High dynamic synchronization algorithm based on cyclic spectral density

A new high dynamic synchronization algorithm using cyclic spectral density was presented according to the theories of cyclic spectral density and its anti-interface and anti-noise properties.The closed forms of frequency error and phase error were obtained,and their performances were analyzed.The in-phase signal throw costas loop was normalized to obtain a cosine signal.Cyclic spectral density of the cosine signal of was computed to obtain the frequency error and the phase error and then results were put into NCO to synchronize.Finally,the performance of the presented algorithms was compared with the conventional algorithms by virtue of simulations,and the simulation results proved the correctness and the superiority of the new algorithms. 展开更多

In the paper, we study effects of scale-free (SF) topology on dynamical synchronization and control in coupled map lattices (CIVIL). Our strategy is to apply three feedback control methods, including constant feedback and two types of time-delayed feedback, to a small fraction of network nodes to reach desired synchronous state. Two controlled bifurcation diagrams verses feedback strength are obtained respectively. It is found that the value of critical feedback strength γc for the first time-delayed feedback control is increased linearly as e is increased linearly. The GML with SF loses synchronization and intermittency occurs if γ 〉 γc. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate all results. 展开更多

We study the synchronization dynamics in a system of multiple interacting populations of phase oscillators. Using the dimensionality-reduction technique of Ott and Antonsen, we explore different types of synchronization dynamics when the incoherent state becomes unstable. We find that the inter-population coupling is crucial to the synchronization. When the intra-population interaction is repulsive, the local synchronization can still be maintained through the inter-population coupling. For attractive inter-population coupling, the local order parameters in different populations are of in-phase while the local synchronization are of anti-phase for repulsive inter-population coupling. 展开更多

In this paper, the synchronization problem of three homodromy coupled exciters in a non-resonant vibrating system of plane motion is studied. By introducing the average method of modified small parameters, we deduced dimensionless coupling equation of three exciters, which converted the problem of synchronization into that of the existence and stability of zero solutions for the average differential equations of the small parameters. Based on the dimensionless coupling torques and characteristics of the cor- responding limited functions, the synchronization criterion for three exciters was derived as the absolute value of dimensionless residual torque difference between arbitrary two motors being less than the maximum of their dimensionless coupling torques. The stability criterion of its synchronous state lies in the double-condition that the inertia coupling matrix is positive definite and all its elements are positive as well. The synchronization determinants are the coefficients of synchronization ability, also called as the general dynamical symmetry coefficients. The double-equilibrium state of the vibrating system is manifested by numeric method, and the numeric and simulation results derived thereof indicate the indispensable and crucial role the structural parameters of the vibrating system play in the stability criterion of synchronous operation. Besides, by adjusting its structural parameters, the elliptical motion of the vibrating system successfully met the requirements in engineering applications. 展开更多

An over-modulation based vector control strategy for interior permanent magnet synchronous machine( IPMSM) is proposed and investigated. The strategy increases the reference flux weakening voltage to improve efficiency in flux weakening region of IPMSMwith the same dynamic torque response performance in standard SV Mtechnique. The relationship between dynamic torque performance and the reference flux weakening voltage is also discussed. In order to achieve fast and smooth shift process,the torque response must be less than 20 ms in the parallel hybrid electric vehicle( HEV),according to this,modeling and experimental studies were carried out. The results show that the proposed strategy can achieve the same dynamic and steady state torque performance with higher reference flux weakening voltage,which means higher efficiency. 展开更多

This paper considers the pose synchronization problem of a group of moving rigid bodies under switching topologies where the dwell time of each topology may has no nonzero lower bound. The authors introduce an average dwell time condition to characterize the length of time intervals in which the graphs are connected. By designing distributed control laws of angular velocity and linear velocity,the closed-loop dynamics of multiple rigid bodies with switching topologies can be converted into a hybrid dynamical system. The authors employ the Lyapunov stability theorem, and show that the pose synchronization can be reached under the average dwell time condition. Moreover, the authors investigate the pose synchronization problem of the leader-following model under a similar average dwell time condition. Simulation examples are given to illustrate the results. 展开更多
