THE ROLLING DEVELOPMENT MODEL OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY COMBINED WATER CONSERVANCY CONSTRUCTION WITH SCHISTOSOMIASIS CONTROL

On the basis of classification of geographical properties a rolling develop-ment goal programming model is formulated in correspondence with the ecopatterngroup in Four-Lake Area. In this model, the control of schistosomiasis and strengthen-ing of the drainage-storage function are both regarded as ecological measures duringthe process of multi-year(r_0) ecological economic rolling development to make theecoagricultural system in this area ioto a stably operating, ordered, and good cyclicsystem under the support of some controllable factors.

Research on Coupling Relationship between Social Economy and Ecological Environment in Jinghe County of Aiby Lake Basin,Xinjiang

Based on the theory of sustainable development,using the theory and method of coupling relationship,the main city of Aiby Lake basin——Jinghe County in Xinjiang is selected. Based on the analyses of natural condition,population growth,land use type and ecological environment,the comprehensive evaluation index systems of socio-economic development level and eco-environment quality in Jinghe County are constructed. Using principal component analysis,a comprehensive evaluation of socio-economic development level and ecological environment quality in Jinghe County is conducted by combining with Excel. Their coupling relationship is studied,and quantitative coordination degree between social economy and ecological environment in Jinghe County is obtained. The results show that in recent 50 years,socio-economic development level in Jinghe County is rising,but the ecological environment quality is falling. Their coupling degree C changes during [- 1. 260, ＋ 0. 482],in other words,their coupling relationship is changing between ＂ reluctant coordination＂ and ＂ not coordination＂. After entering into the 21 stcentury,their coupling relationship is basically ＂ reluctant coordination＂. On this basis,the existing problems in the process of sustainable development in Jinghe County are analyzed,and the suggestions about promoting coordinated development between social economy and ecological environment are put forward.

Exploration of Eco-economic Development in Ecological Fragile Region——A Case Study on Wuqi County in Shaanxi Province

[Objective] The aim was to explore eco-economy in ecological fragile region with Wuqi County in Shaanxi Province as an example. [Method] Eco-economy development and major environmental problems in Wuqi County in Shaanxi Province were researched based on local social and economic conditions, population of impoverished people and environment vulnerability. [Result] The areas with vulnerable environment and backward economy should establish a virtuous circle between economy and environment and a sustainable model of economic development. [Conclusion] It is significant to change the severe situation of environment deterioration and to promote ecological civilization.

Research on the Development Model of Ecological Agriculture in Loess Hilly-Gully Region of Northern Shannxi, China

On the Loess Plateau of China, facing the vulnerable environment, local people have to try their best to guarantee the security of food, and at the same time, to control the most serious soil erosion in the world. The paper introduces two typical models of ecological agriculture: ecological agriculture with commodity and agri- culture with soil and water conservation. According to the local natural condition, the model of eco-agriculture with commodity could be characterized by the structure of “agriculture-byproduct”, “agriculture-fruit” or “agri- culture-forestry-husbandry”. The development of agriculture with soil and water conservation has decreased the soil erosion rate from 12,184 ton/km2 in 1980 to 458.4 ton/km2 in 1999, while the farmers’ income has increasingly risen. Analyses on the two models’ benefits both in terms of ecological and agricultural economy show that there is a great possibility to construct or restore good eco-environment with comprehensive control in the hilly-gully area of north Shannxi. Further more, the paper points out the potential problems of foodstuff production and stockbreeding development in forming ecological agriculture and eco-environmental restoration.

The bibliometrics survey of ecological economic research:A knowledge mapping analysis based on the SCI and SSCI database

Based on bibliometrics and knowledge mapping analysis method,this paper uses CiteSpace,a visual literature analysis tool,to analyze 3794 related documents with the theme of“economic economy”in SCI and SSCI databases from 2010 to 2020,including authors,institutions,subject headings and literature co-citation,so as to reveal the development and hot spots of ecological economic research.The results show that in recent years,the number of documents on ecological economic research has been increasing,and developed countries are dominant.China’s research in this field has developed rapidly and has certain advantages in terms of quantity and quality.The institution with the largest number of papers is Chinese Academy Science,followed by Beijing Normal University,University of Chinese Academy of Sciences,Peking University and Universitat autonomy de Barcelona;research hotspots in recent 10 years include“sustainability”,“management”,“climate change”,“impact”,“economy”,“china”,“conservation”,“ecosystem service”,etc.The top three journals are Sustainability,Journal of Cleaner Production,and Ecological Economics,accounting for about 10%of the total number of papers published.The hot spots of ecological economic research in 2010-2020 can be divided into three stages,with different theme words emerging in each stage.From 2018 to 2020,the theme word of high-strength emergence is“anthropocene”,which indicates that“anthropocene”may be the focus of future research.

Ecological economic benefit in sustainable development

From the concept of ecological economic benefit, I put forward the general formula for the benefit of ecological economy and the appraisal methods of the ecological economy. Theory on ecological benefit and economic benefit is the base of the benefits of ecological economy To some extent the development of ecological economy, theory and practice on eco-agriculture are both the production made from opposition and unify of ecological benefit and economic benefit. This paper discusses the ＂T＂ type saucture, which will give the theoretical bases for enhancing the ecological and economical benefits.

