This paper is devoted to giving a brief review of some known characterizations of Sobolev spaces in Euclidean spaces and describing our recent study of new characterizations of Sobolev spaces on both Heisenberg groups and Euclidean spaces obtained in [12] and [13] and outlining their proofs. Our results extend those characterizations of first order Sobolev spaces in [32] to the Heisenberg group setting. The present note is concerned with two connected and highly important fundamental questions of physics and cosmology, namely if E8E8 Lie symmetry group describes the universe and where cosmic dark energy comes from. Furthermore, we reason following Wheeler, Hartle and Hawking that since the boundary of a boundary is an empty set which models the quantum wave of the cosmos, then it follows that dark energy is a fundamental physical phenomenon associated with the boundary of the holographic boundary. This leads directly to a clopen universe which is its own Penrose tiling-like multiverse with energy density in full agreement with COBE, WMAP and Type 1a supernova cosmic measurements. 展开更多

AIM: To figure out the contributed factors of the hospitalization expenses of senile cataract patients(HECP) and build up an area-specified senile cataract diagnosis related group(DRG) of Shanghai thereby formulating the reference range of HECP and providing scientific basis for the fair use and supervision of the health care insurance fund.METHODS: The data was collected from the first page of the medical records of 22 097 hospitalized patients from tertiary hospitals in Shanghai from 2010 to 2012 whose major diagnosis were senile cataract. Firstly, we analyzed the influence factors of HECP using univariate and multivariate analysis. DRG grouping was conducted according to the exhaustive Chi-squared automatic interaction detector(E-CHAID) model, using HECP as target variable. Finally we evaluated the grouping results using non-parametric test such as Kruskal-Wallis H test, RIV, CV, etc.RESULTS: The 6 DRGs were established as well as criterion of HECP, using age, sex, type of surgery and whether complications/comorbidities occurred as the key variables of classification node of senile cataract cases.CONCLUSION: The grouping of senile cataract cases based on E-CHAID algorithm is reasonable. And the criterion of HECP based on DRG can provide a feasible way of management in the fair use and supervision of medical insurance fund. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the impact of the endogamous marriage culture on the prevalence of the hemoglobin E(HbE) recessive variant.Methods:The prevalence of the hemoglobin E(HbE)recessive variant was determined by dot-blot hybridization in 4 endogamous villages(1 Mlabri and 3 Htin ethnic groups) in comparison with 9 other nearby non-endogamous populations.Results:Although the overall HbE prevalence in the population studied(8.44%,33/391)was not significantly different from that of the general southeast Asian population,a high prevalence and individuals with homozygous HbE were observed in two villages,the Mlabri from Wiang Sa district and the Htin from Thung Chang district of Nan province(26.3%and26.9%,respectively).The low HbE allelic frequency noticed in some endogamous populations suggests that not only endogamy but also other evolutionary forces,such as founder effect and HbE/β-thalassemia negative selection may have an effect on the distribution of the HbE trait.Conclusion:Our study strongly documents that cultural impact has to be considered in the extensive prevalence studies for genetic disorders in the ethnic groups of northern Thailand. 展开更多

LSU in E. coli is efficient upon inducible expression of theprecursor RNA, In contrast, co-lranscriptional self-splicing of the intron in vitro is much lessactive. Therefore, this E. coli splicing system can be used as a better model to investigate theeffect of the ribozyme inhibitors on Ca. LSUsplicing in living cell. We examined (he effects ofneomycin sulfatc and pentamidine on Ca. LSU splicing in E. coli, and found that these drugsdoes-dependently inhibit the intron splicing. The trust plays an extremely important role in online shopping. In order to make online shopping trusty, this paper puts foreword a new trust model in e-commerce environment GIR-TM (Groups’ Internal Recommendation Trust Model). First, it regarded the network as a combination of groups, and then did the internal recommendation based on these groups. The GIR-TM, in the process of recommendation, distinguished clearly between the trust degrees of recommen-dation node and the trust degrees of recommended node, and then calculated the integrated credibility value of the recommended node according to the weight of recommendation node in the group, the partial trust degree and the de-gree of recommendation when the recommendation node recommends the recommended node, and the overall credibil-ity value of recommended node as well. Lastly through listing the experimental data and comparing with the HHRB-TM (History and Honest Recommendation Based Trust Model) on the same condition, it is verified that GIR-TM is feasible and effective. 展开更多

Realizing the physical reality of ‘tHooft’s self similar and dimensionaly regularized fractal-like spacetime as well as being inspired by a note worthy anecdote involving the great mathematician of Alexandria, Pythagoras and the larger than life man of theoretical physics Einstein, we utilize some deep mathematical connections between equivalence classes of equivalence relations and E-infinity theory quotient space. We started from the basic principles of self similarity which came to prominence in science with the advent of the modern theory of nonlinear dynamical systems, deterministic chaos and fractals. This fundamental logico-mathematical thread related to partially ordered sets is then applied to show how the classical Newton’s kinetic energy E = 1/2mv<sup>2</sup> leads to Einstein’s celebrated maximal energy equation E = mc<sup>2</sup> and how in turn this can be dissected into the ordinary energy density E(O) = mc<sup>2</sup>/22 and the dark energy density E(D) = mc<sup>2</sup>(21/22) of the cosmos where m is the mass;v is the velocity and c is the speed of light. The important role of the exceptional Lie symmetry groups and ‘tHooft-Veltman-Wilson dimensional regularization in fractal spacetime played in the above is also highlighted. The author hopes that the unusual character of the analysis and presentation of the present work may be taken in a positive vein as seriously attempting to propose a different and new way of doing theoretical physics by treating number theory, set theory, group theory, experimental physics as well as conventional theoretical physics on the same footing and letting all these diverse tools lead us to the answer of fundamental questions without fear of being labelled in one way or another. 展开更多

