Research on the Educational Evaluation Standard Value based on the Normative Perspective

This paper conducts analysis on the educational evaluation standard value based on the normative perspective. Systematic evaluation refers to the determination of the nature and state of a system by means of an effective standard, based on the clear system objective, structure, and system properties, and then compares it with a set of evaluation criteria and makes a judgment. The evaluation result is also the interaction of the product. The education evaluation which is constructed with the dialogue thinking is democratic, friendly, open, win-win, and the evaluation of creation. Educational evaluation is not a party to the other party as superior, judgment, conclusion, one-way row order, but both sides of the equality. Under this basis, this paper proposes the educational evaluation standard value based on the normative perspective. In the future, we will apply proposed method into the general applications to verify the effectiveness and systematic effectiveness.

Empirical Analysis of Evaluation of English Teachers＇ Educational Ability Under MOOC Environment

In order to improve the English teachers＇ education ability evaluation accuracy, promote the upgrading of the level of English teacher education, the evaluation model of English teacher education ability is proposed in MOOC environment. Data fusion model of English teacher education ability evaluation index is obtained based on big data analysis method, data clustering analysis of English teaching evaluation indicators is carried out, Characteristic data of English Teaching are extracted, and combining fuzzy C means algorithm to analyze the characteristics of English teachers＇ educational ability in MOOC environment, adaptive mining evaluation of English teachers＇ educational ability is realized. Then we develop and design the evaluation system of English teacher education ability under the MOOC environment. The empirical data analysis is taken, and results show that it has good accuracy by using this method for evaluation of English teacher＇s ability, it improves the comprehensive evaluation level of English teachers.

Training indicators and quantitative criteria for emergency nurse specialists

Objective： By constructing a training system of quality evaluation standards for emergency nurse specialist（ENS）, we can ensure smooth operations and quality training for ENS.Methods： First, the frame structure of indicators was designed on the basis of system theory and the balanced scorecard method. Meanwhile, corresponding quantitative standard indicators were compiled through literature analysis and a review of training characteristics. Next, screening indicators were collected through consultation with experts and statistical calculations. The indicators weight coefficient was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）. Finally, indicators were validated in two groups of nurses in two different training courses.Results：（1） We created a three-level indicator system： level-Ⅰ dimensions have 4 indicators, while level-Ⅱ dimensions and level-Ⅲ dimensions have 13 and 34 indicators, respectively;（2） The coefficient of expert＇s judgment is 0.840, familiarity is 0.914 and authority is 0.877, and the three rounds of coordination coefficient are 0.456, 0.553 and 0.715, respectively;（3） There are at least 56 indicators in alternative quantitative standards; and（4） The alpha reliability value of the indicator system in the two training course had no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. The same result was observed when examining two groups of nurses in one training course（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions： This study established a training system of quality evaluation standards for emergency nurse specialists that is objective, reliable, easy to operate and representative according to scientific selection and verification. This system can therefore provide a basis for quality evaluation and targeted improvement for ENS training in addition to promoting health.

New trends in China's science and education evaluation research under the background of“Breaking the Five- only”

Based on the background of the special clean-up action of"Breaking the Five-only",this paper combs the relevant policies of domestic science and education evaluation.Using CiteSpace and VOSviewer scientific measurement software,this paper makes a visual analysis on the related domestic research of the"Five-only"and"science and education evaluation",and expounds the frontier hot spots and trends of science and education evaluation research in China.Based on this,this paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions on how to"break"the"Five-only"and how to"establish"the"new system of science and education evaluation",in order to provide a reference for the sustainable and healthy development of science and education evaluation in China.

Research on the development trend of science and education evaluation in the context of new technology

As the most emblematic new infrastructure technologies,the integration of 5G with Big Data,Cloud Computing,Internet of things(IoT),Artificial Intelligence(AI),and Blockchain will provide new development opportunities for scientific and education evaluation.This study examines the new developments,issues,and requirements in science and education evaluation that have arisen as a result of new technology.On this basis,the article proposes development strategies for science and education evaluation in the new era,including strengthening data governance of science and education evaluation,innovating a novel common evaluation mechanism for science and education evaluation,and constructing a cloud platform for science and education evaluation.

The Impact of Different Graduate Programs on Evaluating Chinese Graduate Schools

：The traditional evaluation on Chinese graduate schools usually focus on the comprehensivefactors of master's and doctoral programs. This paper attempts to test a hypothesis on the relationshipbetween graduate programs and the ratings of Chinese graduate schools. The educational evaluation historyboth in the U.S. and in China is briefly reviewed and compared. A case study is performed by using part ofthe graduate schools' data from Chinese polytechnic universities in 1994. The comprehensive factors thataffect the graduate schools' scale are examined. The result indicates that different graduate programs doaffect graduate schools' ratings. Two comprehensive factors are obtained from several indicators representingmaster's scale and doctoral scale respectively. The paper also intends to help provide a new evaluationmethod in ranking graduate schools' scale.

Impact of a Senior High School Tuition Relief Program on Poor Junior High School Students in Rural China

A significant gap remains between rural and urban students in the rate of admission to senior high school. One reason for this gap might be the high levels of tuition and fees for senior high school By reducing students＇ expectations of attending high school, high levels of tuition and fees could be reducing student aeademic performance in junior high schools. In this paper we evaluate the impacts of a senior high tuition relief program on the test scores of poor rural seventh grade students in China. We surveyed three counties in Shaanxi Province and exploited the fact that, while the counties are adjacent to one another and share similar characteristics, only one of the three implemented a tuition relief program. Using several alternative estimation strategies, including difference-in-differences, propensity score matching and difference-in-differences matching, we find that the tuition program has a statistically significant and positive impact on the mathematics scores of seventh grade students. More importantly, this program is shown to have a statistically significant and positive effect on the poorest students in the treatment group compared to their wealthier peers.
