Self-heating Probe Instrument and Method for Measuring High Temperature Melting Volume Change Rate of Material 被引量:2

But the characteristics ... The castings defects are affected by the melting volume change rate of material. The change rate has an important effect on running safety of the high temperature thermal storage chamber, too. But the characteristics of existing measuring installations are complex structure, troublesome operation and low precision. In order to measure the melting volume change rate of material accurately and conveniently, a self-designed measuring instrument, self-heating probe instrument, and measuring method are described. Temperature in heating cavity is controlled by PID temperature controller; melting volume change rate υ and molten density are calculated based on the melt volume which is measured by the instrument. Positive and negative υ represent expansion and shrinkage of the sample volume after melting, respectively. Taking eutectic LiF+CaF2 for example, its melting volume change rate and melting density at 1 123 K are -20.6% and 2 651 kg/m–3 measured by this instrument, which is only 0.71% smaller than literature value. Density and melting volume change rate of industry pure aluminum at 973 K and analysis pure NaCl at 1 123 K are detected by the instrument too. The measure results are agreed with report values. Measuring error sources are analyzed and several improving measures are proposed. In theory, the measuring errors of the change rate and molten density which are measured by the self-designed instrument is nearly 1/20-1/50 of that measured by the refitted mandril thermal expansion instrument. The self-designed instrument and method have the advantages of simple structure, being easy to operate, extensive applicability for material, relatively high accuracy, and most importantly, temperature and sample vapor pressure have little effect on the measurement accuracy. The presented instrument and method solve the problems of complicated structure and procedures, and large measuring errors for the samples with high vapor pressure by existing installations. 展开更多

AutoRegressive eXogenous approach (ARX) has been widely used in regional economic studies. Instrumental Variable Method is regarded as a preferential method to parametric estimation in ARX modeling. However, traditional instrumental variable methods can only handle single variable which has limited its capability. This paper presents an extended instrumental variable method (EIVM) which is based on multiple variables. This provides the capability of taking into account of exogenous variables and reflects better the economic activities. This paper describes a fabrication process for the hyperboloidal concave mirror of a 46.5 nm telescope. The180 mm aperture hyperboloidal concave mirror and 70 mm aperture compensator are machined directly from chemical mechanical polishing of a spherical surface to a high-accuracy aspherical surface by ion beam figuring.The aspherical measurement method is the Dall null test. To minimize system errors in the measurement process,the rotational measurement method with six rotations is used in the null test. The results of the analysis for the ME(first solve the machined surface profile, then solve the system errors) and EM(first solve the system errors, then solve the machined surface profile) methods of calculation in the measurement are given. The ME method is a more accurate rotational test method, and the six rotations are appropriate for rotational measurements. After the figuring process, the hyperboloidal concave mirror surface profile reached 8.27 nm rms and the compensator surface profile is approximately 4 nm rms. The roughness of the hyperboloidal concave mirror is smooth to0.160 nm rms. 展开更多

在加快建设数字中国的时代背景下,对高等教育与数字经济之间的关系进行探索有助于优化高等教育的定位和资源配置,并赋能经济社会高质量发展。本研究基于2011—2020年我国各省份的面板数据,实证探究高等教育对区域数字经济发展的影响效... 在加快建设数字中国的时代背景下,对高等教育与数字经济之间的关系进行探索有助于优化高等教育的定位和资源配置,并赋能经济社会高质量发展。本研究基于2011—2020年我国各省份的面板数据,实证探究高等教育对区域数字经济发展的影响效应、作用机制和异质性特征。研究发现,高等教育是区域数字经济发展的重要推动力量,其正向影响效应在使用工具变量缓解内生性问题后仍然稳健;区域创新能力是高等教育驱动数字经济增长的有效机制;高等教育对数字经济的贡献具有明显的时序动态性和区域异质性。基于研究结果,未来我国应彰显数字经济发展中的高校力量,通过探索数字创新人才培养体系、实施差异化产学研融合策略以及优化高等教育资源配置等举措,加快构建高等教育与数字经济协同发展的新格局。 展开更多

创业的性别差异研究——同群效应的视角

优化劳动力市场的性别结构对中国经济转型和可持续发展具有重要意义。基于2010—2020年CFPS六期的追踪调查数据研究创业的性别差异问题,结果显示,中国男性创业比例持续高于女性,但这一差异逐期收敛。应用广义倾向得分匹配(GPSM)和工具... 优化劳动力市场的性别结构对中国经济转型和可持续发展具有重要意义。基于2010—2020年CFPS六期的追踪调查数据研究创业的性别差异问题,结果显示,中国男性创业比例持续高于女性,但这一差异逐期收敛。应用广义倾向得分匹配(GPSM)和工具变量法控制同群效应的“反射”问题。分析认为,同群效应不仅对创业活动存在显著的正向效应,而且对男性和女性的影响是不同的。从不同世代的角度来看,同群效应对个人创业行为存在代际传递效应和性别趋同性,女性创业受到母亲行为的影响更大,男性创业受到父亲行为的影响更大;从同世代的角度来看,女性创业主要受到同群女性创业行为的影响,男性创业主要受到同群男性创业行为的影响,且同群效应对女性创业的影响大于男性;同群效应对个体创业概率的影响呈现先递增后递减的非线性特征,因此,同群效应对创业活动的正向作用是短期的。异质性分析表明,在生存型创业中,同群效应对女性创业的影响显著大于男性,在机会型创业中没有显著的性别差异;男性主导型行业中,同群效应对女性创业的影响显著大于男性,而女性主导型行业中,创业的同群效应没有显著的性别差异。在控制了人口流动导致的自选择问题后,研究结论仍然是稳健的。政府应重视创新创业,推进信息和资源的共享性,同时,中国劳动力市场激励机制设计应着眼于从结构上提高人力资本和行业的匹配度,实现创业性别结构的平衡。 展开更多