The Ecological Economic Model Based on Bounded Rational Agents

From the view of hominine bounded rationalities, this paper analyzes the important relationships between ecology and economics with behavioral finance. With a different focus, this paper adopts a new conceptualization of stock to show how this conceptualization leads to a new measure of the interaction between ecology and economics, based on bounded rational agents. The hierarchical structure of ecological economic system is described with a multi-agent sinmlation program. This paper also develops an ecological economic model, in which behavioral finance theories are applied to simulating the dynamics system. With the model this paper confirms, that macro-level indicalors of sustainability are predictably influenced by behaviors of bounded rational agents at the micro-level, We discuss the significance of these findings in order to better understand the ecological-economic system based on behavioral finance.

Development of suburb farm landscape in the process of urban-rural overall planning from the perspective of ecological economics:a case study of Chengdu City

With the accelerating development of Chinese urbanization and the widening gap between rural and urban areas,urban-rural overall planning is to be an inevitable choice for economic and social development.However,the specific patterns and methods in urban-rural overall planning are greatly different.From the persperctive of ecological economy,taking the main physical and biological pattern of the farmland as research objects,this paper analyzes the components and characteristics of farm landscape,the relationship between farm landscape exploitation and rural tourism,and the role of farm landscape exploitation in planning urban and rural development.It expatiates on the pattern,method and principle of farm landscape development.Furthermore,based on the actual development case,this paper explores how to make high-grade tourism products with scientific and reasonable farm landscape development method,how to increase peasant income,how to improve urban and rural ecological economic environment,so as to promote urban-rural overall planning.

A study of economic development in Tibet of China based on the ecological economic mode

The purpose of this paper is to study the issues on keeping the continuous development of Tibetan economy and the relative stability of its ecosystem. Hence, in order to achieve the object, the study analyzes the status quo of economic development in Tibet and the problems of resource exploitation. It especially discusses frailty of Tibetan eco-environment, and evaluates the contradictions between the traditional economic developing mode and the safety of plateau＇s ecosystem. It concludes that there is an inevitable clash between the development of Tibetan economy and the safety of plateau＇s eco-system; this problem cannot be avoided by any decision maker, Therefore, the character of Tibetan econvironment and the requirement of its economic development strategy determine that ecological economy developing mode is the only choice for Tibet. This paper suggests that it should be compensated by the national government to assure that Tibetan economy can keep a higher developing speed. In accordance with the feature of plateau eco-economy system and demand of Tibetan economic development, this paper also suggests several methods to apply the ecoeconomy developing strategy of Tibet.

A Review of Research on Ecological Economics Based on Bibliometrics

The development of ecological economics is a major strategy for development in the 21st century.Although scholars have been rising more and more interesting for ecological economic over the past 10 years,it is still unclear what is the change will be facing in the future.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the future development of ecological economy,our article analyzes the current research progress of ecological economy on the basis of a bibliometric analysis.The results show that(1)sustainable development of an ecological economy is a hot research topic;(2)there is little cooperation and exchange between institutions and among scholars regarding ecological economics;(3)the number of publications on ecological economics is increasing,with a relatively large number being published in China.Therefore,we must strengthen the cooperation between institutions and among scholars and improve the research content,vision,and methods in this field.This study provides a theoretical basis for the future development of ecological economy.

Research and Application of Sustainable Development of Energy

Based on the analysis and summary of traditional energy ecological footprint （EEF） and its research development at home and abroad, a modified method to measure energy ecological footprint is proposed by combining energy ecological footprint with the area of biological productive forest land from a standpoint of material flow ＂energy consumption - CO2 emissions - woodland absorption＂, and is used to measure the energy ecological footprint and carbon emissions in Tianjin City from 1995 to 2010. The results show that EEF per capita has increased from 1. 739 8 to 3.078 5 ghm2 during 1995 -2010, and has a significant correlation with GDP per capita in annual average growth rate （R~ =0. 877 6, P 〈0.05）. Among the compositions of EEF, the percentage of coal footprint has decreased from 62% to 50%, while the others have increased to some de- gree. Meanwhile, the output value of EEF has increased from 5 687.71 to 23 061.93 yuan/ghm2, and the elastic coefficient of EEF which has in- creased from 0.15 to 0.69 shows approximate cyclical fluctuations. It is indicated that with the adjustment of energy structure in Tianjin in the past 16 years, energy utilization efficiency has been becoming increasingly bigger. However, ecological pressure on the environment is a growing problem in the next few years, so it is urgent to shift energy use patterns and increase energy conservation efforts for Tianjin City.

Green Barriers： Obstacle or Stimulation ？

Most viewpoints in China consider green barrier is one kind of non-tariff barriers imposed by developed countries and is unfair to developing countries. Different from these, this paper points out that green barriers, evolving from the background of sustainable development theory and the principle of environment protection, have positive effect on ideology, international institutional arrangement and innovation stimulation. Demonstrating the rationality of green barriers, the paper puts forward that green barriers should be regarded as the stimulation for technology innovation and industrial restructure rather than obstacles. The best way to surmount the green barriers for Chinese government and enterprises is to implement circular economy and clean production so as to achieve the harmony of trade, environment and economic development.
