 10 mg cm^(-2)@RT. 展开更多

基于无机嵌入化合物电极材料的锂离子电池在低温(<-20℃)下会失去大部分容量,限制了其在电动汽车、航空航天和国防等关键领域的应用。与传统的无机嵌入化合物电极材料相比,具有氧化还原活性基团的有机电极材料通常表现出较快的电极... 基于无机嵌入化合物电极材料的锂离子电池在低温(<-20℃)下会失去大部分容量,限制了其在电动汽车、航空航天和国防等关键领域的应用。与传统的无机嵌入化合物电极材料相比,具有氧化还原活性基团的有机电极材料通常表现出较快的电极反应动力学、较强的载流子适应性和优异的低温性能。同时,有机电极材料具有结构可设计性强、资源丰富、环境友好等优点,近年来在二次电池研究领域中受到了广泛关注。本文主要介绍了基于有机电极材料的低温电池体系的研究进展,根据不同氧化还原反应机理对有机电极材料进行了分类,阐述了有机电极材料的储能机制及其特点,结合近几年国内外研究介绍了有机物金属(离子)、非金属离子电池,有机物双离子电池等几类典型的低温有机物电池体系,分析了不同工作机理的有机电极材料在低温下的电化学行为,最后总结了有机电极材料在低温电池中的应用前景和挑战,旨在为未来低温有机物电池中有机电极材料的设计及其与电解液的适配性提供指导。 展开更多

目的 利用新绿原酸(NCGA)与Al^(3+)的相互作用,建立一种基于NCGA的紫外吸收和电化学双信号响应的Al^(3+)分析新方法。方法 基于NCGA与单壁碳纳米管(CNTs)之间的π-π堆积作用,构建了NCGA/CNTs/GC电极。利用差分脉冲(DPV)技术和修饰电极... 目的 利用新绿原酸(NCGA)与Al^(3+)的相互作用,建立一种基于NCGA的紫外吸收和电化学双信号响应的Al^(3+)分析新方法。方法 基于NCGA与单壁碳纳米管(CNTs)之间的π-π堆积作用,构建了NCGA/CNTs/GC电极。利用差分脉冲(DPV)技术和修饰电极在+0.23 V的氧化电流的下降对Al^(3+)进行定量分析。基于NCGA对Al^(3+)在325 nm处的吸收降低同时伴随365 nm新峰生成的紫外光谱响应,并且在277和340 nm处出现等吸收点,利用365 nm和325nm处的吸光度值之比(A_(365)/A_(325))对Al^(3+)进行定量分析。结果 基于NCGA的分析方法对Al^(3+)的紫外吸收在0.1~100μmol·L^(-1)呈现出良好的线性关系,检测限为0.034μmol·L^(-1);基于NCGA的修饰电极对Al^(3+)的电流响应在0.01~0.1,0.1~10和10~100μmol·L^(-1)呈现良好的线性关系,检测限为0.45 nmol·L^(-1)。生理浓度的其他金属离子和生理活性物质对两种信号测定方法均无明显干扰。在NCGA的紫外分析方法和电化学分析方法下,大鼠血清的加标回收率分别为97.4%~101%(n=3)和98.5%~99.4%(n=3)。结论 本方法具有良好的线性、选择性和准确度,并被成功用于大鼠中Al^(3+)的准确定量。该方法有望应用于Al^(3+)相关的生理和病理事件研究。 展开更多

In dual-ion batteries (DIBs), energy storage is achieved by intercalation/de-intercalation of both cations and anions. Due to the mismatch between ion diameter and layer space of active materials, however, volume expansion and exfoliation always occur for electrode materials. Herein, an integrated electrode Co3O4/carbon fiber paper (CFP) is prepared as the anode of DIB. As the Co3O4 nanosheets grow on CFP substrate vertically, it promotes the immersion of electrolyte and shortens the pathway for ionic transport. Besides, the strong interaction between Co3O4 and CFP substrate reduces the possibility of sheet exfoliation. An integrated-electrode-based DIB is therefore packaged using Co3O4/CFP as anode and graphite as cathode. As a result, a high energy density of 72 Wh/kg is achieved at a power density of 150 W/kg. The design of integrated electrode provides a new route for the development of high-performance DIBs. 展开更多

