Effects of deposition temperature, the flow rate of propylene and total system pressure on the microstructure of C/C minicomposites were investigated. Deposition conditions are as follows: deposition temperature ranging from 870℃ to 1000℃, the flow rate of propylene from 10 to 60 ml/min, and total system pressure from 3 to 16kPa. The results revealed: The deposit distributes non uniformly as increasing the deposition temperature or total system pressure. The effect of the flow rate of propylene on the distribution of deposit observes different principles at different deposition temperatures. If the deposition temperature rises to 900℃, the deposit distributes more non uniformly as increasing the flow rate of propylene. The morphology of deposit varies with deposition condition, such as smooth, droplet like or spike like. Deposition mechanism varies with deposition condition. It can be surface reaction nucleation and growth, heterogeneous nucleation of liquid droplet on carbon fiber or gas borne nuclei growth. With the principle of nuclei growth of crystal and the method of phenomenology, the changes of deposition mechanism and the morphology of pyrolytic carbon with deposition condition were explained successfully. The effect of deposition condition on deposit homogeneity stems from the effect of deposition condition on the CVI kinetics and the deposition mechanism of pyrolytic carbon.展开更多

They are all distributed in the Upper Yangtze old land. As a result of the Hunan-Guizhou palaeo-faulting, the crust on the northern side of the fault was uplifted and became land, thus suffering denudation. The bauxitic substances left in the weathered crust evolved and were reworked into bauxite. On the other hand, the crust on the southern side of the fault sank and remained to be part of an ocean. The bauxite deposits of Ia and Ib subtypes were formed by in-situ enrichment of residual bauxitic substances in the weathered crust of the old land, but bauxite deposits of Ic and Id subtypes resulted from transportation, accumulation and sedimentation of allothogenous bauxitic substances on the weathered crust of the old land. The processes of transportation may be distinguished as dry transportation and wet transportation, both of which proceeded under atmospheric conditions.展开更多

Investigations show that the orebodies mostly occur at the top of the karst unconformity of the Middle Permian Maokou Formation strata and at the bottom of the Emeishan basalt. And the following three prerequisites should be satisfied for the formation of the deposit: 1) there must be the material source of anatase; 2) there must be weekly alkaline media and low-tempeature and low-pressure conditions; 3) there was no high-temperature and high-pressure environment subsequently for the transformation of anatase into rutile. In the Emeishan basalt of western Guizhou, the element Ti mostly entered the silicon-oxygen tetrahedra of picrite in heterovalent isomorphism(Ti4++Al3+→Mg2++Si4+). When volcanic ejecta resultant from strong eruption of the Emeishan basalt magma fell into water, picrite was usually dissociated to chlorite. Thus, the element Ti4+ in the picrite could be released from the silicon-oxygen tetrahedraa of picrite into water, and conbined with oxygen in the water to form Ti O2. This paper has proved that this deposit, enriched in anatase, discovered recently at Shazi, Qinglong Country, Guizhou Province, is a residual-deluvial-type deposit. Its genesis can be explained as follows. Volcanic clastics formed at the early stage of strong eruption of the Emeishan basalt magma were chemically deposited to form anatase in the low-temperature, low-pressure and weekly alkaline waters in the karst depressions at the top of the Maokou Formation(limestone) strata. The anatase was then dissociated owing to weathering and leaching during the Quaternary and the anatase was further enriched to form the residual-deluvial-type anatase ore deposit.展开更多

