Through researching on 56 super enterprises of information industry in Sichuan province, throughout China and the world, analyzing and comparatively studying the support ability of a website to an enterprise's e-commerce, this paper brings forward using five levels to categorize the support ability of a website to enterprise's e-commerce. Based on the preliminary understanding of the content and characteristics of China's agricultural product trading website,the paper builds a scientific evaluation indicator system and evaluates 50 typical agricultural product trading websites objectively by using classification and grading method. The results show that the overall construction level of China's agricultural product trading websites is general,and there are obvious differences between regions; the lack of website commercial function and the lag of informatization are the main factors restricting the development of agricultural product trading websites. 展开更多

The technique maintainers are always faced with the problem how to locate the prime factors which affect the quality of the websites. In view of the complexity and fuzziness of BtoC webslte, a quality diagnosis method based on the multl-attribute and multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model including all the quality factors is proposed. A simple example of diagnosis on a famous domestic BtoC websites shows the specific steps of this method and proves its validity. The industrial prosperity proposed in the overall requirement of rural revitalization strategy in the Report of the 19th National Congress is the cornerstone of rural development. E-commerce poverty alleviation is an effective way of poverty alleviation in recent years. This paper mainly explored the factors influencing the rural e-commerce poverty alleviation and the evaluation of poverty alleviation effects,in order to come up with countermeasures and recommendations to provide assistance and guidance for the use of e-commerce to achieve poverty alleviation and accordingly to revitalize the rural industry. Firstly,using the literature research method,it proposed four level Ⅰ indicators influencing the e-commerce poverty alleviation,and designed a detailed level Ⅱ indicator system under each dimension. Then,the questionnaire survey method was employed to collect data for SPSS analysis to verify whether the designed indicator system is correct. Finally,it analyzed the problem of the current stage of e-commerce poverty alleviation by means of the quadrifid graph,and came up with corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the four key levek I factors. 展开更多

With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology,its application field has gradually expanded.To further apply the deep reinforcement learning technology to the field of dynamic pricing,we build an intelligent dynamic pricing system,introduce the reinforcement learning technology related to dynamic pricing,and introduce existing research on the number of suppliers(single supplier and multiple suppliers),environmental models,and selection algorithms.A two-period dynamic pricing game model is designed to assess the optimal pricing strategy for e-commerce platforms under two market conditions and two consumer participation conditions.The first step is to analyze the pricing strategies of e-commerce platforms in mature markets,analyze the optimal pricing and profits of various enterprises under different strategy combinations,compare different market equilibriums and solve the Nash equilibrium.Then,assuming that all consumers are naive in the market,the pricing strategy of the duopoly e-commerce platform in emerging markets is analyzed.By comparing and analyzing the optimal pricing and total profit of each enterprise under different strategy combinations,the subgame refined Nash equilibrium is solved.Finally,assuming that the market includes all experienced consumers,the pricing strategy of the duopoly e-commerce platform in emerging markets is analyzed. 展开更多

In the digital era,more and more people tend to look for travel-related information on the Internet.Hence,destination marketing organization(DMO)websites can play a decisive role in affecting people’s destination choices.Based on the study of Pai,Xia,and Wang,Macao’s DMO website received the lowest score in the effectiveness when compared to the other four tourism destinations:Japan,Korea,Hong Kong,and Thailand.This paper aimed to carry out a comparative analysis on the functionality among three DMO websites in Asia.Each website was examined in great detail,and the features were categorized according to a well-established conceptual framework pioneered by Li and Wang.Consequently,the results of this study gave useful information and new insights to destination marketing managers in terms of gap analysis and the development of new features for their websites.The results of this research could be used as benchmarking purposes in regards to website functionality.In addition,DMO websites in western countries,such as Canada,were also examined for a better understanding of the comprehensiveness of the available website functionality aimed for prospective visitors.Business and managerial implications were also discussed. 展开更多