目的:分析对比不同测试方法在精密手术器械功能质量检查中的测试效果,保障手术器械额安全使用。方法:通过查询相关文献及专业书籍,选定精密手术剪和持针器,选用不同的测试材料及方法。精密手术剪依次采用纱布、棉毛布及Interlock手术器... 目的:分析对比不同测试方法在精密手术器械功能质量检查中的测试效果,保障手术器械额安全使用。方法:通过查询相关文献及专业书籍,选定精密手术剪和持针器,选用不同的测试材料及方法。精密手术剪依次采用纱布、棉毛布及Interlock手术器械测试套装内的硅胶薄膜方法测试器械切割性能;精密持针器依次采用光照、夹针和Interlock手术器械测试套装内的夹线方法测试器械夹持性能。选取医院清洗消毒合格的100件精密手术剪和100件持针器进行测试效果研究,自制满意度问卷调查手术医生对器械使用的满意度。结果:100件精密手术剪经纱布、棉毛布和硅胶薄膜3种方法测试后,切割性能合格数量分别为94件、76件和58件,其差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=36.526,P<0.05);手术医生对采用硅胶薄膜测试合格的精密手术剪使用满意率最高,为100%,棉毛布和纱布法分别为82.0%和67.0%,其差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=48.439,P<0.05)。100件精密持针器经光照、夹针和夹线3种方法测试后,夹持性能合格数量分别为96件、78件和62件,其差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=38.160,P<0.05);手术医生对采用夹线测试合格的精密持针器使用满意率最高,为100.0%、夹针和光照分别为79.0%和62.0%,医生使用满意率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=57.705,P<0.05)。结论:采用Interlock手术器械测试套装内的测试物检查精密手术剪及持针器功能质量,能客观精准地反映器械功能状态,为器械定期维护与保养提供参考,确保器械安全使用。 展开更多

Leighton Chajnantor Telescope(LCT), i.e., the former Caltech Submillimeter Observatory telescope, will be refurbished at the new site in Chajnantor Plateau, Chile in 2023. The environment of LCT will change significantly after its relocation, and the telescope will be exposed to large wind disturbances directly because its enclosure will be completely open during observation. The wind disturbance is expected to be a challenge for LCT's pointing control since the existing control method cannot reject this disturbance very well. Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a new pointing control method with good capability of disturbance rejection. In this research, a disturbance observer—based composite position controller(DOB-CPC) is designed, in which an H∞feedback controller is employed to compress the disturbance, and a feedforward linear quadratic regulator is employed to compensate the disturbance precisely based on the estimated disturbance signal. Moreover, a controller switching policy is adopted, which applies the proportional controller to the transient process to achieve a quick response and applies the DOB-CPC to the steady state to achieve a small position error. Numerical experiments are conducted to verify the good performance of the proposed pointing controller(i.e., DOB-CPC) for rejecting the disturbance acting on LCT. 展开更多

The thermal gradient is an important factor that causes degradation to the image quality of telescopes. In order to ensure the accurate alignment of the primary focus unit and the primary mirror, the hexapod platform(as a corrector) is investigated in this paper. First, a ground-based telescope with 2.5 m aperture and 3.5 deg field of view is described. The telescope is under construction, and it is expected to be finished in 2023. Second, the hexapod platform with flexure hinges utilized to adjust the primary focus unit is proposed, which is applied as a corrector.Then, the inverse kinematics of the platform is established and an open-loop control system is built based on it.Finally, the cryogenic performance test for the hexapod platform is performed. The experimental results show that the resolution and repeatability of the translation for the hexapod platform can be achieved at the micrometer level.The resolution and repeatability of the rotation can be achieved at the arc-second level. Therefore, the cryogenic performance of the hexapod platform can meet the optical imaging requirements of the wide-field ground-based telescope. The kinematic analysis and cryogenic performance tests in the paper provide a technical reference for the precise alignment of the primary focus unit and the primary mirror, which can improve the imaging quality of the telescope. 展开更多

Accurately measuring magnetic fields is essential for magnetic-field sensitive experiments in areas like atomic,molecular,and optical physics,condensed matter experiments,and other areas.However,since many experiments are often conducted in an isolated environment that is inaccessible to experimentalists,it can be challenging to accurately determine the magnetic field at the target location.Here,we propose an efficient method for detecting magnetic fields with the assistance of an artificial neural network(NN).Instead of measuring the magnetic field directly at the desired location,we detect fields at several surrounding positions,and a trained NN can accurately predict the magnetic field at the target location.After training,we achieve a below 0.3%relative prediction error of magnetic field magnitude at the center of the vacuum chamber,and successfully apply this method to our erbium quantum gas apparatus for accurate calibration of magnetic field and long-term monitoring of environmental stray magnetic field.The demonstrated approach significantly simplifies the process of determining magnetic fields in isolated environments and can be applied to various research fields across a wide range of magnetic field magnitudes. 展开更多
