Research on Talent Training System of Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

This paper focuses on the coupling between talent training system of marine cultural industry and collaborative innovation of govern-ments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and users. Firstly, the significance of talent training in marine cultural industry for the construction of China as a maritime power was analyzed. Secondly, the current situation of talent training in China＇s marine cultural industry and the existing problems were analyzed. Finally, how to integrate the collaborative innovation of governments, enterprises, colleges, scientific institutions and us-ers into the talent training system of marine cultural industry was explored to help talent training to break through the bottleneck and promote the vig-orous development of marine cultural industry.

Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

The Establishment of the Innovative and Practical Teaching Mode for Architecture Majors with the Help of “Schools-Enterprises-Governments-Research Institutions”

This paper focuses on the establishment of the teaching mode of innovative and practical architectural professionals, which is assisted by colleges and universities, enterprises, governments and research institutions. This paper believes that through the reform of the teaching mode, we can solve the problems such as the ivory-towered teaching of architecture in colleges and universities, the superficial teaching contents, inadequate teaching staff, students' poor innovation practice ability and tight professional funds. It is expected that this paper can provide assistance for architecture majors in the guidance of innovative ideas, the building of practical ability, and the establishment of knowledge system.

The development of technology and social economy continue to offer new challenges for higher education. Under this situation, many universities in Tianjin area actively develop their superiority and cooperate with enterprise and research department, trying their best to explore various enterprise- university-research institute binding ways to quicken the pace of technology innovation and transfer in order to make the school's track wider and wider. According to the situation of Tianjin area, this text introduces the cases of mechanism of enterprise-university- research binding about this area's universities and comes up with safeguard measures on the base of analyzing other areas' mechanism of enterprise-university-research institute binding, combining with educational economy and management theory.

产学研合作、知识吸收能力与企业创新绩效——高管学术背景与政府创新补贴的调节作用

在梳理产学研合作与企业创新绩效关系研究的基础上,结合交易成本理论、资源基础理论以及高层梯队理论,以2010-2021年中国A股上市公司为研究样本,探讨产学研合作对企业创新绩效的促进作用及机制,并将高管学术背景和政府创新补贴作为调节变量纳入研究框架。实证分析发现:产学研合作对企业创新绩效发挥显著促进作用;当企业具有学术背景的高管比例较高时,这一效应更加显著;高水平政府创新补贴同样能够增强这一效应。中介效应检验发现,企业参与产学研合作对其知识吸收能力具有显著促进作用,同时,企业可以通过提升知识吸收能力,增强自身对环境变化感知的敏锐性与自主创新能力,进而提高创新绩效。

高职院校政产学研用创新人才培养模式探析

航空科技协同创新主体策略及影响因素研究——“政产学研金”视角下的演化博弈与仿真

航空产业是国之重器,必须坚持自主创新,推进高端装备和核心技术自主可控,航空科技创新是实现航空产业高质量发展的重要内容。建立航空科技协同创新演化博弈模型,对协同创新主体策略选择及影响因素进行分析,通过数值仿真模拟创新主体意愿变化和稳定策略形成的动态演化过程。研究表明,不同背景下航空科技协同创新主体策略演化呈现不同规律,优稳定策略的形成受协同各方交互作用和相关因素差异化影响。以创新主体策略演化至优稳定策略为导向提出建议:提高政府调控行为与协同创新过程配适度;优化协同创新运行机制;结合航空企业自身创新情况形成差异化融资方案。

高职高专临床医学专业培养现状及对策

通过发放调查问卷、实地走访等形式调研63家行业企业、10所高等院校,分析其人才构成、人才需求、岗位需要、专业建设、招生就业、实习实训等情况,并从专业建设、师资建设、课程建设、实践教学、人才培养等方面给出调研结论和对策。根据调研结果,学校在专业建设方面,应根据社会需求做好专业结构调整;在人才需求方面,需要加强教师的教学水平、实践技能;在课程建设方面,应调整实践课程设置,通过“精品课程”“资源共享课程”等形式加强专业课程建设;在实践教学方面,应切实加强实验实训基地建设;在人才培养方面,应培养临床医学专业的学生迅速融入国际医学服务和临床科研之中。

大学生返乡就业影响因素及对策分析

就业是民生之本,就业稳则民心安、社会稳。大学生就业问题不仅关系到大学生本人的职场之路,更关系到家庭的期待和社会的发展。为了让大学生发挥其优势弥补其劣势,提高就业率,进而推动乡村发展,笔者基于SWOT分析法,从个人、社会及政府三个层面分析影响大学生返乡就业的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。研究结果显示,大学生返乡就业的劣势是乡村产业无法提供匹配的就业岗位和大学生就业能力与乡村需求的匹配失调,大学生返乡就业的优势是归属感、文化认同和人际关系。基于此,笔者建议个人、社会及政府三方同时发力,大学生自身提升综合素质、改变传统就业观念,高校与企业加大校企合作建设力度,政府提供创业资金、贷款优惠、税收减免等政策,引导鼓励企业投资乡村产业。

新文科背景下艺术设计人才培养研究及实践

开展新文科背景下艺术设计人才培养模式改革,通过对新文科建设内涵的分析,提出了“文化引领—艺工融合—实践赋能”的艺术设计专业新文科建设思路;基于OBE理念,构建成果导向的艺术设计人才培养路径;以提升学生文化艺术素养、高阶设计能力、创新创意能力为目标,实施教学体系改革;依托东北地域装饰文化研究中心,以学用一体、协同共育为重点,构建“一室三师五层次”的多层次实践平台,切实落实艺术设计人才培养模式的创新实践,取得了显著的改革成效。