Main goals of the study are to delineate source rock characteristics, degree of chemical weathering and sorting processes and behavior of redox conditions during deposition of the sediments. Geochemical characteristics of the sediments show comparatively a wide variation in accordance with stratigraphy in their major element contents(e.g. Si O2 69.46–82.13, Al2O3 2.28–8.88 in wt%), reflecting the distinctive provenance and in part an unstable period in terms of tectonic activity. Geochemical classification of the sediments shows mostly sub-arkose with few sub-litharenites. Some major and trace elements display comprehensible correlation with Al2O3 confirming their possible hydraulic fractionation. The chemical index of alteration(CIA*), W* index, index of compositional variability(ICV), plagioclase index of alteration(PIA*) values and the ratio of Si O2/Al2O3, suggest low degrees of chemical weathering in the source areas as well as immature to moderately mature the sediments. The sediments suggest semi-arid climatic trends within oxic deltaic depositional conditions during the Holocene, at 3–12 ka. Whole rock geochemistry and discrimination diagrams demonstrate the continental signature derivatives, which might have been derived from the felsic to intermediate igneous rocks(granitic plutonic rocks) as well as from quartzose sedimentary/metamorphic provenance. These typical sources are present in a vast region of the Himalayan belt and catchment areas of Ganges. The tectonic setting of the sediments demarcates typically passive margin with slightly continental arc system.展开更多

Gold was enriched in mantleoriginated magmas while copper was enriched in crustoriginated magmas. So the enrichment of gold in skarn deposits was decided by the M/C ratios of the intrusive rocks. The distribution of these deposits was controlled not only by the localization of the intrusive rocks which were decided by Mesozoic Eradeveloped largescaled and deepseated faults, but also by the favorable stratigraphic horizons.展开更多

The morphology, structure and growth characteristics of MoS2 coatings were observed and identified respectively by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometry and mass spectrometry. The results show that MoS2 coatings evolve with the (002) basal plane parallel to the surface by using cold pressed target with lower density, lower cathodic current density, bipolar pulse DC power and minus bias voltage, whereas the coatings deposited under hot pressed target, higher cathodic current density, simple DC power and positive bias voltage have the (002) basal plane perpendicular to the surface. The plasma ignition condition is modified by varying the ratio of Sill4 to H2 (RH). For plasma ignited with a constant gas ratio, the time-resolved optical emission spectroscopy presents a low value of the emission intensity ratio of Ha to Sill* (Iuα//SiH*) at the initial stage, which leads to a thick amorphous incubation layer. For the ignition condition with a profiling RH, the higher IHα/ISiH* values are realized. By optimizing the RN modulation, a uniform crystallinity along the growth direction and a denser αc-Si:H film can be obtained. However, an excessively high IRα/ISIH* may damage the interface properties, which is indicated by capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements. Well controlling the ignition condition is critically important for the applications of Si thin films.展开更多

The metallogenic physicochemical condi-tions of the deposit are thoroughly dealt with in this paper according to its different mineralization stages.Based on the systematic study of metallogenic material sources, it is considered that the ore-forming metals, oresulphur and water of mineralizing fluids are mainly derived from the basement, reduction sulphur of marinesulfate and infiltrating heated meteoric water and partially recharged sea water, respectively. Finally, themetallogenic model of this deposit is established.展开更多

On the basis of thermodynamic calculations, the stable fields of sphalerite from different mineralization stages were determined and are shown in logfs_2-logfo_2 diagrams; furthermore. the physico-chemical conditions of mineralization and the properties of mineralization solutions are discussed so that reliability of the genetic information provided by the spectroscopy of sphalerite may also be verified. It is suggested that the temperature and pH value of the mineralization system decrease, and so do the fugacities of O_2, S_2, H_2. and H_2S and the activities of HS^- and SO_4^(2-) from the early to late stages of minerahzation.展开更多

It might be related to the geohistory and geotectonic background. However, this kind of ore deposit has an important economical significance in China. Its formation is due to the dis-tinctive geological conditions of china. Wendong Au-Pb-Quartz type ore deposit including Wenyu and Dongchuang in Xiaoqinling gold field is the most typical. It is a polygenetic and compound ore deposit, Jintongcha and other deposits lying to the west of it in Xiaoqinling area are Au-Pb-Quartz vein type ore deposits. Others of this area lying to the east of Jintongcha are Au-Quartz vein type. This phenomenon stems from the zonnal distribution of minernal de-posits and the different development of the two major minernalzation stages. The results ob-tained from the fluid inclusion research have supported this inference.展开更多

