However, this high frequency performance of the electro-hydraulic vibrator is difficult to be improved greatly due to fast insufficiently frequency response of the servo valve itself and limited compensation capability of the control structure in the vibrator system. In this paper, to realize high frequency vibration, an improved two-dimensional valve (here within defined as a 2D valve) as a main control component is adopted to the parallel connection with a servo valve to control the electro-hydraulic vibrator, Because the output waveforms of this electro-hydraulic vibrator are incapable to be verified through timely feedback as in the conventional electro-hydraulic servo system, the analysis to the output waveform becomes crucial to the design and control of the electro-hydraulic vibrator. The mathematical models of hydraulic actuation mechanism and the orifice area of the parallel valves connection are established first. And then the vibration process is divided into two sections in terms of the direction of the flow, the analytical expression of the excited waveform is solved. Based on relationships exist between working states and the control parameters the analytical results, the vibration boundary positions and the are derived. Finally an experimental system was built to validate the theoretical analysis. It is verified that this electro-hydraulic vibration system could achieve high working frequency, up to 2 000 Hz. The excited waveform is similar to the sinnsoidal waveform. And the ascent and decent slopes of the waveforms are somewhat asymmetrical. This asymmetry is not only caused by the change of the direction of the elastic force but also dependent on the bias position of the vibration. Consequentky the distortion of effective working waveform is less tha~ 10%. This electro-hydraulic vibrator controlled by the multiple valves could not only greatly enhance the working frequency but also precisely control the vibration characteristic variables such as waveform shape.展开更多

A complete PM system is actually composed of multiple physical domains. As PMs are widely used in various fields, the importance of modeling the global dynamic model of the PM system becomes increasingly prominent. Currently there lacks further research in global dynamic modeling. A unified modeling approach for the multi-energy domains PM system is proposed based on bond graph and a global dynamic model of the 3-UPS/S parallel stabilized platform involving mechanical and electrical-hydraulic elements is built. Firstly, the screw bond graph theory is improved based on the screw theory, the modular joint model is modeled and the normalized dynamic model of the mechanism is established. Secondly, combined with the electro-hydraulic servo system model built by traditional bond graph, the global dynamic model of the system is obtained, and then the motion, force and power of any element can be obtained directly. Lastly, the experiments and simulations of the driving forces, pressure and flow are performed, and the results show that, the theoretical calculation results of the driving forces are in accord with the experimental ones, and the pressure and flow of the first limb and the third limb are symmetry with each other. The results are reasonable and verify the correctness and effectiveness of the model and the method. Testing all synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve after assembling leads to high repair rate and reject rate, so accurate prediction for the synthesis characteristics in the industrial production is particular important in decreasing the repair rate and the reject rate of the product. However, the research in forecasting synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is rare. In this work, a hybrid prediction method was proposed based on rough set(RS) and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(ANFIS) in order to predict synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve. Since the geometric factors affecting the synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve are from workers' experience, the inputs of the prediction method are uncertain. SSMPD has slow dynamic response, and can't adjust independently the dither signal's amplitude and frequency; RDPD accelerates the current decay; consequently, it increases current ripple and power loss. For the purpose of solving the above mentioned problem, the tri-state modulation power driving(TSMPD) scheme was proposed for improving the performance of power driving. Detailedly, the hardware circuit for the tri-state modulation power driving is designed; the tri-state modulation algorithm is realized by digital signal processor(DSP). The tri-state modulation power driving is investigated by experiments, comparetive experiments among the single switch modulation power driving(SSMPD), reverse discharging power driving(RDPD), and the TSMPD are implemented, and the experimental results demonstrate that the linearity error of TSMDP meets the requirement of PA; the current response of TSMSP is the best; the amplitude of ripple current of the TSMPD can be reduced without increasing frequency of PWM, in addition, dither signal amplitude and frequency can be adjusted independently for each other. It is very meaningful to guide the development of high performance proportional amplifier for high frequency response proportional solenoid.展开更多

First, by introducing a linear varying parameter, the nonlinear system is described as a linear parameter varying (LPV) model. Second, based on this LPV model, an LMI-based condition for the system to be asymptotically stabilized is deduced. By solving these LMIs, a parameter-dependent controller is established for the closed- loop system to be stable with a prescribed level of disturbance attenuation. The condition is also extended to the uncertain case. Finally, some numerical simulations demonstrate the satisfying performance of the proposed controller.展开更多

The prediction results showed that the proposed prediction method was more applicable than the artificial neural networks(ANN) in predicting the synthesis characteristics of electro-hydraulic servo valve, and the proposed prediction method was a powerful tool to predict synthesis characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo valve. Moreover, with the use of the advantages of RS and ANFIS, the highly effective forecasting framework in this study can also be applied to other problems involving synthesis characteristics forecasting.

文摘Switch electro-hydraulic proportional amplifier(PA) widely employs single switch modulation power driving(SSMPD) or reverse discharging power driving(RDPD) at present. It is very meaningful to guide the development of high performance proportional amplifier for high frequency response proportional solenoid.
文摘A blend braking system of heavy vehicle was proposed. The main control part of the system is the electro hydraulic proportional servo valve.A nonlinear model of brake cylinder controlled by the valve was deduced through the analysis of its control property and system feature. The transfer function of the system was also proposed, and the hydraulic inherent frequency and the PID closed-loop system feature were calculated. The simulated result is consistent with those tested in the bench and on the site with 50 t heavy vehicle. The experimental result shows that the control method has quick response and high precision.

文摘The Pseudo-Derivative Feedback (PDF) algorithm is introduced into design of electro-hydraulic speed servos. With limited extra complexity in implementation of controller's electronic circuits, the PDF control enables the electro-hydraulic speed servo to respond to a step command without steady-state error, and also to follow successfully a sinusoidal command at the frequency higher than that the system resulted from traditional design can reach. The numerical example-based comparison in dynamic and static behavior shows also the PDF system is superior to the traditional system in terms of both the capability of handling loads applied to the system and the robustness to ignore variation and uncertainty of the parameters of the hydraulic valve-actuator unit in operation.

文摘The mechanical characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system in thecentrifuge field are analyzed. The hydraulic pressure law in the centrifuge field indicates theexistence of the centrifuge hydraulic pressure. The mechanical characteristics of the slide-valveand the dual nozzle flapper valve are studied, and it is found that the centrifuge field can notonly increase the driving force or moment of the function units, but also decrease the stability ofthe components. Finally by applying Gauss minimum constraint principle, the dynamic model of theelectro-hydraulic vibrator in the centrifuge field is established, and the mechanical restriction ofthe system is also presented. The study will be helpful for the realization of the combinedvibration and centrifuge test system.

文摘An Electro-hydraulic loading system is designed based on a test-bed of tractor's hydraulic steering by-wire. To simulate the steering resistance driving tractor in many kinds of soils and roads, the loading force is controlled to make proportional and continuous variable by an electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve. A steering resistance loading test-bed is built to test three kinds of steering resistance including constant, step and sine style. Tire lateral resistance is also tested under different steering conditions. The result shows that the electro-hydraulic loading system has high stability and following performance. Besides, the system's steady state error is lower than 3. 1%,and it meets the test requirement of tractor's hydraulic steering by-wire.

文摘The problem of robust active vibration control for a class of electro-hydraulic actuated structural systems with time-delay in the control input channel and parameter uncertainties appearing in all the mass, damping and stiffness matrices is investigated in this paper. Finally, some numerical simulations demonstrate the satisfying performance of the proposed controller.
