A Comparison of the Influence of World Views and Value Systems on Behavior between Chinese and Americans

This thesis compares the differences between Chinese and Americans in terms of their world view and value systems,and analyzes how these differences affect the behavioral patterns of people with different cultural backgrounds. It also proposes some suggestions to overcome the difference. As globalization is quickening its pace, world views and value systems, as the core of culture, profoundly affect people's pattern of behavior. A deeper understanding and consciousness of the differences may promote a more effective communication between different cultural backgrounds. This thesis compares the differences between Chinese and US cultures from three perspectives: the different world view between Chinese and Americans, the different value systems between Chinese and Americans and how the two affect their behaviors. The Amendment(Ⅺ)to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China responds to the institutional needs of civic education,and supplements the clause of the Criminal Law on protection of citizens’right to education nuy means of Article 32.Imposing legal responsibility in the form of internal punishments,administrative punishments,and economic compensation have failed to prevent infringements on citizens’right to education.Its role as a"secondary protection law"is the conceptual obstacle that hinders the Criminal Law from effectively intervening in the field of citizens’right to education.The equivalence between the legal interests of people to the right to education and the rights protected by the existing charges in the Criminal Law is the legitimate basis for it to intervene in disputes over the right to education.Based on Article 32 of the Amendment(Ⅺ)to the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China,it is suggested to further clarify the prepositional law,improve the liability provisions for the right to education,change the modest and restrained view of the Criminal Law regarding protection of the right to education,and expand the behavior types of Article 32 provided in the Amendment(Ⅺ)in due time.

In today’s world,education is less being considered as an outcome,but more as a journey.As the adventurers,our students are facing more and more complex challenges.Previously,the socio-economic status of a student’s family seemed to be one of the biggest factors among inequality causes.Nowadays,the chaotic situation of today's VUCA world(volatility,uncertainty,complexity,and ambiguity)is generating more and more types of inequity and inequality.Thus,the purpose of the study is to develop LERB-a simple model to classify inequity and inequality,as a stepping-stone to build a gap detection framework.Through a structured literature review,the study identified the interconnection between equity and equality,as well as their transition toward students as an individual or as a group(s)and subgroup(s).The study can also be adapted to examine the correlation between different categories of equity,as well as to brainstorm and propose remedies to tackle those gaps.

Influence of Climate Temperature on the Valorization of Dung-Wastewater Slaughterhouse Biogas in Two Regions: In Chad and Senegal

In this work, we have produced biogas by co-digestion of cow dung and slaughterhouse wastewater under different climate temperatures in two countries: N’Djamena in Chad, a country of Central Africa and Dakar in Senegal, a country of West Africa. In a first approach, we put the cow dung in cans of 1.5 L, hermetically closed. The goal was to know how long you could produce biogas. Then we built a bio-digester to produce biogas for cooking. Each bio-digester was exposed to receive solar heat that varied between 27°C to 41°C in Chad and between 24°C to 30°C in Senegal. Influenced by the high temperature and a minimum residence time, the experiments showed that the N’Djamena test produced biogas more quickly than the Dakar test which, on the contrary, had a low temperature and a long residence time. The production of biogas began at the end of seven days with flammability on the twenty-first day for the bio-digester in Chad and after twenty-seven days with a flammability on the thirty-sixth day for the bio-digester of Senegal. The different digestates were valorised in fertilizers, bricks and green coal. Our research aims to meet the living conditions of the rural world specifically for women by reducing their work and thus allowing them to have more time to self-educate and educate their children.