为研究微生物电池在浓药降解方面的应用,以纳米银(rGO/Ag)复合修饰/石墨毡(graphite felt,GF)电极作为阳极,研究双室微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)的产电性能及其对五氟磺草胺降解的影响。结果表明:以Desulfovibriode sulfur... 为研究微生物电池在浓药降解方面的应用,以纳米银(rGO/Ag)复合修饰/石墨毡(graphite felt,GF)电极作为阳极,研究双室微生物燃料电池(microbial fuel cell,MFC)的产电性能及其对五氟磺草胺降解的影响。结果表明:以Desulfovibriode sulfuricans为产电菌,初始五氟磺草胺质量浓度为10mg/L时,经rGO/Ag复合修饰MFC的GF阳极后,MFC的产电性能及对五氟磺草胺的降解作用皆有所提高,其中,分别以GF电极和rGO/Ag/GF复合电极为阳极时,MFC的双电层电容量分别为1.46×10^(-3)和3.85×10^(-3)mF,电子转移阻抗分别为114和61Ω,五氟磺草胺降解率分别为53.6%和67.3%。改变初始五氟磺草胺浓度和酸碱度可以影响MFC产电性能和五氟磺草胺降解作用,初始五氟磺草胺浓度为5 mg/L时,MFC的最大功率密度和五氟磺草胺的降解率分别为136.8 mW/m^(2)和70.5%,但随着初始五氟磺草胺浓度增加,其产电性能和降解作用会受到一定程度的抑制。初始酸碱度为弱碱性和中性条件时,MFC的产电性能及降解作用较高,其功率密度和降解率分别145.5 mW/m^(2)和71.4%,研究表明,MFC可以利用五氟磺草胺作为燃料,在降解的过程中同时产生电能。研究结果可为实现五氟磺草胺高效降解的同时提高MFC产电性能提供理论依据。 展开更多

耦合可再生电能的电解水制氢是一项极具前景的绿氢技术,该技术仍受限于阳极析氧反应(OER)动力学慢、过电位高等问题的限制。在阳极端采用热力学更容易的电氧化反应代替OER,可大幅降低电耗并且在阳极端获得增值产物,是电解制氢的一种新... 耦合可再生电能的电解水制氢是一项极具前景的绿氢技术,该技术仍受限于阳极析氧反应(OER)动力学慢、过电位高等问题的限制。在阳极端采用热力学更容易的电氧化反应代替OER,可大幅降低电耗并且在阳极端获得增值产物,是电解制氢的一种新策略。甘油作为生物柴油生产的主要副产品且产能过剩,其电催化氧化(GOR)理论电位比OER低。基于此,本研究工作报道了一种耦合酸性析氢反应(HER)与碱性GOR的混合酸/碱双电解液的制氢电解器,其以泡沫镍(NF)支撑Co_(3)O_(4)纳米片(NS)电极(Co_(3)O_(4)·NSs/NF)为阳极,商用碳载铂修饰碳布电极为阴极。在阳极端,Co_(3)O_(4)·NSs/NF对GOR电催化表现出较低的过电位和转化为甲酸盐的高选择性。在该混合酸/碱双电解液电解槽中,仅仅需要额外施加0.55 V的外加电压,即可达到10 mA·cm^(-2)的产氢电解电流密度,并可以在阳极将甘油高选择性地转化为甲酸盐,其中产氢的法拉第效率接近100%。本研究工作为电解制氢提供了一条节电、阳极增值转化的技术路线。 展开更多

In parallel dual electrode approach, two 100 μm-diameter Cu disks arranged side by side were used as the dual working electrode for the simultaneous determination of a mixture of carbohydrates and amino acids. In serial dual electrode approach, two working electrodes were arranged in a disk-ring manner for the simultaneous determination of both cysteine and cystine; the disk electrode was Hg/Au serving as the upstream electrode, the ring electrode was 5% CoPC carbon paste serving aa the downstream electrode. 展开更多

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti膜电极,X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)和光电性能测试进行了表征,结果表明,Bi元素掺杂进入了TiO2催化剂,拓展了催化剂的光响应波长,使其在可见光下有较明显的光电响应... 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti膜电极,X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)和光电性能测试进行了表征,结果表明,Bi元素掺杂进入了TiO2催化剂,拓展了催化剂的光响应波长,使其在可见光下有较明显的光电响应.将Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti光阳极与Cu阴极组装成双极液膜反应器,在可见光下光催化处理活性艳红X-3B,得出当初始pH值为2.52,废水流量为80mL/min时,处理20mg/L活性艳红X-3B 150min,脱色率可达88%.双极液膜法可见光光催化的初步机理考察表明,光生电子自发由Bi2O3-TiO2表面转移到Cu电极表面,并在Cu电极表面直接还原染料,或与其表面液膜中的溶解氧反应生成H2O2,进而参与染料的氧化,由此可实现Bi2O3-TiO2/Ti的直接氧化和Cu阴极的直接还原和间接氧化的双极双效效果. 展开更多
