This paper chooses trombe wall,which has higher thermal efficiency of the passive solar house,as research object. The traditional vent is improved into a new type of ventilation device. This improvement overcomes the shortcoming,which traditional vent loses huge heat,and simplifies the construction of vent. Although the Chinese government has been actively promoting the agricultural water-saving technology adoption, it is ill-informed of the adoption degree of the current agricultural watersaving technologies as well as the function of the governmental policies, Therefore, this paper" analyzes the aforesaid problems based on investigative data of 10 provinces in China. The results demonstrate that although there is a rapid increase of adopted agricultural water-saving technologies, the actual adoption area is rather limited. Moreover, the governmental policies and scarcity of water resources are the deierminants of agricultural water-saving technology adoption. Ultimately, the paper proposes some policy suggestions.展开更多
The trichlorosilane(TCS)purification process consumes a significant amount of energy to achieve the high purity requirement for TCS quality(99.9999%).This work proposed a series of energy saving technology to enhance ...The trichlorosilane(TCS)purification process consumes a significant amount of energy to achieve the high purity requirement for TCS quality(99.9999%).This work proposed a series of energy saving technology to enhance the TCS purification process,including the conventional process,the conventional process coupled with heat-pump(HP),the multi-effect distillation process,and the dividing-wall columns process.All proposed schemes have been conceptually constructed by Aspen Plus.The design and optimization of the processes have been performed by the sensitivity analysis and the response surface methodology.Moreover,the energy consumption and total annual cost(TAC)for these schemes were discussed.The simulation results show that the TAC of the conventional process coupled with the integrated heat pump can reduce 50.5%of energy consumption as compared with the conventional process;the double-effect and three-effect processes can save 15.6%and 33.8%of energy consumption,respectively;the dividing wall column process and that coupled with the heat pump process can reduce by 22.3%and 48.1%of energy consumption,respectively.It can be found that the operating cost can be saved by using the heat pump technology,while the capital cost increases due to the investment in the compressor,when the processes coupled with the heat pump are used.These results demonstrate that the conventional process coupled with the HP technology has advantages over other distillation schemes for TCS purification in terms of the energy saving and economic effects.展开更多

System and cascade utilization of water,process water,based on whole plant water balance testing, analysis,technical parameters of the system and processes the user running the pressure balance pipe network,and implemented a stabilization system to adjust water pressure,reducing the water supply network systemwater loss;application of electrochemical principles,the implementation of the protection of underground pipes Baosteel,implemented a water use,steps to use,the operating mode of water supply in series to increase water reuse,reduce wastewater discharge system. Water quality stability and water-saving in the process;carry out water quality stability technology in the different complicated processes of the steel industry;apply the environmental protection and water quality, sterilization,non-phosphorus and low phosphorus technologies which are suitable for high concentration of circulating water.By these technologies,we achieved the water-saving in the process in different seasons and solved the technical problems affecting production such as equipment corrosion,scaling and the formation of the water quality proprietary technology under the conditions of high heat load production as well. The use of water ecological conservation and biological treatment technology:the implementation of the reservoir to the ecological technology is characterized by food chain and wetland environmental technology characterized by plants chain.Reservoir ecological management techniques in the use of natural conditions, wind direction,temperature,light and fish biomass in the reservoir water level regulation of balance and combination of organic,control and resolve the reservoirs in spring and summer algae problems and water quality changes rot of the 'fresh' operating problems.The artificial wetland technology develops a new way for metallurgical plants' wastewater treatment.All the measures by the implementation of water to create the conditions for the system to achieve the water target of constant innovation,reaching the advanced level of iron and steel enterprises.展开更多

Energy-saving in China's iron and steel industry still relies on the development and improvement of short-term energy saving technologies.Therefore,a special converter smelting technology incorporating energy savi...Energy-saving in China's iron and steel industry still relies on the development and improvement of short-term energy saving technologies.Therefore,a special converter smelting technology incorporating energy saving was proposed.To evaluate the energy-saving potential of the CO_(2)–O_(2)mixed injection(COMI)technology,collected production data were used to develop an improved techno-economic model.Calculations reveal that the technology can save energy through auxiliary material consumption,sensible heat of solid by-product,iron loss reduction,and energy recovery.The application of COMI technology in an enterprise is cost effective,involving the energy saving potential of 0.206 GJ/t,the cost of conserved energy of−48.83 yuan/GJ,and a simple payback period of 0.35 year for a 60-million-yuan investment.Sensitivity analysis shows that the investment cost and discount rate primarily influence the cost of conserved energy of the technology.As the discount rate increased,the cost of conserved energy also gradually increased.Overall,the COMI technology is an energy-saving technology with good development prospects.展开更多
