With the development of information technology,cloud computing technology has brought many conveniences to all aspects of work and life.With the continuous promotion,popularization and vigorous development of e-govern...With the development of information technology,cloud computing technology has brought many conveniences to all aspects of work and life.With the continuous promotion,popularization and vigorous development of e-government and e-commerce,the number of documents in electronic form is getting larger and larger.Electronic document is an indispensable main tool and real record of e-government and business activities.How to scientifically and effectively manage electronic documents?This is an important issue faced by governments and enterprises in improving management efficiency,protecting state secrets or business secrets,and reducing management costs.This paper discusses the application of cloud computing technology in the construction of electronic file management system,proposes an architecture of electronic file management system based on cloud computing,and makes a more detailed discussion on key technologies and implementation.The electronic file management system is built on the cloud architecture to enable users to upload,download,share,set security roles,audit,and retrieve files based on multiple modes.An electronic file management system based on cloud computing can make full use of cloud storage,cloud security,and cloud computing technologies to achieve unified,reliable,and secure management of electronic files.展开更多
Genomic islands (Gis) are one of the most important components for cyanobacterial genome. The Gis code has many functions, such as symbiosis, pathogenesis, and adaptation. In this article, we predict and analyze the...Genomic islands (Gis) are one of the most important components for cyanobacterial genome. The Gis code has many functions, such as symbiosis, pathogenesis, and adaptation. In this article, we predict and analyze the Gis in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 by bioinfomatics, and the results show that ISL1, ISL8, and ISL16 are homologous with many other bacteria, and they involve in basic reactions and have a conservative evolution. On the contrary, ISL15 has a unique sequence and function only for Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803. Most of Gis play a role in genome rearrangement because they have lots of transposase. Moreover, we find that recombination and horizontal transfer of Gis are important factors to affect the distribution of non-coding RNA. Our work contributes to a comprehensive understanding of genomic islands and their impact on genome of cyanobacteria.展开更多

In addition, we also offered a few suggestions about archiving such electronic office records more efficiently and effectively from a holistic perspective. In this paper, these authors discussed at some length about the following issues which included but limited to the unique features and requirements about the offline record transmission, the online record archiving, the requirements of electronic archiving stemming from the automated office document generating system, how to make the electronic business management system more congenial to its task-specific requirements for business records management and how to protect the system users' interest during the process of the system's continuous evolutionary development.展开更多