电商直播互动仪式群体视角下个体购买意愿的形成机制研究

受众在电商直播模式下的消费行为更多地表现为群体团结行为。然而现有研究主要基于电商主播的网红或意见领袖属性以及主播与受众的单维度互动关系来解释个体的购买意愿或行为,并不能很好地理解个体在互动仪式情景下所表现出的群体团结... 受众在电商直播模式下的消费行为更多地表现为群体团结行为。然而现有研究主要基于电商主播的网红或意见领袖属性以及主播与受众的单维度互动关系来解释个体的购买意愿或行为,并不能很好地理解个体在互动仪式情景下所表现出的群体团结消费行为。因此,本文从群体视角出发,借助互动仪式链理论,采用问卷结构方程模型探索电商直播互动仪式及体验对个体购买意愿形成的影响。结果显示,受众与主播及群体的互动体验正向促进受众对主播及群体的认同,提升受众的感知功利与享乐价值。但受众对主播及群体的认同并不能直接促进受众的购买意愿,而要通过符号价值来实现受众对主播及群体的认同向购买意愿的转化。研究表明主播认同可以在互动体验中转化为群体认同,并由群体认同上升为符号价值,驱动个体购买意愿的产生,促进群体消费团结行为的形成。 展开更多

目的 探讨长链非编码RNA人类白细胞抗原复合体18(lncRNA HCG18)调控微RNA-497-5p(miR-497-5p)/细胞周期蛋白E1(CCNE1)轴对弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭的影响。方法 实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)、蛋白质印迹法分别检测... 目的 探讨长链非编码RNA人类白细胞抗原复合体18(lncRNA HCG18)调控微RNA-497-5p(miR-497-5p)/细胞周期蛋白E1(CCNE1)轴对弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)细胞增殖、凋亡和侵袭的影响。方法 实时荧光定量PCR(qRT-PCR)、蛋白质印迹法分别检测2018年5月至2021年5月收集的恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院DLBCL病人淋巴组织、良性淋巴结增生病人的淋巴组织、人正常B细胞永生化细胞HMy2.CIR、DLBCL细胞系SU-DHL-1、OCI-LY8、U2932中HCG18、miR-497-5p表达及CCNE1蛋白表达,将OCI-LY8细胞分为Ct组(正常培养的OCI-LY8细胞)、pcDNA组(细胞转染过表达物阴性对照)、pcDNA-HCG18组(细胞转染HCG18过表达物)、si-NC组(细胞转染小干扰RNA阴性对照)、si-HCG18组(细胞转染HCG18小干扰RNA)、si-HCG18+inhibitorNC组(细胞转染HCG18小干扰RNA和抑制物阴性对照)、si-HCG18+miR-497-5p inhibitor组(细胞转染HCG18小干扰RNA和miR-497-5p抑制物),CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡,Transwell检测细胞侵袭,蛋白质印迹法检测CCNE1、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)蛋白表达,双萤光素酶验证HCG18与miR-497-5p、miR-497-5p与CCNE1的关系。结果 在DLBCL淋巴组织和细胞中,HCG18、CCNE1蛋白高表达,miR-497-5p低表达,且在OCI-LY8细胞中HCG18、CCNE1蛋白表达上调最高,miR-497-5p表达下调最多(P<0.05),因此,以OCI-LY8细胞进行后续研究,与si-NC组比较,si-HCG18组HCG18(0.26±0.03比1.01±0.01)、CCNE1蛋白(0.45±0.03比1.44±0.19)表达降低,miR-497-5p(1.95±0.14比1.03±0.02)表达升高(P<0.05),与pcDNA组比较,pcDNA-HCG18组HCG18(1.96±0.23比1.02±0.01)、CCNE1蛋白(2.33±0.21比1.42±0.18)表达升高,miR-497-5p(0.28±0.02比1.02±0.02)表达降低(P<0.05),与siHCG18组、si-HCG18+inhibitor NC组比较,miR-497-5p表达降低(1.21±0.09比1.95±0.14、1.94±0.13),CCNE1蛋白(0.87±0.08比0.45±0.03、0.44±0.04)表达上调(P<0.05),沉默HCG18可抑制OCI-LY8细胞增殖、侵袭行为及PCNA、MMP-9蛋白表达,诱导细胞凋亡及Bax蛋白表达,而上调HCG18则呈相反趋势,下调miR-497-5p逆转了沉默HCG18对OCI-LY8细胞增殖、侵袭、凋亡的影响,HCG18靶向调控miR-497-5p/CCNE1。结论 沉默HCG18可能通过调控miR-497-5p/CCNE1抑制OCI-LY8细胞增殖、侵袭,诱导细胞凋亡。 展开更多
