The most directly expressions of the relationships between human and nature lie in the relationships between human and water,human and soil（ stone）,human and vegetation（ plant）. Water,soil and vegetation are interdependent,restricted coexisted and developed from one another,which are integrated and correlated. The history of human＇s survival and development on the earth is one related continuously with water,soil（ stone）,vegetation（ plant）,which involves with the protection and reasonable utilization of water,soil and vegetation resources（ also known as soil and water ecological resources）,and it has summarized and accumulated abundant culture concerned with the harmonious coexistence of human with water,soil and vegetation,which is the soil and water ecological culture. All peoples of China have accumulated rich soil and water ecological culture in the long term,such as integrated view of nature,nature admiring,nature praising,nature protection and reasonable utilization of nature. It is especially important and urgent in the current times to carry forward soil and water ecological culture.

Research on Rural Landscape Design from the Perspective of Ecological Culture

Although rural landscape design brings convenience to farmers,there are many problems such as severe homogenization,lack of local culture and lack of comprehensive planning.The distant points of planning are refl ected by highlighting distinctive regional culture,advocating construction of ecological culture,and encouraging protection of traditional architecture.The problems in rural landscape design are settled by solving three agricultural problems and promoting the development of rural tourism,so as to achieve the coordinated development of rural economy and culture.

Effects of Tibetan Traditional Ecological Culture on Ecological Environment of Tibetan Areas

Firstly, the characteristics and roles of Tibetan traditional ecological culture were introduced, and then the predicament of Tibetan traditional ecological culture when facing modem ecological problems was analyzed, finally some suggestions giving full play to the active roles of Tibetan traditional ecological culture were put forward, such as paying more attention to the beneficial factors of Tibetan traditional ecological culture, capturing the bonding point of Tibetan traditional ecological culture and modern science, and meeting legitimate development demand and rationally developing and utilizing natural resources.

Evaluation on Port Ecological Culture——Take Yangshan Port of Shanghai as an Example

Combining development demand of the port and characteristics and role of the culture, and using information precipitation method and common factor extraction method of factor-analysis dimensionality reduction, three-grade indicator system of the port ecological culture is construc- ted. By using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, evaluation model of the port ecological culture is established. By combining the construction of ecological culture in Yangshan Port, case analysis is conducted. Result shows that ecological culture development in Yangshan Port is below moderate level, and Yangshan Port needs to strengthen ecological culture construction to improve whole average level. Finally, for ecologi- cal culture construction of the enterprise, we propose suggestions that enterprise can refer the designed indicator and weight, and clarify focus and direction of the construction.

Marine Ecological Civilization Construction Based on Marine Ecological Culture

Marine ecological civilization is an important part of the socialist ecological civilization, and marine ecological civilization construction is the fundamental way to realize the sustainable development of coastal economy and society. Moreover, it has great theoretical and practical signifi- cance. In this paper, from the perspective of marine ecological culture, the important significance of building marine ecological civilization was ex- plored, and the problems existing in marine ecological civilization construction were analyzed from four aspects of management system, marine in- dustry, ecological action and marine culture. According to the problems, a series of measures to build marine ecological civilization were put for- ward, such as improving marine management system, optimizing marine industrial structure, strengthening infrastructure construction in coastal are- as, and speeding up the development of marine cultural creative industries.

Ecological Cultures of Traditional Hani Villages

Villages of Hani Nationality are located above the elevation of 1,400-1,800 m, halfway up the Ailao Mountains in south Yunnan, natural landscapes and architectural structure of Hani Nationality show peculiar styles. Folk dwellings of Hani Village were divided into 4 types, namely rammed-clay house(Tuzhangfang), mushroom house, tile-roofed house, and stilted house(Ganlanfang). In terms of the origination, rammed-clay house and mushroom house are originated from the flat-top fort buildings of the Di and the Qiang nationalities. Tile-roofed house is the variation of mushroom house by learning from the courtyard building of the Han Nationality, and stilted house is directly borrowed from the folk dwelling style of Baiyue people. Structures of all these buildings show the adaptability to local environment.