The diversity of e-commerce Business to Consumer systems and the significant increase in their use during the COVID-19 pandemic as a one of the primary channels of retail commerce, has made all the most important the need to measuring their quality using practical methods. This paper presents a quality evaluation framework for web metrics that are B2C specific. The framework uses three dimensions based on end-user interaction categories, metrics internal specs and quality sub-characteristics as defined by ISO25010. Beginning from the existing large corpus of general-purpose web metrics, e-commerce specific metrics are chosen and categorized. Analysis results are subjected to a data mining analysis to provide association rules between the various dimensions of the framework. Finally, an ontology that corresponds to the framework is developed to answer to complicated questions related to metrics use and to facilitate the production of new, user defined meta-metrics. 展开更多

Performance evaluation model of cross border e-commerce supply chain based on LMBP feedback neural network

In recent years,with the support of national policies,Cross Border E-Commerce(CBEC)has developed rapidly.This business model not only brings significant benefits to the national economy,but also has many unique challenges,especially at the level of supply chain management.Therefore,to enable CBEC enterprises to develop sustainable supply chain,this study discusses the performance evaluation model of supply chain and proposes a CBEC Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Model(CBECSC-EM)based on the Levenberg–Marquardt Backpropagation(LMBP)algorithm.This experiment constructs performance evaluation indicators for the supply chain of CBEC enterprises.On this basis,the LMBP algorithm is introduced,and improved in the experiment to make the overall performance of the evaluation model more scientific and reasonable.In the verification set,the maximum F1 values of LMBP,DEA,SBM,and BP are 98.46%,93.78%,87.29%,and 78.95%,respectively.The MAPE value of LMBP model is 0.102%,which is lower than the other three methods(0.282%,0.343%,and 0.385%)selected in the experiment.The maximum standard deviation rates of importance and operability of the evaluation indexes are 0.1346 and 0.1405,respectively,and there is a significant consistency between the expert scores.Therefore,the LMBP algorithm has broad application prospects in supply chain performance evaluation of CBEC enterprises. 展开更多

政府数据开放平台效率评估及影响因素实证研究——基于无导向SBM-Malmquist-Tobit模型

[目的/意义]效率评估有利于掌握平台开放效率情况。将SBM、Malmquist和Tobit模型结合起来,形成一个综合评估框架,不仅可以评估当前效率,还可以分析效率变化趋势和影响因素,为政府数据开放平台效率评估提供新的方法借鉴。[方法/过程]以2019-2022年中国10个省市政府数据开放平台的“投入-产出”面板数据作为数据来源,利用无导向SBM模型不需要预设生产可能性边界方向的特性,使平台效率评估更加灵活和全面;利用Malmquist指数可衡量时间序列数据效率变化的特性,帮助平台识别效率演变趋势;利用Tobit模型适用于分析截尾数据的特性,帮助识别效率背后各影响因素的作用机理。[结果/结论]省市政府数据开放平台效率水平整体呈上升趋势,平均增长率为17.1%,其中深圳、广东表现较为突出,平台通过优化流程、提高服务质量、增强用户体验、提升运营模式等措施,使整体效率得到了显著提升,为其他平台促进开放效率和成效提供了可借鉴的经验;平台的全要素生产率(M指数)平均增长率为17.1%,表明技术进步,但技术效率平均值下降,存在浪费或无效率问题。规模效率平均增长率为14.5%,但纯技术效率下降,表明平台需更注重提升纯技术效率;政府数据开放平台受到平台数据综合水平、数据平台建设水平、组织准备度、财政支持水平和公众外部需求的交叉正向影响。数据的多样性、质量及可用性,以及平台的功能设计、用户体验等方面是提升效率的关键因素,政府的重视程度、财政支持和社会公众的需求直接影响平台的综合效率水平。 展开更多

[目的/意义]智能问答系统已成为各类网站提供信息咨询服务的重要设施。政务咨询问题的复杂性,对政府网站智能问答系统的语义理解能力提出了更高要求。[方法/过程]文章采用南开大学网络社会治理研究中心开发的“基于语义理解力的政府网站智能客服评价体系”以及配套的测试题集,对我国30个省级政府网站智能问答系统的“问题解决质量”“服务交互质量”“基础建设质量”进行了评测。[结果/结论]上海、浙江、北京总分名列前三;当前政府网站智能问答系统在语义理解及场景化服务方面存在明显不足,仅有30%的系统得分达到及格线以上,部分问答系统在基础功能与服务交互方面存在较大提升空间。最后,文章提出扩展知识库、提升问题匹配精度、增加人文关怀等对策建议。 展开更多
