Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effect of matrine combined with cisplatin on U14 rat models of cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 80 female Kunming rats were used to establish U14 rat models of cervical cancer and...Objective:To observe the anti-tumor effect of matrine combined with cisplatin on U14 rat models of cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 80 female Kunming rats were used to establish U14 rat models of cervical cancer and then divided into groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,with 20 rats in each.For Group Ⅰ,the control group,injection of normal saline was given around the tumors.For Group Ⅱ,injection of 2 mg/kg cisplatin was given around the tumors.For Group Ⅲ,injection of 75 mg/kg matrine was given around the tumors while the combined injection of matrine and cisplatin was given for Group Ⅳ with the same doses as Groups Ⅱand Ⅲ.The animals were sacrificed 10 d after the injection and tumors were taken out for the comparisons of tumor weights after injection and calculation of anti-tumor rates,while thymus and spleen were taken for thymus index and spleen index.Blood in eyeball was collected for determination of changes in serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels.Sections of tumor issue were prepared and morphological changes in tumor tissue cells were observed by using immunohistochemistry technique.Results:After injection,the thymus index and spleen index in Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.05)while the two indexes in Group Ⅱ were significantly lower than Group Ⅰ(P<0.05).The tumor weights in Groups Ⅱ and Ⅳ were significantly smaller than those in Groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05) with significantly higher anti-tumor rates than Groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ(P<0.05).The serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in Groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than Group Ⅱ(P<0.05) and the two indicators in Group Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in Group Ⅳ(P<0.05).The observation under the histological microscope showed densely arranged tumor cells in Group Ⅰ,growing as a crumby structure and diffuse appearance,with hyperchromatic and large nuclei,and abundant cytoplasm.In the case of Group Ⅱ,it showed less tumor cells,with extensive degenerative necrosis,sparse arrangement and karyopyknosis as well as karyoclasis.For Group Ⅲ,necrosis of tumor cells in different sizes and heterogeneous color in nuclei were observed.For Group Ⅳ,the number of tumor cells was significantly smaller than Groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ and the tumor cells presented an appearance of crumby structure as cancer nests,with more proliferation of connective tissue.Conclusions:The treatment of matrine combined with cisplatin can significantly improve the anti-tumor effect on U14 rats with cervical cancer,which can be a new option for the treatment for cervical cancer.展开更多

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of MBSR on psychological health intervention in nurses.Methods:The randomized controlled trial(RCT)and self-controlled trial(SC)investigating the application of mindful...Objective:To systematically evaluate the effects of MBSR on psychological health intervention in nurses.Methods:The randomized controlled trial(RCT)and self-controlled trial(SC)investigating the application of mindfulness-based stress reduction in nursing staff were retrieved from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EMBASE databases.The retrieval time was set from the establishment of the database to April 2020.The Review Manager 5.3 software were used for meta-analysis.Result:9 RCTs and 5 self-control trails were included with 1421,712 subjects in the experimental group and 709 subjects in the control group.The results of the meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,mindfulness-based stress reduction therapy can effectively reduce the psychological symptoms of clinical nurses[SMD=-0.96,95%CI(-1.51,-0.38),P=0.001],reduces nurses'anxiety levels[SMD=-1.28,95%CI(-2.18,-0.38),P=0.005],relieve the nurse's depression[SMD=-1.08,95%CI(-2.15,-0.02),P=0.005],improve the mental resilience of nurse[SMD=7.05,95%CI(3.93,10.17),P=0.03],showing a statistical meaning.Conclusion:The mental health of nurses is often neglected by themselves and there is insufficient awareness that MBSR can improve mental health.There has been a debate about whether MBSR actually improves the mental health of nurses,so it is necessary to further explore this issue and seek better methods and opportunities for practice.展开更多

So, because of human life solidarity with a habitat, we are permanently in contact, especially through building materials. The objective of this work is the determination of the used cement radioactivity level in the buildings in Cote d'Ivoire. Thus, samples of grey and white cement currently used on Ivorian territory were taken. In order to determine the radioactivity level of this cement, samples were analyzed by using gamma spectrometry chain which contains a NaI (Tl) scintillation detector designed by the German manufacturer LD-DIDACTIC, coupled to a multichannel analyzer (AMC) using a Cassy Lab software. Thus, the specific activity of the primordial radionuclides 226Ra, 232Th and 40K, was able to be determined. The average values obtained are 29.66 Bq/kg, 34.88 Bq/kg and 178.424 Bq/kg respectively for 226Ra, 232Th and 40K. All average values are below the limit values recommended by UNSCEAR. However, we evaluated the radiological parameters such as the equivalent radium activity and the annual effective dose in order to translate the specific activity in terms of harmfulness. Values obtained for these parameters are below those recommended by ICRP and UNSCEAR. These results show that the risk incurred by the use of these different brands of cement is low.展开更多

Existing predicti...One way to improve practicability of automatic program repair(APR) techniques is to build prediction models which can predict whether an application of a APR technique on a bug is effective or not. Existing prediction models have some limitations. First, the prediction models are built with hand crafted features which usually fail to capture the semantic characteristics of program repair task. Second, the performance of the prediction models is only evaluated on Genprog, a genetic-programming based APR technique. This paper develops prediction models, i.e., random forest prediction models for SPR, another kind of generate-and-validate APR technique, which can distinguish ineffective repair instances from effective repair instances. Rather than handcrafted features, we use features automatically learned by deep belief network(DBN) to train the prediction models. The empirical results show that compared to the baseline models, that is, all effective models, our proposed models can at least improve the F1 by 9% and AUC(area under the receiver operating characteristics curve) by 19%. At the same time, the prediction model using learned features at least outperforms the one using hand-crafted features in terms of F1 by 11%.展开更多

目的:系统评价PARPi治疗转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)的有效性及安全性,以期为临床决策供循证医学证据。方法:依据纳入和排除标准,网络检索2015年1月~2023年6月PubMed、Web of Science、Embace、Clinicial.gov中有关PARPi治疗mCRPC...目的:系统评价PARPi治疗转移性去势抵抗性前列腺癌(mCRPC)的有效性及安全性,以期为临床决策供循证医学证据。方法:依据纳入和排除标准,网络检索2015年1月~2023年6月PubMed、Web of Science、Embace、Clinicial.gov中有关PARPi治疗mCRPC的随机对照试验文献,使用RevMan5.4及Stata17.0软件对数据进行Meta分析。结果:纳入7篇随机对照试验文献,共1888例患者。Meta分析结果表明,与非PARPi组比较,PARPi组(PARPi联合或不联合抗激素治疗)可提高mCRPC的放射学无进展生存期(HR=0.52,95%CI=0.34~0.78)和总生存期(HR=0.72,95%CI=0.60~0.86),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在安全性方面,PARPi组1~2级骨痛、背痛、贫血、中性粒细胞减少、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、乏力不良反应发生率明显高于非PARPi组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥3级上述不良反应中与非PARPi组比较,PARPi组中只有恶心和贫血不良反应发生率较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而骨痛、背痛、中性粒细胞减少、呕吐、腹泻、乏力两组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与非PARPi比较,PARPi联合或不联合抗激素治疗可提高mCRPC的放射学无进展生存期和总生存期,3级及以上不良反应发生率低,值得在临床上推广应用。展开更多
