Embedded system is gradually penetrated into all fields of human society, and ubiquitous embedded applications constitute the 'ubiquitous' computing era. Embedded operating system is the core of the em-bedded system, and it directly affects the performance of the whole system. Our Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Embedded Technology has successfully developed five kinds of device-level embedded operating systems by more than ten years’ efforts, and these systems are Webit 5.0, Worix, μKernel, iDCX 128 and μc/os-II 128. This paper mainly analyses and compares the implementation mechanism and performance of these five kinds of device-level embedded operating systems in detail. 展开更多

目的观察穴位埋线对哮喘大鼠肺组织磷酸化p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p-p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p-p38 MAPK)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)的表达和嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)的影... 目的观察穴位埋线对哮喘大鼠肺组织磷酸化p38丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(p-p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,p-p38 MAPK)、γ-干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)的表达和嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)的影响,探讨穴位埋线治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、西药组和穴位埋线组,采用卵蛋白和氢氧化铝混悬液制备哮喘模型,西药组连续2周给予地塞米松腹腔注射治疗,穴位埋线组于肺俞、肾俞、脾俞、定喘和膻中处行埋线治疗,观察各组大鼠引喘潜伏期的变化,HE染色观察肺组织病理形态学的变化,透射电镜观察肺组织中EOS超微结构的变化,瑞氏染色观察肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)中EOS的相对含量,Western blot检测肺组织中p-p38 MAPK、IFN-γ、IL-4蛋白的表达。结果模型组大鼠支气管形态结构异常,大鼠肺组织EOS处于活化状态,西药组和穴位埋线组支气管变形程度减轻,大鼠肺组织EOS出现细胞自噬样结构的变化。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠引喘潜伏期明显缩短(P<0.01),大鼠BALF中EOS的相对含量、肺组织中p-p38 MAPK和IL-4蛋白的表达量明显升高(P<0.01),而IFN-γ蛋白的表达量明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,西药组和穴位埋线组大鼠的引喘潜伏期明显延长(P<0.01),大鼠BALF中EOS的相对含量、肺组织中p-p38 MAPK和IL-4蛋白的表达量明显降低(P<0.01),而IFN-γ蛋白的表达量明显升高(P<0.01)。结论穴位埋线可以通过抑制p38 MAPK信号通路的传导,纠正Th1/Th2失衡,从而影响肺组织中EOS的浸润和活化,发挥治疗哮喘的作用。 展开更多

Finish the design of the ARM-based embedded system platform, combined with the hardware requirements of the experimental platform, transplant the powerful Uboot as the Bootloader of the system, and further transplant the Linux-2.6. 32 kernel to the system start the operation normally, and finally, build the root file to finish the study of its portability. 展开更多

Analysis of Airplane Precipitation Operation on Embedded Convective Clouds in Hunan Province

Based on NCEP 1°×1° reanalysis data, ground encryption houdy precipitation, FY-2E stationary satellite and Doppler radar data, the structural characteristics of precipitation clouds in Hunan Province and the effects of airplane precipitation operation were analyzed. The results show that under the effects of low-pressure system and southwest monsoon, Hunan was rich in water vapor, which was beneficial to the maintaining of precipitation clouds. During the process of the artificial precipitation operation over Hunan Province, convection developed vigorously, and precipita- tion was strong in the south of the province; embedded convective clouds were dominant and precipitation was weak in the east of the province. Cloud optical thickness correlated with ground precipitation positively. After catalyzing, echo at high altitudes responded firstly, and the echo intensi- ty increased gradually; the response of low-altitude echo lagged behind that of high-altitude echo. It shows that catalysis could lead to increase of upper precipitation particles in size and quantity. As time goes on, upper precipitation particles descended to low altitudes, so that echo intensity in- creased at low altitudes. It is clearly seen that catalysis could lead to increase of echo intensity and prolong the lifetime of target clouds to improve the area of strong echo zone, showing obvious positive catalytic effect. At the same time, houdy average precipitation in the affected region tended to increase stably and was obviously more than that of the contrast region where hourly average precipitation reduced gradually with time. The changing trend of hourly average precipitation in the affected region correlated positively with the response of radar echo. 展开更多

目的探讨布地奈德喷鼻联合灌洗对鼻窦炎患者功能性内窥镜鼻窦术的临床效果观察及对变应原特异性IgE(sIgE)、外周血嗜酸粒细胞(Eos)水平的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2021年3月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的72例鼻窦炎患者,所有患者均行... 目的探讨布地奈德喷鼻联合灌洗对鼻窦炎患者功能性内窥镜鼻窦术的临床效果观察及对变应原特异性IgE(sIgE)、外周血嗜酸粒细胞(Eos)水平的影响。方法选取2019年9月至2021年3月新乡医学院第三附属医院收治的72例鼻窦炎患者,所有患者均行功能性内窥镜鼻窦术治疗,按照数字随机表达法分配为对照组与观察组,每组各36例,对照组给予布地奈德喷鼻治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合鼻腔灌洗,比较两组术前术后鼻黏膜纤毛功能、改良Lund-Mackay内镜评分系统(MLMES)鼻窦内镜评分及血清sIgE、Eos评分。结果术前,两组鼻黏膜纤毛功能水平、MLMES、sIgE、Eos均相近(P>0.05);术后,两组各项指标均有改善,而观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行功能性内窥镜鼻窦术的鼻窦炎患者治疗中采用布地奈德喷鼻及灌洗的联合治疗,疗效显著,对患者鼻黏膜功能、黏膜形态以及血清sIgE、Eos水平均有积极的影响,值得推广。 展开更多