The Characteristic Differences between Ecological Culture and Low-carbon Tourism Cognition under the Vision of Carbon Neutrality

Ecological culture has a low-carbon attribute,which coincides with the concepts of energy conservation and emission reduction in low-carbon tourism.Analyzing the differences in the public perception of the two is of great significance for achieving the carbon neutral goal of tourism.Firstly,the views of nature,equality and ecology in ecological culture,as well as the cognition and participation willingness for low-carbon tourism were identified by using the principal component analysis method.Secondly,all samples were divided into four types of ecological culture cognition:sufficient,relatively sufficient,general and poorer,by the K-means clustering method.Thirdly,significant differences in the low-carbon tourism cognition among different types were revealed by using the ANOVA method.Finally,the influences of the main demographic characteristics on the low-carbon tourism cognition were analyzed.This analysis showed that gender,age,education level and income level had significant differences in some aspects of low-carbon tourism cognition and participation willingness,especially education level.On this basis,several corresponding strategies were put forward for managing the cognitive differences of the different types,which could contribute to the realization of the carbon neutral vision of tourism.

With the accelerating development of modern residential districts and the improvement of living levels, the requirement of people on environment is increasingly enhanced as well as the demand for culture. Based on people-oriented principle, this design utilized Chinese 'Fu' (blessings) culture to express people’s eager for a better life and the atmosphere of good fortune. It also produced the image of ecological environment by designing water landscapes and plant landscapes, created active space like squares for activity and active water system and developed the characteristics of residential districts by designing landscape sketches and plant landscapes.

Integration of Ecology and Culture in Environment Creation of Residential District——A Case Study of Landscape Design of Group A in Urban Paradise in Nanning

To create a graceful living environment is the core responsibility of landscape designers in the designing process of residential environment. Residential environment design should pay attention to correctly involving cultural feature and environmental and ecological elements which should be integrated in certain living environment through a good design method, so as to reflect landscape designers’ concern on the urban living space. Taking the buildings of Urban Paradise (Paradise in Chinese literature is also called Taohua Yuan, that is, Land of Peach Blossom, originated from the essay by TAO Yuan-ming in the Eastern Jin Dynasty) in Nanning City for example, the research investigated how to integrate ecology and culture in the environment creation of residential district.

Protection and Innovative Development of Marine Ecological Cultural Heritage in China

The marine ecological cultural heritage demonstrates tiie long-standing wisdom of human marine ecological culture. Its effective protection and inheritance is a continuation of the traditional marine ecological lifestyle, and is also an important impetus to the current construction of marine ecological civilization in China. The paf ticipation and interaction of cultural origins should be pfomoted, system protection management systems should be continuously improved, policies, reguktions and supporting mechanisms should be improved, and scientific evaluation mechanisms should be established, gradually realizing innovative development.

Evaluation on Tourism Ecological Security in Nature Heritage Sites——Case of Kanas Nature Reserve of Xinjiang,China

The nature heritages are the precious legacy of nature with outstanding scientific and aesthetic value. They are quite different from other common ecotourism areas, because of its original and unique system, sensitive and vulnerable landscape, and peripheral cultural features. Therefore, the tourism development in the nature heritage sites should be on the premise of ecological security. The evaluation index system of tourism ecological security in nature heritage sites was constructed in this article by AHP and Delphi methods, including nature ecological security, landscape visual security and local culture ecological security, and the security thresholds of indices were also established. In the indices' weights of the evaluation model, the nature ecological security ranked the highest, followed by tourist landscape visual security and culture ecological security, which reflected the influence degree of the limited factor to tourism ecological security. Then, this paper carried out an empirical study of Kanas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China, which has the potential to be the World Nature Heritage. On the basis of the data attained from survey and observation on the spot, as well as questionnaire answered by tourists and local communities, the ecological security status in Kanas was evaluated. The result showed that the status of Kanas tourism ecological security was better, but there had some limiting factors. Lastly, effective measures were put forward to ensure its ecological security.