In this study there have been discovered melt inclusions, fluid-melt inclusions and organic inclusions in ore-bearing quartz veins of the ore deposit and mylonite for the first time. The homogenization temperatures of the various types of inclusions are 160℃, 180-350℃, 530℃ and 870℃ for organic inclusions, liquid inclusions, two-phase immiscible liquid inclusions and melt inclusions, respectively. Ore fluid is categorized as the neutral to basic K\++-Ca\+\{2+\}-Mg\+\{2+\}-Na\++-SO\+\{2-\}\-4-HCO\+-\-3-Cl\+- system. The contents of trace gases follow a descending order of H\-2O>CO\-2>CH\-4> (or <) H\-2>CO>C\-2H\-2>C\-2H\-6>O\-2>N\-2. The concentrations of K\++, Ca\+\{2+\}, SO\+\{2-\}\-4, HCO\+-\-3, Cl\+-, H\-2O and C\-2H\-2 in fluid inclusions are related to the contents of gold and the Au/Ag ratios in ores from different levels of the gold deposit. This is significant for deep ore prospecting in the region. Daughter minerals in melt inclusions were analyzed using SEM. Quartz, orthoclase, wollastonite and other silicate minerals were identified. They were formed in different mineral assemblages. This analysis further proves the existence of melt inclusions in ore veins. Sedimentary metamorphic rocks could form silicate melts during metamorphic anatexis and dynamic metamorphism, which possess melt-solution characteristics. Ore formation is related to the multi-stage forming process of silicate melt and fluid.展开更多

These deposits were formed as the result of late mobilization, transportation and concentfation of the previously enriched ore-forming mate- rials in several ore-bearing formations formed during the rift stage. So the metallogeny of these deposits in the rift shows both inheritance and new generation of the ore-forming materials. In future ore-searching practice, attentions should be paid on the studies of the ore-bearing formations in the rift, on the multiple stages of metallogeny and and on multiple derivations of the ore-forming materials.展开更多

However, an excessively high IRα/ISIH* may damage the interface properties, which is indicated by capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements. Well controlling the ignition condition is critically important for the applications of Si thin films.
文摘The Lijiagou Pb-Zn deposit in Gansu Province is a syngenetic hydrothermal-depositonal and meta-morphosed hydrothermal weakly-reworked stratabound ore deposit. Finally, themetallogenic model of this deposit is established.
文摘Electron paramagnetic resonance spectra, absorption spectra, cathodoluminescence spectra and infrared spectra of sphalerite from the Lechang remoulded sedimentary lead-zinc deposit have been studied so as to provide microscopic evidence for the formation conditions and mineralization stages of the deposit as well as the geochemical processes of mineralization. It is suggested that the temperature and pH value of the mineralization system decrease, and so do the fugacities of O_2, S_2, H_2. and H_2S and the activities of HS^- and SO_4^(2-) from the early to late stages of minerahzation.
文摘There are few Au-Pb-Quartz vein type ore deposits in other countries except China. The results ob-tained from the fluid inclusion research have supported this inference.
文摘The Hetai ductile shear zone-hosted gold deposit occurs in the deep-seated fault mylonite zone of the Sinian-Silurian metamorphic rock series. Ore formation is related to the multi-stage forming process of silicate melt and fluid.
文摘The Liaoji Proterozoic rift is an inter-intracontinenatl rift developed from Archean granite-greenstone tectonic regime and contains many important mineral deposits of U, B, magnesite, Pb-Zn, Au, Ag, Co and P. These deposits were formed as the result of late mobilization, transportation and concentfation of the previously enriched ore-forming mate- rials in several ore-bearing formations formed during the rift stage. So the metallogeny of these deposits in the rift shows both inheritance and new generation of the ore-forming materials. In future ore-searching practice, attentions should be paid on the studies of the ore-bearing formations in the rift, on the multiple stages of metallogeny and and on multiple derivations of the ore-forming materials.