Managing the Balance: Ecological Pressures and Heritage Resources in Rungwe District, Southern Highlands of Tanzania

Rungwe district in Mbeya region is amongst the many areas in Tanzania which until recently have remained terra incognita in terms of ecological and archaeological research. Systematic archaeological investigations, based on heritage management and conservation have not been undertaken. In due regard, we decided to carry out the first systematic survey, documentation and recording of the heritage resources of this district. Our investigations emphasized public participation in the management and conservation of heritage resources with the involvement of local people the central focus. We were also motivated by the desire to launch community outreach programmes and establish the “Cultural-Ecological Research and Scientific Information Centre” in Masoko-Kisiba Ward. There were several meetings with the local people and the village officials to discuss plans. It was decided that the establishment of the deemed scientific and information centre would abide with the existing conservation laws in order to effectively address the strategies for protection, conservation and management of both natural and cultural heritage resources.

The Multilinear Evolution of Folk Culture:Rendition and Diffusion

Shaanxi is the cradle of Chinese culture,whose folk culture has long won the world’s attention.More research efforts have been attracted to this field particularly after China’s initiative of Chinese culture“going global”.Taking as examples some Shaanxi folk culture on the representative list of national intangible cultural heritage,the paper explores its multilinear routes of cross-cultural evolution via rendering and diffusing from the perspective of cultural ecology in an attempt to highlight difficulties and corresponding solutions.The research findings of this paper may shed light on more Chinese culture’s rendition and diffusion in methodology and paradigm,helping it leap over language hurdles to be means of cross-cultural communication,effectively and efficiently.

Protecting intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture resources and developing strategies from the perspective of cultural ecology

From the perspective of cultural ecology, the thesis takes the linguistic culture resources as the research object, analyzes the diversified and endangered characteristics of linguistic cultural resources, and then comes up with three different strategies to protect intangible cultural heritage of linguistic culture domain and to develop cultural industry. Then it stresses cultural self-consciousness, sustainable development of cultural ecology to develop and protect the linguistic culture resources under the protection mechanism of intangible cultural heritage.

Protection of regional eco-culture preservation area: Based on the experience of overall protection of intangible cultural heritage

Eco-cultural preservation area is a synthesis of contradiction, which is the existing interregional coordination and conflict between the administrative divisions. Hence, it is quite different from the general integrity of the intangible cultural heritage protection. However, as one form of protection of intangible cultural heritage, it is connected with other forms of protection. Based on the cultural integration, the paper studied and summarized domain of intangible cultural heritage, and further research and investigation of the Eco-cultural preservation areas are discussed.

Reflections on the Cultural Ecology of University Classrooms in the Perspective of Postmodernism

The cultural ecology of university classroom has been influenced by postmodernism and has shown complex and variable characteristics.Specifically speaking,it tends to be both conflicting and interactive in terms of subject relations in the classroom,fragmented and diversified in terms of classroom teaching,and redundant and dynamic in terms of classroom assessment.In order to further harmonize and develop the cultural ecology of university classrooms,it is necessary to expand the space for communication and interaction between teachers and students,improve the overall professional quality of faculty members,and perfect the management and assessment system for university teachers and students.

Changes in Post-World War II： Italians in Rochester, N.Y.

This article examines the major similarities and differences among Italians who migrated to Rochester, N.Y., before World War II and post-World War Ⅱ. It offers explanations on the similarities and differences among these two groups of migrants. Investigation of historical, sociological, and anthropological sources along with interviews among both populations provides abundant data bearing on the investigation. The successful completion of the research reported in this article has major bearing on the issue of migration itself, theories in history, sociology, and anthropology, and even on social psychological understanding of how choices are made and identity is formulated.
